In jeder Gemeinschaft gibt es gute und schlechte Menschen, jedoch kann man den Islam nicht an den einzelnen Muslimen messen. Wir messen auch nicht das Christentum an den Christen, sonst würden wir sagen die Prister und Pfarrer vergewaltigen im Namen der Kirche und Bibel. Genauso messen wir nicht das Judentum an den einzelnen Juden, sonst würde wir sagen alle Juden sind kriminälle Mörder und sie tun das im Namen des Judentum und der Thora.
Es kann sein dass es Muslime gibt, die den Islam nicht verstanden haben und deswegen Verbrechen begehen, aber das alles und mehr gibt es im Christentum, Judentum, in anderen Religionen und noch viel mehr bei Menschen ohne Religion.

AIPAC pushes US congress for new Iran sanctions
The most powerful pro-Israel advocacy group in the US, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, is bucking the Obama administration by pushing the US Congress to press forward with legislation that could impose new nuclear-related sanctions on Iran.
In the wake of the landmark agreement over the weekend between Iran and six world powers top aides to President Barack Obama urged Congress to hold off any action on new sanctions that they say could upset the pact.
But a policy memo issued by AIPAC Monday (and posted here) encourages US lawmakers to keep up the pressure on Tehran.
"Congress must...legislate additional sanctions, so that Iran will face immediate consequences should it renege on its commitments or refuse to negotiate an acceptable final agreement," the AIPAC statement says.
"Congress, working with the administration, must strictly oversee the initial agreement and ensure Iranian compliance. In the event Iran violates the agreement, the administration must revoke all sanctions relief."
Israel has been conducting a massive propaganda against Iran's civilian nuclear program which has been conducted under supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Numerous inspections of Iran's nuclear facilities by the IAEA have never found any evidence showing that the Iranian nuclear energy program has been diverted toward non-civilian purposes.
The Israeli regime is widely believed to be the only possessor of nuclear weapons in the Middle East, with an estimated 200-400 nuclear warheads.
The Israeli regime, which rejects all regulatory international nuclear agreements, particularly the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), maintains a policy of deliberate ambiguity over its nuclear activities and refuses to allow its nuclear facilities to come under international regulatory inspections.

Lebanon's marijuana market enjoys Syria war
Lebanese marijuana underground market is enjoying the fact that the war in Syria has made authorities leave the spread of the drug unattended.
Abu Sami is practically rubbing his hands together with glee: the Syrian conflict has paralyzed authorities at home and left the nearby border virtually uncontrolled.
"This year, the harvest was abundant, and the authorities have left us alone because they are otherwise occupied," he tells AFP in Lebanon's eastern Bekaa region.
In the past, the Lebanese army would descend annually to destroy some of the illicit crop, but this year the harvest has gone untouched.
The area shares a long, porous border with Syria.
After the harvest in Abu Sami's bucolic village, at the foot of an arid mountain, marijuana is brought to buildings where it is dried and processed into hashish.
All along the winding roads of the hamlet, men and women work on the crop behind half-closed curtains, and defend the industry as their only source of employment.
During Lebanon's 1975-1990 civil war, Lebanese hashish, which is known for its quality, fed a flourishing industry that generated hundreds of millions of dollars a year in income.
Hashish is a cannabis product derived from the resin of the plant, and produced in large quantities in the Bekaa.
Under pressure from the United States, Lebanon has launched eradication campaigns, and in past years, the army bulldozed thousands of hectares of cannabis.
Farmers have often taken up arms to defend their crop — growers fired a rocket at an eradication team in 2012 — and call for the legalization of what they say is part of their ancestral culture.
But this year, there's been no sign of the army.
"The state is immersed in problems related to Syria and doesn't want to open a new front. Otherwise they would have come down hard on us," says Afif, a villager.
Government officials admit as much.
"There was no destruction of growing this year… The Syrian crisis played a major role in that," Joseph Skaff, chief of Lebanon's office for countering drugs, money laundering and terrorism, told AFP.
For Abu Sami, Afif and others working in the industry, Lebanon's instability and the war raging in Syria are blessings in disguise.
In a bid to stem the flow of militants and weapons from Lebanon, Syria has replaced its border guards with army troops who are too busy fighting to patrol.
And routes back and forth across the border to Syria have increased as refugees and rebels chart new paths.
"Nowadays, anything goes because it's chaos on the Syrian side," says Abu Sami.
"Where there is war, drugs follow," he said.

Exclusive footage of besieged towns in Aleppo
Two towns of Nubbul and al-Zahra, in northern Province of Aleppo, are suffering from a strict siege imposed nearly one and a half year ago by Saudi-backed militants.
According to Al-Alam reporter, Osama Kezzu, residents in adjacent Nubbul and al-Zahra are struggling with a sever life condition due to law humanitarian supplies that have been rare for months now since almost nothing is allowed to enter the towns.
People are subjected to daily shelling fired by militants, and there are causalities almost every day, Kezzu said.
The militants don't let fuel into the area and electricity lines are cut off and people have been living without electricity since months ago while water is also out, he added.
Aleppo, due to its closeness to Turkey borders, is one of the main strongholds of Saudi-backed militants.
Syrian army has been trying to enter the area in the past couple of months but gains and losses have been temporary and heavy clashes are going on in different areas around Aleppo.
Saudi-backed groups entered Nubbul and al-Zahra at the beginning of the insurgency in March 2011, but in July 2012 they completely blocked the area letting no food, medicine and supplies to enter. No one could leave the area or enter as well.
In May, a group of a thousand people tried to break the siege, but they were faced with terrorists who attacked the group brutally and killed and arrested many of them.
They beheaded 10 men and hung their heads at the entrance of the area so that no one else would run.
More than 50 thousand people live in these two towns while after the crisis broke out some 15000 people also migrated and set camp in there.
There are daily reports of abduction and killing of citizens in the area by terrorist groups who often film their crimes and post them on the internet.
It is estimated that at least 10 thousand terrorist are currently occupying the towns.

Turks worried as sons leave home for Syria war
Turkey is witnessing a rising number of people heading to the south of the country to join extremist groups in their fight against Syria which the government in Ankara has been supporting for more than two years.
Several hundred Turks are estimated to be among thousands of foreigners swelling the ranks of extremist militants.
Abu Huseyin says he has sent dozens of people from Turkey to join armed groups in northern Syria and vows to continue helping them fulfill what he says is their duty to God.
"Nobody tells these people to go and fight. Most of them meet up in groups of three or five people and make their own decisions to go," Abu Huseyn said who is a tradesman identified by several locals as a man who helps recruit fighters for Syria.
Turkey has been an outspoken supporter of war to topple Syria's President Bashar al-Assad and has assisted them by keeping its border open.
But Turkish opposition politicians have become increasingly alarmed as hardline extremist groups such as al Qaeda-linked al-Nusra Front and the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) have risen to prominence among the militants and taken control of a territory in northern Syria near the frontier.
The presence of foreign fighters from around the world, including Turks, adds to the risk that the conflict will spill beyond Syria, they say, accusing the government of doing too little to fight the threat.
"This is our biggest fear," Mehmet Seker, a member of parliament from the opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) in the southeastern city of Gaziantep, told Reuters. "They received training there. Their thoughts have crystallized. These people could quite easily carry out attacks in Turkey."
Seker is one of several deputies who have called for parliament to launch an investigation into Turkish fighters being recruited for Syria.
The danger of violence hitting neighboring countries was illustrated last week when suicide bombers targeted Iran's embassy in Lebanon, killing 25 people. An anti-Syria militant group claimed responsibility.
In Turkey, a bomb attack in May killed 53 people in the border town of Reyhanli.
Still, Turks are being recruited to join foreign fighters from around North Africa and the Middle East and Europe to fight against Syria, often with extremist groups that openly support al Qaeda.
Pictures on Turkish militants' websites commemorate Turks who have died fighting in Syria, while videos on You Tube show armed men speaking in Turkish, apparently from inside Syria, calling on their compatriots to join the war.
Among those who have been inspired to fight by such images were 20-year-old twins who disappeared from their home in Adiyaman, 150 km from the Syrian border, several months ago when they were due to register at university. Their father, Mehmet, blames extremists in the town for recruiting them.
"They took my children by force. They brainwashed them. Even if I die I will try and bring them here and watch over them so no harm comes to them," said the retired civil servant, who crossed into Syria in a desperate search for his sons two months ago, tracking them down to a building in Aleppo.
"They refused to show my sons to me and kept them upstairs. When I argued with them they pointed their guns and were going to shoot me so I had to leave," he said, vowing to return.
The war in Syria started in March 2011, when pro-reform protests turned into a massive insurgency following the intervention of Western and regional states.
The unrest, which took in terrorist groups from across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, has transpired as one of the bloodiest conflicts in recent history.

The Bahraini regime authorities summoned a 10-year-old child for investigation and a martyr's father was also suspended by the general Ali Issaprosecution for 15 days pending investigation.
Ali Issa, who hails from the town of Bani Jamra, was summoned for unclear reasons amid public astonishment for summoning a child in this age.
The martyr's father was suspended for participating in the opposition demonstrations.
His son, 15, was killed by the regime troops who were not tried for shooting the youth.
It is worth mentioning that the Bahraini authorities summon, interrogate and arrest the martyrs' fathers.
These measures were termed as insolent by the opposing Wefaq association.

Israeli forces kill 3 Palestinians in West Bank
At least three Palestinians have been killed in an operation conducted by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank city of al-Khalil (Hebron).
Local residents said that the killings took place late on Tuesday and the victims were students in their 20s.
They said that Mahmud Khaled Najjar and Moussa Abdelmajid Fanasheh were from nearby town Dura, and Mohamed Neirukh was from al-Khalil.
The Shin Bet, Israel's internal intelligence organization, issued a statement claiming that the three were members of a Palestinian militant group. Other members of the alleged network have been arrested in recent days in the south and north of the occupied territories.
Israeli troops make incursions into the West Bank across the Jordan River almost on a daily basis, and abduct Palestinian activists.
Israel has also set up hundreds of checkpoints there to launch its raids from within the occupied territory.
According to the UN's Humanitarian Office, since the beginning of this year, at least 24 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.

Two US bombers fly over China air defense zone
Two American B-52 bombers have entered the new Chinese Air Defense Identification Zone in the East China Sea without informing the Chinese government.
"We have continued to follow our normal procedures, which include not filing flight plans, not radioing ahead and not registering our frequencies," Pentagon spokesman Army Colonel Steve Warren said on Tuesday.
US officials said the bombers took off from Anderson Air Force Base in Guam and the flight was part of a long-planned exercise called Coral Lightning.
On Saturday, the Chinese government said that it had established an Air Defense Identification Zone and its military will take "defensive emergency measures to respond to aircraft that do not cooperate in identification or refuse to follow instructions."
The flying took place only one day after the Pentagon announced that the United States would continue its flight operations over disputed islands in the East China Sea.
"We will not in any way change how we conduct our operations as a result of the Chinese policy of establishing an ADIZ, an Air Defense Identification Zone," Col. Warren said.
Beijing had warned that aircraft that do not comply could be subject to a military response.
An unnamed US official said the planes returned safely to Guam after the exercise.
"The planes flew a pattern that included passing through the ADIZ," the official was quoted as saying by The Wall Street Journal. "The flight was without incident."
Meanwhile, US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel expressed deep concern over the air zone decision.
"We view this development as a destabilizing attempt to alter the status quo in the region," Hagel said. "This unilateral action increases the risk of misunderstanding and miscalculations."
Chinese defense ministry spokesman Col. Yang Yujun slammed Washington's criticism of the air zone announcement as "completely unreasonable."
"We demand the US side to earnestly respect China's national security, stop making irresponsible remarks for China's setup of the East China Sea Air Defense Identification Zone and make concrete efforts for the peace and stability in the Asia-Pacific region," he said.

Firman Allah azza wa jalla:
"Hai Nabi katakanlah kepada isteri-isterimu, anak-anak perempuanmu dan isteri-isteri orang mumin: Hendaklah mereka mengulurkan jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuh mereka. Yang demikian itu supaya mereka lebih mudah untuk dikenal, karena itu mereka tidak diganggu. Dan Allah adalah Maha Pengampun Lagi Maha Penyayang." (Al Ahzab : 59)
Perkataan Al Imam Abu Jafar Muhammad Ibnu Jarir Ath Thabariy rahimahullah beliau berkata dalam tafsir ayat ini: Allah azza wa jalla mengatakan kepada Nabi-Nya Muhammad: Hai Nabi katakanlah kepada isteri-isterimu, anak-anak perempuanmu dan isteri-isteri orang mumin: Janganlah kalian/wanita menyerupai budak dalam hal pakaiannya, jika mereka keluar untuk keperluannya, mereka membuka rambut dan mukanya, tapi hendaklah mereka mengulurkan jilbab (jubah)nya keseluruh tubuh mereka agar tidak diganggu orang jahat jika dia tahu bahwa mereka itu wanita merdeka dengan gangguan perkataan.
Kemudian ahli tafsir berbeda pendapat tentang cara mengulurkan yang diperintahkan Allah kepada mereka, sebagian mengatakan:
- Para wanita menutup muka dan kepalanya dan tidak menampakkan kecuali satu mata saja. Beliau menyebutkan orang yang mengatakannya: Telah memberitahukan kepada saya Ali, dia berkata Abu Shalih telah memberitahukan kepada kami, dia berkata Muawiyyah telah memberitahukan kepada saya dari Ali dari Ibnu Abbas radliyallahu anhuma (bahwa maknanya): Allah memerintahkan wanita-wanita mukminat bila keluar dari rumah untuk suatu kebutuhan agar menutup wajah mereka dengan jilbab yang diulurkan dari atas kepalanya dan hanya menampakkan kedua mata mereka saja.
- Yaqub telah memberi tahu saya, dia berkata Ibnu Ulayyah telah memberi kabar kami dari Ibnu Aun dari Muhammad dari Ubaidah dalam firman-Nya: Hai Nabi katakanlah kepada isteri-isterimu, anak-anak perempuanmu dan isteri-isteri orang mumin: Hendaklah mereka mengulurkan jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuh mereka, maka Ibnu Aun mengenakannya di depan kami, dia berkata: Dan Muhammad mengenakannya di depan kami, Muhammad berkata: Ubaidah mengenakannya di depan kami, Ibnu berkata: Dengan kain rida-nya, terus beliau menutupi kepalanya dengan kain itu, terus menutupi hidungnya dan mata yang kiri dan mengeluarkan mata kanannya, dan mengulurkan ridanya dari atas sampai menjadikannya dekat dengan alisnya atau pada alisnya. Yaqub telah memberiku kabar, berkata: Husyaim telah mengabarkan kami, berkata: Hisyam telah mengkabarkan kami, dari Ibnu Sirin, berkata: saya bertanya kepada Ubaidah tentang firman-Nya: Hai Nabi katakanlah kepada isteri-isterimu, anak-anak perempuanmu dan isteri-isteri orang mumin: Hendaklah mereka mengulurkan jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuh mereka, berkata: Maka beliau mempraktekkan dengan kainnya, beliau tutup kepala dan wajahnya dan hanya menampakkan salah satu mata.
- Yang lain berkata: Bahkan mereka wanita diperintahkan agar mengikatkan jilbabnya pada kening-keningnya, beliau menyebutkan orang yang mengatakannya: Muhammad Ibnu Saad telah mengabarkan kami, berkata: bapakku telah mengabarkanku, berkata: Pamanku telah mengabarkanku, berkata: Bapakku telah mengabarkanku, dari bapaknya, dari Ibnu Abbas, firman-Nya: Hai Nabi katakanlah kepada isteri-isterimu, anak-anak perempuanmu dan isteri-isteri orang mumin: Hendaklah mereka mengulurkan jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuh mereka. Yang demikian itu supaya mereka lebih mudah untuk dikenal, karena itu mereka tidak diganggu. Dan Allah adalah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang. Berkata: Wanita merdeka pernah memakai baju budak, maka Allah memerintahkan wanita kaum muminin agar mengulurkan jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuh mereka, dan penguluran jilbab itu adalah: Ber-taqannu dan mengikatkannya pada keningnya. Busyr telah memberitahukan kepada kami, berkata: Yazid telah mengabarkan kepada kami, berkata: Said telah mengabarkan kepada kami, dari Qatadah, firman-Nya: Hai Nabi katakanlah kepada isteri-isterimu, anak-anak perempuanmu dan isteri-isteri orang mumin: Hendaklah mereka mengulurkan jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuh mereka. Allah mewajibkan mereka bila keluar untuk bertaqannu di keningnya, Yang demikian itu supaya mereka lebih mudah untuk dikenal, karena itu mereka tidak diganggu. Dahulu budak bila lewat maka mereka (orang-orang fasik dan munafik) mengganggunya, maka Allah melarang wanita-wanita merdeka menyerupai wanita-wanita budak.
Muhammad Ibnu Amr telah mengkabarkan kepada kami, berkata: Abu Ashim telah mengkabarkan kepada kami, berkata: Isa telah mengkabarkan kepadaku, dan telah mengkabarkan kepadaku Al Harits, berkata: Al Hasan telah mengkabarkan kepada kami, berkata: Warqaa telah mengabarkan kepada kami semuanya, dari Ibnu Abi Najih dari Mujahid, firman-Nya: Hendaklah mereka mengulurkan jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuh mereka, mereka berjilbab supaya diketahui bahwa mereka itu wanita-wanita merdeka, sehingga orang fasik tidak mengganggunya baik dengan perkataan atau ribah
Firman-Nya: Yang demikian itu supaya mereka lebih mudah untuk dikenal, karena itu mereka tidak diganggu. Allah berkata: Penguluran mereka akan jilbab-jilbabnya itu bilamana mereka mengulurkannya ke seluruh tubuhnya adalah lebih dekat dan lebih mudah untuk dikenal oleh orang yang mereka lewati, dan mereka (laki-laki) mengetahui bahwa mereka itu bukan budak, sehingga mereka enggan mengganggunya dengan perkataan yang tidak baik atau dengan perlakuan yang kurang sopan, Dan Allah adalah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang. Terhadap mereka untuk menyiksanya setelah mereka taubat dengan mengulurkan jilbab-jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuhnya.
Al Imam Abu Bakar Ahmad Ibnu Ali Ar Raziy Al Jashshash (wafat 370 H) rahimahullah berkata: Abdullah Ibnu Muhammad telah memberi kabar kami, berkata: Al Hasan telah mengkabari kami, berkata: Abdurrazaq telah mengkabari kami, berkata: Maamar telah mengkabari kami dari Abu Khaitsam dari Shafiyyah Bintu Syaibah dari Ummu Salamah berkata: Tatkala ayat ini turun, Hendaklah mereka mengulurkan jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuh mereka, wanita-wanita dari kalangan anshar keluar (dari rumah) seolah-olah di atas kepala mereka ada gagak karena ada pakaian hitam yang mereka kenakan.
Abu Bakar berkata: Dalam ayat ini ada dilalah (dalil yang menunjukkan) bahwa wanita muda diperintahkan untuk menutup wajahnya dari laki-laki lain, dan (diperintahkan) untuk menampakkan ketertutupan dan iffah ketika keluar agar orang-orang fasiq tidak berhasrat terhadapnya. Dan di dalam ayat ini ada dilalah bahwa wanita budak tidak diwajibkan untuk menutup wajah dan rambutnya karena firman-Nya: dan isteri-isteri orang mumin dzahirnya bahwa itu adalah wanita-wanita merdeka dan begitu juga diriwayatkan dalam tafsir agar mereka itu tidak seperti budak-budak yang mereka itu tidak diperintahkan untuk menutup kepala dan wajah, maka menutupinya dijadikan sebagai pembeda antara wanita merdeka dengan budak, dan telah diriwayatkan bahwa Umar pernah memukul budak-budak wanita, dan terus berkata: Buka kepala kalian, janganlah berusaha menyerupai wanita-wanita merdeka.
Al Imam Al Faqih Imaduddin Ibnu Muhammad Ath Thabari yang terkenal dengan julukan Ilkiyya Al Harras (wafat 504 H) rahimahullah berkata dalam tafsirnya: Firman-Nya Subhanahu Wa Taala: Hai Nabi katakanlah kepada isteri-isterimu, anak-anak perempuanmu dan isteri-isteri orang mumin: Hendaklah mereka mengulurkan jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuh mereka. Jilbab adalah rida (jubah), maka Dia memerintahkan mereka (wanita) supaya menutupi wajah dan kepala mereka, dan tidak mewajibkannya terhadap budak.
Al Imam Muhyi As Sunnah Al Baghawi (wafat 516 H) rahimahullah dalam Maalim At Tanzil dalam menafsirkan ayat itu hanya menuturkan perkataan Ibnu Abbas dan Ubaidah As Salmani di atas saja dan tidak mempedulikan pendapat lain seolah-olah beliau tidak menganggapnya, begitu juga Al Imam Al Khazin rahimahullah melakukan hal serupa.
Abu Al Qasim Muhammad Ibnu Umar Al Khawarizmiy Az Zamakhsyari yang diberi gelar Jarullah (wafat 538 H) -semoga Allah mengampuninya- mengatakan dalam tafsirnya Al Kasysyaf: [Makna: Hendaklah mereka mengulurkan jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuh mereka, Dan dengan jilbab itu mereka menutupi wajah dan pinggangnya. Dikatakan bila pakaian lepas dari wajah wanita: Adnii tsaubaki alaa wajhiki, dan ini dikarenakan sesungguhnya wanita di awal Islam masih seperti mereka pada zaman jahiliyyah berpakaian seadanya, wanita tampak keluar rumah dengan hanya mengenakan baju kurung dan kudung saja, tidak ada perbedaan antara wanita merdeka dengan budak, sedangkan para pemuda dan laki-laki nakal mengganggu wanita-wanita budak bila mereka keluar di malam hari untuk membuang hajat mereka di dekat pohon kurma dan tempat yang sunyi, dan terkadang mereka itu mengganggu wanita-wanita merdeka dengan alasan mereka mengiranya budak, mereka berkata: Kami mengiranya budak. Maka wanita-wanita merdeka diperintahkan agar berpenampilan beda dengan budak dengan memakai jubah (rida), dan milhafah, menutupi wajah dan kepala agar lebih tertutup dan lebih disegani, sehingga tidak ada orang yang berhasrat, dan itu pada firman-Nya: Yang demikian itu supaya mereka lebih mudah untuk dikenal, yaitu lebih mudah untuk diketahui sehingga tidak diganggu dan tidak mendapatkan apa yang mereka sukai. Maka bila engkau mengatakan: Apa arti min (dari) pada kalimat, min jalaabiibihinna,? Saya menjawab: Ia itu untuk menunjukkan sebagian (tabidl), namun makna tabidl ini mengandung dua kemungkinan: Pertama: Mereka berjilbab dengan bagian jilbabnya yang mereka kenakan, dan maksudnya adalah agar wanita merdeka tidak boleh keluar rumah dengan hanya mengenakan baju kurung dan kudung saja seperti budak dan orang yang suka sibuk kerja, dan dia itu memiliki dua jilbab dirumahnya atau lebih. Kedua: Wanita mengulurkan sebagian jilbabnya atau sisa kain jilbabnya pada wajahnya dia menutupinya agar berbeda dengan budak, dan dari Ibnu Sirin: Saya bertanya kepada Ubaidah As Salmani tentang hal itu, maka beliau menjawab: Ia (wanita) meletakkan rida-nya di atas alisnya, kemudian dia melingkarkannya sehingga ia meletakkannya di atas hidungnya, dan dari As Suddiy: Ia menutupi salah satu matanya dan keningnya dan sisi lain kecuali mata, dan dari Al Kisaiy: Mereka ber-taqannu dengan milhafah-nya sambil menyelimutkannya ke seluruh tubuhnya, maksud dari menyelimutkan adalah mengulurkannya.
Al Imam Al Qadli Abu Bakar Muhammad Ibnu Abdillah yang terkenal dengan Ibnu Al Arabi Al Maliki (wafat 543 H) rahimahullah berkata dalam tafsirnya: Masalah kedua: Orang berbeda pendapat tentang menjelaskan makna jilbab dengan lafadh-lafadh yang berdekatan, semuanya berputar bahwa jilbab itu adalah kain yang menutupi seluruh tubuh, namun mereka bermacam-macam dalam mengungkapkannya di sana, dikatakan adalah rida, dikatakan pula dia adalah qina. Masalah ketiga: Firman-Nya Subhanahu Wa Taala: Hendaklah mereka mengulurkan jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuh mereka, dikatakan maknanya: Dia dengan jilbab itu menutup kepalanya dari atas khimar-nya (kerudungnya), dikatakan pula: Dia dengan jilbab itu menutupi wajahnya sehingga tidak ada yang nampak darinya kecuali mata kiri saja. Masalah keempat: Dan yang menyebabkan mereka (para ahli tafsir) bermacam-macam dalam mengungkapkan makna jilbab ini adalah bahwa mereka melihat bahwa penutupan dan hijab adalah bagian dari penjelasan yang telah lalu, dan telah diketahui maknanya, dan tambahan ini datang menambahnya, dan dibarengi dengan qarinah yang sesudahnya yaitu yang menjelaskannya, dan itu adalah firman-Nya: Yang demikian itu supaya mereka lebih mudah untuk dikenal, dan yang dhahir bahwa hal itu adalah menyebabkan mudahnya dikenal disaat menutupi diri, maka ini menunjukkan pada hal berikut ini: Masalah kelima: Bahwa ini bermaksud membedakannya dari budak yang biasa berjalan dengan membuka kepala, atau dengan satu qina, mereka diganggu oleh laki-laki dan diajak bicara, maka bila ia (wanita merdeka) berjilbab dan menutupi diri, maka hijab itu menjadi penghalang antara dia dengan orang yang mengganggu dengan pengajakan bicara dan menyakitinya, dan telah dikatakan-yaitu: Masalah keenam: Sesungguhnya yang dimaksud dengan hal itu adalah orang-orang munafiq. Qatadah berkata: Wanita budak bila mereka lewat selalu diganggu oleh orang-orang munafiq, maka Allah melarang wanita-wanita merdeka dari menyerupai wanita-wanita budak, agar tidak terkena seperti gangguan ini. Dan telah diriwayatkan bahwa Umar Ibnu Al Khathab pernah memukul wanita-wanita budak karena mereka menutupi dirinya, beliau berkata: Apakah kalian menyerupai wanita-wanita merdeka? Dan hal ini jelas dari rangkaian pengaturan syariat.
Al Imam Abul Faraz Jamaluddin Abdurrahman Ibnu Ali Muhammad Ibnu Al Jauzi Al Qurasyi Al Baghdadiy Al Hambali (wafat 597 H) rahimahullah berkata dalam tafsirnya: Sebab nuzul ayat ini adalah bahwa orang-orang fasik suka mengganggu kaum wanita bila mereka keluar di malam hari, mereka bila melihat wanita mengenakan qina (penutup kepala dan wajah) mereka tidak mengganggunya dan mengatakan: Ini adalah wanita merdeka, dan bila melihatnya tidak mengenakan qina mereka mengatakan: Ini adalah budak, maka mereka mengganggunya. Maka turunlah ayat ini, ini dikatakan oleh As Suddiy. Firman-Nya Subhanahu Wa Taala: Hendaklah mereka mengulurkan jilbabnya ke seluruh tubuh mereka, Ibnu Qutaibah berkata: Mengenakan rida (jubah) dan yang lain mengatakan: Mereka menutup kepala dan wajahnya agar diketahui bahwa mereka adalah wanita-wanita merdeka. Yang demikian itu supaya mereka lebih mudah, yaitu lebih pantas dan lebih dekat, untuk dikenal, bahwa mereka itu adalah wanita-wanita merdeka, karena itu mereka tidak diganggu.
Al Imam Fakhruddin Muhammad Ibnu Umar Ibnu Al Husain Ibnu Al Hasan Ar Raziy (wafat 606 H) berkata dalam tafsir Al Kabir: Dahulu zaman Jahiliyyah wanita merdeka dan wanita budak keluar (rumah) dengan terbuka, yang membuat diikuti oleh para pezina, dan terkena tuduhan, maka Allah memerintahkan wanita-wanita merdeka agar berjilbab, dan firman-Nya: Yang demikian itu supaya mereka lebih mudah untuk dikenal, karena itu mereka tidak diganggu, Dikatakan: Diketahui bahwa mereka itu adalah wanita-wanita merdeka, maka tidak diikuti (oleh para pezina), dan bisa dikatakan: Yang dimaksud adalah bahwa mereka itu tidak pernah berzina, karena wanita yang menutupi wajahnya padahal bukan aurat tidak diharapkan darinya bahwa dia itu mau membukakan auratnya, maka diketahui bahwa mereka itu selalu tertutup, tidak mungkin diajak berzina.
Al Imam Abu Abdillah Muhammad Ibnu Ahmad Al Anshariy Al Qurthubi Al Maliki (Wafat 671 H) rahimahullah berkata dalam tafsirnya: Karena kebiasaan wanita-wanita Arab adalah berpakaian seadanya saja, dan mereka itu membuka wajah-wajahnya sebagaimana yang dilakukan oleh budak, sedang hal seperti ini mengundang pandangan laki-laki terhadapnya sehingga pikiran mereka mengkhayal terhadapnya, maka Allah memerintahkan Rasul-Nya untuk memerintahkan kaum wanita agar mengulurkan jilbab-jilbabnya keseluruh tubuhnya dikala keluar untuk hajat-hajat mereka.
Al Qurthubi berkata lagi: Firman-Nya, mengulurkan jilbabnya, jalaabib adalah bentuk jamak dari jilbab, yaitu kain yang lebih lapang dari khimar (kerudung), dan diriwayatkan dari Ibnu Abbas dan Ibnu Masud bahwa jilbab adalah rida (jubah), dikatakan juga bahwa jilbab adalah qina, dan yang benar sesungguhnya jilbab adalah kain/pakaian yang menutupi seluruh tubuh, sebagaimana yang terdapat dalam Shahih Muslim dari Ummu Athiyyah, beliau berkata: Wahai Rasulullah! seseorang di antara kami ada yang tidak mempunyai jilbab? Rasulullah berkata: Hendaklah saudarinya memberikan kepadanya jilbab.

In jeder Gemeinschaft gibt es gute und schlechte Menschen, jedoch kann man den Islam nicht an den einzelnen Muslimen messen. Wir messen auch nicht das Christentum an den Christen, sonst würden wir sagen die Prister und Pfarrer vergewaltigen im Namen der Kirche und Bibel. Genauso messen wir nicht das Judentum an den einzelnen Juden, sonst würde wir sagen alle Juden sind kriminälle Mörder und sie tun das im Namen des Judentum und der Thora.
Es kann sein dass es Muslime gibt, die den Islam nicht verstanden haben und deswegen Verbrechen begehen, aber das alles und mehr gibt es im Christentum, Judentum, in anderen Religionen und noch viel mehr bei Menschen ohne Religion.

Wichtige Mitteilung! Unglaublich aber wahr!
Diese. Nachricht habe ich 1 zu 1 kopiert und der Bruder teilt uns folgendes mit.
Habe grade eben die Nachricht bekommen das ein 7 jähriger junge aus Ägypten nach Deutschland gekommen ist ganz allein.
Er ist erstmal kilometer weise gelaufen fast bis zur grenze von lybien dort wurde er von lybiern aufgefangen und medizinisch versorgt.
Weiterhin war es sehr riskant und er ist nach deutschland eingeliefert worden.
Wollt ihr wissen warum
Er ist zu 80 Prozent verbrannt seine Überlebenschancen sind vielleicht 10%%%%%
Wisst ihr warum er verbrannt wurde ein kafir wollte seine mama missbrauchen er hat sich vor gestellt wollte sie verteidigen.
Dann hat dieser kafir eine feuerluftknarregenommen damit verbrennen die leute
Und wollte die mutter verbrennnen der kleine hat sich vor seiner mutter gestellt und gesagt verbrenn mich
Dan hat der kafir die mutter abgeknallt und den kleinen komplett mit feuer verbrannt
Allah hat ihm die kraft gegeben so weit zu laufen das ihm geholfen wird
Er ist bei uns im Krankenhaus in der intensiv
Wir haben ihn gefragt was er sich am meisten wünscht.
Er hat gesagt bevor er STIRBT UND ZU SEINER MUTTER GEHT wünscht er sich schokolade ganz viel.
Den immer wen seine mutter stolz auf ihn war und er quran auswendig gelernt hat hat er schokolade bekommen

Ich war heute da leider durfte ich nicht rein nur die Dolmetscherin hat ihn für mich gefragt
Was er sich von der ummmah wünscht
Er wünscht sich von der ummah Schokolade und das sie dua machen das seine Mutter in jennah kommt und er shaheed wird
Allahu akber wallahy dieser junge besteht aus blut und Knochen

Was erwartet euch?
In diesem Kapitel wollen wir nun damit beginnen, die Ahl-ul-Bait (a.) des Gesandten Gottes (s.) vorzustellen, und zu zeigen, wer zu ihnen der Überlieferung gemäß gehört, und welche „gewichtige Rolle" sie als Vorbild und Wegweiser auf dem Weg zurück zu ALLAH einnehmen.
Und: Wir stellen die Gründe vor, die Allamah Tabatabai für die Notwendigkeit des Imamats innerhalb der „allgemeinen göttlichen Rechtleitung" und der Schöpfungsordnung anführt, und insbesondere für den Menschen, der sich auf dem Wege Gottes um die Vervollkommnung seiner Eigenschaften bemüht. Allamah Tabatabai zeigt zum Beispiel, dass das Konzept einer Verantwortungs- und Führungspersönlichkeit (arab. Imam) in allen Bereichen des gesellschaftlichen Lebens wieder zu finden ist, und darüber hinaus auch Teil der natürlichen Ordnung ist, wenn man sich beispielsweise die Organisation von Ameisen- bzw. Bienenvölkern usw. anschaut.

In jeder Gemeinschaft gibt es gute und schlechte Menschen, jedoch kann man den Islam nicht an den einzelnen Muslimen messen. Wir messen auch nicht das Christentum an den Christen, sonst würden wir sagen die Prister und Pfarrer vergewaltigen im Namen der Kirche und Bibel. Genauso messen wir nicht das Judentum an den einzelnen Juden, sonst würde wir sagen alle Juden sind kriminälle Mörder und sie tun das im Namen des Judentum und der Thora. Filière djihadiste vers la Syrie : une arrestation dans le nord de la France

Un homme âgé de 35 ans a été arrêté, mardi 26 novembre, dans le nord de la France dans le cadre d'une enquête sur une filière djihadiste vers la Syrie, a-t-on appris de sources proches de l'enquête.
Cet homme, domicilié à Sallaumines, travaille dans une entreprise de pompes funèbres musulmanes de Maubeuge, où travaillait également un homme de 23 ans arrêté à Lille le 15 octobre. Celui-ci est soupçonné de s'être rendu en Syrie et d'en être revenu en août, après seulement un mois, sans doute blessé. Il a été écroué après son inculpation.
Un autre suspect, âgé de 22 ans, avait été interpellé le 15 octobre. Lui aussi est soupçonné de s'être rendu en Syrie pour combattre le régime de Bachar Al-Assad dans les rangs de groupes djihadistes. Des perquisitions ont été menées mardi dans le cadre de cette enquête menée par le contre-espionnage.
440 PERSONNES PARTIES DE FRANCE EN SYRIE DEPUIS 2011
Les services français de renseignement estiment à environ 440 le nombre de personnes vivant en France s'étant rendues en Syrie ou souhaitant y aller. La mort de 13 d'entre elles a pu être établie et entre 50 et 60 sont revenues. En Belgique, plusieurs dizaines de personnes ont rejoint les rangs des djihadistes en Syrie, où certaines ont trouvé la mort.
Belges, jeunes et engagés dans la voie du djihad en Syrie
Des vidéos diffusées sur Internet avaient montré des combattants à l'entraînement s'exprimant en néerlandais et en français avec des accents belges. La Belgique a depuis lors procédé à des perquisitions dans les milieux islamistes et pris des mesures pour endiguer les départs.
Si la plupart, dénués de toute expérience militaire, ne participent pas directement aux combats, les spécialistes de l'antiterrorisme craignent beaucoup le retour en France des plus déterminés, qui pourraient vouloir porter le djihad sur le territoire français. اصدرت الجبهة الإسلامية كتاباً من 10 صفحات اسمته "ميثاق الجبهة الإسلامية" وزينته بعبارة "مشروع أمة" تحت إسم "الجبهة الإسلامية" وهو ما يشير إلى أبعاد مشروع الجبهة الإسلامية ألا وهي الأمة الإسلامية جمعاء.
ميثاق الجبهة الإسلامية هو عبارة عن إطار فكري ومواقف سياسية تشكل قاعدة للإنضمام إلى الجبهة والإنتظام داخلها. وما يغبط القلب أنه قد تمت تنقيته من أفكار الكفر والأفكار الدخيلة أو حتى الرمادية وتميز بالجنوح إلى النقاء والصفاء وابتغاء رضوان الله فيه. فهنيئاً للشام برجاله. وهنيئاً للإسلام بأهل الشام.
ملاحظة: "ميثاق الجبهة الإسلامية"(1) يختلف عن "ميثاق الخلافة" (2) أو "ميثاق العمل على إقامة الخلافة الإسلامية في سوريا" من عدة أوجه أهمها أن "ميثاق الجبهة الإسلامية" هو شبيه ب"إعلان النوايا" عند تكوين أي مجموعة أو يمكن تسميته "دستور الجماعة" بينما "ميثاق الخلافة" وإن كان مطلقه هو حزب التحرير إلا أنه لا يستهدف ضم من يوافق عليه إلى جسم حزب التحرير وإنما يسعى في تكتيل الناس حول مفاهيم شرعية محددة مبلورة ألا وهي قواعد نظام الحكم في الإسلام بأدلتها الشرعية التي تشكل أساسيات نظام الحكم التي لا مناص من التوافق عليها، قبل تناول مسائل القيادة وشخص الخليفة.
نعتبر أن ميثاق الجبهة الإسلامية ميثاق يرضي الله، مباديء وأهداف يطمئن لها القلب تهيء وبقوة إلى أفكار أكثر بلورة ووضوح حول نظام الحكم في الإسلام ونسأل الله أن يهدي عباده وأحباءه لما يرضيه. آمين.

As Salamu ´Aleykum liebe Geschwister,
wir wollen euch unser neues Projekt "Spenden Taxi" vorstellen, mit dem wir es euch einfacher machen, euren Geschwister in Syrien zur Helfen.
Wir werden ab sofort Sach und Geld Spenden auch direkt bei euch abholen, dafür müsst ihr nichts anderen tun als uns zur Kontaktieren und ein Termin mit uns zur vereinbaren.

und natürlich andere Sachen die mir gerade nicht einfallen, von denen ihr denkt das diese in Syrien gebraucht werden können.
Winterkleidung und Schuhe nehmen wir auch an, aber hier bitten wir euch darauf zur achten das diese nicht "Müll reif" oder ungewaschen sind, im diesen Sinne will ich euch zum Schluss noch an folgenden Qur´an Vers und Hadith erinnern:
„Sicher erlangt ihr nicht die Frömmigkeit, bis ihr von dem hergebt, was ihr liebt, ..." [3:92]
Abu Said al-Chudri berichtete: Wir waren auf einer Reise, als ein Mann auf einem Kamel kam und nach rechts und links schaute. Da sagte Allah Gesandter: "Wer Überfluss an Reittieren hat, der gebe es dem, der kein Reittier hat. Wer Überfluss an Proviant hat, der gebe dem, der keinen Proviant hat.", und Abu Said sagte: "Er nannte so viele verschiedene Güter, bis wir begriffen, dass niemand ein Recht auf das hat, was er als Überfluss besitzt." Egyptian gate today Clashes broke out between armed special forces in Benghazi and a number of elements « Ansar al-Sharia » , on Monday morning , killing nine members of the bolt and injuring more than 49 others . Some media reported that the practice of marrying young girls is widespread in Yemen and has attracted the attention of international rights groups seeking to pressure the government to outlaw child marriages. Human Rights Watch reports that 14% of girls in Yemen are married before age 15, with 82% married before they are 18. It is said that Yemen's gripping poverty plays a role in hindering efforts to stamp out the practice, as poor families find themselves unable to say no to 'bride-prices' that can be hundreds of dollars for their daughters. Tribal custom also plays a role, including the belief that a young bride can be shaped into an obedient wife, bear more children and be kept away from temptation. It was reported that in 2010, a 12 year-old girl passed away after struggling for three days in labor, attempting to give birth to a baby. Countless other children have been subjected to similar atrocities. 'Sad' does not even begin to describe how this makes me feel. I am still trying to wrap my mind around the fact that there are parents who willingly hand over their underage children for marriage in the name of their religion, culture, economic hardship or whatever else their sick, perverted mind conjures up. Where are the parents of this poor girl? How could her mother live with herself knowing her 8 year old daughter was about to be ravaged in bed by a pedophile? Who in their right mind marries and have sex with an 8 year old girl? What kind of depraved society allows this to happen? I believe the parents and everyone who attended the wedding should be arrested and charged as criminals and accomplices to a crime. It is heartbreaking to learn that this could have been prevented and at least a machinery to charge violating parents to court could have been in place if not for the rampaging protest of Quran waving pedophiles. 9 Killed in Benghazi as Ansar al-Sharia has left its headquarters after clashes with Army Special Forces. The army's Saiqa Brigade took control of the streets on Monday, warning that any convoy moving inside Benghazi or trying to enter the city without permission be will attacked by the air force. "As long as there is resistance on the ground, we will continue fighting to maintain security and legitimacy," Captain Ibrahim Shara said. He added that commander had met the Benghazi Elders Council, who demanded that civilians be protected. A Government source said Prime Minister Ali Zeidan and other leading members of the Cabinet travelled to Benghazi for emergency talks with local security heads. The fighting apparently started in Benghazi's Birkah district after Ansar Al-Sharia set up checkpoints, with claims that members of the Islamist militia shot at a vehicle belonging to the Benghazi Security Directorate. Others say that the Saiqa Brigade intervened after a shootout at the checkpoint between a private individual and Ansar members. Armed Benghazi residents fought alongside the Special Forces against Ansar, before they were asked to go home and leave the fighting to the army. All Ansar bases in the city have reportedly been destroyed. The militia's units were reportedly prevented from leaving the town of Derna to join the fighting in Benghazi.

Die Milli Görüs Jugend reibt sich oft die Hände, wenn sie kritische Artikel über Fethullah Gülen lesen dürfen, zumal er der Erbakan-Partei durch seine Bemerkungen während der kemalistischen Militär-Diktatur in den Rücken gefallen ist. Der Prophet hat eine 6 jährige zur Frau ausgesucht und mit 9 Jahren die Ehe genossen. Problem: Laut Kuran darf eine 6 Jährige keinen Vertrag,schon garnicht Ehevertrag unterschreiben. Hier ist der Glaube an eine Willkür des Propheten gegenüber einem ahnungslosen Kind 2. Die Sex-Versklavung von Kriegsgefangennen Frauen ist legitim, da sie als Kriegsbeute ohne eigenem Willen gelten (Der Kuran lehnt dies ab) 3. Die Tötung von Muslimen, wenn sie auf einmal mit dem Beten aufhören, oder Christ werden (Kuran lehnt dies aber ab) 4. Die Steinigung von verheirateten Ehebrechern (Kuran lehnt dies ab) Milli Görüsch kann sich natürlich von diesen Gesetzen distanzieren, würde aber dann aus dem Islam austreten (aus dem Islam der Ahlu Sunna/Sunniten), weil diese Gesetze durch: a) Kuran b) Sunna c) Idschma abgesichert sind, also KEINE DISKUSSION möglich machen. Milli Görüsch ist selefitisch gesinnt, was man auch durch deren Vorbilder, Redner, Gelehrte, die sie einladen , nachvollziehen kann. Beispielsweise laden sie hin und wieder Dr. Ebubekir Sifil ein, der bekannt dafür ist, dass er die klassische Ahlu Sunna vertritt. Zum Beispiel zu sehen in dem youtube – Video , wo er in der igmg-Walldorf spricht (youtube.com/watch?v=3cTxDL_q8Js) Milli Görüsch kann sich aus dem Grund nicht von der Ahlu Sunna distanzieren, weil sie Angst vor Mitgliederschwund hat. Tausende Muslime würden dann die Frage stellen: "Was noch gestern zu der Scharia gehörte, soll jetzt nicht mehr sein oder was? Habt ihr uns jahrelang falsch belehrt?? Seid ihr auch Irre gegangen wie diese Modernisten ??"

Every once in a while life has a way of dealing us adversity. It seems just when things are coasting along just fine there has to come some sort of bump in the road. Now, some of these "bumps" can be foreseen while others cannot; but in truth, what matters is how you deal with them. They can be set backs; or if you know its coming and you fail to adequately prepare then you are allowing yourself to be set back. Or, you can embrace them and plan accordingly, or simply make the best use out of the situation. Case in point, two quick examples: a) when I learned Kim was pregnant with Maddie I had just came up with the idea for Prosper, that was July 2011. At that point I had a decision to make, should I charge forward when I knew this might be my only shot at getting my first feature done for a very long time (given the expenses of a new baby)? Or do I chart my course and continue to map out my team and plan? I took a step back and determined I had 9 months to get it all together. My number one goal became to get a "sellable" movie in the can. Ask anyone on the Prosper team and they will tell you I was focused on making a movie that sells from day one. And since we never had a big budget it meant a story driven piece from the onset. When we hit a snag with our investors back in February 2012, I charged forward with Plan B. Plan B meant I would lose key personnel to my team to include a couple of actors, a producer, DP, gaffers and grips. I lost half my team in one fair swoop. But, again, I had planned for it. We restaffed, regrouped and moved forward with MUCH LESS MONEY in the coffers to make the film. A month before Maddie was born we wrapped the project, and in fact had our wrap party in April just 2 days before she was born at Gwinnett Medical. b) more recently, I have known my knee surgery was coming for several weeks now. Sure I could have been bummed out about it and just went into a "funk" but where would that get me? I knew the AFM was coming up too, so as soon as I got the date from my doctor for the surgery I scheduled my ticket and registration so I wouldn't miss out on such a prime opportunity. After the AFM I knew I would have a great degree of "down time" on my hands but I also knew I'd be pretty heavily medicated. Rather than placing unnecessary pressure on myself, for anyone I met at AFM I needed to follow up with I gave them a realistic set of expectations for my follow up by offering a time to get back with them in mid-December. Additionally, I set aside time to allow my body to process the surgery for a few days while also scheduling conference calls far in advance that can keep me productive and progress moving forward on my projects. Yesterday I met with IGMG executive team member Debbie Vickery and one of my VFX editors Aaron Faulkner who came by the house for meetings. Throughout the next couple weeks I'll do the same with others. Business doesn't stop (and life) because of adversity. Find a way to use it to your advantage and you'll come out on top every time! Karma Yüzme Dersi: Federal İdare Mahkemesi'nin kararı şaşırtmasa da, hukuki açıdan anlaşılması mümkün değil İslam Toplumu Millî Görüş (IGMG) Genel Başkan Yardımcısı Mustafa Yeneroğlu, Federal İdare Mahkemesi'nin Müslüman bir kız öğrencinin karma yüzme derslerinden muaf tutulmak istemiyle açtığı davaya ilişkin 11 Eylül 2013'te aldığı kararla ilgili olarak bir açıklama yaptı. Mahkemenin Müslüman kız öğrencinin zorunlu olduğu takdirde burkini ile karma yüzme dersine katılabileceği yönünde verdiği kararla ilgili olarak Yeneroğlu şu ifadelerde bulundu: "Federal İdare Mahkemesi, Müslümanlar ve İslam hakkında kamuoyuna hakim olan negatif algı ve söylemlerin etkisiyle 1993 yılında kendi belirlediği ilkelerden vazgeçmiştir. Zira bu rota değişiminin başka bir açıklaması olamaz. Mahkeme, temel hakları çiğneme pahasına tam olarak ne olduğu açık bir şekilde tanımlanmamış entegrasyon politikasına boyun eğmiştir." Yeneroğlu, yaptığı açıklamayı şu şekilde sürdürdü: "Federal İdare Mahkemesi'nin karma yüzme dersiyle alakalı vermiş olduğu karar birçok sebepten ötürü makul değildir. Bununla birlikte verilen kararın şaşırtıcı olduğu da söylenemez. Zira bu karar son yıllarda sıkça şahit olunan, tanımı kesin olarak yapılmamış bir entegrasyon politikası adına Müslümanların dinî özgürlüklerini kısıtlamaya yönelik gelişmeleri doğrular nitelikte bir karardır. Federal İdare Mahkemesi de varolan bu gidişata sorgulamaksızın boyun eğmiştir. Aksi takdirde hakimlerin bu kararı verirken 1993 senesinde yine kendi belirledikleri esasları yok saymalarını başka ne şekilde açıklayabiliriz? O zaman mahkeme, İslam dinine mensup 12 yaşındaki bir kız öğrencinin zorunlu okul dersleri kapsamında sunulan karma yüzme derslerinden Kur'an'da belirtilen örtünme esaslarına ters düştüğü gerekçesiyle muaf tutulma isteğini haklı bularak, öğrencinin, ders cinsiyete göre ayrılmış bir şekilde sunulmadığı müddetçe derse girmeme özgürlüğünün bulunduğunu, aksi takdirde bir vicdan çatışması yaşayacağını belirtmişti. O zamandan beri din ve vicdan hürriyeti düzenlemesiyle ilgili daha önce verilmiş olan bu yargı kararından dönmeyi gerektirecek herhangi esaslı bir değişiklik olmadığı gibi, aksine din ve vicdan hürriyeti daha sonra verilen kararlara da gerekçe olarak vurgulandı. O günden bugüne değişen tek şey ise Müslümanlar ve İslam hakkındaki toplumsal algı oldu. Bu durumda haklı olarak şu sorular akla gelmektedir: Devlet, velilerin anayasa tarafından garanti altına alınmış çocuklarını yetiştirme haklarına müdahele etme ve çocuklarının dinî eğitimiyle alakalı bir konuda veliler adına karar alma yetkisine sahip midir? Yine devlet, Müslüman bir öğrencinin makul bir şekilde ortaya konan vicdan çatışmasını, toplumsal gerçeklere ters düştüğü gerekçesiyle bir kenara atabilir mi? Devlet, kendi eğitme ve koruma görevinden yola çıkarak, velilerin çocuklarını ne derece dindar yetiştirebileceklerini belirlediği taktirde anayasal düzenin şiddetle reddettiği ideolojik bir devlet şeklini almış olmaz mı? Ve devlet belli bir yaşam tarzını, ideal yaşam tarzı olarak öne sürebilir mi? Bütün bunların dışında şu gerçekler ve sorular da karşımıza çıkmaktadır: Bayvera Eyaleti'nde öğrencilerin %93,2'sine spor ve yüzme dersi kız-erkek ayrı olarak veriliyorken, bu oran Baden-Württemberg'te % 88, 3'ü, Saksonya'da ise %73'ü buluyor. PISA araştırmalarına göre bu durumun okul başarısı üzerinde de negatif bir etkisi bulunmamaktadır. Bu rakamlar karşısında, 'Karma yüzme dersine evet mi, hayır mı' sorusunun Müslümanlardan bağımsız olarak ele alınması ve tartışılması gerekmiyor mu? Fakat bu gerçekliklere kimsenin ilgi göstermediği açıkça görülüyor. Bu da verilen kararda anayasal bir değerlendirmeden ziyade, Müslüman ve İslam dinine yönelik son yıllarda dozunu artıran ideolojik ve kültürel dayanaklı söylemlerin etkili olduğu intibasını güçlendiriyor. Federal hakimlerin burkini olarak adlandırılan giysiyle istemeyerek yüzme dersine katılmanın öğrenciler üzerinde yol açabileceği psikolojik tahribat hakkında kafa yormamış olmaları da bütün bu soruları göz önüne aldığımızda şaşırtıcı değil."

Now above all is a time for the Muslims of Ireland to stand up. How? Based on clear Aayaat from the Quran and the Sunnah, the scholars said that Dawah is a Wajib upon every single Muslim according to his level of knowledge. And the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam said: (translated) "Convey from me even it is a single Ayat" Bukhari and Tirmizi So the one who knows even a single Ayat or a small aspect of the religion, then let him convey it to others. And one should keep in mind that speaking about Allah without knowledge is from the biggest of major sins and is the twin brother of Shirk.

From Mamoun Shehadeh Answer: Wa Alaikum us Salaam Wa Rahmatullah Wa Barakaatuhu Our work my dear brother is the same and it does not change in every place that we are able to work. Our work is carrying the Dawah for the resumption of the Islamic way of life via the establishment of the Rightly Guided Khilafah in accordance to the methodology that the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم demonstrated to us from the time that he was tasked with the mission in Makkah Al-Mukarramah until he established the State in Al-Madeenah Al-Munawarah. So we make contact with the Ummah to call them to the Haqq (truth) and that the Khilafah is a great Fard that it is obligatory for them to work towards. We interact with the Ummah upon this, working with it and through it to accomplish this matter. In addition we make contact with the people of power and request their support to establish the Khilafah and we advise them not to waste their efforts in vain by finding it sufficient to change people without changing the entire man-made secular system. Rather they need to exert their efforts, strengths and sacrifices to change the man-made system from its roots with its rulers and laws, and establish the Khilafah. We make this matter clear to them comprehensively just as it has come in Islam, so the one who responds positively to us we direct him with the correct direction whilst the one who does not respond cannot be coerced into it but rather we make Duaa for him to be guided. This is what we did before the revolutions, what we do during them and what we will do afterwards. However the revolutions provided a wider range for the people to listen to the word of truth without them fearing the security agencies like the situation had been before when the people would keep their distance from us fearing the security agencies. For this reason it is noticeable today to see the people surrounding themselves around us and turning towards us and the presence of a strong active movement of interaction between us and them. And as such it is noticeable that the scope of the Dawah that we carry has widened and increased from before because the fear barrier has been removed from the people. And it is because of this that you have noticed the strength of our movement and its increase in the Ummah more than it had been previously noticeable. This is not because we were not working before but rather because the people before the revolutions had been fearful to move in our direction out of fear from the security apparatus which would pursue us and all those whom we made contact with. So this created a hindrance to our work and placed a barrier in front of the people if they wanted to approach us. And it is important to make known that the strength of our work is not noticeable in the areas of revolutions alone but rather it can be noticed in other regions and occasionally it can have greater momentum there than in the regions of revolutions. Perhaps you have seen or heard of our activities in Pakistan for example where the strength is clear and on par or similar to what is noticed in Syria. This is despite the absence of a revolution in Pakistan ate the present time. In conclusion, our work was present before the revolution but it widened in a way that caught the attention during the revolution and specifically in Syria. This is because the barrier of fear had collapsed in the face of the people uprising against oppression and tyranny. This is what is new in this matter but we had been working before the revolutions, through them and after them. However if you meant by the wording 'involvement in the revolution' that we now have a military wing, then this is an error and this does not exist. We do not have a military wing attached to us either in the past or anytime after. This is because we are a political party whose ideology is Islam that does not perform any material actions in the stage of Dawah. Rather it only requests the support from the people of power so they can establish the state just as that which happened with the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم in the second Bayah (pledge) of Al-Aqabah. And it is hoped that this will be realised soon. إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ ۚ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا "Allah always achieves His aim. Wir messen auch nicht das Christentum an den Christen, sonst würden wir sagen die Prister und Pfarrer vergewaltigen im Namen der Kirche und Bibel. Genauso messen wir nicht das Judentum an den einzelnen Juden, sonst würde wir sagen alle Juden sind kriminälle Mörder und sie tun das im Namen des Judentum und der Thora.
Es kann sein dass es Muslime gibt, die den Islam nicht verstanden haben und deswegen Verbrechen begehen, aber das alles und mehr gibt es im Christentum, Judentum, in anderen Religionen und noch viel mehr bei Menschen ohne Religion.

Wir hatten vorhin diesen "Hadith" geteilt, welcher in Wahrheit wahrscheinlich gar keiner ist :
Der Prophet Mohammed (sav) hat gesagt: "Ein Muslim kränken, sein Herz brechen, ist eine größere Sünde als die Kaaba siebzigmal zu zerstören."
Hat jemand Informationen diesbezüglich, sprich Quelle o.Ä.? Ansonsten STREICHT diesen "Spruch" erstmal, denn ich konnte nirgendwo etwas finden.

"Ich brauche Deine Hilfe..."
Wie sehnsüchtig doch jene Menschen auf Hilfe warten, die nichts haben. Dabei ist es nicht viel, was sie brauchen, denn sie wissen mit wenig auszukommen. Doch oftmals wird ihnen nicht einmal dieses "Wenige" gegeben, denn einige Menschen ertrinken in dem Geld, dass sie im Überfluss besitzen; und das ist schade. So viele Menschen sterben, weil die Reichen immer reicher und die Armen immer ärmer werden.
Lasse Deine Barmherzigkeit Dir nicht wegnehmen, nur weil das Geld Dir Deine materiellen Wünsche erfüllt. Wenn Du nur wüsstest, was für einen Wert die Geste der Barmherzigkeit besitzt, so würdest Du sie sicherlich täglich bewahren. Nehme diesen Wert jetzt wahr: wenn Du das Leben eines einzigen Menschen rettest, ist es so, als hättest Du die gesamte Menschheit gerettet [Vgl. Quran, Sure 5:32].
So mögest Du zu denjenigen gehören, die sofort zu Hilfe eilen, wenn um Hilfe gerufen wird; auf dass Allâh Dir stets helfen möge, wenn Du um Hilfe rufst.

Möge Allah (s) uns davor bewahren zu jenen zu gehören. Möge Allah (s) uns helfen, die richtige islamische Lernmethode zu erlernen, nämlich:
1. die tiefgründige Beschäftigung mit einem Thema
2. Die Verknüpfung dessen mit der Aqida und
3. Das Setzen der Handlungen gemäß diesem Wissen
