Turkish FM accuses Syrian regime of lies
Turkey's foreign minister has accused the Syrian regime of deceiving the entire international community with their lies, on the first day of peace talks for the troubled country in the Swiss city of Montreux on Wednesday.
Ahmet Davutoglu said the Syrian National Coalition - the opposition group battling the regime - was the true representative of the Syrian people and commending it for participating in the Geneva-II talks.
"History will judge Syria's regime very badly," he said. "How can the Syrian regime deceive the entire international community with their lies?"
Davutoglu said Turkey would continue to operate an open-door policy with regard to around 700,000 Syrian refugees who have fled the country's ongoing civil war.

Die Anti-Shah-Proteste von 1967 - der große Umbruch in Deutschland.
Am 02. Juni 1967 kam es in Westberlin bei Demonstrationen studentischer Gruppen gegen den Staatsbesuch des Shahs vom Iran schwere Ausschreitungen seitens Shah-Anhängern / Sicherheitskräften in Zivil und der deutschen Polizei gegen die Demonstranten, dabei wurden zahlreiche Menschen verletzt und der junge Student Benno Ohnesorg erschossen. Die Ereignisse von Berlin, sowie das spätere Attentat am Studentenführer Rudi Dutschke waren wesentlich verantwortlich für die schweren studentischen Krawalle bis 1970 und der Radikalisierung innerhalb der linken Szene aus denen später auch die terroristische Rote-Armee-Fraktion (RAF) hervorging.

Was muss man tun wenn man eine Sünde begangen hat?
Das Gericht ist der Ort an dem ein solches Urteil getroffen werden muss. Da im hier und heute kein islamisches Gericht existiert, darf ein solches Urteil auch nicht gefällt werden.
Der Islam erlaubt keine Selbstjustiz. Jemand der eine große Sünde begeht sollte über die Folgen dieser Sünde aufgeklärt und motiviert werden Reue zu zeigen und Gott um Verzeihung zu bitten.
Es wird berichtet, dass unser Prophet (s.a.v.) sagte: "Wenn der Mensch keine Sünden begehen würde, so hätte Allah anstelle dieser ein Volk erschaffen welches Sünden begeht und diese bereut." Dieser Hadith zeigt uns, dass es gerade die Sünden sind die den Menschen so besonders machen, natürlich insofern man diese Taten bereut.

The Syrian foreign minister has expressed qualms during the opening session of the Geneva II conference on the Syrian crisis that that some state taking part in the peace confab are actually involved in promoting terror in his country.
"These countries were exporting terrorism, as well as tools of murder, as if God delegated them the right to decide who to kill and who to help," said Walid Muallem on Wednesday while addressing the event in the Swiss city of Montreux.
Muallam further described the foreign-sponsored opposition elements participating in the long-awaited international meeting as "traitors" and foreign "agents."
"They claim to represent the Syrian people. If you want to speak in the name of the Syrian people, you should not be traitors to the Syrian people, agents in the pay of enemies of the Syrian people," he said.
The top Syrian diplomat said that only the Syrian people could decide the fate of President Bashar al-Assad, directly addressing US Secretary of State John Kerry who had again insisted during his speech that President Assad has lost his legitimacy.
"Mr. Kerry, no one in the world has the right to confer or withdraw the legitimacy of a president, a constitution or a law, except for the Syrians themselves," he said.
The Syrian Foreign Minister also called on foreign powers to stop "supporting terrorism," and to lift sanctions against the Syrian government.
He blamed some of the neighboring countries for what he called backstabbing Syria, warning that terrorism will not remain in Syria and will spread across the region.
Muallem further thanked Russia, Iran and China for supporting the "sovereignty" of Syria.
The conference is believed as the most serious effort yet to end the crisis in the Middle Eastern country as the representatives from the Syrian government and the main opposition meet there for the first time.

Terrorist mortar attacks on Sednaya result in material damages

Terrorist fired a number of mortar rounds at citizens' homes in the city of Sednaya in Damascus countryside, causing damage to properties.
A source at the Police Command told SANA's correspondent that terrorists fired four mortar rounds which fell in al-Gharb neighborhood, al-Qarn area, and enar al-Tajali Convent in the city, causing only material damages to private properties and no injuries.
Terrorists had been firing mortar rounds at Sednaya during the past three days, while the army eliminated a number of terrorist groups that had attempted to attack the Cherubim Convent in the city.

Er nahm es beim Ohr und fragte: 'Wer würde es für einen Silberling haben wollen?' Sie sagten: 'Wir möchten das nicht für irgendetwas haben; es ist für uns völlig nutzlos.' Dann fragte er: 'Würde einer von euch es umsonst haben wollen?' Sie antworteten: 'Auch wenn es lebendig wäre, dann wäre es unvollständig mit abgeschnittenen Ohren, und welchen Nutzen hat es jetzt, wo es tot ist?' In Den Haag läuft das Gericht für den im im Jahr 2005 ermordeten Ministerpräsidenten Hariri, der bei einem Bombenanschlag in Beirut ums leben kam auf Hochtouren!
Für die 18 jährigen Opfer die fast wöchentlich in Beirut bei Bombenanschlägen ums Leben kommen, wird es nie ein Gericht geben, sie sind es den Herren wohl nicht Wert.
Das Gericht verlangte im übrigen eine Milliarden hohe Summe um das verfahren aufzurollen, die Politiker die von vornerein nur in eine Richtung Beschuldigten zahlten natürlich sofort, mit welchem Geld bleibt ungewiss.
Man könnte auch sagen das Gericht hat Kohle bekommen und liefert ein zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis!
Gerechtigkeit wird es nie geben aber unschuldige Opfer am laufenden Band. Opfer die ihren Eltern mindestens genauso wertvoll sind, wie ein Verstorbener Multimilliardär diesen Kapitalisten, nur fragt keiner nach ihnen.

يظن الطاغيه واسياده انه بهذا سيحطم معنويات الناس ليقبلوا بجريمة الذهاب الى مؤتمر امريكا في جنيف .
كلما زاد ظلم الطاغيه ازدادت حرارة الايمان والتحدي والاصرار عند اهل الشام على مواصلة الثوره حتى النصر باسقاط النظام وبناء صرح الخلافة على انقاضه

في مؤتمر الخيانة حيث اجتمع الخائنين والمتأمرين من جربا الاجرب الي المعلم المعلك ، تضحك الساقطة الوضيعة شبيهة الأبقار عضوة الوفد السوري وكأن ما يجري في شوارع سوريا هو لهو ولعب لا حرب ودماء ابرياء !!!
وقبل أيام ، سيدة من غوطة من فسطاط المسلمين ، هد شموخها الجوع وأحنت ظهرها السنون وفجر دمعها الليل الممتد كالأبد ، تكتب بصوتها شهادة للدنيا أن هذه الأيام من أشد ما مر على هذه البلاد منذ أكثر من نصف قرن !!!

وقع بيانكم الموقع من: الجبهة الإسلامية وجيش المجاهدين والاتحاد الإسلامي لأجناد الشام، في قلوبنا في أرض الشام كالسكين التي غُرزت على عَجَل، ولكن رفضته عقولنا لأننا نحسن الظن فيكم، لهذا نطالبكم نحن أبناء ثورة الحق والخير ثورة الشام، الشام عقر دار الإسلام، أرض الأنبياء وحاضنة الإسراء والمعراج أن توضحوا لأبناء الثورة وللأمة الإسلامية جمعاء موقفكم الرمادي اللون هذا من مؤامرة جنيف2، كي يعود عملكم ناصعاً أبيضاً كمحجة رسول الله التي تركَنا صلى الله عليه وسلم عليها.
هل أنتم مع أمريكا والغرب في الإبقاء على النظام العلماني المدني من خلال مؤامرة جنيف2 حتى أصدرتم هذا البيان الذي وصفه أهلكم في الداخل بأنه "عار" على مسلم أن يوقع عليه؟ أم أنكم تصدرون البيانات وتضعون الشروط التي لا يكترث لها ولكم حتى بواب الائتلاف، فهرع الائتلاف يزعم أنكم فوضتموه مع أن شروطكم داسوا عليها بالنعال الأمريكية؟!
أيها الإخوة في الإسلام وفي العقيدة وفي التضحيات؛ نذكركم بقول الله تعالى: ﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَخُونُوا اللَّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ وَتَخُونُوا أَمَانَاتِكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ * وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا أَمْوَالُكُمْ وَأَوْلَادُكُمْ فِتْنَةٌ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ عِنْدَهُ أَجْرٌ عَظِيمٌ﴾، ونذكركم بواجبكم الشرعي ثم الأخلاقي تجاه الثورة والأمة، بأن تصدروا بياناً تبينوا فيه أن مشروعكم هو مشروع الثورة والأمة؛ ألا وهو الحكم بالإسلام في دولة الخلافة الإسلامية، وأنكم ترفضون أي عمل أو مبادرة تكون أمريكا أو روسيا أو أوروبا شريكا فيها، ولا ترضون عن خلع النظام بكل أركان دولته بما فيها الجيش المجرم والأجهزة الأمنية الكريهة بديلا، إلا تفعلوه تكونوا قد وضعتم أنفسكم في مكان لا يرضي الله ولا رسوله ولا المسلمين، ويكون عملكم في الدنيا إلى بوار وفي الآخرة مسعاكم مع الأخسرين أعمالا.
أيها الثائرون في أرض الشام؛ إن هذا الدين منصور بكل تأكيد، بكم أو بغيركم، وإنه لشرف وعزّ ورفعة أن تكونوا من أهل النصر والنصرة، وإنها لحسرة وندامة ونار تلظى أن ترضوا بالذل والعار بموافقتكم على جنيف2 والتحاور مع طاغوت العصر والرضا بما ينتج عن ذلك، ولن ينتج عنه إلا الخسران المبين.
اللهم نحن أهل الشام المغلوبين على أمرنا، ندعوك من فوق جثث الشهداء ومن تحت براميل الموت مخلصين لك، اللهم قيّض لهذه الأمة من ينصرها إن خذلنا إخوانُنا المجاهدون الذين زعموا أنهم حملوا السلاح في سبيلك وحدك ولنصرة دينك ولإقامة دولتك.
اللهم وانصرنا بهم ومعهم إن هم ذبّوا عن أنفسهم خيانات تحاك لهم وفخاخًا نُصبت لهم وعادوا إلى سبيل الحق ورفضوا جنيف2 وأهلها، واجعل النصر حليفهم وأنعم عليهم أن يكونوا أنصارك الجدد.
اللهم هل بلغت اللهم فاشهد.

أهالي مخيم اليرموك: لا نريد مساعدات على حساب إذلالنا وإهانة كرامة الشعب الفلسطيني لليوم الرابع على التوالي تستمر مسرحية إدخال المساعدات الإغاثية الى مخيم اليرموك المحصار للشهر السابع على التوالي، والأهالي يرفضون المساعدات على حساب كرامتهم التي أذلت من خلال ألية التسليم والمماطلة والإهانة والارهاق الذي يتعرضون له يوميا منذ ساعات الصباح الباكر وحتى المساء دون استلام المساعدات، وكذلك الحديث عن الواسطات في استلام المساعدات وخروج المرضى. 22-1-2014

The development of efficient hospitals was an outstanding contribution of Islamic medicine. The hospitals served all citizens free and without any regard to their color, religion, sex, age or social status. Hospitals had separate wards for male and female patients and were staffed with nursing and other ancillary staff of the same sex. Patients with different diseases were allocated different wards. Hospitals provided patients with unlimited water supply and bathing facilities. Only qualified and licensed physicians were allowed to practice medicine. The hospitals were teaching hospitals to educate and train medical students. They had housing for students and house-staff, and contained pharmacies dispensing free drugs to patients.
All hospitals had their own conference rooms and extensive and expensive libraries containing the most up-to-date books. Universities, cities and hospitals acquired large libraries, physicians had their own extensive personal book collections, at a time when printing was unknown and book editing was done by skilled and specialized scribes putting in long hours of labor. These hospitals kept records of all their patients and their medical care, something done for the first time in medical history. The hospital was divided into two main departments, outpatient and in-patient departments. The in-patient department differed only slightly from any modern in-patient department. On admission the patients were given special apparel while their clothes, money, and valuables were stored away, and returned to them at the time of their discharge. On discharge, they also received five gold pieces each to tide them over until they could support themselves. The hospital also provided facilities for performing prayers. Medical officers regularly visited the prisons. At a time when Paris and London were mud streets and hovels, Baghdad, Cairo, and Cordova had hospitals, which incorporated innovations, which sound amazingly modern. It was chiefly in the humaneness of patient caring that the Muslim hospitals excelled. Near the wards of those afflicted with fever, fountains cooled the air; the insane were treated with gentleness; and at night music and storytelling soothed the patients.

Efficient Hospitals:
During the Islamic civilization, hospitals had developed and attained specific characteristics:2
1. Secular: Hospitals served all peoples irrespective of color, religion, or background. They were run by the government rather than by the church, and their directors were commonly physicians assisted by persons who had no special religious color. In hospital, physicians of all faiths worked together with one aim in common: the well-being of patients.
2. Separate wards: Patients of different sexes occupied separate wards. Also different diseases especially infectious ones, were allocated diffe-rent wards. There were different wards for fever, wounds, mania, eye conditions, cold diseases, and diarrhea. Convalescents had separate sections within them.
3. Separate nurses: Male nurses were to take care of male patients, and vice-versa.
4. Baths and water supplies: Five times a day praying is an important pillar of Islam. Before praying one has to perform wudu or ablution. For certain conditions full bath is obligatory. Therefore the Muslim hospitals had to provide the patients and employees with unlimited supply of water and adequate bathing facilities.
5. Physicians: Only qualified physicians were allowed to practice medicine by law. In 931 CE, the chief court-physician Sinan Ibn-Thabit was ordered by Caliph A; -Muqtadir to grant licenses to practice medicine to only quali-fied physicians out of the 860 physicians in Baghdad. His counterpart Abu-Osman Sai'id Ibn-Yaqub was ordered to do the same thing in Damascus, Mecca and Medina. The latter two cities were very important because of hundreds of thousands of pilgrims visiting them every year for Umra and Hajj.
6. Medical Schools:3 The hospital served as a medical school to educate and train medical students, imparting medical knowledge and advancing medical knowledge. Extensive libraries were attached to the hospitals, containing most up-to-date books. Tulum Hospital in Cairo in 872 CE had 100,000 books. (Mustansiriyya University in Baghdad had 80,000 volumes. Cordova library had 600,000 volumes; Cairo had 2,000,000 and Tripoli 3,000,000). Physicians had their own extensive personal book collections, at a time when printing was unknown and book editing was done by skilled and specialized scribes putting in long hours of manual labor. There were conference halls for lectures and meetings. There were housing facilities for both students and staff of the hospital.
7. Medical records: The Muslim hospitals were the first in history to keep regular records of patients and their medical treatment.
8. Pharmacy: The hospital pharmacy of the Muslim hospitals was highly developed and performed an outstanding service to the patients. Chemistry became an advanced science and pharmacy developed into a specialized subject.
The caliphs of the Islamic Empire built magnificent hospitals, because of Islam's emphasis on charity, to attain everlasting name, and to show to the public that they really cared for their welfare.
In the twelfth and thirteenth centuries, hospitals in Syria and Egypt had achieved such high levels of performance that travelers and historians regarded them as one of the treasures of Muslim civilization. They attracted gifted students and best medical educators and enjoyed rich endowments and generous patronage. They were elegant, spacious buildings, equipped with comfortable lecture halls, extensive libraries, well-stocked pharmacy shops, and efficient laboratories, where medications could be freshly prepared and dispensed.
SOME FAMOUS HOSPITALS:
Al-Nuri Hospital: the Umayyad Caliph, Al-Walid, built the first hospital in Islam in Damascus in 706 CE. Al-Nuri hospital named after King Nur Al-Din Zanji was built in 1156 CE during the crusades. It was a first class hospital and medical school. The hospital initiated medical record keeping-the first in the world. Eminent physicians, like Ibn Al-Nafis (discoverer of pulmonary circulation), graduated from the medical school. The hospital served the public for over seven centuries.
Al-Salahani Hospital: It was built in Jerusalem in 1055 CE by the Crusaders as Saint John Hospital. It was renamed Al-Salahani Hospital in 1187 CE. Salah Al-Din expanded the hospital and it served the people until 1458 CE when it was destroyed by an earthquake.
Al-Muqtadiri Hospital: Built in Baghdad in 918 CE by Caliph Al-Muqtadir.
Al-Adudi Hospital: It was built in 981 CE and named after King Adud Al-Dawlah. It was the most magnificent hospital built in Baghdad before modern times. It was outfitted with the best equipment and supplies available at that time. It had residents, interns, and twenty-four consult-ants to care and look after the patients. Haly Abbas was a staff physician. It was destroyed by Hulagu, the grandson of Chengiz Khan in 1258.
Al-Fustat Hospital: It was built in 872 CE by Ahmed Ibn-Tulum in the city of Al-Fustat(part of old Cairo). It had separate wards. On admission the patients were given special garments while their personal belongings were stored away and returned to them at the time of discharge. It served the population of Cairo for six centuries.
Al-Mansuri Hospital:Built in 1248 CE by King Al-Mansur Qalawun in Cairo. While fighting the Crusaders, general Qalawun became sick and was treated in Al-Nuri hospital. On recovery, he vowed that if he ever became the ruler of Egypt, he would build a larger and magnificent hospital in Cairo for the sick, poor and rich alike. Music therapy was used as a line of treatment for psychiatric patients. It served four thousands patients daily. Hospital stay was free and upon discharge the patient was given food and money as a compensation for the wages he lost during his stay in the hospital. It has served for the past seven centuries. Today it is used for ophthalmology and is called Mustashfa Qalawun.
Al-Qayrawan Hospital: In 830 CE Prince Ziyadat Allah I, built this hospital in the district of the Qayrawan city called Al-Dimnah. Subsequently all hospitals in Tunisia were called Dimnah instead of Bimaristan. It had spacious wards, waiting rooms for visitors and patients, and female nurses from Sudan-the first use of nursing in Arabic history. The hospital had a mosque for prayers.
Marakesh Hospital: In 1190 CE, King Al-Mansur Ya'qub Ibn-Yusuf, built this hospital in the capital city of Morocco-Marakesh. It was beautifully landscaped with fruit trees and flowers. Aqueducts carried water to all sections. Patients were provided with special attire: one for winter and another for summer. Specialists called Sayadlah ran the pharmacy. There was an expensive private room where patients were charged today's equivalent of $150.00 per day. This fee was quite expensive thousand years ago.
Granada Hospital: In Spain in 1366 CE, Prince Muhammed Ibn-Yusuf Ibn Nasr built this hospital in the city of Granada which had a population of half million. This hospital had the beauty of the Arabic architecture and served the people until the fall of Granada in 1492 CE.
Delhi Hospitals: In the fourteenth century in Delhi, India, there were one thousand schools and colleges (madrasas) and seven hundred hospitals, two thousand Sufi lodges and hospices in and around Delhi.
Technique of Therapy in Islamic Medicine:
The patients were treated according to a well-defined treatment plan. Initially the treatment began with physiotherapy and diet. If this treat-ment failed, then the patients were treated with drugs. Only as a last resort surgery was employed. The physiotherapy included exercises and water baths. The Muslim physicians were aware of food deficiencies and hence developed a detailed system of diet therapy. Drugs were divided into two groups: simple and compound drugs. The Muslim physicians were aware of interaction between drugs. First they used the simple drugs. If these drugs did not work then they used two or more compounds. & sind dann total Enttäuscht und sauer, weil sie nicht sofort dafür belohnt wurden.

As salamu aleykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,
Hatte mit einer Freundin geredet sie erzählte mir, dass sie sich später mal die Achselhaare weglasern möchte. Daraufhin sagte ich, dass dies haram sein koennte, da ich aber keine beweise habe wollte ich hier im Forum meine Geschwister fragen. Also ist es haram sich die koerperbehaarung weglasern zu lassen?

Es gibt ein Buch, welches den Namen "Die Vermessung der Welt" trägt. Das Buch enthält eine Aussage, die ich sehr fragwürdig finde:
Es heißt dort: "... Er habe es immer bezeichnend für Gottes bösen Humor gefunden, dass ein Geist wie seiner in einen kränklichen Körper eingesperrt sei, während ein Durchschnittskopf wie Eugen praktisch nie krank werde. [...]"
Der Titel meines threads ist zugleich meine Frage - handelt es sich hier um verspotten der Religion?

Salam Aleikum liebe Schwestern
Ich habe dringend eine Frage, inshaallah kann mir jemand schnell weiterhelfen.
Zwischen dem Ende einer Periode und dem Anfang der nächsten müssen ja 15 Tage dazwischenliegen bevor eine Periode als Periode gilt und man das Gebet etc unterlassen soll.
Muss der 15. Tag auch verstreichen oder reicht es sozusagen aus wen der 15. Tag eingetroffen ist?
Also muss ich am 15. Tag, wenn ich bereits Anzeichen meiner Periode am Tag davor bekommen habe, ab dem Morgengebet oder erst ab dem Nachtgebet das Beten unterlassen?
Und ist es schlimm wenn ich den 15. Tag aus Unsicherheit bis zum Nachtgebet noch gebetet habe? Oder sind die Gebete dann einfach ungültig und es ist nicht weiter schlimm?
Ich würde mich sehr über eine zeitnahe Antwort freuen.

selam aleykum meine geschwister im islam...
mein Mann und ich wir kommen aus Bielefeld und suchen Arbeit. Mein Mann ist seit 2012 hier in deutschland und versteht deutsch. Momentan arbeitet er in einer Zeitarbeitsfirma aber mkt dem Gehalt ist leider nicht viel anzufangen.. er möchte seinen Führerschein machen aber brauch dazu erstmal neue arbeit..
ich bitte euch da um hilfe.. vielleicht kennt ihr jemanden oder ihr selber sucht jemanden.bitte meldet euch..
er hat im kosovo als maurer die ausbildung fertig gemacht und hat auch berufserfahrung in dem Bereich. er kann sich aber auch vorstellen was ganz neues zu lernen.jedoch ist da die frage des finanzierens..
ich freue mich über jede idee und übef jeden anstoß...
möge allah euch für eure müche segnen und euch in dem Paradis einlass gewähren..

"Türkische Medien berichten, dass fast hundert Richter und Staatsanwälte von ihren bisherigen Aufgaben entbunden sind und neue übernehmen müssen. Unter den 96 Betroffenen sollen Juristen sein, die in jüngster Zeit die Regierung von Ministerpräsident Recep Tayyip Erdoğan mit Ermittlungen gegen sich aufgebracht hatten.
Die Versetzungen ordnete der Hohe Rat der Richter und Staatsanwälte (HSYK) an. In dem hatte die Regierung durch Neubesetzungen in der vergangenen Woche ihren Einfluss ausgebaut.
Das türkische Parlament debattiert derzeit über einen Gesetzentwurf der Regierung, der nach Meinung von Kritikern den Richterrat noch stärker den Weisungen des Justizministeriums unterwerfen würde. Der Chef der Nationalisten, Devlet Bahceli, kritisierte, in der Türkei stehe die Justiz inzwischen unter der Kontrolle der Regierung.
Istanbuler Staatsanwälte hatten Mitte Dezember Korruptionsvorwürfe gegen die Regierung publik gemacht. Erdoğan sieht in den Vorwürfen den Versuch von Anhängern des islamischen Predigers Fethullah Gülen, seine Regierung zu stürzen.
Vorwürfe gegen das Justizministerium
Der Ministerpräsident hatte schon in den vergangenen Wochen mehrere tausend Polizisten und Juristen versetzen lassen. Kritiker befürchten, dass er damit die Korruptionsermittlungen stoppen will. Schon vergangene Woche hatte der Rat der Richter etwa 20 Staatsanwälte versetzt, darunter jene, die an den Istanbuler Ermittlungen beteiligt waren.
Diesmal traf es unter anderem einen leitenden Staatsanwalt im westtürkischen Izmir, der dem Justizministerium vorgeworfen hatte, ihn zur Einstellung von Korruptionsermittlungen dort aufgefordert zu haben. Die Regierung wies die Vorwürfe zurück.
Erdoğan hatte am Dienstag der EU bei einem Besuch in Brüssel versichert, er respektiere die Unabhängigkeit der Justiz. Die EU hatte ihn zuvor aufgerufen, die Regeln des Rechtsstaates und der Gewaltenteilung zu beachten."

Es sei unvorstellbar, dass ein Mann, der "brutal" gegen sein Volk vorgehe, wieder regieren dürfe, sagte Kerry. Assad dürfe "keiner Art von Übergangsregierung" angehören."

Die Mission Mohammeds: Warum bedurfte es eines neuen Gesandten und warum ist keiner mehr nötig?
"Zeig mir doch, was Mohammed Neues gebracht hat", so zitierte Papst Benedikt XVI. in seiner umstrittenen Regensburger Vorlesung den byzantinischen Kaiser Palaeologos und machte damit ein weit verbreitetes Missverständnis deutlich, nämlich dass der Prophet Mohammed eine neue Religion bringen wollte. Dagegen trat der Gesandte Allahs (saws) überhaupt nicht mit dem Anspruch auf, eine neue Religion zu verkünden. Seit den Anfängen der Menschheit gibt es dem Koran zufolge nur eine Wahrheit, die der Eine Gott den Menschen durch Seine Gesandten übermittelte: "Wahrlich, wir haben dir offenbart, wie wir Noah und den Propheten nach ihm offenbart haben. Und wir offenbarten Abraham (Ibrahim), Ismael, Isaak, Jakob und den Stämmen, Jesus (Isa), Hiob, Jonas, Aaron und Salomo; und Wir ließen David (Dawud) die Psalmen zukommen. Und von einigen Gesandten haben Wir dir erzählt und von anderen Gesandten haben Wir nicht erzählt." (Sure 4:163) Mohammed verkündete - wie alle Gesandten vor ihm - dass es Einen Gott gibt, der die Menschen am Jüngsten Tag für Ihre Taten zur Rechenschaft ziehen wird. In dieser Hinsicht war er - wie alle Propheten - ein Warner. Die Entsendung eines neuen Gesandten war aber insbesondere deswegen notwendig geworden, weil sich Irrtümer eingeschlichen hatten, die korrigiert werden mussten: So wurde mit dem Konzil von Nicäa im Jahr 325 n. Chr. Jesus (Isa) mit Gott gleichgestellt. Im 4. Jahrhundert n. Chr. bildete sich im Abendland auch die Lehre vom dreifaltigen Gott heraus.
Das alles steht im Widerspruch zum reinen Eingottglauben: "Sprich: "Nein! (Wir befolgen) die Religion Abrahams, der rechtgläubig war und nicht den Götzenanbetern angehörte." (Sure 2:135) Die Irrtümer, die sich eingeschlichen hatten, mussten korrigiert werden: "Und herabsandte Er die Thora und das Evangelium ... und sandte nun die Unterscheidung." (Sure 3:3)
Nach der Korrektur der Irrtümer ist auch kein weiterer Prophet mehr nötig. Allah - Subhana wa Ta'ala - verspricht im Koran, dass Er über diese Heilige Schrift wacht und keine Verfälschung zulässt. Da der reine Eingottglaube (wie im Alten Testament der Bibel gefordert - ohne Gottesbilder und Figuren) nun in seiner ursprünglichen Form wieder hergestellt worden ist, bedarf es keines neuen Gesandten - was sollte er auch Neues verkünden?

Ja, Lebensfreude stößt natürlich sauer auf, vor allem bei denen, die keine haben:
Ja, in Alt Hürth lacht man gemeinsam und es gibt wohl kein besseres Zeichen für ein doch noch lebendes Multi-Kulti, verbinden hochgezogene Mundwinkel ja mehr als jede Beule auf dem leeren Schädel , weswegen ich den Verantwortlichen einen guten Rat mit auf den Weg geben möchte: Pfeifen Sie genüsslich auf die Kritiker, hat es die stolze Eiche ja nicht zu stören, wenn sich ein paar Wildsäue an ihr reiben, auch wenn diese noch so einen Scheinheiligenschein auf dem Versagerschädel blinken haben.
Wie? Sie möchten dazu nichts weiter sagen, möchten Sie die bellende Meute ja nicht noch mehr aufschrecken? Ok, das kann ich verstehen, weiß unsereins ja, zu was so mancher heißblütige Jungspund fähig ist, weswegen wir lieber das Wort an einen Günther Grünwald weiterreichen wollen, spricht der ja Wahrheit:

The Great Prophets of #God :
All #Prophets and Messengers were sent with one Message. God says:
Or have they taken gods besides Him? Say, [O Muhammad to them], "Produce your proof. This [Qur'an] is the message for those with me and the message of those before me." But most of them do not know the truth, so they are turning away. And We sent not before you any messenger except that We revealed to him that, "There is no deity except Me, so worship Me." (Qur'an 21:24-5)
The belief in the Oneness of God was the central message delivered by all Prophets and Messengers to their respective peoples. God, the Exalted, says:
He has ordained for you of religion what He enjoined upon Noah and that which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what We enjoined upon Abraham and Moses and Jesus - to establish the religion and not be divided therein. Difficult for those who associate others with Allah is that to which you invite them. Allah chooses for Himself whom He wills and guides to Himself whoever turns back [to Him]. (Qur'an 42:13)

Owais (ra) - A Role Model For The Youth.
Owais (RA) was the only man who was mentioned by name by the Prophet (SAWS) without ever having met him. He became a companion without seeing the prophet (SAWS), Owais (RA) was given the honor of being his Companion in Paradise! SubahanAllaah. One day, Umar ibn Khattab, Abu Bakr, Ali and other companions (RA) were sitting with the Prophet (SAWS) at the Masjid when the Prophet (SAW) said to them, "Tomorrow, a man will enter from this door to pray among you and he will be from the people of Paradise."
"He is a man of medium height, head held high despite being poor with very dark skin. I can see him putting his right arm on his left arm and weeping as he reads Quran. He is wearing a cloak of poor wool," said the Prophet (SAW), smiling as if he can see him as Angel Jibreal (AS) is describing him. "On his left shoulder, there is a white mark the size of a dirham that is the effect of an illness. He is unknown among the people but known in the skies. His biggest sign is the mother he deeply cares for. When he makes duaa, it is granted. He will come among the people on the Day of Judgment and as they are entering Paradise, he will be stopped. When he asks why, Allaah will tell him he can bring whomever he wants into Paradise with him, as much as 200,000 people (the amount of two large tribes)." "Ali and Umar, if you are ever to find this man, ask him to make duaa for you and ask Allaah for your forgiveness," said the Prophet.
Elsewhere in Yemen, a young boy is herding his sheep, the sun beating down on his shoulders where a white mark stands alone on his dark skin. He is frustrated from being poor and having to struggle and take care of his mother. His father died when he was a young child, leaving him the man of the house. When the boy was seventeen, his mother lost her vision, and his responsibilities toward her increased as he now had to help her move around.
he stood at Mount Arafat and asked all the people making Hajj to stand up. Then he told everyone to sit down except those from Yemen. From that group, he told them all to sit down except those from Murad and from that group, he told them all to sit down except those from Qarn. One man was left standing. "Are you a Qarni?" asked Umar ibn Al Khattab(R A). The man replied in the affirmative. "Do you know Owais?" "Yes, he is my nephew. But what would you want with him. He is but a poor, forgotten man," replied the Yemeni man. Umar (RA) started to weep. "This man is not just a poor, forgotten man. He is a man who will choose 200,000 people to come with him into heaven. Is he with you?" "No, he is not," replied the man. "Is his mother living," asked Umar (RA). "Yes," replied the man. "I know he will not ever leave her, as this is what the Prophet (SAWS) said," replied Umar.
Abu Huraira (RA) relates that the next day he hurried to Fajr prayer at the Masjid and lined up in the first row in hopes that he would be the man that the Prophet (SAW) was referring to the day before. There were many other Companions standing alongside him who also had the same idea. The Prophet (SAWS) conducted Fajr prayer and sat down. The Companions were eager to know who this man of Paradise was, but it didn't seem the Prophet was going to mention it. So they sat and waited for a while and some of them had to go, but others still waited. These included Abu Huraira, Abu Bakr, Ali, and Umar (RA). Just then walked in a man, who was so poor his clothes were dirty and torn. The Prophet (SAW) immediately stood up and smiled from ear to ear and welcomed the man. The man asked the Prophet to pray for him. The Prophet (SAW) raised his hands in duaa and said, "Oh Allaah please grant this man a position in the highest levels of Paradise, Al Firdous, with me." So then when the man left, Abu Huraira (RA) asked the Prophet (SAW) ,"Was that him?!" "Yes," replied the Prophet. "But oh Messenger of Allaah , he is nothing more than a poor slave, how can that be him?" asked Abu Huraira (RA) . "Oh Abu Huraira," said the Prophet. "What can I do for him if his fate in this world is to be poor? His position on the Day of Judgment is that of a king. Abu Huraira (RA) , the ones that have the most value to Allaah are those that are pure, starving, whose faces are dusty, who are not known on this Earth, but known in the skies. If they want to get married, no one would marry them. And if they get sick, the do not pass on the sickness to anyone (they are alone), and if they attend something their presence is not felt, and if they leave, no one notices, and when they die, no one attends their funeral. These people however, are not forgotten by Allaah and they are held with so much value." "Oh Messenger of Allaah, show me one of them," said Abu Huraira (RA). "I will tell you about Owais Al Qarni (RA)," replied the Prophet. The Companions looked at each other, each trying to recall if they know a man named Owais. They didn't know that he was talking about a man that they will meet years after the Prophet has passed away.
One night, he was carrying a candle and helping his mother move around the house when the candlelight went out and they were left in darkness. He could not see a thing. Then his mother, who was used to finding her way in the darkness, started leading him. This turn of events affected him deeply and he started to ponder on the weight of light and darkness.
The next day, the seventeen-year-old Owais (RA) bumped into a Muslim man who was coming to Yemen to spread Islam. He stopped the man and asked him to tell him something from the Qur'an that his Prophet (SAW) has said. So the man recites a verse from Surah An Nur:
{…And he for whom Allaah has not appointed light, for him there is no light}
(Qur'an 24:40)
This really hit home for Owais (RA) as he remembered what had happened the night before with his mother. "Tell me more about what your Prophet (SAW) says," said Owais. So the man, noticing that Owais (RA) was poor, chose this Hadith. "What am I to this world and what is this world to me? The example of me and this world is that of a man who walks in the heat of the desert and sits under the shade of a tree for an hour, then walks away and leaves it."
Owais (RA) upon hearing this Hadith, immediately said his shahadah and became a Muslim at the age of 17. Then came the question, will he migrate to see the Prophet? As much as Owais (RA) wanted to, he couldn't and wouldn't leave his mother. Some people suggested that he let some neighbours take care of her while he was gone but he said that he was the one who should take care of her and turned down the opportunity to see the Prophet. This sacrifice for his mother and the way Owais (RA) had devoted himself to his mother his whole life was the reason that he was mentioned by the Prophet (SAW). Also, because of his deep faith and his lack of attachment to the material things in this world.
So when Ali bin Abu Talib (RA) left Yemen with a group of new Muslims to go back to Madinah, it was without the boy he bumped into on his way there. He had no idea that it the Owais (RA) that the Prophet (SAW) had mentioned and the boy didn't know it was Ali bin Abu Talib (RA).
3 years later, the Prophet passed away and years after that Abu Bakr (RA) also passed away. When Umar ibn AlKhattab (RA) became Khalifah, he would go around all the people during Hajj and call out, "OWAIS, OWAIS, Is there anyone here named Owais?" He would go to the group that came from Yemen and ask them if a man named Owais (RA) is among them. But no one had heard of this man. Umar (RA) realised it was just as the Prophet (SAW) described to him, that he was a man who was unknown among the people.
Year after year, Umar (RA) would go around at Hajj and call out and ask for Owais. One year during Hajj, Umar (R A) searched for Owais (R A) for ten years. A year before the death of Umar(R A) , Owais's mother passed away. That year, Umar (RA) stood up at Mount Arafat again and said to the people of Yemen, "Is Owais al Qarni among you?" A Yemeni man said, "He is that sheppard standing over there." Umar (R A) became so excited and went to look for Ali (RA) . "Ali! Ali! We found him!" he called out. Umar and Ali (RA) approached Owais (R A) and asked him,"Are you Owais (R A) al Qarni?" "Yes," replied a surprised Owais. "Show me your shoulder," replied Umar. Owais (R A) showed them his shoulder and they were able to see the mark that the Prophet (SAW) mentioned. "Is your mother with you?" asked Umar. Owais (R A) replied that his mother had passed away. "Ah, it is just as the Prophet said it would be then," said Umar(R A). Owais (R A) actually did not know these men so he asked them who they were. "I am Umar ibn AlKhattab (RA), the Khalifah, and this is Ali ibn Abu Talib (RA), the man who came to Yemen to spread Islam," said Umar(R A). "Yes! I remember him! But, how do you know me?" asked Owais. So Umar (R A) told Owais (R A) the whole story about how the Prophet (SAW) had talked about him years ago and how Angel Jibreal (AS) had described him. They said how his signs were the mark on his shoulder, his care for his mother, and his lack of attachment to this world. He said how Prophet (SAW) told them that he would take 200,000 people with him into Paradise. They told him how they had been looking for him for years.
Umar and Ali (R Anhum) then asked Owais (RA) to make duaa for them and ask forgiveness for him. "You are now my friend in this life and the next," Umar (RA) said to Owais. However, Owais (RA) was not interested in the life of fame and ease that would come with being Umar's friend, especially when people find out what the Prophet (SAW) had said about him. He kindly refused, and asked to be left as he is. Owais (RA) said he was going to go to Kufa. "Would you like me to write to the leader of Kufa to await your arrival and look after you?" asked Umar. "No thank you. I would like to go unknown as I came," replied Owais. "Ok then at least let me give you some money to help you out," said Umar (R A) in an effort to do at least something for Owais. "No thank you, my wool coat has still not worn out and neither have my shoes. I have four dirhams that I have still not used. When I run out, I will figure out how to get more. I am content this way," replied Owais. "Please stay with me," said Umar. "Thank you Umar. But what I have is good for me and what you have is good for you and the Muslims," said Owais.
Owais (RA) left Mecca. He participated in the battle at Azerbaijan and died during the battle. His death came about 2 years after the death of Umar ibn AlKhattab (RA). Owais (RA) was about 35 years old.

PART 2: Excerpts from the Prison Memoirs and the Honor of Companionship with the Ameer of #Hizb ut #Tahrir, the eminent scholar, Sheikh Ata bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah
Al-Waie Magazine received some of the memoirs of the respected brother, Salim al-Amr. We are publishing some of them, for in them is a lesson and benefit, insha'Allah, for those who take heed. We extend our recognition and appreciation to Brother Salim for these poignant and expressive memoirs, and we ask Allah سبحانه وتعالى to grant what came in their end, and that He keeps him safe from all evil.
Prison Memoirs and the Honor of Companionship (6)
I used to ask Abu Yasin (Sheikh 'Ata) about the cause of the shiver which afflicted his side when he used to lead us in prayer. I found out that it was the result of torture he underwent in the prisons of the intelligence agencies in Jordan, Libya and Iraq - electric shocks and other forms of torture. I recall him telling me that the Shabab would be tortured in those prisons to the point that they would be tied to gas cylinders so that they would move in circles around themselves at times of extreme cold in the torture chambers whilst whips would hit them from all sides.
Here I will suffice with the mention of some testimonies about the Shabab of the Hizb I heard from brothers (not from the Hizb) who we knew inside and outside the prison.
1. The Azhari teacher, Sheikh Ahmad al-Farkh (Abu al-Amin), a resident of al-Karak, Jordan. He died in 2006 after living to reach beyond 80 years. I asked him about the ideas of the Hizb. He said, "Praise be to Allah who made for me in Hizb ut Tahrir a clear criterion between truth and falsehood, O Salim. I bear witness that Hizb ut Tahrir is on the Haqq." He related to me a story about one of the communists in Anabta (Tulkarm, Palestine) who used to always be arguing with the Shabab. He had a respected daughter whom many of his friends in the Communist party asked for in marriage but he refused. But when one of the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir with whom he was at ideological odds asked to marry her, he agreed instantly. When he colleagues asked him, "Why did you agree to marry your daughter to a Tahriri who will argue with you all day and does not agree with us, instead of us who are from the same party as you (communist party)?!" His response was that, "They will look after her and respect her; you will not."
He said to me one day that one of the brothers from Anbata who used to hate the Hizb decided one day that he will meet Sheikh Taqiuddin an-Nabahani through whatever means possible in order to debate him on his ideas. He reached Lebanon by way of the Shabab and remained some time in the hospitality of Sheikh Taqi. When he returned from Lebanon he was asked about the Sheikh so he said, "I will summarise what I witnessed about this man in brief by saying that had not the Qur'an been revealed upon Muhammad, Allah bless him and grant him peace, I would have said that it was revealed upon him."
May Allah have mercy on Sheikh Ahmad al-Farkh, the noble scholar. All who knew him from the people of al-Karak attested to his character and knowledge. The Shabab remained in contact with him until he decided to join the Hizb a mere three days before he passed away.
2. The famous poet and engineer, Dr. Ayman al-'Atum, a companion of mine in prison. The following is what he writes about the Shahab of the Hizb in his book, O Companions of the Prison [YaSahibay al-Sijn] on pp. 192-197:
"In cell no. 12 and the two opposing rooms sat the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir. They were about ten prisoners. I went to them as a guest given the similarity of the cases for which we were accused, namely, 'lengthening the tongue' (i.e. speaking out against the regime). When I reached them the leader of the cell, Walid, welcomed me. Walid was a man in his late thirties. He had a long beard and strong, sharp voice. His smile would almost never depart his face. The top half of his torso inclined to the right slightly when he walked such that it seemed he was strutting or doing a dance of some sort.
Sheikh 'Ata, the leader of Hizb ut Tahrir in Jordan, was one of these ten prisoners. He was a revered and dignified man in his fifties, grey of head, of little words, amiable, blue eyed, with a white beard of moderate length etching his face. He attracted the overwhelming reverence of the other prisoners of his party, who would rush to serve him, to fulfill his tasks, and to attentively listen to every whisper emanating from him. And why not, given he was the leader of Hizb ut Tahrir not only of these ten but of every member of the Hizb in all of Jordan and perhaps even Palestine, and he may – one day – became its leader at the global level.
Walid prepared for me a distinguished bed. Hizb ut Tahrir had great appreciation for those imprisoned on the like of my case (speaking the haqq), and they had heard about his stance and my poems. Thus Walid, as the leader of the cell, made my bed distinguished by putting for me a new, clean mattress and plenty of covers. It was also distinguished in its position, being right next to the bed of Sheikh Ata.
Sheikh Ata was a man in whom the ideas of Hizb ut Tahrir saw practical and real manifestation. The main and central idea for which the Hizb works is the Khilafah. They link everything they do and strive for and everything they suffer for in the path of realizing this objective, namely, the establishment of the Islamic Khilafah on Earth. As to how, where, when, by what means, in what time period...every member of the Hizb had answers to these questions.
Often would the saying of Allah, the exalted, be repeated on their tongues in discussions,
وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا وَمَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ
"Allah has promised those of you who have iman and do right actions that He will make them successors in the land as He made those before them successors, and will firmly establish for them their deen with which He is pleased and give them, in place of their fear, security. 'They worship Me, not associating anything with Me.' Any who are kafir after that, such people are deviators."
(An-Nur, 24:55)
They were content in that the promise of Allah in this ayah would eventuate, and would mention with it another ayah,
فَاصْبِرْ إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ وَلَا يَسْتَخِفَّنَّكَ الَّذِينَ لَا يُوقِنُون
"So be steadfast. Allah's promise is true. Do not let those who have no certainty belittle you."
(ar-Rum: 60)
Sheikh 'Ata would give in the week: three lessons in tafsir of the Quran and three in Arabic language (lugha). Thus the week of the Hizb ut Tahrir inmates was distributed into two days: a day for tafsir followed by a day for language. 'Ata, knowing that I was a poet, would encourage me more than others to attend these lessons and to contribute and interact in them, and thus I did. I have never forgotten till this day his explanation of the saying of Allah, the Exalted,
هُوَ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ مِنْهُ آَيَاتٌ مُحْكَمَاتٌ هُنَّ أُمُّ الْكِتَابِ وَأُخَرُ مُتَشَابِهَاتٌ فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ زَيْغٌ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ مَا تَشَابَهَ مِنْهُ ابْتِغَاءَ الْفِتْنَةِ وَابْتِغَاءَ تَأْوِيلِهِ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ تَأْوِيلَهُ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَالرَّاسِخُونَ فِي الْعِلْمِ يَقُولُونَ آَمَنَّا بِهِ كُلٌّ مِنْ عِنْدِ رَبِّنَا وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّا أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ
"It is He who sent down the Book to you from Him: ayats containing clear judgements (muhkamāt) – they are the core of the Book – and others which are open to interpretation (mutashābihāt). Those with deviation in their hearts follow what is open to interpretation in it, desiring conflict, seeking its inner meaning. No one knows its inner meaning but Allah. Those firmly rooted in knowledge say, 'We have iman in it. All of it is from our Lord.' But only people of intelligence pay heed."
(Ali-Imran: 7)
The Sheikh spent a long time on the particle 'waw' (and) in "waw al-rasikhuna fi al-'ilm" ("and those well-grounded in knowledge") on the question of whether it was a 'waw' of conjunction ('atf) or a 'waw' of resumption (isti'naf). This issue has been discussed at length by the classical exegetes and linguists. The Sheikh first presented, at length, the various views on the issue, and then explained his position which went counter to the majority position. The position of the overwhelming majority of exegetes is that the 'waw' here is a 'waw' of resumption but he held that it was a 'waw' of conjunction.
The students in the lessons from Hizb ut Tahrir would hold copies of the Qur'an and writing folders and would write behind the Sheikh that which Allah opened for him of knowledge. I saw myself, and in the handwriting of the Sheikh, three folders full of the tafsir of surat al-Baqarah. These folders would move between the students of the Shabab as if they were priceless treasures. They sought to protect them from damage or loss. One of them would hold it close to his chest while reading it. In conveying a trust, I should mention that I saw the Sheikh in these lessons diligent and bold in his interpretation of the ayat and what they contained of legal rulings, and the folders containing his tafsir had a mysterious glow. The students would transfer them among themselves as a jeweler moves gems and pearls.
The Sheikh has begun writing a tafsir of the Qur'an in the prison, till that point resulting in the compilation of these three folders of material. At that time he continued in this pursuit. I do not know today whether he completed the tafsir of the Qur'an or whether his occupation in leading Hizb ut Tahrir prevented him from doing so.
As for the lessons in the Arabic language, I still recall the lessons I attended in which the Sheikh explained the metaphor (majaz) and its various relations (with the literal meaning). I recall his mentioning the saying of Allah سبحانه وتعالى,
أَنْزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَسَالَتْ أَوْدِيَةٌ بِقَدَرِهَا فَاحْتَمَلَ السَّيْلُ زَبَدًا رَابِيًا
"He sends down water from the sky and river-beds fill up and flow according to their size, and the floodwater carries with it an increasing layer of scum"
(al-Ra'd: 17)
and explaining that, "In origin we do not say 'the valleys flowed', we say 'the water in the valleys flowed'. This is a metaphorical usage. As for its relation, it is the relation of valleys with water, the former being the place in which the latter flows; so what we have here is an example of indirect metaphor [majaz mursal] whose relation is that of place."
The Sheikh would give everyone in the lesson work to complete for the next lesson. For instance, he would say to them, "Find different relations of the metaphor from surat Ali-Imran", or "Extract the various types of (grammatical) abrogaters from surat al-Furqan and ascertain their predicates and forms." His lessons would receive a great response and interaction from the individuals of his party, among whom were the old and young, the educated and uneducated, the doctor and teacher.
Cooperation, obedience of the leader and the like were apparent traits of this group of prisoners which I witnessed from living among them. And they were bold in expressing their views. I recall one of them becoming sharp in a discussion with one of the military officers, letting loose his tongue against the governing regime of the country. The officer swiftly lodged an official complaint against him as a result of which he was tried in a court of the state security force and sentenced to six months jail, adding to the two years he was previously sentenced to. Thus he was sentenced to prison whilst being imprisoned!
For this, he received rebuke from the other prisoners making fun of what occurred to him, saying to him, "You staying here is better. You aren't able to control your tongue for even a second, you and your party. You're only active in talking." So he responded to their rebuke with one more severe, accusing them of cowardice and weakness, saying to them that they fear even their own shadows and are not of the level whereby they could raise the word of truth and suffer in its path. He would repeat to them, "The truth wants men and not all people are men."
Hizb ut Tahrir believed – and continues to do so – that gradual change is a waste of effort and that one must begin from the peak of the pyramid, not its base, that one must severe the head of the serpent from its body to terminate its harm once and for all. As for the means to do this, it was possible to seek the support of those who can be trusted of the military officers to undertake, for instance, a military coup. While they did not believe in using material force to overthrow the regimes, they did justify seeking help from others to make these changes which necessarily required material force.
Ikrimah often used to like debating with them, and if he did not find one of them to listen to him he would come to me giving me a headache, as was his habit, by debating their ideas with me. He would say, "The problem with Hizb ut Tahrir is that it is rigid. They want to apply policy suitable for a bygone era in ours. They are people of ready-made templates." Holding a cup in his hand he would say, "They want to shove the cup into the bottleneck...they don't want to understand that 13 years in Makkah at the time of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم is not 13 years in Jerusalem, Amman or Beirut, nor even 100 years..."
Sheikh 'Ata was modest without being degrading of his self, humble without being self-effacing. He was wont, for health reasons perhaps, to keep some cucumbers under his bed. Often I saw him extend his hand, grab two or three pieces, wipe them with his hand, and then extend one towards me inviting me to partake in his banquet of cucumbers.

GENEVA II - AN ILAH OTHER THAN ALLAH
While the Muslims are being killed and massacred, while the Mujahideen are fighting to defend the honour of the Muslims of As-Sham and making the word of Allah the highest - the Kufar, the Munafiqeen are gathering at the Geneva II to decide the solution and outcome for Syria, all there for the own interest, all using this Geneva II as a source of guidance. By Allah this Geneva II is nothing but a plot against Islam and Muslims, and shame on those so called Muslim countries and even groups who are meant to be rebels fighting against Bashar that they seek a judgement other than other Allah.
By Allah this Gevena II is nothing but a Taghout system and we know there can never be any justice from this except mischief as Allah says:
"And when it is said to them: "Make not mischief on the earth," they say: "We are only peacemakers."" [2:11]
And those so called Muslims who partake in this GENEVA II are committing shirk with Allah and if they pursue the GENEVA solution then they will no doubt be fighting for the sake of Taghout and they too will be seen as enemies just as Bashar and the Shia-teen allies.
The only solution to Syria is from The Quran and Sunnah and that is the Jihad Feesabilillah defending the innocent people from the tyranny of manmade law, the tyranny of the taghout Bashar with the objective of Khilafah, Making the word of Allah the highest.
Muslims must reject this GENEVA II, it is a source of guidance other than the book of Allah thus making it Taghout, and to fulfil the first pillar of Tawheed we as believers MUST reject this Taghout, condemning this GENEVA II, making Baraa from it and declaring our belief in Allah by calling for the solution which again is the Jihad defending the honour and lives of the innocent Men, Women and children.
"But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you (O Muhammad SAW) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission." [4:65]

لليوم الرابع على التوالي تستمر مسرحية إدخال المساعدات الإغاثية الى مخيم اليرموك المحصار للشهر السابع على التوالي، والأهالي يرفضون المساعدات على حساب كرامتهم التي أذلت من خلال ألية التسليم والمماطلة والإهانة والارهاق الذي يتعرضون له يوميا منذ ساعات الصباح الباكر وحتى المساء دون استلام المساعدات، وكذلك الحديث عن الواسطات في استلام المساعدات وخروج المرضى.

وثورتنا تزداد توقداً ووعياً وثباتاً فلا جنيف 2 ولا جنيف ألف يمكن أن يخدعنا، فلتجتمعوا ولتتآمروا فالثورة مستمرة إلى وجهتها خلافة على منهاج النبوة، وعند كل محطة يسقط قناع وفي محطة جنيف 2 سيسثط ما تبقى من أقنعة للمتآمرين على الثورة الساعين لحرفها عن وجهتها والمتآمرين مع أعدائها والمصافحين لمن تلطخت أيديهم بدمائها، وتذكروا أننا بدماءنا دفعنا لكم فاتورة الفنادق والموائد التي تجلسون عليها، فخذوا حصتكم من دمنا وأنصرفوا فلنا في شام ما لا يرضيكم... فلنا في الشام عز الدنيا والآخره!.
