Hadith
"Umm Salama berichtet, dass sie zum Gesandten Allahs (s) sagte:
„Oh Gesandter Allahs (s) sind die Frauen dieser Welt den Frauen des Paradieses überlegen?"
Er antwortete: „Die Frauen dieser Welt werden den Frauen des Paradieses überlegen sein, wie die äußere Gestaltung eines Gewands der inneren überlegen ist.
Umm Salama fragte daraufhin:
„Oh Gesandter Allahs (s), was ist der Grund dafür?"
Er (s) antwortete: „Denn diese (die gläubigen Frauen der Erde) verrichteten das Gebet, sie fasteten und dienten Allah (swt) Allah wird Licht auf ihre Gesichter bringen und Seide auf ihren Körpern. Sie werden unbescholten / schön in ihrem Aussehen sein [..], sie werden sprechen:
„Wir sind jene (Frauen), die ewig sein werden und der Tod wird uns nicht ereilen. Wir werden stets in Behaglichkeit sein und keine Unannehmlichkeiten erfahren. [..] Hört, wir sind glücklich und keine Traurigkeit wird über uns kommen. Frohe Botschaft den Männern, für die wir sind und die für uns sind.""

Genau so kann ich dir stundenlang über das schöne Gefühl in Gebet erzählen,aber du würdest mich erst verstehen wenn du selber betest.

مؤتمر (جنيف2) مؤتمر أمريكي تآمري خياني استسلامي يجب رفضه على أي صورة كان،
وشرعاً تحرم المشاركة فيه كما يحرم السكوت عن مجرد انعقاده
في ظل هجمة أمريكية غير مسبوقة في التعاطي مع الملف السوري، وفي ظل ضغط شديد على معارضة الائتلاف الوطني لحضور مؤتمر جنيف2، تبذل واشنطن قصارى جهدها من أجل عقده لفرض حلها من خلاله، وفي هذا السبيل وخدمة لها، انطلق مبعوثها الأخضر الإبراهيمي بمهمته الأمريكية بعدما تلقى الضوء الأخضر الأمريكي منها بالتحرك. فقام بزيارات مكوكية لبعض دول المنطقة، ثم قابل المجرم بشار يوم الأربعاء في 30/10/2013م، واختتمها في طهران السبت 2/11 ليقدم حصيلة لقاءاته إلى أمريكا التي يجتمع وزير خارجيتها مع وزير خارجية روسيا اليوم 5/11، وليتم في هذا الاجتماع الاتفاق على الخطوات العملية لانعقاد المؤتمر ومنها تعيين تاريخ انعقاده. هذا وقد توافقت تحركات وتصريحات الأخضر الأمريكي مع مواقف كل من أمريكا وروسيا وإيران ونظام بشار أسد المجرم وتوحَّدت بنفس الاتجاه، وهو ضرورة انعقاد المؤتمر، وإعطاء دور لبشار ولإيران حتى تضمن أمريكا تحقيق مصالحها فيه. وقد ساهمت أمريكا في تقوية موقف عميلها بشار عسكرياً وإمداده بالمال والرجال والسلاح عن طريق عملائها وعلى رأسهم إيران، وحمايته من المساءلة الدولية بعد استعماله الكيماوي ضد المسلمين في سوريا، بل وبتقوية موقفه الدولي ومدحه بسبب تخليه عن هذا السلاح لمصلحة الغرب، وكيان يهود، أعداء الإسلام والمسلمين... وهكذا يذهب عميلها بشار إلى المؤتمر وهو قوي، ويكون الطرف الآخر هو الضعيف، ومن ثم تستطيع أمريكا أن تملي شروطها للحل.
إن مؤتمر جنيف2 هذا هو مؤتمر خياني استسلامي أمريكي طبخت خلطته في أقبية وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية، وتنفذ في أروقة الأمم المتحدة كأحد فروعها، والتي يقودها الآن مساعد وزير الخارجية الأمريكية الأسبق جيفري فيلتمان الذي يعمل كمستشار سياسي لرئيسها بان كي مون. هذا وقد اختارت له أمريكا أدنى المستويات من الشخصيات العلمانية الهابطة في ما يعرف بـ "الائتلاف الوطني السوري" ليمثلوا المسلمين في المفاوضات المقبلة. والأنكى أنه سيضاف إليهم من هو أرذل منهم في التمثيل، وهم أعضاء من "هيئة التنسيق الوطنية لقوى التغيير الديمقراطي" العميلة المباشرة للنظام السوري المجرم. ومن المعلوم أن ما أقره مؤتمر جنيف1 من مطلب تشكيل هيئة حكم انتقالي تتمتع بكامل السلطة التنفيذية، وتتضمن أعضاء من الحكومة الحالية والمعارضة ومجموعات أخرى، وتشكّل على أساس من التوافق المتبادل من أجل الوصول إلى نظام حكم ديمقراطي... إنما هو مطلب أمريكي تريد أمريكا أن تجعل منه إطاراً للحل، ولا يخفى على أحد أن هذه الهيئة ستكون على نمط مجلس الحكم الانتقالي العراقي من حيث التوزيع الطائفي والعرقي فيه، وهذا ما بدأنا نرى ملامحه بالتحركات الكردية العسكرية وتصريحات الطرف النصراني الذي تفتعل له الأزمات مع المسلمين لتكون مطالبه السياسية ومطالبته بالتمثيل في هذا المجلس مبرَّرة. وهذا يعطي صورة مسبقة عن نوايا أمريكا الاستعمارية الخبيثة ضد المسلمين في سوريا والمنطقة.
وحيث إن ظروف الحل لم تنضح بعد بسبب وجود الحالة الإسلامية العارمة في الثورة، فمن المتوقع أن تعمد أمريكا أولاً إلى الضغط من أجل عقد هذا المؤتمر لتحصل على شرعية هيئة الحكم الانتقالي فحسب، ثم تليها خطوة العمل على الأرض للقضاء على المجموعات المقاتلة الثورية الإسلامية عن طريق التجييش السياسي والإعلامي والعسكري وإرسال قوات سلام دولية فاعلة، أي مقاتلة، كما صرح بذلك الأخضر الأمريكي نفسه، وذلك على غرار قوات (إيساف) الدولية في أفغانستان التي ارتكبت بحق المسلمين هناك أبشع الجرائم؛ للعمل على تثبيت كارزاي سوريا الجديد، وعلى شق المقاتلين وإعطاء الشرعية لمن يسير معها وضرب من لا يسير معها بعد اتهامهم بالإرهاب... وكل ذلك سينفذ بحجة المحافظة على الشرعية الدولية والحل الدولي الذي هو الحل الأمريكي.
والسؤال الذي يفرض نفسه هنا هو: كيف يقبل ائتلاف جربا وكيلو الوطني ، ومجلس إدريس العسكري أن يذهبا إلى جنيف2 والانصياع للحل الأمريكي وأمريكا تصرح ليل نهار أنها لن تتدخل إلا بناء على مصالحها. وفوق ذلك فإن بشار هو عميل لها ويأتمر في إجرامه بأوامرها، وهي لما لم تستطع أن تثبته على كرسي الحكم تفتش عن حاكم عميل يكون بديلاً عنه، فهل يذهبون معها إلى جنيف2 من أجل تحقيق ذلك؟! ثم ألا يعني سكوت أمريكا عن جريمة استعمال الأسد للكيماوي ضد الناس أنها إنما تعمل ضد المسلمين في سوريا؟! ثم ألا يعني ذهابهم إلى جنيف أنهم يسعون لأن يكونوا جزءاً من حلها؟!
أيها المتآمرون من أعضاء الائتلاف الوطني: إن مشاركتكم في هذا المؤتمر، وفي أي مؤتمر ترعاه أمريكا، جريمة لا تغتفر، وإن غضبة الأمة ستكون عليكم كالصاعقة، إن لم تتوقفوا عن ارتمائكم في أحضان أمريكا، فأنتم العملاء الجدد الذين ستبيعون دماء المسلمين بثمن بخس مناصب فارغة وكراسي حكم معوجة تقوم على الدماء والأشلاء. وأنتم في دوركم هذا أخطر من بشار نفسه ونظامه وفريقه الأمني الذي سيتحول بمجمله إلى جهاز أمنيٍّ لكم.
أيها المسلمون الأبرار في سوريا الشام عقر دار الإسلام: إن الله سبحانه يأمرنا أمراً جازماً أن نحكِّم شرعه الحنيف في شؤون حياتنا كلها، ويحذرنا من أن نتحاكم إلى غيره، فضلاً عن أن يكون عدونا كأمريكا، قال تعالى: ﴿أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا بِمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يَتَحَاكَمُوا إِلَى الطَّاغُوتِ وَقَدْ أُمِرُوا أَنْ يَكْفُرُوا بِهِ وَيُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَنْ يُضِلَّهُمْ ضَلَالًا بَعِيدًا﴾ وقال سبحانه: ﴿فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّى يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا﴾ لذلك فإن مجرد اللجوء إلى أمريكا هو حرام وحرمته مغلظة، وإن ما وضع لمؤتمر جنيف2 من عناوين يظهر محادَّاة شديدة لدين الله تعالى، وإن ما تعلنه أمريكا من محاربة الإرهاب والإرهابيين وتعني بالإرهاب الإسلام، وبالإرهابيين المسلمين أصحاب المشروع الإسلامي العاملين لإقامة دولة الخلافة يجب أن يجعلنا ندرك أن أمريكا تعلم مدى خطورة الدعوة والعمل لإقامة الخلافة عليها، ويؤرقها كثيراً أن تسمع الدعوة إليها تنطلق بقوة في سوريا الشام. وها هو حزب التحرير رائد هذه الدعوة يمد يده لجميع العاملين المخلصين لكي يعينوه في إقامة هذا الفرض العظيم الذي يرضي الله تعالى بقوله:
﴿... وَلَيَنْصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ * الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَكَّنَّاهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ أَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَمَرُوا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَلِلَّهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْأُمُورِ﴾.

Something we have all been guilty of to some extent - visualizing a picture about someones way of life, attitude & even relationship with Allaah subhaanahu wa ta'aala based on the way they look or dress.
Judging someone & giving advice are two different things - this doesn't mean that if we see someone who is apparently doing that which displeases Allaah - we should disregard it - we should advise with wisdom & kindness - but avoid looking down upon them in anyway or seeing ourselves over them.

It could very well be that the same person whom you perceive to be lower than you in religious affairs has had all their good deeds accepted - & yours have been rejected due to ill thoughts.

The Standard Newspaper on Thursday 31st October 2013 reported that the Government plans to vigorously promote a policy requiring women to have only two children. The move comes after the realization that the country can no longer sustain the population at the current birth rates of more than four children per woman. The Kenya Population Situation Analysis released on Wednesday this week by the Ministry of Devolution and Planning says the demand for children is still big in Kenya and must be managed downwards. '' The demand for children is still high and is unlikely to change unless substantial changes in desired family size are achieved among the poor in general, notable in northern arid and semi-arid areas of the country'' says the analysis, the first of its kind to be done in any African country.
Comment:
According to the UNFPA, the world population of 7.2 billion in mid-2013 is projected to increase by almost one billion people within the next twelve years. It is projected to reach 8.1 billion in 2025, and to further increase to 9.6 billion in 2050 and 10.9 billion by 2100. Much of the overall increase between 2013 and 2050 is projected to take place in high-fertility countries, mainly in Africa and Asia. In contrast, the population of the more developed regions is expected to change minimally, passing from 1.25 billion in 2013 to 1.28 billion in 2100. The net increase is due largely to migration from developing to developed countries.
A closer look at such statistics reveals they are intended to raise alarm on the perceived threat that current population growth rates pose to the world. The basis on which they are based is the Capitalist ideology which presumes that we leave in world with unlimited needs and scarce resources i.e. the economic problem facing the world is that of production. This means that any rapid growth in population leads to a strain on the scarce resources which is likely to result into conflict among nations. Such a view led to many so-called developed countries to encourage population controls through massive campaigns in family planning. Europeans have generally been having fewer children due to the decision of many parents to delay having a family. A total fertility rate of around 2.1 live births per woman is considered to be the replacement level while Europe currently has a level below 1.5. This has had a devastating effect as the labour force rapidly ages without any replacement from new births. Surprisingly, when migrants from mostly Muslim countries try to bridge the gap, complaints are raised about population explosion! The idea of population controls has also brought other undesirable effects like child trafficking and abortions. Children are trafficked for adoptions while abortions are common in many countries. It is of great concern that a country like Kenya claims that the population growth rate is very high yet we have vast swathes of uninhabited land that lies idle due to neglect. Curiously, the statistics stress on rapid population growth in arid and semi-arid areas which are mostly inhabited by Muslims. Could this be a sinister move to control the Muslim population? It is also a wonder that with its claim of most developed economy in the region, Kenya has failed to nurture and fully utilize the abundant human resource available as we see University graduates still doing menial jobs! The greed by the wealthy minority to consolidate more riches compels them to fear the poor majority that might one day rise up against them. That is why for over a century, we have been hearing of such alarmist statistics on population growth rates.
Islam as an ideology has a solution as it views the economic problem as being that of distribution of wealth and not production as viewed by Capitalism. Thus, the State provides an enabling environment in which all citizens have access to income generating activities and those that are unable get State help in terms of Zakah and Grants from the State Treasury (Bait ul-Mal). In fact, Islam encourages progressive birth rates as the youth form the backbone of any State that wishes to have advanced development. The world has got vast resources that are enough to satisfy all our needs and at no time can the human race fill the whole world as our Creator placed a natural way to balance the population through deaths.

Much of the overall increase between 2013 and 2050 is projected to take place in high-fertility countries, mainly in Africa and Asia. In contrast, the population of the more developed regions is expected to change minimally, passing from 1.25 billion in 2013 to 1.28 billion in 2100. The net increase is due largely to migration from developing to developed countries.
A closer look at such statistics reveals they are intended to raise alarm on the perceived threat that current population growth rates pose to the world. The basis on which they are based is the Capitalist ideology which presumes that we leave in world with unlimited needs and scarce resources i.e. the economic problem facing the world is that of production. This means that any rapid growth in population leads to a strain on the scarce resources which is likely to result into conflict among nations. Such a view led to many so-called developed countries to encourage population controls through massive campaigns in family planning. Europeans have generally been having fewer children due to the decision of many parents to delay having a family. A total fertility rate of around 2.1 live births per woman is considered to be the replacement level while Europe currently has a level below 1.5. This has had a devastating effect as the labour force rapidly ages without any replacement from new births. Surprisingly, when migrants from mostly Muslim countries try to bridge the gap, complaints are raised about population explosion! The idea of population controls has also brought other undesirable effects like child trafficking and abortions. Children are trafficked for adoptions while abortions are common in many countries. It is of great concern that a country like Kenya claims that the population growth rate is very high yet we have vast swathes of uninhabited land that lies idle due to neglect. Curiously, the statistics stress on rapid population growth in arid and semi-arid areas which are mostly inhabited by Muslims. Could this be a sinister move to control the Muslim population? It is also a wonder that with its claim of most developed economy in the region, Kenya has failed to nurture and fully utilize the abundant human resource available as we see University graduates still doing menial jobs! The greed by the wealthy minority to consolidate more riches compels them to fear the poor majority that might one day rise up against them. That is why for over a century, we have been hearing of such alarmist statistics on population growth rates.
Islam as an ideology has a solution as it views the economic problem as being that of distribution of wealth and not production as viewed by Capitalism. Thus, the State provides an enabling environment in which all citizens have access to income generating activities and those that are unable get State help in terms of Zakah and Grants from the State Treasury (Bait ul-Mal). In fact, Islam encourages progressive birth rates as the youth form the backbone of any State that wishes to have advanced development. The world has got vast resources that are enough to satisfy all our needs and at no time can the human race fill the whole world as our Creator placed a natural way to balance the population through deaths.

Question
Assalamu Alaikum
My question concerns the Hijab, whether it is obligatory based on evidence or stems from tradition, imposed to distinguish the free from the slave woman.
"Originally the hijab is a legal ruling with class significance, aimed at differentiating the free from the slave woman. This was the understanding of the companions: When Umar Ibn al-Khattab used to perambulate al-Madinah and see a slave women veiled, he would hit her with his famous strike such that the veil would drop from her head and say: "Are the slave women imitating the free women?" Finally I would like to say that in a time where there is no slavery or slaves - Alhamdulillah - then the reason for wearing the Jilbab (outer garment) has been suspended. There is nothing in the Qur'an nor in the Sunnah that states the imposition of the Hijab to prevent Fitnah or vice. Who claims this is a sinner as he has invented a lie against Allah, whereas the woman who wears the Hijab because it lies within the customs of her people or her community does not commit any error, as long as she understands that wearing the veil is not an obligation from Allah Almighty.
Whereas the women who wears the Hijab and calls to it, believing that Allah has commanded it, is committing a great sin, because she has assigned to the legislation of Allah from people who have imposed laws that did not come neither from Allah nor from His Messenger. Such woman has misled from the message of the Qur'an and its straight path. The Hijab is not an Islamic obligation but a social custom that existed before Islam and has nothing to do with religions at all. It is from the most dangerous things that we confuse the customs and traditions with what was commanded by Allah in the Holy Book, because the claim that any habit comes from Allah is a false claim, similar to polytheism and lying in the right of Allah Almighty."

Wa Alaikum Assalaam wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatahu,
The legal evidence for the Islamic dress of the woman is clear and explicit. This dress code does not stem from the habits of people, to be left if it was left by the people and to be abided by if they abided by it. Rather it is an obligation imposed on the women by Allah Almighty:
The Shar'iah has imposed a specific dress code (libas Shar'i) on women when leaving the house into public life. It has enjoined on women to have a cover worn over their clothes when they leave the house to the market or to walk on public ways. They are obliged to wear a Jilbab in its Shar'i meaning, to be worn over her clothing, which she drapes down to the bottom such that it covers her feet. If she does not own a Jilbab, she will have to borrow one from her neighbor or friend or relative. If she leaves the house without wearing a Jilbab over her clothing, she will have sinned, because she has left an obligation imposed by Allah. This concerns the lower garment of women.
As for the upper dress, the woman has to wear a Khimar, or what is similar to one, as long as it covers the entire head, the entire neck and the entire collar opening on the chest. This has to be ready to go out to the market, or walk on public ways, meaning that it constitutes the upper dress in public life. If the woman does not own these two garments, she is not allowed to leave the house under any circumstance, because the command of these two garments came in a general manner, such that it remains general under all circumstances, as it was absolutely unaccompanied by a specifying condition.
The evidence of the obligation of these two garments for public life is the saying of Allah Almighty concerning the upper garment:
وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا ۖ وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَىٰ جُيُوبِهِنّ
"and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof and to wrap [a portion of] their headcovers over their chests" [An-Nur: 31]
And His saying concerning the lower garment:
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُلْ لِأَزْوَاجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَاءِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ جَلَابِيبِهِنَّ
"O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments." [Al-Ahzab: 59]
Also what was narrated from Umm 'Atiyah, who said:
أَمَرَنا رسولُ اللهِ أن نُخْرِجَهُنَّ في الفِطْرِ والأضحى، العواتقَ والحُيَّضَ وذواتِ الخدورِ، فأما الحيّضُ فيَعْتَزلْنَ الصلاةَ وَيَشْهَدْنَ الخَير، ودعوةَ المسلمين. قلت يا رسولَ اللهِ إحدانا لا يكونُ لها جلبابٌ، قال: لِتُلْبِسْها أختُها من جِلبابِها
"The Messenger of Allah (saw) ordered that the women leave the houses for Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, even the adolescent girls, the menstruating women and the virgins. As for the menstruating women, they were to retire from prayer and watch the goodness and the invitation of the Muslims. I said: "Oh Messenger of Allah, some of us do not own a Jilbab." He said: "Let her wear a Jilbab from her sister." Narrated by Muslim.
This is explicit evidence on the significance of the women's dress in public life. Allah Almighty has precisely and comprehensively described this dress code which he has enjoined on women to wear in public life in these two Ayat. He (swt) said pertaining to the women's upper dress:
وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَىٰ جُيُوبِهِنَّ
"and to wrap [a portion of] their headcovers over their chests" [An-Nur: 31]
Meaning to drape down their head coverings over their necks and chests, to hide what appears from the shirt collar, the neck and chest.
He (swt) said concerning the women's lower dress:
يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ جَلَابِيبِهِنَّ
"to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments." [Al-Ahzab: 59]
Meaning to drape down their outer garments which they wear over their clothing for leaving the house, draping it down to the bottom.
Concerning the general style of this dress He (swt) said:
وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا
"and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof" [An-Nur: 31]
Meaning not to show the places of adornment from their bodies, like the ears, arms, legs and so on, except what was shown in public life when this Ayah was revealed in the era of the Prophet (saw), constituting the face and the hands. Thus the dress of women in public life and its style are clarified in this exact description through unmistakable evidence. The Hadeeth of Umm 'Atiyah demonstrates frankly the obligation of women to wear a Jilbab over their clothing when going out. For when she told the Prophet (saw): «إحدانا لا يكونُ لها جلبابٌ» "One of us does not own a Jilbab"
He (saw) replied: «لِتُلبسْها أختُها من جِلبابِها» "She shall wear a Jilbab from her sister"
As if she had told the Prophet (saw): "If the woman does not own a Jilbab to wear over her clothing to leave the house in it?" He (saw) ordered that her sister shall borrow her a Jilbab. This implies that if she did not borrow a Jilbab, the woman cannot go out. This is an indication that the command in this Hadeeth came in the form of an obligation. So the woman has to wear a Jilbab over her clothing if she wants to go out, other than that she may not go out.
The Jilbab is required to drape down to even cover the feet, because Allah says in the Ayah:
يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ جَلَابِيبِهِنَّ
"to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments." [Al-Ahzab: 59]
Meaning to drape down their Jalabeeb, because مِن "part/from" does not come in a selective manner, rather as a clarification. So they drape down the Jilbab to the bottom, because it was narrated from Ibn 'Umar who said that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said:
مَنْ جَرَّ ثَوْبَهُ خُيَلاَءَ لَمْ يَنْظُرِ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَقَالَتْ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ فَكَيْفَ يَصْنَعْنَ النِّسَاءُ بِذُيُولِهِنَّ قَالَ يُرْخِينَ شِبْرًا فَقَالَتْ إِذًا تَنْكَشِفُ أَقْدَامُهُنَّ قَالَ فَيُرْخِينَهُ ذِرَاعًا لاَ يَزِدْنَ عَلَيْهِ
"Whoever drags his garment behind him in vanity, Allah will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection. Umm Salamah said: "What shall the women do with their garments?" He (saw) said: "They shall shorten it by a palm." She said: "Then their feet will be exposed." He (saw) said: "Then they shall shorten it by an arm's length but no more." Narrated by Tirmidhi, who said this Hadeeth is Hasan Sahih.
This clearly indicates that the Jilbab worn over the clothing should drape down to the bottom until it covers the feet. If the feet are covered by socks or shoes, this does not obviate the draping down until the feet in a way to indicate such draping down. There is no need for it to cover the feet because they are already covered, but there has to be draping down, meaning that the Jilbab drops down to the bottom to apparently reach the feet, such that it is obviously a garment for public life to be worn by the woman in public. It has to demonstrate draping down to comply with His (swt) saying(يُدْنِينَ) meaning "draping down".
As you can see, it is a dress code clearly defined in explicit texts, without ambiguity in its meaning. Therefore the Prophet (saw) when asked by Umm 'Atiyah about leaving the house without owning a Jilbab, he (saw) answered her that she shall borrow from her neighbor or abstain from going out. This is strong evidence for the Shar'i obligation of this dress code.

Teil XY: Arafat wurde ermordet bzw. vergiftet!
Als Arafat gestorben ist, war ich mir zu 90% sicher, dass der Mossad damit zu tun hat. Ein Freund von mir der Historiker ist hatte damals darüber geschmunzelt. Als ich ihm heute den Artikel gezeigt habe, konnte er nichts dazu sagen :D

Wie der britische Guardian berichtet, gehen Schweizer Experten davon aus, dass der Palästinenserführer vergiftet wurde. In Arafats Leiche wurden offenbar stark erhöhte Polonium-Werte festgestellt.
Der frühere Palästinenserführer Jassir Arafat ist 2004 möglicherweise doch einem Giftmord zum Opfer gefallen. Darauf zumindest deuten Untersuchungsergebnisse Schweizer Experten hin, von denen der TV-Sender Al-Dschasira und die britische Zeitung „Guardian" am Mittwoch berichteten.
Die Proben, die bei einer Exhumierung von Arafats Leiche vor knapp einem Jahr entnommen worden waren, würden 18-mal mehr Polonium enthalten als normal, berichtete Al-Dschasira. Arafats Witwe Suha sprach von einem „Verbrechen des Jahrhunderts".
Bei der Exhumierung hatten Experten aus der Schweiz, Frankreich und Russland Proben entnommen. Die Schweizer Experten hatten ihr Ergebnis der Palästinensischen Autonomiebehörde in Ramallah am Dienstag vorgelegt.
Die Ergebnisse sollten aber erst veröffentlicht werden, wenn auch das französische Gutachten vorliege, hieß es.
Dieses steht noch aus. Russische Experten hatten eine Vergiftung Arafats mit Polonium ausgeschlossen. (dpa)

Allah sagt: Und dem aber, der sich vor der Gegenwart seines Herrn fürchtet, werden zwei Gärten zuteil sein (55:46).
Und er sagt: Und warne hiermit diejenigen, die da fürchten, dass sie vor ihrem Herrn versammelt werden (06:51).

Liebe Geschwister im Islam,
Der heilige MonatMuharram ist gekommen einer der heiligsten Monate, die es überhaupt gibt.
Darin (am 10. Muharram) gibt es unter anderem den berühmten Áschura-Tag, an dem es, ebenso wie am Vortag, Sunnah ist zu fasten.
Und alhamduliLLAH gibt es durch Allahs unendliche Gnade für uns solch wertvolle Momente, in denen Gebete und Lobpreisungen um vieles höher gerechnet und belohnt werden, als zu üblichen Zeitpunkten.
Als ein großzügiges Geschenk von Allah, Dem Gnädigen, das man annehmen sollte.
Um uns die Chance zu geben, uns von Sünden zu reinigen - und um uns die Chance zu geben, die Waage mit schweren guten Taten aufzufüllen !
Allah sagt im Qur-an, ungefähr übersetzt:„Wahrlich, die Zahl der Monate bei Allah beträgt zwölf Monate; (so sind sie) im Buche Allahs (festgelegt worden) seit dem Tage, da Er die Himmel und die Erde erschuf.
Von diesen (Monaten) sind vier heilig. Das ist der beständige Glaube. Darum versündigt euch nicht in diesen (Monaten)"
(9:36)…laut den Mufassirun (Qur-an Exegeten) sind damit die Monate "Rajab, Dhul-Qada, Dhul-Hiddscha" und schließlich aktuell der heilige Monat "Muharram" gemeint.("Muharram" bedeutet übrigens unter anderem auf Deutsch ungefähr: „Der Geheiligte")
Einer der Gründe der Herabsendung dieses Verses ist, uns klar zu machen, dass in solchen Monaten die Sünden schwerer wiegen.
Der Prophetengefährte Ibn Abbas (r.á.) sagt zu diesem Vers: „…Und Er(Allah) machte die Sünde in ihnen schwerwiegender und das rechtschaffene Tun und die Belohnung gewaltiger." (Tafsir Ibn Kathir)
Also hat man sich vor allem in diesen Zeiten vor Fehlern in Acht zu nehmen.
Doch die guten Taten fallen ebenfalls schwerer aus auf Allahs Waage, alhamduliLLAH.…
Vor allem was dasFasten anbetrifft, denn der Gesandte Muhammed (s.á.w.) sagte: „Das beste Fasten nach dem Ramadan ist in Allahs Monat Muharram."(Muslim)
Der Gesandte Muhammed (s.á.w.) nannte diesen Monat also unter anderem "DEN MONAT Allahs" !
Die Heiligkeit dieses Monates ist nicht zu verachten, zumal bereits die Bezeichnung "Muharram" auf Deutsch unter anderem ungefähr "Geheiligt" bedeutet…
Ali (r.á.) überliefert, dass ein Mann den Gesandten Muhammed (s.á.w.) fragte: „Gesandter Allahs, von welchem Monat befiehlst du mir, dass ich ihn fasten soll, außer dem Monat Ramadan? ".
Der Gesandte (s.á.w.) erwiderte: „Wenn du außer Ramadan fasten möchtest, so faste im Muharram, denn er ist der Monat Allahs.
In ihm ist ein Tag, an dem Er sich einem Volk vergebend zuwandte, und an dem Er sich einem anderen Volk vergebend zuwendet."(Tirmidhi)
Der komplette Monat Muharram eignet sich sehr zum Fasten.Besonders am wertvollen
Áschura Tag ist es gar Sunnah zu fasten, was man nicht verpassen sollte.
Die Bezeichnung dieses Tages "Áschura" bezieht sich auf die Zahl "Zehn" (arab. Áschara).
Sie deutet auf den zehnten Tag im Monat Muharram hin. Áschura ist also am 10. Muharram.
Der Gesandte (s.á.w.) sagte dazu: „...und das Fasten am Tag Áschura – ich hoffe ja darauf, dassAllah (damit die Sünden des) vorausgegangenen Jahres vergibt."
Ibn Abbas (r.á.) wurde nach dem Fasten an Áschura befragt, er sagte dazu: „Mir ist nicht bekannt, dass der Gesandte (s.á.w.) auf den Vorzug des Fastens an einem Tag mehr bedacht war als an diesem Tag oder in einem Monat mehr als in diesem Monat"(Muslim), was bedeutet, dass das Fasten an diesem Tag mit dem Fasten im Ramadan vergleichbar ist.
Immerhin war das Fasten an Áschura ürsprünglich gar Fard, also eine Pflicht. Doch als dann der Ramadan durch folgenden Qur-anvers zur Pflicht wurde: „O ihr, die ihr glaubt! Das Fasten ist euch vorgeschrieben, so wie es denen vorgeschrieben war, die vor euch waren…" (2:183), machte dies das Fasten am Áschura Tag zum freiwilligen Fasten.
So überliefert Á-ischa (r.á.): „Áschura war ein Tag, an dem die Quraisch in vorislamischer Zeit zu fasten pflegten und an dem der Gesandte (s.á.w.) zu fasten pflegte.
Als der Gesandte (s.á.w.) dann nach Medina kam, fastete er an ihm und trug (den Muslimen) auf, an ihm zu fasten.
Nachdem dann (die Pflicht zum Fasten im) Ramadan offenbart wurde, fastete an ihm, wer wollte, und wer wollte, ließ es sein." (Buchari)
Es wurde zur Sunnah nicht nur den 10.Tag des Muharram zu fasten, sondern auch den 9. davor. Dies wurde durch folgenden Hadith geläufig:Abdullah ibn Abbas (r.á.) überliefert: „Als Allahs Gesandter (s.á.w.) den Tag Áschura fastete und (den Muslimen) auftrug, an ihm zu fasten, sagten sie: "Gesandter Allahs, dies ist ein Tag, den die Juden und die Christen ehren". Darauf sagteAllahs Gesandter (s.á.w.): "
Falls wir das kommende Jahr inscha-Allah noch erleben sollten, fasten wir den neunten Tag (dazu)."
Und bevor dann das nächste Jahr kam, verstarb Allahs Gesandter (s.á.w.)" (Muslim)
So ist es also Sunnah am 9. und am 10. Tag des Monates Muharram zu fasten =) Der Monatsbeginn des gesegneten heiligen Monates Muharram ergibt sich übrigens wie auch der des Ramadan, und alle anderen islamischen Monate durch die Sichtung des Neumondes, welche aktuell ca. kurz nach Beginn November 2013 stattfindet.
Da das Fasten innerhalb des gesamten Monates sehr zu empfehlen ist, möchte ich
Euch schließlich auch dazu anhalten, inscha-Allahdas Fasten an den "3 Weißen" nicht zu vernachlässigen.Abu Dharr al-Ghari (r.à.) berichtete:„Der GesandteAllahs (s.à.w.) legte uns ans Herz, dass wir in jedem Monat an den drei "Weissen" (am 13., 14. und 15. Tag) fasten sollen, und sagte dazu: 'Das Fasten an diesen Tagen ist einem Fasten gleich, das ein Jahr dauern würde.'
"Soweit bekannt ist, wird in dem Hadith damit gemeint, dass die Belohnung einem Jahr entspricht, wenn man darin die 3 Tage jeden Monat fastet, denn diese 3 Tage zählen bekannter Weise jedes mal wie ein ganzer Monat =)
Abu Dharr (r.á.) sagte:"Der Gesandte Allahs (s.à.w.), sagte zu mir: „Wenn du einen Teil des Monats fastest, so faste am dreizehnten, vierzehnten und fünfzehnten".
Darüber hinaus, kann man schließlich auch die berühmten Montage undDonnerstage nutzen, an denen es ja ebenfalls Sunnah ist zu fasten.
Und zu welcher Jahreszeit ist es hier in Deutschland je so leicht wie nun ?
Die Tage sind nun wirklich sehr sehr kurz…
Abu Huraira (r.á.) berichtete, dass der Gesandte Allahs (s.à.w.) gesagt hat:„Jeden Montagund jeden Donnerstag, werden die Taten jedes Menschen vor Allah aufgeführt, und ich möchte, dass meine Taten gezeigt werden, während ich faste."
Nutzen wir diese Chance dieses heiligen Monates, bessere Muslime aus uns zu machen inscha-Allah.Ergreifen wir inscha-Allah

Ein junger Mann, ein Student an einer der Universitäten, ging eines Tages mit einem Professor, welcher, wegen seiner Freundlichkeit, als der „Freund der Studenten" bezeichnet wurde, spazieren.
Als sie ihren Weg entlanggingen, sahen sie auf dem Pfad ein paar alte Schuhe liegen, von denen sie annahmen, dass sie dem armen Mann gehörten, welcher auf dem benachbarten Feld beschäftigt war, und gerade dabei war seine tägliche Arbeit zu beenden.
Der Student drehte sich zum Professor und sagte: „Lass uns dem Mann einen Streich spielen. Wir verstecken seine Schuhe und verbergen uns hinter diesen Büschen, und dann warten wir auf ihn, um seine Verwirrung zu sehen wenn er seine Schuhe nicht findet.
„Mein junger Freund!", sagte der Professor.
„Wir sollten uns niemals auf Kosten armer Menschen amüsieren. Aber du bist reich, du kannst dir ein viel größeres Vergnügen mittels dieses armen Mannes bereiten.
Leg eine Münze in jeden Schuh rein, und dann verstecken wir uns und warten ab, was für einen Effekt es auf ihn haben wird."
Der Student tat dies und beide versteckten sich hinter den nahegelegenen Büschen.
Der alte Mann beendete seine Arbeit und ging durch das Feld zum Pfad wo er seinen Mantel und seine Schuhe zurückgelassen hatte. Während er seinen Mantel anzog, stieg er mit einem Fuß in den einen Schuh, spürte aber was Hartes. Er bückte sich um zu sehen was es war, und er fand die Münze.
Erstaunen und Verwunderung waren in seinem Gesichtsaudruck zu sehen. Er starrte die Münze an, drehte sie um, und betrachtete sie wieder und wieder.
Dann schaute er sich in alle Richtungen um, aber niemand war zu sehen.
Also, steckte er das Geld in seine Tasche, und begann den anderen Schuh anzuziehen. Seine Verwunderung stieg mit dem Fund der zweiten Münze um das Doppelte.
Seine Gefühle überwältigten ihn, er fiel auf die Knie und sprach laut ein inniges Dankgebet, in welchem er seine Frau erwähnte die krank war, und seine Kinder die ohne Brot waren, welche nun durch diese Gabe einer unbekannten Hand vor dem Verhungern errettet werden würden.
Der Student aber, stand nun tief betroffen dort und seine Augen waren mit Tränen gefüllt.
„Nun?", sagte der Professor.
„Bist du denn nicht viel zufriedener als wenn du deinen beabsichtigten Streich gespielt hättest?"
Der Junge antwortete: „Heute hab ich eine Lektion erteilt bekommen, welche ich nie vergessen werde.
Jetzt erst verstehe ich dich Bedeutung der Worte, die ich zuvor nie verstanden hatte:
Es ist besser zu geben, als zu nehmen!"
Abu Huraira radiyaAllahu anhu berichtete:
Allahs Gesandter sal Allahu alayhi wa salam hat gesagt:
"Allah, der Erhabene, sprach: 'Spendet (den Armen), Kinder Adams, dann will Ich euch spenden.' "

Lihat abg ini, walaupun meminta derma di kaki lima, tetapi ada sesuatu nilai dlm abg ni, yg buat saya tersedar..
Lepas saya solat asar di Masjid Jamek, semasa sedang mengemas barang untuk pulang, mata saya terlihat kepada seorang lelaki yang jalan terhinjut2 masuk ke Masjid..
Saya tersenyum sbb abg tu pakai baju yang kami beri, lepas tu saya perhatikan abg tu terus ke tabung masjid dan masuk kan sejumlah duit :')
Allah sayu hati, walaupun dia hidup serba kekurangan, tetapi dia tetap tak berkira untuk bersedekah...
Semoga abg ini dimurahkan rezeki, dan diberi kehidupan yang lebih baik Amin..
