Luanda - Angela Merkel ist die Erste. Noch nie zuvor hat ein deutscher Kanzler nach Angola gefunden. "In goldenen Lettern" werde Merkels Besuch ins Buch der deutsch-angolanischen Beziehungen eingeschrieben, freut sich José dos Santos. Er ist der Präsident dieses an Öl reichen und ansonsten armen Landes, das von seiner Unabhängigkeit 1975 bis zum Jahr 2002 einen blutigen Bürgerkrieg ausgefochten hat.

Nach einem Treffen mit Staatspräsident José Eduardo dos Santos in Luanda wurde sie deutlicher: Es gehe um "Patrouillenschiffe für die Grenzsicherung". Damit bahnt sich zwischen Deutschland und Angola ein millionenschwerer Rüstungshandel an.
Nach Angaben des Chefs der Lürssen-Werft aus Bremen, Friedrich Lürßen, der Merkel in einer Wirtschaftsdelegation begleitet, gehe es um sechs bis acht Boote. Sie kosteten jeweils zwischen zehn und 25 Millionen Euro.
Dos Santos sagte, Angola modernisiere seine Streitkräfte und schreibe die Aufträge international aus. Deutschland habe dieses Angebot vorgelegt.

Das Angebot, Angola bei der Aufrüstung zu unterstützen, fällt mitten in die Debatte um deutsche Rüstungsexporte: Die Bundesregierung steht wegen einer mutmaßlichen Panzerlieferung an Saudi-Arabien seit Tagen in der Kritik.
Merkel selbst rechtfertigte das Angebot an Angola mit wirtschaftlichen Aspekten: "Angola ist ein wichtiger Partner für uns. Wir können aber noch mehr miteinander auf den Weg bringen", sagte Merkel. Durch die internationale Finanz- und Wirtschaftskrise sei das deutsch-angolanische Handelsvolumen um 40 Prozent zusammengeschrumpft.
Als Investitionsbereiche nannte Merkel auch die Energiewirtschaft, moderne Technologien, Ausrüstung von Schulen und Universitäten. "Auch im Bereich der Rohstoffe können wir sehr viel enger noch zusammenarbeiten. (...) Wir wissen natürlich, dass sich auch die Ölpreise wieder erhöht haben. Das ist für ein Land, das Öl braucht, nicht so erfreulich, aber für ein Land, das Öl fördert, macht es eine gute wirtschaftliche Entwicklung möglich."
Angola habe eine schwere Zeit mit jahrzehntelangem Bürgerkrieg hinter sich und noch einen schweren Weg vor sich. Mit den ersten freien und demokratischen Wahlen 2008 und mit der neuen Verfassung des Landes wachse die Stabilität - eine "notwendige und wichtige Voraussetzung dafür, dass die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung gut vorangeht", sagte Merkel.
Deutschland sei ein fairer Partner. "Wir wollen natürlich wirtschaftlich erfolgreich sein, aber wir wollen auch den Erfolg der Menschen in Ihrem Land", sagte die Kanzlerin weiter. Dauerhaft würden die Menschen in Angola nur zu Wohlstand kommen, wenn es eine gute Verbindung von wirtschaftlichem Erfolg und sozialem Ausgleich gebe.
Angolas Vizepräsident Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos sicherte Merkel den Schutz von Investitionen und Privateigentum sowie einen gesunden Wettbewerb zu. Viele deutsche Firmen meiden Angola wegen der massiven Korruption. Am Vormittag begrüßte Angolas Staatspräsident José Eduardo dos Santos Merkel mit militärischen Ehren in seinem Palast.

Um einen hohen Rang bei Allah swt zu erlangen, nimmt sich die wahre Muslima ausschließlich solche Menschen als Freunde, die aufrichtig sind, Allah swt fürchten, ihr gegenüber wahrhaftig sind, die in ihren Ratschlägen ehrlich sind und die sie nicht mit ihren Worten oder Taten betrügen.
Gute Freunde haben einen großen Einfluss darauf, das eine muslimische Frau nicht vom geraden Weg abkommt. Sie unterstützen sich gegenseitig darin, sich gute Angewohnheiten und edle Eigenschaften anzueignen. In den meisten Fällen spiegelt ein guter Freund bzw. Eine gute Freundin die eigenen Verhaltensweisen und Einstellungen wieder.
"Fragt nicht nach einem Mann- fragt nach seinen Freunden, den jeder Freund folgt seinen Freunden."
Aus diesem Grund ist die Wahl guter Freunde als ebenso wichtig zu erachten, wie das Unterlassen von üblen Taten.

کلونجی: ہر بیماری کا علاج
حضرت ابو ہریرہ ؓ راوی ہیں کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: کلونجی میں موت کے سواہر مرض کا علاج ہے (بخاری، ابن ماجہ، مسند احمد) آپ خود بھی کلونجی کو شہد کے شربت کے ساتھ ملا کر استعمال کیا کرتے تھے۔ قدیم اطباءکلونجی اور اس کے بیجوں کے استعمال سے خوب واقف تھے۔ وہ کلونجی کے بیج کو معدے اور پیٹ کے امراض مثلاََ ریاح، گیس کا ہونا، آنتوں کا درد، نسیان، رعشہ، دماغی کمزوری، فالج اور افزائش دودھ کے لئے استعمال کراتے تھے۔
کلونجی ایک قسم کی گھاس کا بیج ہے۔ اس کا پودا سونف سے مشابہ، خود رو اور تقریباََ سَوا فٹ بلند ہوتا ہے۔کلونجی کی فصل حاصل کرنے کے لئے اس کی باقاعدہ کاشت کی جاتی ہے۔ اس کے پھول زردی مائل، بیجوں کا رنگ سیاہ اور شکل پیاز کے بیجوں سے ملتی ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ بعض لوگ انہیں پیاز کا بیج سمجھتے ہیں۔ اصلی کلونجی کی پہچان یہ ہے کہ اگر اسے سفید کاغذ میں لپیٹ کر رکھیں تو اس پر چکنائی کے داغ لگ جاتے ہیں۔ہر شاخ کے اوپر سیاہ دانے داربیج ہوتے ہیں۔ اسی بیج کے حصول کے لئے بھارت، بنگلہ دیش، ترکی، وغیرہ میں اس کی کاشت کی جاتی ہے۔ کلونجی کے ان بیجوں کی خصوصی مہک ہوتی ہے۔ اسے ادویات کے علاوہ کھانے اور اچار وغیرہ میں بھی استعمال کیا جاتا ہے۔
شعبہ طب میں اسے مصفی دوائی کے طور پر بھی استعمال کیا جاتا ہے۔کلونجی کے بیجوں میں فاسفورس، فولاد، اور کاربو ہائڈریٹ کے مرکبات شامل ہوتے ہیں۔کلونجی کی کیمیاوی تجزیے سے معلوم ہو ا اس میں پیلے رنگ کا مادہ کیروٹین پایا جاتا ہے جو جگر میں پہنچ کر وٹامن اے میں تبدیل ہوجاتا ہے۔ان کے علاوہ بھی بہت سے ایسے مرکبات کلونجی میں پائے جاتے ہیں، جو نظام انہظام کے لےے مفید ہیں۔یہ بولی امرض کو دور کرتا ہے۔یہ جسم کی قوت مدافعت میں اضافہ کرنے کے علاوہ ہر قسم کے امراض کے علاج میں معاون ہے۔ کلونجی کے تیل میں ساٹھ فیصد لینو لیٹک ترشہ (Linoletic Acid) اور تقریباََ ۱۲ فیصد Lipase کیمیاوی مادہ پایا جاتا ہے۔ یہ گرم درجہ حرارت میں جسم کو ٹھنڈا رکھنے کی صلاحیت رکھتا ہے۔کلونجی میں پائے جانے والے خصوصی مادے Saponin Vlatile Oil اورNigelline پائے جاتے ہیں جو مختلف بولی امراض میںکارگر ہوتے ہیں۔ اسی لئے نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ کلونجی کو اپنی غذا میں شامل کرو کہ یہ موت کے سوا تمام امراض کے علاج کی صلاحیت رکھتا ہے۔ مختلف امراض میں کلونجی کے تیل کی استعمال کی ترکیب حسب ذیل ہے۔
دمہ، کھانسی اور الرجی: ان امراض سے نجات کے لئے ایک کپ گرم پانی میں نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر نہار منہ اور رات سونے سے قبل چالیس روز تک استعمال کریں۔ سرد اشیاءکھانے سے پرہیز کریں۔
ذیابطیس (شوگر) : ایک کپ قہوہ (کالی چائے)نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر نہار منہ اور رات سونے سے قبل پی لیں۔روغنی خوراک بالخصوص تلی ہوئی اشیا کھانے سے پرہیز کریں۔اگر ذیابطیس کے لئے پہلے سے کوئی دوائی کھا رہے ہوں تو اسے جاری رکھیں۔ البتہ بیس روز بعد خون میں شوگر کا لیول چیک کروائیں۔ اگر معمول کے مطابق پائیں تو ادویہ کا استعمال بند کرکے اس نسخہ کو چالیس روز تک جاری رکھیں۔ مکمل شفا کے بعد نسخہ کا استعمال بند کردیں۔
دل کادورہ : ایک کپ گرم پانی میں ایک چمچہ شہد، نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر دن میں دوبار دس دن تک استعمال کریں۔ دس دن کے بعد مزید دس دن یومیہ ایک مرتبہ استعمال کریں۔
پولیو اور لقوہ : ایک کپ گرم پانی میں ایک چمچہ شہد، نصف چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر دن میں دوبار استعمال کریں۔ بچوںکو گرم پانی میں دو چمچے دودھ اور تین قطرے کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر دن میں تین مرتبہ پلائیں۔ علاج۴۰ دن تک جاری رکھیں۔
جوڑوں کا درد: ایک چمچہ سرکہ، نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل اور دو چمچہ شہد ملا کر صبح نہار منہ اور رات کو سونے سے قبل استعمال کریں۔
بد ہضمی، گیس، پیٹ کا درد: ایک چمچہ سرکہ میںنصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر دن میں دوبار پئیں۔ موٹاپا دور کر نے کے لئے بھی یہی نسخہ کا آمد ہے۔
آنکھوں کے امراض: آنکھوں کا سرخ ہونا، پانی بہنا، کمزوری بصارت وغیرہ کی صورت میںایک کپ گاجر کے عرق میں نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر نہار منہ اور رات سونے سے قبل پئیں۔ یہ علاج چالیس روز تک جاری رکھیں، اچار اور بینگن سے پرہیز کریں۔
امراض مستورات (لیکوریا، پیٹ میں درد، کمر درد) : دو گلاس پانی میں دس گرام پودینے کے پتے ابال لیں۔ پانی الگ کر کے اس میں نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر نہار منہ اور رات سونے سے قبل پی لیں۔ علاج چالیس روز تک جاری رکھیں، اچار ، بیگن، انڈے اور مچھلی سے پرہیز کریں۔ اگر معمول سے زائد عرصہ تک ماہواری رُک جائے توایک کپ گرم پانی میں نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل اور دو چمچہ شہد ملا کر نہار منہ اور رات سونے سے قبل پی لیں۔علاج ایک ماہ تک جاری رکھیں۔ آلو، بینگن سے پرہیز کریں۔
یادداشت میں کمی : یاد داشت میں اضافہ کے لئے ایک کپ پانی میں دس گرام پودینے کے پتے ابال لیں۔ اس پانی میں نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر دن میں دوبار پئیں۔ یہ علاج بیس روز تک جاری رکھیں۔
دردہ گردہ : 250 گرام کلونجی کے بیج کو پیس کر ایک کپ شہد میں اچھی طرح ملا لیں۔ دو چمچہ اس آمیزہ کونصف پیالی پانی میں ملا کر اس میں نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر دن میں ایک بار پئیں۔علاج کو بیس روز تک جاری رکھیں۔
عام جسمانی کمزوری : نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل میں ایک چمچہ شہد ملا کر دن میں ایک مرتبہ استعمال کرنے سے عام کمزوری اور اس کا باعث بننے والے دیگر امراض دور ہوجاتے ہیں۔
دردِ سر: پیشانی اورکانوں کے قریب کلونجی تیل سے مالش کے علاوہ نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل دن میں دو بار پئیں۔
بلند فشار خون : گرم چائے یا کافی میں نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ڈال کر دن میں دوبار استعمال کریں۔ اسی کے ساتھ روزانہ دو جوے لہسن بھی استعمال کریں۔
بالو ںکا گرنا : نیبو کے عرق سے سر کی اچھی طرح مالش کریں۔۱۵ منٹ کے بعد بالوں کو شیمپو سے دھو کراچھی طرح خشک کریں۔ پھر پورے سر پر کلونجی کے تیل کی مالش کریں۔ ایک ہفتہ تک روزانہ کے علاج سے بالوں کا گرنا بند ہوجاتا ہے
عام بخار: آدھے کپ پانی میں نصف چمچہ نیمبو کا عرق اور نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر دن میں دوبار پئیں۔بخار اترنے تک یہ نسخہ جاری رکھیں اور چاولوں سے پرہیز کریں۔
گردے میں پتھری : ایک پیالی گرم پانی میں دو چمچہ شہد، نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر دن میں دوبار صبح نہار منہ اور رات کو سونے سے قبل پئیں۔ ٹماٹر اور پالک اور لیمن سے پرہیز کریں۔
کانوں میں درد، پیپ کا بہنا ،سماعت میں کمی: کلونجی کے تیل کو گرم کرکے ٹھنڈا کر لیں۔ متاثرہ کان میں دو قطرے ڈالیں۔
دانتوں کے امراض: دانتوں کی کمزوری، دانتوں سے خون نکلنے، ناگوار بو آنے یا مسوڑھوں کے سوج جانے کی صورت میںایک پیالی دہی میں نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کرصبح نہار منہ اور رات سونے سے قبل کھا لیں۔
کثرتِ احتلام: مردوں میں کثرت احتلام کی صورت میں ایک پیالی سیب کے جوس میں نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر صبح نہار منہ اور رات سونے سے قبل پی لیں۔ علاج ۱۲ روز تک جاری رکھیں اور گرم مسالہ والے کھانوں سے پرہیز کریں
خون کی کمی (انیمیا) : پودینہ کے پتوں کی ایک شاخ کو پانی میں اُبال کر ایک پیالی جوس بنائیں۔ نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر دن میں دو بار صبح نہار منہ اور رات سونے سے قبل پئیں۔ یہ نسخہ ۱۲دن تک استعمال کریں۔
یرقان (پیلیا) : ایک پیالی دودھ میں نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر دن میں دو بار صبح نہار منہ اور رات سونے سے قبل ایک ہفتہ تک پئیں۔
کھانسی: ایک پیالی گرم پانی میں دو چمچے شہد اورنصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر دن میں دو بار صبح ناشتہ سے قبل اور رات کھانے کے بعد استعمال کریں۔علاج دو ہفتہ تک جاری رکھیں، ٹھنڈی چیزوں سے پرہیز کریں۔
حملہ قلب (ہارٹ اٹیک) : دل کے والو کی بندش، سانس لینے میں دقت، ٹھنڈا پسینہ اور دل پر دباؤ کی صورت میں ایک پیالی بکری کا دودھ میں نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر دن میں دو بار صبح ناشتہ سے قبل اور رات سونے سے قبل استعمال کریں۔ یہ علاج۱۲ دن تک جاری رکھیں۔
زچگی: بچہ کی پیدائش کے بعد ذہنی کمزوری، تھکاوٹ اور اخراجِ خون جیسے امراض میں ایک پیالی کھیرے کے جوس میں نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر دن میں دو بار صبح ناشتہ سے قبل اور رات سونے سے قبل استعمال کریں۔ یہ علاج ۴۰ دن تک جاری رکھیں۔
پیٹ میں کیڑے: ایک چمچہ سرکہ میں نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر دن میں تین بار صبح ناشتہ سے قبل ، دوپہراور رات میں استعمال کریں۔ یہ علاج ۱۰دن تک جاری رکھیں۔
جوڑوں کا درد: ایک چمچہ سرکہ اور دو چمچہ شہد میں نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر دن میں دو بار استعمال کریں۔ جوڑوں کی تِل کے تیل سے مالش بھی کریں۔۱۲ دن تک گیس آور خوراک سے پرہیز کریں۔
جسمانی صحت: صحت کو برقرار رکھنے کے لئے ایک کلو گرام گندم کے آٹے میں نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر روٹی بنائیں اور کھائیں۔ ان شاءاللہ صحت برقرار رہے گی۔
چہرہ اور جلد کی شادابی کے لئے: دو بڑے چمچہ شہد، نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل اور نصف چائے کا چمچہ زیتون کا تیل اچھی طرح ملاکر صبح اور شام چہرہ پر۰۴ دن تک لگائیں۔
بواسیر: ایک چمچہ سرکہ اور نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملاکر بواسیر کی جگہ پر دن میں دوبار لگائیں۔
ماہواری میں بے ترتیبی: ایک چمچہ شہد اور نصف چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملاکر صبح ناشتہ سے قبل اور رات میں دو ہفتہ تک پئیں۔
بے خوابی: آرام دہ نیند کے لئے رات کھانے کے بعدنصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ایک چمچہ شہد میں ملا کر پئیں۔
سستی : چست رہنے کےلئے روزانہ صبح ناشتہ سے قبل نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل دو چمچہ شہد کے ساتھ استعمال کریں۔
شیرِمادر: ماں کے دودھ میں اضا فہ کے لئے ایک پیالی دودھ میں دو قطرے کلونجی تیل ڈال کرصبح ناشتہ سے قبل اور رات سونے پیشتر پئیں۔
درد معددہ : ہر قسم کے دردہ معدہ کو رفع کرنے کے لئے میٹھے سنگترہ کے ایک گلاس جوس میں دو چمچہ شہد اور نصف چائے کا چمچہ کلونجی کا تیل ملا کر دن میں دوبار پئیں۔
جوڑوں کے درد، کمر درد، گردن میں درد: دو عدد خشک انجیرکھا کر ایک پیالی دودھ میں چار قطرے کلونجی کا تیل ڈال کر پئیں اور اس کے بعد دو گھنٹہ تک کچھ نہ کھائیں۔ یہ علاج دو ماہ تک جاری رکھیں ۔آلو اور ٹماٹر سے پرہیز کریں۔

Der Winter ist am härtesten. Sie brauchen dort unten Strom, Wasser, Medikamente, sanitäre Einrichtungen. Ich hörte, dass soviele wegen der schlechten Versorgung u. Hygiene erkranken. Dies alles ist nicht mit Altkleider spenden u. ein Paar Nudeln zu decken. Schnall den Gürtel einen Monat enger f. Allah(swt) u. Du bekommst es zurück. Eine Schwester die ihr knapp 60€ Handy spendete, bekam einige zeit später v. Allah (swt) ein iPhone 5. Allah (swt) versorgt uns von wo Du es nicht erwartest!
Lasst uns zeigen, wie stark die Ummah ist, wie großartig die Ummah ist, lasst uns gemeinsam, sei es nur mit unserer Anwesenheit die Benefizveranstaltung am Sonntag 01.12.13 im Raum Köln Bonn unterstützen.
Wenn die Ummah einlädt, sollten die Säle sich überfüllen bis zur Straße. So werden wir nie gehört, so werden wir nie respektiert u. geachtet werden!!!!

PM 's Budget Speech Mr Speaker, Sir, Let me start by thanking you and the Deputy Speaker, for having presided for long hours over these debates with your proverbial patience, wisdom and impartiality. Mr Speaker, Sir, As Leader of the House, I cannot remain silent on the unruly behaviour that we witnessed last Friday. Even you and your Office have been criticised. Such behaviour is nothing short of parliamentary hooliganism. The behaviour of some on the other side of the House when they tried to physically intimidate a cameraman who was just doing his job is indicative of fascist tendencies. These are the people who would hide behind the cloak of parliamentary immunity and regularly indulge themselves in their favourite hobby of mud slugging, character assassination and making all sorts of baseless and malicious allegations. This Mr Speaker, Sir, is nothing short of cowardice. They constantly indulge in cheap politics, and attempt to erode confidence in our institutions. (Recall how they wanted to put into question the integrity of the Electoral Commission, DPP, the Judiciary, SLO and now the institution of Speaker). And these are the very ones who brag about freedom of expression ! One important point to stress Mr Speaker, Sir, is that all this has come about because of the decision of the Leader of the Opposition not to intervene on the budget speech. They failed to say that I agreed to alter the order of the speakers on that day – on their demand. They also failed to say that I also agreed that the former Leader of the Opposition and the no. 2 of the front bench speaks in the place of the Hon Leader of the Opposition – just before my intervention. They wanted to impose – an "ordinary" Hon Member in his place – in order to try to boost up his irretrievably damaged image as a weak Leader of his party – as evidenced by the fact that "papi" has been called back from retirement to rescue his party and to be the de facto leader. Mr Speaker, Sir, This is proof once again – that in politics – Leaders cannot be manufactured and imposed upon a people. You either are or you are not a Leader of men and women. Mr Speaker, Sir, Let me also thank the Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and Economic Development for the presentation of this budget, which while taking into account the difficult international economic situation, responds to the priorities, aspirations and ambitions of our people to build a better Mauritius. The Opposition, as always, have tried to create the impression, that there is a chasm between me and my Minister of Finance. It shows how desperate they are ! For their education and to enlighten those who do not know how Government actually works – let me tell them – The Budget is quite unlike any other Government decision. Consultations are held between the Ministry of Finance and the other Ministries – on expenditure and priorities of each department, depending on the state of the economy – for weeks on end – prior to the presentation of the Budget. But the Budget itself is not determined collectively – until a special Cabinet meeting is held on Budget day itself. The only person that the Minister of Finance consults – on a regular basis, is the Prime Minister. That is how the Budget is prepared. And once we have the special Cabinet meeting – then it is the Cabinet, collectively, which approves the Budget. So to try to say that the Prime Minister and the Vice-Prime Minister and Minister of Finance do not agree on the budgetary measures – is utter non sense and shows the depth of their ignorance and how unfit they are to govern in a parliamentary democracy as ours. Mr Speaker, Sir, I do not propose to go into the details of how we turned around an economy which was in dire straits when we were returned to power in 2005. But I need to give an overview of where we were in 2005 and what we have achieved so far, so that the people can see that there is our overall strategic vision and the golden thread that links all our budgets since 2005. In 2005, Mr Speaker, Sir, the economy was nose diving. All the macro-economic indicators were in the red – a trend that started in 2001 and continued to deteriorate every year until 2005. So much so that we were landed with the now notorious admission by the then Prime Minister and former Minister of Finance from 2000 to 2003 – and I quote because it is an unbelievable admission which says it all. This is what the then Prime Minister said in 2005 before the elections: «La situation est dramatique et sans précédent. Nous sommes en état d'urgence économique». And I need to remind this House and the people that when they took over in 2000 - they had a majority of more than three-quarters: - They inherited a booming economy – the growth rate was 10.2%; - Furthermore – the sugar protocol was still in place – the Multi-fibre Agreement was still in place; - Which meant these two pillars of our economy were fully protected in the face of fierce competition in the new globalised world. And there was no world economic recession at the horizon. In other words – the captain was at the helm of the ship of State with his team. The sea was calm The sky was blue The sun was shining And there was no gathering storm around. Yet they managed to steer the ship of State on the rocks ! 5 They managed to mess it all up – to snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory and crash the economy into a precipice. And they have "le culot" of asking the electorate to get them back at the helm "pour redresser l'économie !" Let us look at some of the macroeconomic figures so that we can gauge the enormity of their mismanagement of the economy: (1) Growth Rate – had stumbled from 10.2% in 2000 to 2.7% in 2005 And this with no world recession and specially no Euro crisis and with the safety nets of the sugar protocol and the Multifibre Agreement intact! Also fortunately for them I had accepted the invitation of President Bill Clinton to go to Washington to persuade the reluctant Members of the House of Representatives to pass the Africa Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) which was a tremendous boost for our textile industry. (2) The Unemployment Rate – was on a constantly rising trend year after year to culminate at 9.6% with female unemployment leaping to 16.4%. Again let me quote the very words of the then Minister of Industry and International Trade: "On perd les emplois à une vitesse vertigineuse. Je le constate et on ne peut rien faire dans un monde globalisé". He went on further and said: "Le chômage dans ce secteur ne pourra être endigué et des pertes d'emplois sont inévitables". (3) The Budget deficit – had jumped from 2% to 5.1% –more than double. In spite of the constraints we face, we have managed to bring it down to acceptable levels again. (4) Total public debt – had reached nearly 70% by 2005. Mr Speaker, Sir, Any economics student at form VI level can tell you what are the disastrous implications of public debt above 60% as you go into a vicious cycle. We have brought it down to manageable levels – 54.8% and it is well on target to come down to 50% by 2018. (5) It was the same downward trend for Foreign Direct Investment – from Rs 7.3 billion in 2000 to less than Rs 1 billion by 2001 and only Rs 1.8 billion by 2004 – an unmitigated disaster. We all know the simple economic fact: The investment of today creates the jobs of tomorrow. After the elections of 2005 – by the measures we took to attract FDI and make it easier for businesses to thrive – FDI surged dramatically. Despite the fact that our country is bearing the full brunt of the financial and economic crises since 2008, we have had a remarkable increase in FDI reaching: - Rs 13.9 billion in 2010 and - Rs 12.7 billion last year. In just the first year in office – 2006 we had attracted more FDI than they had during their whole time in office ! 7 People, should reflect on these figures and ask themselves why? Clearly it did not happen by itself – it is due to the re-orientation of our economic policies and the courageous and bold reforms we undertook. The Business Facilitation Act of 2006 made it easier to do business in our country and Mauritius became one of the lowest tax jurisdictions in the world with a uniform rate of 15% across the board. This also gave a new impetus to small and medium enterprises by giving easier access to finance and opening up the economy to foreign talent amongst others. It is no wonder – that we have topped the table for ease of doing business for Africa in every survey worth its salt – from the World Bank, the IMF to the Mo Ibrahim Index for the last seven years. No mean feat, Mr Speaker, Sir, given the international economic climate. It is no coincidence that credit agency – Moody's has upgraded us while much bigger countries and economies like the USA, Italy and France, amongst others, have been downgraded ! The economic legacy of the Medpoint 1 Alliance has been an unmitigated disaster and they are promising as they did in 2000 if ever they come back – God forbids – they will again "redresse le pays". While we, the Labour Party – PMSD Alliance, we have shown, that we have managed the economy efficiently and prudently, while maintaining social justice high on our agenda. We have shown that we do not do things haphazardly but with a long term strategic vision – we have acted and will continue to act responsibly – we are the doers – while they practised "l'effet d'annonces" as we said in 2005 – look at the record of their delivery on their manifesto – They in fact destroyed the economy and never had any innovative ideas and long term strategic vision. That is the difference between us and them. And, Mr Speaker, Sir, they are out of touch with the large majority of the people – specially our youth. They play the same old tune – day in day out, year after year. They are the adepts of Goebbels as far as rumour mongering and mud slugging are concerned – which is then also given credence by their "suiveurs" in some quarters of the media. And it is the same old tactics: Calumny and abuse, propagation of false news, not enough is being done, they would have done this and that, and create a climate of doom and despondency. The same old tune with the same "effets d'annonces" and their empty slogans. Let me just give a few examples to remind people of what they say they will do when in Opposition and what they actually do when in Government – Double face. Let us revisit their Government Programme of 2000 "Anou redresse nou pays". Just a few examples: (1) They announced the privatisation of channel 3 of the MBC – at page 48. The then Prime Minister went even further – he is now well known for his tendency to go to the extreme in his expressions: He said he will transform the MBC into a new BBC. We all know what happened between 2000 to 2005. And they had more than a three-quarter majority – which means they could have done anything. Thus the 3rd channel of the MBC was never privatised – instead the MBC accumulated massive debts. Worse, Mr Speaker, Sir, – They actually directed the IBA not to go ahead with the privatisation of channel 3. Hardly one year after it came to power the Medpoint 1 Government sent a letter to IBA informing the latter of its decision not to go ahead with the privatisation of Channel 3. Mr Speaker, Sir, this is what the letter said and I quote: "I wish to inform you that Government has decided that it is not proposed, for the time being, to proceed with the privatisation of the 3rd TV channel of the MBC in the context of the liberalisation of airwaves. I understand that the IBA is presently processing applications received from private operators for the grant of radio and television broadcasting licences. You are therefore kindly requested to take into account the above Government decision when considering the issue of private television broadcasting licence." There is a glaring example of their hypocrisy, their double language and how they have mislead the electorate ! (2) They announced the creation of a Competition Tribunal page 14 of "Anou redresse nou pays". 10 Again – result – zero. They were more interested, once in power, to help their "bailleurs de fonds". It is my Government which established the Competition Commission in 2009 with now a former Supreme Court Justice at its head – Mr Justice Pillay – in order to promote competition in the interests of consumers. (3) The Medpoint Alliance 1 promised "a decent revenue for our pensioners" – at page 14 of "Anou redresse nou pays". We can recall what they did. In fact they deprived thousands of pensioners of their monthly pension ! It is us – when we came back in 2005 – who restored universal pension. (4) The former Prime Minister said once when he would become Prime Minister he would eliminate, the scourge of drugs from Plaine Verte in 24 hrs ! In fact it went on de plus belle. It is now – thanks to the means we have provided to ADSU that we are catching more of these drug dealers. We have amended the Assets Recovery Act to ensure that the "barons de la drogue" pay for their dastardly deeds !. And we have included the new synthetic cannabinoids and their derivatives in the list of the Dangerous Drugs Act. (5) Law and Order They do as if only they care about law and order – but did crimes cease between 2000 and 2005 ? On the contrary the rate went up – it is only under this Government that the crime rate has decreased consistently over the last 5 years ! (6) Recently we have seen the problems of the hawkers. Mr Speaker, Sir, they have been controlling the Municipality of Port Louis and Rose Hill for more than a quarter of century !. What have they done ? – sweet nothing. In their programme for the Municipal Elections of 2012 – they promised – to "créer des infrastructures pour reloger les marchands de rue durablement et dans le respect de leur dignité". Instead – they ignore the ruling of the Supreme Court – they refuse to recognize genuine hawkers who have had permits for years and they create a new list of hawkers for "leurs petits copains". And they want the central Government to give them finance for it ! (7) The same thing for Electoral Reform. They had the Presidential Commission presided by Judge Albie Sachs. They then could not agree amongst themselves – "L'alliance de la Carpe et du Lapin" ! – "Et c'est toujours pareil" ! They then named a Select Committee and then they named another Committee. Result → In fact no electoral reform for 5 years they were in power. And now, when I have been saying that we need to think in terms of being Mauritians and have a sense of nationhood and spoke of electoral reform – they are more in a hurry than me ! They are so arrogant that they think one can make Constitutional amendments on the back of an envelope in 5 minutes! You want me to carry on ? Remember what the MMM/MSM said in their Government Programme : "Halte à la corruption". Then, recall what they have done: In 2000, they confessed that the Economic Crime Office (ECO) was 'un pas dans la bonne direction' BUT in 2002, pour les raisons que nous connaissons tous, they wiped out the l'ECO in 24 hours. Look at what the press was saying at that time : « L'épisode ECO a démontré que les puissants du jour sont prêts à tout pour se protéger en cas d'éventuel danger. » (5-Plus 9 février 2003). Let's now talk about democratisation. After having been totally knocked down by this Government's policy to democratise access to land, the Honourable Leader of the Opposition now comes and pretends that democratisation of land ownership took place under the Illovo Deal – quel culot ! Das Leben unter den Nichtmuslimen und ihre Einladung zu Allah (da'wa) Das Leben unter den Nichtmuslimen Wir hören oft, dass es nicht erlaubt ist, unter Nichtmuslimen zu wohnen, doch wir leben hier als große islamische Gemeinschaft in der Diaspora mit unseren Moscheen, Schulen und Märkten und genießen hier eine Freiheit, die einige von uns vielleicht nicht einmal in einigen muslimischen Ländern vorfinden. Was sagt die Scharia zu unserem Leben und unserer Situation? Das Verbot, in den Ländern der Nichtmuslime zu leben gilt dann, wenn derjenige, der dort lebt, auf Erniedrigung, Verachtung und Unterdrückung stößt und z. B. um seine Religion fürchten muss aufgrund der vielen Propagandaversuche, zu denen die Nichtmuslime aufrufen; wenn er fürchten muss, dass sie ihm ihre Religion überstülpen oder auch seinen Kindern, indem sie ihnen ihre falsche Religion beibringen oder auch, dass sie ihn und seine Kinder von ihrer Religion abbringen und er sich von den Worten Allahs über das Schließen von Freundschaften angesprochen fühlen muss: {„Und sucht nicht bei denen Anlehnung, die freveln. Sonst kommt ihr in das Höllenfeuer" (hud: 113)} , was bedeutet, neigt euch nicht in ihre Richtung, ebenso wie die Worte: {„Nehmt euch nicht die Ungläubigen anstatt der Gläubigen zu Freunden" (an-nisa': 144)} und {„du siehst, dass viele von ihnen sich denen anschließen, die ungläubig sind" (al-ma'ida: 80)} Dies wurde über die gesagt, die die Ungläubigen zu Freunden nehmen, sie lieben, mit ihnen wohnen, ihnen dienen, ihrer eigenen Stellung und ihres Ranges enthoben werden und sie übermäßig schätzen. Wenn der Muslim jedoch in Ländern lebt, die von Nichtmuslimen regiert werden, aber von ihnen nicht eingeschränkt wird, sich keiner Versuchung gegenüber sieht und keine Abweichung fürchten muss, wenn er seine Religion und seine Form des Gottesdienstes ausleben darf, den Gebetsruf verrichten darf, um das Gemeinschaftsgebet, die Freitagspredigt und die Feste zu verkünden, und wenn er Koran lesen und Exemplare sowie andere islamische Bücher an diesem Ort verteilen darf und sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, wenn es Wissen und Gelehrte dort gibt, die praktizierenden Männern und Frauen die islamischen Lehren beibringen, so sind wir in diesem Fall der Ansicht, dass es nicht schlimm ist, dort zu leben. Und was der Fragende ansprach bezüglich des Freiraums, den man nicht einmal in den muslimischen Ländern findet, so ist dies eine Tatsache, denn viele muslimische Länder beschränken die rechtschaffenen und praktizierenden Muslime, und wenn sie einen Bärtigen sehen, so beschuldigen sie ihn sofort, dass er ein Unruhestifter oder Extremist sei etc. etc. Und sie stecken ihn ins Gefängnis oder weisen ihn aus und machen ihm das Leben schwer. Und wenn sie eine verschleierte Frau sehen, decken sie ihren Gesichtsschleier auf oder machen ihr das Leben schwer. Wenn sie in den Ländern des Unglaubens die Möglichkeit haben, die islamischen Gesetze offen zu leben und dass ihre Frauen sich verschleiern, so ist es nicht schlimm, wenn sie dort leben. Solange sie ihre Religion offen leben können, sind sie auf der Seite des Heils. Die Gelehrten erwähnten bereits, dass es erlaubt ist, zu Handelszwecken in die Länder der Nichtmuslime zu reisen, sofern es dem Reisenden möglich ist, seine Religion zu leben. Dazu gehört die Verkündung des Gemeinschaftsgebets, die Möglichkeit, Moscheen zu errichten und sich in ihnen zu versammeln, die Möglichkeit für die Frauen, sich zu verschleiern sowie für die Männer sich einen Bart stehen zu lassen oder auch muslimische Kleidung zu tragen etc. Scheich Abdullah Ibn Jibrin Die Bezahlung für eine Person, die einem hilft, einen Aufenthaltsstatus in den USA zu erlangen. Ist es mir erlaubt, jemandem Geld anzubieten dafür, dass er mir hilft, das Bleiberecht (die Green Card) in den USA zu erlangen, da ich aus politischen Gründen nicht in mein Heimatland zurück kann und es auch kein anderes muslimisches Land gibt, welches mich aufnehmen würde? Es ist erlaubt, denn hierbei handelt es sich um eine Notwendigkeit, und das Geld, was Sie ihm anbieten, damit er ihnen diese Karte ausstellt, ist eine Gegenleistung für seine Bemühungen, seine Vermittlung und seine Hilfe. Die Green Card ist von hoher Wichtigkeit für sie, da sie, wie sie sagten, gezwungen sind, dort zu bleiben und weder ihr Heimatland noch eines der anderen Länder sie aufnehmen würde. Sie haben eine Entschuldigung für den Einsatz von Geld und daher zählt es nicht zur Bestechung und so Allah will, ist es keine Sünde für Sie, doch sollte er seinerseits versuchen, ihnen die Sache so leicht wie möglich zu machen und keine Bezahlung fordern, aus Sorge, dass dies die Tür öffnet für legale sowie illegale Geldbeschaffung. Er sollte dem Muslim gegenüber nachsichtig sein, der ja auf die Green Card angewiesen ist und der keinen anderen Zufluchtsort findet, als dort zu bleiben, und ihm helfen, ohne ihm zu schaden, indem er eine Bezahlung fordert, die jener sich nicht leisten kann. Scheich Abdullah Ibn Jibrin Die Annahme eines anderen Namens aus Gründen des Selbstschutzes. Ich lebe in Amerika aus bestimmten Gründen, die mich veranlasst haben, mein Heimatland zu verlassen. Ist es mir erlaubt, einen falschen Namen zu verwenden, um mich vor Gefahren zu schützen? Es ist erlaubt, solange sie gezwungen sind, in dem Land zu bleiben, keine andere Möglichkeit sehen und auch nicht in ihr Heimatland zurückkönnen und ihren ursprünglichen Namen nicht behalten können. Solange gibt es keinen Hinderungsgrund dafür, ihren Namen zu ändern, wenn es Ihnen den Aufenthalt erleichtert. Doch ich rate ihnen, ihren wahren Namen zu behalten, sofern sie auch nur die geringste Möglichkeit dazu sehen. Wenn dies nicht der Fall ist und ihre Lage sich zuspitzt, können sie ihren Namen ändern. Scheich Abdullah Ibn Jibrin Sich unter Nichtmuslime zu mischen, mit ihnen zu essen und ihnen Komplimente zu machen, um sie zum Islam einzuladen. Ist es erlaubt, sich unter Nichtmuslime, wie Christen, Hindus o. ä. zu mischen, mit ihnen zu essen und sich mit ihnen zu unterhalten, ja ihnen sogar Komplimente zu machen, mit dem Ziel, da'wa zu betreiben? Es ist erlaubt, sich zu da'wa-Zwecken unter Nichtmuslime zu mischen, mit ihnen zusammenzusitzen und ihre Gesellschaft zu suchen, um ihnen die islamischen Lehren zu erklären, die Konversion schmackhaft zu machen sowie ihnen die reiche Belohnung für die Anhänger des Islams und die verhängnisvollen Strafen derer, die sich von ihm abwenden, zu verdeutlichen. In diesem Fall wird verziehen, dass man ihre Gesellschaft sucht und ihnen Zuneigung entgegenbringt aufgrund des positiven Ergebnisses. Scheich Abdullah Ibn Jibrin Das Beglückwünschen der Nichtmuslime zu ihren religiösen Festen und die Teilnahme daran. Ist es erlaubt, den Nichtmuslimen frohe Weihnachten zu wünschen? Und was entgegnen wir ihnen, wenn sie es uns wünschen? Ist es erlaubt, die Festplätze aufzusuchen, die sie zu solchen Anlässen aufbauen? Und sündigt man, wenn man etwas von dem Genannten ohne die Absicht tut, sondern als Kompliment oder aus Scham oder ähnlichen Gründen? Und ist es erlaubt, sie in dieser Hinsicht nachzuahmen? Nach übereinstimmender Meinung ist das Gratulieren zu Weihnachten oder anderen religiösen Festen der Nichtmuslime verboten, wie Ibn Qayyim (Allah sei ihm gnädig) in seinem Buch „ahkam ahl adh-dhimma" schreibt: „Das Beglückwünschen zu religiösen Anlässen der Nichtmuslime ist nach übereinstimmender Meinung verboten, so z. B. dass man ihnen zu ihren Feiertagen oder ihrem Fasten gratuliert und ihnen ein gesegnetes Fest wünscht o. ä. Zwar ist derjenige selbst dann noch kein Ungläubiger, doch gehört es zu den verbotenen Dingen und hat dieselbe Stellung, als ob er ihm zur Niederwerfung vor dem Kreuz gratuliert, und das ist vor Allah schlimmer und verhasster, als wenn man ihm zum Alkoholtrinken, zum Mord oder zum außerehelichen Geschlechtsverkehr o. ä. beglückwünschte. Viele von denen, die ihre eigene Religion nicht schätzen, gehen dazu über und wissen nicht, wie schlimm es ist, was sie tun. Denn wer einem Diener zum Ungehorsam, zu einer bid'a oder zum Ungehorsam gratuliert, der ist Allahs Zorn und Wut ausgesetzt." Das Beglückwünschen der Nichtmuslime zu ihren religiösen Festen ist also verboten, genauso wie Ibn Qayyim das gesagt hat, denn das wäre gleich einer Bestätigung ihrer falschen religiösen Anlässe, so als ob man sie gutheißen würde, auch wenn man sie für sich selbst ablehnt. Dem Muslim ist es verboten, die religiösen Anlässe von Nichtmuslimen gutzuheißen oder ihnen dazu zu gratulieren, denn Allah heißt sie nicht gut, wie Er sagt: {„Wenn ihr ungläubig seid, so ist Allah nicht auf euch angewiesen. Er heißt den Unglauben für Seine Diener nicht gut, doch heißt Er es gut, wenn ihr dankbar seid." (az-zumar: 7)} Und Er sagt: {„Heute habe ich euch eure Religion vervollständigt und meine Gnade an euch vollendet und den Islam als Religion gutgeheißen." (al-ma'ida: 3)} Daher ist das Beglückwünschen verboten, auch wenn es sich um Arbeitskollegen handelt. Und wenn sie uns zu ihren Festen gratulieren, so antworten wir nicht darauf, da es nicht unsere Feste sind und weil Allah diese nicht gutheißt, weil sie entweder auch in ihre Religion neueingeführt wurden oder aber zwar rechtmäßig waren, jedoch durch den Islam aufgehoben wurden, mit dem Allah Muhammad (a.s.) zu der gesamten Schöpfung gesandt hat und dazu sagte: {„Wenn sich aber einer eine andere Religion als den Islam wünscht, wird es nicht von ihm angenommen werden, und im Jenseits gehört er zu denen, die den Schaden haben." (al-imran: 85)} Es ist dem Muslim auch verboten, eine Einladung von Nichtmuslimen zu einem solchen Anlass anzunehmen, weil es noch schwerer wiegt, als ihnen zu gratulieren, da man selbst daran teilnimmt. Desgleichen ist es Muslimen verboten, Nichtmuslime in ihren Feiern zu diesen Anlässen nachzuahmen, Geschenke auszutauschen, Süßigkeiten oder Speisen zu verteilen oder sich Urlaub zu nehmen, weil... „Die Tatsache, einige ihrer Feste nachzuahmen, sehen sie als Bestätigung ihrer nichtigen Religion und führt eventuell dazu, dass sie die Gelegenheit wahrnehmen und die Glaubensschwachen zu sich ziehen." Wer etwas von dem tut, sündigt, egal ob er es aus Schmeichelei oder aus Scham tut, denn dies zählt zum Betrug an Allahs Religion und führt dazu, dass die Nichtmuslime in ihrem Stolz über ihre Religion noch bestärkt werden. Es ist an Allah, die Muslime in ihrer Religion zu stärken, ihnen Festigkeit zu verleihen und ihnen den Sieg über ihre Feinde zu schenken, Er ist stark und mächtig. Scheich ? Die Beileidsbekundung für Christen und Juden zu ihren Toten. Wie denken Sie über die Beileidsbekundung für Christen und Juden zu ihren Toten und ihnen Trost zuzusprechen in schweren Heimsuchungen mit dem Ziel, ihr Verständnis für uns Muslime zu gewinnen? Das heißt, es ist in zwei Fällen erlaubt, ihnen sein Beileid auszusprechen: erstens, wenn es eine Beziehung wie Freundschaft, Nachbarschaft oder Verwandtschaft gibt und zweitens, wenn darin eine Einladung zum Islam liegt. Was das Einstellen der Arbeit betrifft, so führt ja kein Weg daran vorbei, dass auch Sie ihre Arbeit zu den wöchentlichen oder jährlichen Feiertagen einstellen, solange Sie mit ihnen zusammenarbeiten. Und es schadet auch nichts, dass Ihnen die Löhne ausgezahlt werden, denn Ihre Kollegen bekommen genauso ihr Geld, und sie wussten das, obwohl sie an diesen Tagen nicht arbeiten. Folglich handelt es sich bei dem Geld, das Ihnen ausgezahlt wird, um das gleiche Geld. Was die Verteilung der Süßigkeiten zu ihren Anlässen angeht, so spricht nichts dagegen, sie anzunehmen, auch wenn nicht erwähnt wurde, dass sie aus diesen bestimmten Anlässen verteilt werden. Nov 26th 2013 Lesson Two :Rulings on Marriage in Islam 2. Seeing the Woman to Whom One Proposes Marriage It is permissible for a Muslim man to see the woman to whom he intends to propose marriage before taking further steps so that he can enter into the marriage knowing what is ahead for him. Otherwise, if he has not seen her before marriage, he may not find her looks to his liking and may have regrets after he is married to her. The eye is the messenger of the heart; when the eyes meet, the hearts and the souls of man and woman may meet as well. Muslim reported Abu Hurairah as saying that a man came to the Prophet (peace be on him) and told him that he had contracted to marry a woman of the Ansar. "Did you look at her?" the Prophet (peace be on him) asked. "No," he said, 'Then go and look at her,' said the Prophet (peace be on him), 'for there is something in the eyes of the Ansar,' meaning that some of them have a defect of their eyes Al-Mughira ibn Shu'bah said, I asked for a woman in marriage and Allah's Messenger (peace be on him) asked me whether I had looked at her. When I replied that I had not, he said 'Then look at her, for it may produce love between you.' I went to her parents and informed them of the Prophet's advice. They seemed to disapprove of the idea. Their daughter heard the conversation from her room and said, 'If the Prophet (peace be on him) has told you to look at me, then look.' I looked at her, and subsequently I married her. (Reported by Ahmad, Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, Ibn Hibban, and Darimi.) The Prophet (peace be on him) did not specify either to Mughirah or to the other man how much of the woman they were permitted to see. Some scholars are of the opinion that looking is limited to seeing the face and hands. However, it is permissible for anyone to see the face and hands as long as no desire is involved; therefore, if asking for woman in marriage is an exemption, obviously the man making the proposal should be able to see much more of the woman than that. The Prophet (peace be on him) said, "When one of you asks for woman in marriage, if he is able to look at what will induce him to marry her, he should do so." (Reported by Abu Daoud.) Some scholars have gone to one extreme or another in relation to this permission, but the best course seems to be the middle one. From the hadith concerning al-Mughira we understand that the father of a girl cannot, out of deference to custom and tradition, prevent a suitor who is in earnest from seeing her, for customs and traditions must be governed by the Shari'ah. How is it possible that the Divine Law should subjected to the whims of human beings? On the other hand, however, neither the father, the suitor, or the fiancee can stretch this permission to such an extent that the young man and woman, under the pretext of betrothal or engagement, go to movie theaters, clubs, and shopping places together without being accompanied by a mahram of hers, a practice which has become common today among Muslims who are fond of imitating Western civilization and its customs. Did Hillary Clinton's globetrotting ways as Secretary of State contribute to Benghazi disaster? By J.D. (AP) According to a centuries old rumor, Roman Emperor Nero played his fiddle as Rome burned for six days in A.D. 64, destroying 70% of the city. While historians ponder if Nero, an aloof ruler and moonlighting musician, really did play his harp-like Cithara as Rome went up in flames, or whether the rumor is simply a metaphor for his absentee leadership, he wasn't the world's first top political figure to disappoint. And certainly not the last. In piecing together the vast intelligence warnings on Benghazi, will Hillary Clinton go down in history as another Nero? We've all heard stories about that fateful night of Sept. 11, 2012 in Benghazi. Ansar al-Sharia, an Al Qaeda-affiliated terrorist outfit led an attack on the U.S. Consulate, killing four Americans -- U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens, information management officer Sean Smith, and two former Navy SEALs, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods. Yet most Americans don't realize this was the second terrorist attack on the consulate, the first came on June 6, blowing a 40-foot hole in the outer wall. Three intelligence reports recently uncovered by the American Media Institute's Richard Miniter and Susan Katz Keating detail an Islamic militant rally in Benghazi on June 7-8 with 300 armed-men, flying the Al Qaeda flag, sporting automatic rifles and rocket launchers. According to Miniter & Katz Keating, writing earlier this month in Investors Business Daily, "At that rally, terror leaders called for the murder of American diplomats." On August 15, 2012, the U.S. Mission in Benghazi convened an emergency meeting, and the following day sent a classified cable to Secretary Clinton notifying her that it could not defend against a "coordinated attack." First reported in a Fox News Exclusive by Catherine Herridge, U.S. security officials were briefed on the location of "approximately ten Islamist militias and A.Q. training camps within Benghazi." Considering the June attack on the consulate, the August emergency meeting, and over 200 terror-related incidents in Libya since strongman Muammar Qaddafi was ousted, the U.S. embassy in Tripoli repeatedly requested additional security from State Dept. headquarters in Washington. So what did then-Secretary Hillary Clinton and staff do? While staff turned down multiple media requests, she got out of town. Literally. She packed her backs and traveled the world, visiting 112 countries, the most ever by any Secretary of State, and according to State Dept. records, logged nearly 1 million miles. When she returned to work in early January 2013 after a month-long series of illnesses, including a reported concussion, her staff proudly presented her with a football helmet and blue jersey with 112 emblazoned on the back. Yet perhaps Ms. Clinton's penchant for globetrotting contributed to disaster in Benghazi? After all, in the three months between terrorist attacks on the Benghazi consulate, Ms. Clinton visited 31 countries on 7 different trips. These trips included destinations like diplomatic, economic and military heavyweights Mongolia, South Sudan, Benin, Laos, Vietnam, Latvia, Timor Leste, Senegal, Cambodia, Ghana, Uganda… and 20 other countries. On August 30, just 12 days before the U.S. Consulate was overrun in a coordinated terrorist attack and four Americans were murdered, Clinton was in Rarotonga, a South Pacific island between New Zealand and Hawaii, population 13,000. Judging by the festive, tropical welcome party pics, it looks like it was a fun time. No wonder the secretary didn't have time to read all those pesky diplomatic cables she whined about during Congressional testimony on Benghazi in January 2013. Perhaps in Ms. Clinton's boundless ambition to be America's best Secretary of State ever, maybe she was actually the worst. It's not rocket science. Instead of doing her basic job, including "must dos" like responding to imminent security threats to U.S. diplomatic posts in dangerous places like Benghazi, she was doing the "nice to dos" like visiting Rarotonga. But to quote Ms. Clinton, "what difference does it make?" Americans ought to remind her -- and never forget. J.D. Brigade (Liwa) al- Tawhid Liwa al- Tawhid adalah kelompok terkuat di Aleppo, diperkirakan memiliki sekitar 11.000 personil. Liwa al-Tawhid dibentuk pada Juli 2012, merupakan gabungan dari milisi-milisi kecil. Meskipun mereka telah bekerja sama dengan kelompok-kelompok lebih ekstremis dalam pertempuran (bekerjasama dengan kelompok afilian Al-Qaeda) , ideologi Liwa al-Tawhid adalah Islam moderat. Mantan komandan militer mereka Abdel Qader Saleh sebelumnya telah menyatakan bahwa ia menginginkan negara Islam modern dengan dasar dalam hukum Syariah, tetapi dengan pemerintahan sipil dan pemilihan umum (*IM). [2]. Brigade Suqur al- Sham Suqur al- Sham didirikan pada tahun 2011 dan berbasis di provinsi Idlib. Sebelumnya mereka adalah anggota dari Front Pembebasan Islam moderat Suriah (SILF), yang berada di bawah payung Dewan Agung Militer (SMC). Pemimpin kelompok itu, Ahmad Eissa, ditunjuk sebagai kepala Islamic Front. Eissa sebelumnya telah menyerukan negara Islam moderat. Brigade Suqur al-Sham baru-baru mengalami kesulitan (benturan) dengan Kelompok Islamic State Iraq ash Syam (ISIS). [3]. Brigade Jaysh al-Islam Jaysh al-Islam berbasis di wilayah Damaskus, diciptakan pada akhir September 2013 ketika Liwa al-Islam mengkonsolidasikan kekuatannya dengan puluhan brigade lainnya. Sebelumnya Liwa al-Islam telah menjadi anggota SILF dan berada di bawah payung SMC (FSA). [4]. Brigade Ahrar al-Sham Ahrar al- Sham adalah anggota terkemuka dari Syria Islamic Front (SIF), sebuah payung koalisi bagi kelompok-kelompok garis keras yang tidak terafiliasi dengan SMC (FSA). Ahrar al-Sham adalah salah-satu kelompok yang lebih ekstrim, dan memiliki ideologi jihad Salafi dalam struktur baru Islamic Front. Pemimpinnya, Hassan Aboud telah menyatakan bahwa demokrasi adalah alat dari barat dan Syariah adalah satu-satunya pilihan yang dapat diterima. keutamaan masjid dan larangan seputar masjid بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم keutamaan masjid masjid adalah tempat yang paling dicintai oleh alloh . عن أبي هريرة أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم قال أحب البلاد إلى الله مساجدها وأبغض البلاد إلى الله أسواقها dari abi huroiroh bahwasannya rosululloh bersabda : " tempat yang paling dicintai oleh alloh adalah masjid dan tempat yang paling dibenci alloh adalah pasar " ( HR muslim ). kecintaan mendatangi berada didalam masjid akan mendapatkan naungan Alloh pada hari qiyamat . و رجل قلبه معلق بالمساجد dari abi huroiroh pula beliau bersabda tujuh golongan yang akan mendapat naungan pada hari yang tidak ada naungan kecuali naungannya diantaranya adalah : " seorang laki-laki yang hatinya terpaut dengan masjid " . ( HR muslim ) . pada hadits ini terdapat dua pendapat : 1. penyerupaan hati seorang mu'min dengan lentera yang menempel dimasjid yang mengisyaratkan lamanya berdiam diri ditempat itu dengan hati seorang mu'min yang senantiasa terpaut dengan masjid walaupun badan nya telah keluar dari nya . 2. di ambil dari kalimat " al-'alaaqoh " yang ma'nanya " cinta yang sangat " seakan-akan hati seorang mu'min itu terikat dengan masjid , ketika dia hendak keluar dia kembali tertarik masuk dengan ikatan tadi saking cintanya dia dengan masjid . . seseorang yang melangkahkan kaki menuju masjid akan disiapkan baginya hidangan disurga . عَنْ أَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِىِّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم – قَالَ « مَنْ غَدَا إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ وَرَاحَ أَعَدَّ اللَّهُ لَهُ نُزُلَهُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ كُلَّمَا غَدَا أَوْ رَاحَ » dari abi huroiroh dari nabi bersabda: " barangsiapa yang berangkat pagi hari kemasjid atau pada sore hari akan alloh siapkan baginya hidangan dari surga setiap kali dia berangkat dipagi dan sore hari " ( HR .muttafaqun alaih ). kecintaan alloh terhadap muslim yang mendatanginya . disebutkan dalam hadits yang diriwayatkan oleh imam ahmad ( 7720 ) dan ibnu khuzaimah dan dishohihkan oleh al-baaniy dalam shohih targib ( 298 ) . setiap langkah kaki yang diayunkan akan mendapatkan pengguguran dosa dan pengangkata derajat . عن أبي هريرة أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم قال : ألا أدلكم على ما يمحو الله به الخطايا ويرفع به الدرجات ؟ قالوا بلى يا رسول الله قال إسباغ الوضوء على المكاره وكثرة الخطا إلى المساجد وانتظار الصلاة بعد الصلاة فذلكم الرباط beberapa kesalahan seputar masjid . 1. masuk masjid dengan mendahulukan kaki kiri . termasuk dari sunnah adalah mendahulukan kaki yang kanan pada tempat-tempat yang dimuliakan seperti masjid, rumah dll dan mendahulukan kaki yang kiri pada tempat-tempat yang jorok seperti WC dll . diriwayatkan dari al-hakim dalam al-mustadrok dengan sanad yang hasan dari shohabat anas bin malik : " termasuk dari sunah apabila engkau masuk masjid untuk mendahulukan kakimu yang kanan dan apabila keluar hendaklah mendahulukan kaki yang kiri ". berkata imam bukhory dalam shohihnya : " dulu ibnu umar mendahulukan yang kanan dan apabila keluar mendahulukan kakinya yang kiri ". 2. menghadiri sholat jama'ah dengan pakaian yang kurang sopan ( rendah ). sebagian para karyawan mereka apabila dikumandangkan adzan bersegera untuk menuju masjid dan meninggalkan pekerjaan mereka akan tetapi yang sangat disayangkan mereka tidak memperhatikan pakaian yang mereka pakai yang kotor , berbau dan terkesan awut-awutan . sehingga meninggalkan rasa hormat dengan ibadah mereka kepada robbnya . disebutkan dalam al-quran : يَا بَنِي آَدَمَ خُذُوا زِينَتَكُمْ عِنْدَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ artinya : " wahai bani adam ambillah perhiasan kalian apabila hendak menuju masjid ". dalam ayat ini perintah untuk berpenampilan indah termasuk dalam berpakaian apabila hendak menegakkan sholat dimasjid . 3. keluar dari masjid setelah adzan . diriwayatkan oleh imam muslim dari abi sya'tsa berkata : " kami dulu dudukdimasjid bersama abi huroiroh kemudian muadzdzin mengumandangkan adzan bangkitlah salah seorang laki-laki untuk keluar , dipandangi laki-laki ini oleh abu huroiroh sampai dia keluar masjid lalu beliau berkata : " orang ini telah berma'shiat terhadap abal qosim ". عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:"لا يَسْمَعُ النِّدَاءَ فِي مَسْجِدِي هَذَا ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُ، إِلا لِحَاجَةٍ، ثُمَّ لا يَرْجِعُ إِلَيْهِ إِلا مُنَافِقٌ". artinya : " tidaklah ada seseorang yang mendengar adzan dimasjidku ini lalu dia keluar dari masjid kecuali ada sebuah kebutuhan , lalu dia tidak kembali kemasjid melainkan seorang munafiq ". 4. An-na'yu menyiarkan kematian seseorang dengan pengeras suara dimasjid . perbuatan ini termasuk dalam bid'ah yang dilarang dalam agama islam yang mayoritas kaum muslimin tidak mengetahui hal ini dan banyak sekali kita saksikan dimasjid-masjid sekeliling kita , padahal telah tetap larangan tersebut dalam hadits bahwasannya rosul melarang dari perbuatan ini karena termasuk perbuatan jahiliyah . berkata al-asma'iy : " dahulu orang arab apabila ada yang meninggal dunia dia membawa qodr lalu menyeru diatas kendaraannya berjalan ditengah-tengah manusia " fulan telah meninggal dunia ". berkata ibnu 'aroby : " diambil dari kumpulan hadits-hadits seputar ini tiga keadaan : disunahkan untuk memberitahukan kepada keluarga , sahabat, dan orang sholih . mengundang perayaan kematian untuk kebanggaan maka ini makruh . bentuk pengumuman yang lain seperti " niyahah " maka ini haram . berkata al-qosimy : " termasuk dari bid'ah adalahmengumumkan kematian seseorang dimenara-menara masjid dan dengan pengeras suara ". ( berkata sheikh badr ketika kami sedang berada diruangan sheikh : tidak mengapa seseorang untuk menyiarkan kematian dengan mix dimasjid dan itu bukan merupakan niyahah wallohu a'lam ) tapi lebih baik hal ini ditinggalkan karena adanya kesamaran didalamnya . 5. membaca al-kahfi dengan pengeras suara pada hari jum'at . pada sebagian masjid kita saksikan hal ini diman salah satu dari mereka membaca surat al-kahfi dengan pengeras suara , hal ini dilarang karena dapat mengganggu jama'ah yang lain yang sebagian sedang sholat , berdzikir dan ibadah yang lainnya . apabila hal ini terdapat kebaikan tentunya para shohabat tidak akan meninggalkannya dan mereka akan lebih dahulu mengerjakannya . 6. mengeraskan suara didalam masjid . masjid itu adalah rumah alloh maka bagi seorang muslim untuk menjaga kehormatannya dengan berbuat dan bertindak dengan sopan didalamnya diantaranya dengan tidak mengangkat suara didalam masjid . diriwayatkan dari 'umar bin alkhotob' dia melihat dua orang laki-laki yang mengangkat suaranya didalam masjid maka beliau menyuruh sa'id bin yazid : " suruh mereka menemuiku maka akupun membawa keduanya kehadapan umar . lalu umar berkata : " siapa kalian ? dan dari mana kalian ? " keduanya menjawab : " dari thoif". beliau menimpali : " kalau seandainya kalian dari negri iniaku akan hukum kalian yang telah mengeraskan suara kalian dimasjid…. ! ". diperbolehkan bercakap-cakap dimasjid dengan dua ketentuan : tidak mengeraskan suara tidak mengganggu yang lainnya yang sedang beribadah . adapun hadits : : ( الكلام في المسجد يأكل الحسنات كما تأكل النار الحطب ) فلا أصل له artinya : " berbicara dimasjid akan memakan kebaikan seperti api memakan kayu bakar ". hadits palsu yang tidak ada asalnya : ( الحديث في المسجد يأكل الحسنات كما تأكل البهائم الحشيش ) . artinya : " bercakap-cakap dimasjid akan memakan kebaikan sebagaimana hewan memaan rumput " ( hadits lemah ) 7. mencari barang yang hilang dimasjid. : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم من سمع رجلا ينشد ضالة في المسجد فليقل لا ردها الله عليك فإن المساجد لم تبن لهذا artinya : " barangsiapa yang mencari barangnya yang hilang dimasjid maka hendaklah dia mengatakan semoga alloh tidak mengembalikannya padamu karena masjid dibangun bukan untuk ini " .( HR.muslim ). dalam hadits ini sangat jelas tentang larangan mencari barang yang ilang didalam masjid dengan menanyakan kepada jama'ah atau dengan menyiarkan melalui pengeras suara . bahkan nabi pernah mendo'akan pada seorang laki-laki yang sedang mencari barang yang hilang yaitu onta merah dan dia mencari-carinya didalam masjid maka nabi berkata : " engkau tiak akan mendapatkannya sesungguhnya masjid itu dibangun untuk ibadah ". 8. jual beli didalam masjid . masjid adalah pasarnya akhirat , maka dilarang bagi jama'ah untuk berjual-bel dunianya didalam masjid baik ada barang yang dia jual atau sekedar transaksi tawar menawar barang karena hal itu termasuk dalam jual-beli . أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- نَهَى عَنِ الشِّرَاءِ وَالْبَيْعِ فِى الْمَسْجِدِ وَأَنْ تُنْشَدَ فِيهِ ضَالَّةٌ وَأَنْ يُنْشَدَ فِيهِ شِعْرٌ وَنَهَى عَنِ التَّحَلُّقِ قَبْلَ الصَّلاَةِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ artinya : " sesungguhnya rosul melarang jual-beli dimasjid , mencari barang yang hilang dimasjid , mendedangkan sya'ir , berkumpul-kumpul ( halaqoh ) sebelum sholat jum'at " ( HR. abu daud hadits hasan ). didalam hadits ini ada empat larangan : jual-beli dimasjid . mencari barang hilang dimasjid . melagukan sya'ir. berkumpul-kumpul mengadakan halaqoh sebelum sholat jum'at ditegakkan . bahkan dalam sebuah riwayat nabi memerintahkan untuk mendo'akan kerugian bagi yang melakukan jual-beli dimasjid . عن ابى هريرة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال إذا رأيتم من يبيع أو يبتاع في المسجد فقولوا لااربح الله تجارتك وإذا رأيتم من ينشد فيه ضالة فقولوا لاردها الله عليك artinya : " apabila kalian melihat seseorang yang berjual-beli dimasjid aka katakanlah padanya : " alloh tidak akan memberi untung padamu " dan apabila engkau melihat orang yang mencari barang hilang dimasjid katakanlah : " alloh tidak akan mengembalikan barangmu " . 9. memasang kalender yang terdapat iklan-iklan dagang . hal ini hendaklah dijahui karena bisa menyibukkan hati dan fikiran dari ibadah , larangan berjual-beli dimasjid termasuk padanya memasang iklan-iklan dimasjid . 10. tulisan pada mihrob masjid الله dan محمد kita dapati dimasjid-masjid kaum muslimin tertulis dengan tulisan ini dimihrob-mihrob masjid . ada beberapa bahaya pada masalah ini : menmenghantarkan pada kesyirikan dengan menyamakan antara alloh dengan hambanya . menyibukkan hamba yang sedang beribadah ketika sholat dan membacanya . salah satu macam hiasan yang dilarang . berkata ibnu abbas : " sungguh kalian akan menghias masjid seperti orang yahudi dan nashoro' yang menghias tempat ibadah mereka". عن أنس أن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم قال لا تقوم الساعة حتى يتباهى الناس في المساجد * ( صحيح artinya : " tidak akan terjadi hari kiyamat sampai manusia berbangga-bangga dengan masjid -masjidnya ". berkata abu thiyyib muhammad al -abady : " yaitu : " berbagga-bangga dengan urusan dan bagusnya bangunan masjid , setiap orang berbangga-bangga dengan masjidnya yang berkata ; " masjidku lebih tinggi , lebih bagus ,lebih luas dll sebagai bentuk pamer memperdengarkan dan pengagungan terhadap yang dipuji ". 10. membacakan syair-syair yang mungkar didalam masjid . adapun syair-syair yang menerangkan akan kemuliaan akhlak penyemangat dalam tholabulilmu maka ini diperbolahkan .adapun yang dilarang adalah syair-syair yang mengandung kejelekan seperti mensifati wanita , lelucon atau yang mengandung kesyirikan dll maka tidak boleh . disebutkan oleh an-nasai dan dihasankan oleh al-albany dari sa'id bin musayyab dia berkata : ketika umar melewati hasan bin tsabit yang sedang bersyair dimasjid dia meliriknya . maka hasan berkata : " aku pernah melantunkan syair dihadapan orang yang lebih baik darimu sambil melirik kearah abu huroiroh …". lantas berkata padanya : " akumemintamu karena alloh apakah engkau pernah mendengarkan hal ini dari rosulloh ?…". lalu berkata :" jawablah petanyaanku ! ya alloh kuatkan dia dengan ruhul qudus… maka abu huroiroh menjawab : " allohumma na'am ". 11. meletakkan jam lonceng dimasjid . hal ini dilarang karena ada penyerupaan dengan gereja , kalau hal ini dilarang untuk diletakkan dirumah seorang muslim maka dimasjid kaum muslimin lebih diutamakan . 12. lewat didalam masjid dan meninggalkan sholat tahiyyatul masjid . seperti mencari seseorang didalam masjid lalu keluar tanpa mengerjakan sholat , atau masuk dari yang satu dan keluar dari pintu yang lainnya . hal ini menyelisihi petunjuk nabi sebagaimana dalam hadits yang diriwayatkan oleh abdulloh bin umar : " [ لا تتخذوا المساجد طرقا ؛ إلا لذكر أو صلاة ] . ( حسن ) artinya : " janganlah kalian jadikan masjid-masjid sebagai jalanan tetapi untuk dikir dan sholat ". ( HR. thobrony dan dihasankan al-albany ). 13. memakai barang-barang yang diperuntukkan untuk masjid pada tempat yang lain . berkata ibnu nuhas : " meminjam lentera masjid atau lentera untuk acara walimah dan pesta tidak diperbolahkan ( disebutkan dalam kitab tanbiihul ghofiliin hal : 672 ). masuk pada perkara ini setiap alat-alat yang telah diwaqafkan untuk masjid seperti al-quran dan yang lainnya apabila hal tersebut telah diwaqafkan untuk masjid , tetapi diperbolehkan apabila pada suatu masjid tidak membutuhkan alat-alat tersebut untuk dipindahkan pada masjid yang lainnya . 13. memakai masjid untuk acara walimah nikah . sebagian kaum musliminmenjadikan keyakinan bahwa mengadakan acara walimah dimasjid adalah termasuk bagian dari sunah berdalilkan dengan hadits : " أعلنوا هذا النكاح و اجعلوه في المساجد ، و اضربوا عليه بالدفوف " . artinya : " siarkanlah pernikahan ini , dan adalanlah dimasjid-masjid dan tabuhlah gendang -gendang ". ( HR .ibnu khuzaimah dilemahkan oleh al-albany ). dilihat dari sisi hukum maka hal itu diperbolahkan selama tidak dibarengi dengan keyakinan bahwa hal itu adalah sunah karena haditsnya lemah dan tetap menjaga adab-adab syar'i didalam mengadakan acara walimah tersebut . 14. membuat mihrob untuk tempat imam dimasjid . berkembang pada keiasaan kaum muslimin yang bodoh dengan agamanya membuat tempat khusus bagi imam atau mihrob yang diyakini bahwa itu adalah maksud dari ayat : فَخَرَجَ عَلَى -- Sie erhalten diese Nachricht, weil Sie Mitglied der Google Groups-Gruppe "News2" sind. The #Shia propagandists will argue that Abu Bakr (rd) went against the Quranic rules of #inheritance, but these rules of inheritance do not apply to Prophets as clearly mentioned by the Prophet (pbuh) in both #Sunni and Shia Hadith. The very fact that such Hadith exist in the Shia canon makes impotent the Shia attack on the personality of Abu Bakr (rd). In Al-Kafi, the most reliable of the Shia books of Hadith, we find the following Sahih narration:

"The Prophets did not leave dinars and dirhams as inheritance, but they left knowledge." (al- #Kafi , vol. 1 p. 42)

The Shia will argue that the Quranic verses on inheritance pertain to Prophets and non-Prophets alike, and that these rules are all-inclusive without exception. This argument is weakened by the fact that the Shia Ulema themselves make exceptions in the rules of inheritance. For example, the Quran declares that children inherit wealth from their parents. However, the Shia Ulema (as well as the Sunni Ulema) make an exception to this general rule: #Kafir children do not inherit from their Muslim parents. Hence, not everyone is encompassed in the Quranic verse regarding inheritance; it is the general rule for the average person, but there are exceptions for special cases (and Prophets are one such exception).

The Shia propagandists may resort to dogmatic rhetoric declaring the supermacy of the Quran and accusing the Sunnis of straying away from it by making exceptions to the laws of inheritance. Unfortunately for the Shia, their own Infallible Imams have made exceptions to the rules of inheritance that would make any Shia accusations against the Sunnis to be simply hypocritical and sanctimonious. For example, the Shia Infallible Imams have prohibited some heirs from inheriting certain items of their estates, including the Dhul Fiqar(Ali's sword [rd]), the Quran, the Prophet's ring, and his bodily garments. These items were excluded from the Quranic laws of inheritance and reserved for the new Imam, instead of being properly distributed amongst the other children and eligible heirs. Hence, Imams had a different system of inheritance, so why is it surprising for the Shia that the Prophets also have their own system of inheritance distinct from non-Prophets?

The Quran gives the general rule, and then the Hadith give the details and exceptions to this rule. For example, the Quran says that men can only marry upto four wives. And yet, we find in Hadith that the Prophet (pbuh) was exempted from this ruling and he married more than four. Thus, the rules of Hadith grant an exception to the Prophets, and their rules are different than the rules of ordinary people as mentioned in the Quran. Any time a Shia propagandist attempts to assert that we are going against the Quran, we remind them that Prophets in general have different rules in certain matters; otherwise, are the Shia accusing the Prophet (pbuh) of going against the Quran by marrying more than four women? If the rule about marrying four women can be different for Prophets, then similarly we see no problem in the rules of inheritance also being different for Prophets. The analogy is perfect, and completely negates the Shia claims.

Furthermore, the Shia admit that the Quran dictates that if a person becomes poor, then he becomes eligible for Zakat. This is a right of an individual based in the Quran. And yet, the Hadith tells us that the Prophet's family is not permitted to take Zakat; even if he becomes poor, a member of the Prophet's family could not ask for Zakat. This fact is accepted by the Shia. If the Prophet's family could not recieve Zakat, then why are we surprised when they are also not allowed to recieve inheritance from the Prophet (pbuh)? Both rules come from the Hadith, which modify the general rule in the Quran.

Jangan tersalah memberi HATI pada insan yang tak sudi.
Pada insan yang tak mengerti.
Kerana sekali kau memberi, selamanya dia di hati.
Kerana sekali kau dilukai, sampai bila-bila tetap kau ingat.
Pesan lagi pada DIRI..
Hati-hatilah dalam memberi HATI
sebab ia hanya untuk insan
yang tahu menghargai betapa tingginya nilai sekeping HATI kalau tak mampu setia, jangan pernah mengukir janji,
kalau tak mampu menggenggam hubungan, jangan pernah beri harapan,
kerana hati manusia itu.
Terlalu bernilai untuk disakiti,
Terlalu mahal untuk disia-siakan,
Dan terlalu berharga untuk dihancurkan...
