    A brother forwarded me a link to a video where a young, seemingly overzealous and clearly mistaken, speaker claims that saying 'Merry Christmas' is worse than murder.

    I do not know this person, and there is no need to mention names (and please do not link to any videos in the comments, or they will be deleted), but I must say that such type of rhetoric has harmed Islam far more than the rhetoric non-Muslim haters spew.

    It truly amazes me that anyone with a positive IQ, and an atom's weight of understanding, actually believe that in our religion saying 'Merry Christmas' is worse than murdering someone?!?! Think about what you are saying!!!

    To add insult to this, this speaker assumed this is what Ibn al-Qayyim said; and this is a smear to the reputation of Ibn al-Qayyim. [And here I add: the Salafis of today have done more to harm the reputation of Ibn Taymiyya, Ibn al-Qayyim and the actual salaf than all the non-Salafis combined have!].

    Ibn al-Qayyim actually writes that congratulating non-Muslims for their kufr beliefs, realizing that you are congratulating them for those beliefs, is worse than congratulating them for acts of transgression and sin, such as fornication and murder. [Notice the vast difference between what this speaker said and what Ibn al-Qayyim wrote]. Even Ibn al-Qayyim allows the return of generic greetings to non-Muslims that does not incorporate theological praise of un-Islamic beliefs. And that is Ibn al-Qayyim's view, and there are other views as well.

    It is my position (based on many classical scholars) that there is absolutely nothing wrong with saying a generic greeting, even on the occasion of a non-Muslim holiday. Examples of this are: 'May God bless you', and 'Best wishes' and other such neutral phrases (or even Islamicaly positive statements - for each of these can be a du'a for hidaayah as well!!). The evidences for this are beyond this small posting, but I merely wanted to point out that we need to be careful of having a little knowledge, for a little knowledge is a very dangerous thing.

    Again, please no posts or videos or names in the comments: it is typically not my methodology to mention names and I don't intend to give this speaker any more attention. My point is to correct this misinterpretation and Ibn al-Qayyim's reputation.

    In 2013 we witnessed the ignorant stunts of feminist belonging to a nude parading group called femen. Part of their protest included protesting naked in front of mosques and protests across the Muslim world. Their slogans included, "Muslim women. Let's get naked!"

    As Muslim women it is crucial we see the clear ignorant, racism, arrogance and contradiction of such movements. We don't need such imperialistic views on women's liberation, a view which determines women's liberation by what she wears?! They claim if she is veiled she could not possible be "free". This is an example of racism within western feminism where a woman's identity is limited by her clothes or her sexual freedoms and views are held to be the be all and end.

    The false belief that masquerades as a universal movement to free the oppressed Muslim woman, claim we want what the western woman has. Somehow the world should be convinced that it is only democracy and secularism that secures a woman's rights and only the civilised forward western world defines the future for all women no matter what their religious belief dictates.

    Muslim women will continue to reject anti Islamic movements that detach Islamic values and Islamic solutions to our problem, be it political issues the ummah faces or social issues.

    Das syrische Volk, das bereits so viel Leid ertragen hat, sieht sich einer
    neue Katastrophe gegenüber. Vor der Tür steht einer der härtesten Winter

    Auch diejenigen, die es geschafft haben, sich in Flüchtlingslager zu
    retten, trifft der harte Winter mit voller Wucht. Die Zelte sind kaum
    isoliert, durch die Planen kommt der Schnee herein, dünne Kleidung und
    Decken machen die Kälte unerträglich.

    Wir würden nicht eine Nacht ohne den Schutz unserer vier Wände aushalten.
    Was ist mit denen, deren Alltag so aussieht?

    Not bei. Und wer einem Muslim eine Sorge abnimmt, dem nimmt Allah eine

    IHED hilft den syrischen Flüchtlingen in diesem grausamen Winter – mit
    Decken, Kleidung, Heizgeräten und Generatoren. In der Türkei kostet eine
    Thermojacke zwischen 5 und 10 EUR, eine gegen Kälte isolierte Decke etwa
    genau so viel. Wir möchten mit Allahs und Eurer Hilfe große Mengen davon
    bestellen und in der Umgebung von Idlib, wo sich viele Flüchtlinge aus dem
    zerstörten Homs aufhalten, verteilen.

    Dieser Winter hat in Syrien bereits viele Opfer gefordert und wird noch
    viele weitere fordern.

    Dinimizə görə «Yeni il» keçirmək olarmı?
    Rəhimli və Mərhəmətli Allahın adı ilə

    Həmd olsun aləmlərin Rəbbi olan Allaha, Allahın salamı və salavatı olsun peyğəmbərimiz Muhəmməd və onun ailəsinə və səhabələrinə.
    Bundan sonra:

    Bizi müsəlman olaraq Yaradan Uca Allaha sonsuz həmdu-sənalar olsun…Çünki, müsəlman — olmaq şərəfdir,izzətdir, insanı insan edən ən böyük amildir…Bu nemət üçün Uca Allaha nə qədər şükr etsək, azdır…Neçə-neçə insan bu nemətə layiq olmadıqları halda, Uca Allah bizləri sevdi, seçdi, izzətə layiq gördü…İslamı özünə həyat prinsipi edən insan necə də xoşbəxt insandır…Bunu yalnız düşünənlər bilər…

    Müsəlman olub, müsəlman kimi yaşamaq — bəzilərinin zənn etdiyi kimi — qaranlıq bir dünya yox, işıqlığa, aydınlığa aparan və sonu Cənnət olan bir yoldur. Müsəlman — hər an, istənilən vəziyyətdə Uca Allahın və Onun Rəsulunun (Allahın ona salavat və salamı olsun) əmrlərinə uymalı, yasaqlarından çəkinməli, nəfsini bu əmr və yasaqlardan üstün tutaraq özünü aldatmamalıdır. Əsl İslam və müsəlmanlıq da, məhz budur…

    Bu mühüm notları vurğulayaraq, günümüzdə ən məşhur məsələlərdən birinə toxunmaq istəyirik — YENİ İL. Miladi təqvim ilə, yeni ilin daxil olması və bu münasibətlə bayram keçirilməsi…Həqiqət budur ki, dünyanın böyük bir qismi bu bayramı böyük təm-təraqla qeyd edir…Bu qismə həmçinin ölkəmizi də, qatmaq olar…Bu halda böyük bir sual yaranır:

    -Belə bir «bayram» keçirməyə həyat qanunumuzun, dinimizin münasibəti necədir? Onu qeyd etmək olarmı?

    Təbii ki, müsəlman bir kimsə hər bir etdiyi əməl öncəsi bunları düşünməlidir. Çünki, bəzən çox bəsit, əhəmiyyətsiz yanaşdığımız məsələlər dinimizi və imanımızı böyük təhlükə qarşısında qoya bilər. (Allaha sığınırıq)

    Bunun üçün bu məsələni səbrlə, ətraflı şəkildə tədqiq etməyə böyük bir ehtiyacın olduğunu düşünürük…

    Uca Allah Öz mübarək kitabında buyurur: «Ey iman gətirənlər! Yəhudi və xaçpərəstləri dost tutmayın! Onlar bir-birinin dostudurlar. Sizlərdən kim onları (özünə) dost tutarsa, o da onlardandır. Allah zalım adamları doğru yola yönəltməz…» (əl-Maidə 51) İbn Kəsir və başqa təfsir alimləri bu ayədə «dost» deyərkən: «Kafirlərin bütün söz və davranışlarını — adətlərini, bayramlarını və b. kimi əlamətlərini götürüb, qəbul edib, tətbiq etmək — oldFGFuğunu demişlər«. Bu haqda Qurani-Kərimdən Casiyə surəsi, 18; əl-Bəqərə 145; Furqan 72 və s. misal gətirmək olar.

    Allahın Rəsulu (Allahın ona salavat və salamı olsun) buyurur: »And olsun ki, sizdən öncəkilərin yoluna qarış-qarış uyacaqsınız…Hətta onlar hansı deşiyə soxulsalar, siz də, ora soxulacaqsınız. Səhabələr dedi: — Ey Allahın Rəsulu, Yahudi və Xristianları qəsd edirsiniz? Rəsul: «Başqa kim olacaqki?!», - deyə cavab verdi…» (Buxari və Muslim) Başqa bir hədisdə Allahın Rəsulu (Allahın ona salavat və salamı olsun) buyurur: «Kim bir qövmə, tayfaya bənzəyərərsə, o da, onlardandır» (Əbu Davud — səhihdir) Peyğəmbərimiz (Allahın ona salavat və salamı olsun) Mədinəyə gələrkən bir qrup insanın oynayıb-əyləndikləri 2 günün olduğunu eşidir» — Bu günlər nədir?» , — deyə soruşduqda, onlar: «Cahiliyyət dövründə bu 2 gündə oynayardıq..» — edilər..Peyğəmbərimiz isə, buyurdu: «…Allah sizə bunlardan daha xeyirli olanlarını verdi: Qurban və Ramazan bayramları.» (Əbu Davud — səhihdir)

    Bu məqamda Ömərin (Allah ondan razı olsun) sözünü qeyd etməkdə böyük fayda var «Allahın düşmənlərinin bayramlarından çəkinin!» (Beyhəqi, «əs-Sunən`ul-Kubra»)

    Görüdüyümüz kimi, bu «bayram» haqqında Quran və Sunnətdən, Şəriətdən dəlillər sabitdir. Müsəlman şəxs yalnız itaət edərək, Allahdan qorxu və sevgisini büruzə verməlidir. Uca Allah belələri haqda buyurur: »Bunlar Allahın hüdudlarıdır. Kim Allaha və Onun Elçisinə itaət edərsə, (Allah) onu (ağacları) altından çaylar axan, içində əbədi qalacaqları Cənnət bağlarına daxil edər. Bu, böyük uğurdur». (Ali İmran 13)

    Dövr dəyişdikcə, bü cür məsələlər şaxələnərək əvvəllər olmayan digər məsələlərə yol açır. Buna görə də, biz yazılanlarla kifayətlənməyib, Allah və Rəsulunun (Allahın ona salavat və salamı olsun) tər-təmiz yolu ilə gedən alimlərin bu məsələlər barədə sözlərini zikr edəcəyik. Məsələni daha yaxşı anlamaq üçün ilk öncə, Bayram sözünün, termininin əsl mənasını nə olduğunu bilmək lazımdır. Şeyxul-İslam İbn Teymiyyə (Allah ondan razı olsun) bayram termini haqda buyurur: »Buradakı açıqlamalardan anlaşıldığına görə "Bayram" termini "müəyyən bir zaman içində, dönüşlü bir şəkildə təkrarlanan, «hər kəsin üzünə açıq bir toplantı» mənasına gəlir. Bu dönüşlü təkrarlama ildən ilə ola biləcəyi kimi, həftədən həftəyə və ya aydan aya ola bilər. Bayram termini bu təməl mənadan başqa bir neçə mənada da anlaşıla bilər. Bu mənalardan biri "dönüşümlü şəkildə təkrarlanan gün" deməkdir. Ramazan bayramı və Cümə günü kimi. Bayramın bir digər mənası da müəyyən günlərdəki toplantıdır. Bu terminin başqa bir mənası da, bayram günlərində edilən ibadət və adətlərin cəmidir». («İqtida`us Siratal Mustəqim li Muxalifətu Ashabul Cəhim » 1-ci cild, 483-cü səh.)

    Şeyxul-İslamın bu bayramlara qatılmaq haqqındakı sözlərinə diqqət yetirək:

    »Başqa bir tərəfdən kafirlərin bayramları mövzusunda bənzəməyin haramlığına dəlillər çoxdur. Məsələn: bunlardan biri Peyğəmbərimizin "kim bir qövmə bənzəməyə çalışarsa o da onlardandır" şəkilindəki əmri kimi. Bu hədis kafirlərə bənzəməyin mütləq mənada haram olmasını tələb edir. Başqa bir dəlil də, Peyğəmbərimizin "Müşriklərə müxalifət edin" şəklindəki əmridir. Bu cür dəlillər sayca çoxdur. Daha öncə bildirdiyimiz kimi, istər Quranda, istər Sunnətdə "qəzəbə düçar olmuşların" və "azmışların" yolları ilə getməyin haram olduğunu göstərən çox sayda dəlillər var. Heç şübhəsiz, kafirlərin bayramları onların "yollarının" bir hissəsidir. Müşriklərin bayram toplantıları həm görünüşdəki aldadıcı bənzərlik, həm şəhvət duyğusunu oxşama, həm də, batil xüsusiyyətlərini birlikdə özündə cəmləmişlər. Buna görə, istər bu toplantıların özü, istərsə də, onlara qatılmaq və ya tamaşaçı olmaq bu terminlə ifadə edilmişdir. Allah bu mərasimlərə tamaşaçı olmayanları tərifləyir: "O kəslər ki, yalandan şahidlik etməz, lağ-lağı məclisinə rast gəldikdə (oradan) ləyaqətlə ötüb keçərlər". (Furqan 72) (davam edir:) Tamaşaçı olmaq, ancaq görərək və ya iştirak edərək hadisə yerində olmağı ifadə edir. Daha da irəli gedərək tamaşaçı olmaqla kifayətlənməyib, bu cür mərasimlərə qatılmanın hökmü necə olar?. Bunu da siz düşünün.

    Peyğəmbərimiz (Allahın ona salavat və salamı olsun) Mədinəyə gəldiyi zaman yerli xalqın əylənərək qeyd etdiyi iki bayram gününün olduğunu gördü. Mədinəlilərə: "bu bayram gününü mənası nədir?" , — deyə sual verincə onlardan "Biz cahiliyyə dövründə bu günlərdə əylənirdik" cavabını aldı. Mədinəlilərə belə buyurdu: «Allah sizin iki əyləncə gününüzü, onlardan xeyirli olan bu iki günlə dəyişdirdi. Bu iki gün Qurban və Ramazan bayramı günləridir». (son hədis üçün bax: Əbu Davud: «Sunən»: 1-ci cild, səh.675. 1134-ci hədis hədis.) («İqtida`us Siratal Mustəqim li Muxalifətu Ashabul Cəhim»)

    Bu cür şənliklərə içki, qadın-kişi qarışıqlığı, zina və zinaya aparan yolları da, qatmış olsaq, məsələnin şiddəti daha da, artar. Sadalanan asiliklərə toxunmağa isə, ehtiyac olmadığını düşünürük. Kafirlərə bənzəməyin olduqca təhlükəli olması ilə bağlı Abdullah bin Amr bin əl As (Allah ondan razı olsun) belə buyurur: «Kim kafirlərin ölkəsində bina tikərsə, onların novruzlarına və şənliklərinə qatılarsa və ölənə qədər onlara bənzəyərsə, qiyamət günü də onlarla bərabər beləcə həşr olunar(dirildilər)». (Beyhəqi, «əs Sunənul-Kubra» 7-ci cild, səh.105)

    Şeyxul-İslam Əhməd İbni Teymiyyə (Allah ona rəhmət etsin) məsələni daha da, açaraq buyurur: "Müsəlmanların onların bayramlarına aid olan şeylərdən hər hansı birində onlara nə yemək, nə geyim, nə od qalama, nə gündəlik bir adəti və ya ibadəti zay etmə yönündən bənzəmələri halal deyildir!..Bu məqsədlə ziyafət vermək, hədiyələşmək və bunları təmin edəcək alış-veriş, uşaqlar və bənzərlərinin bayram əyləncələri qurmalarına imkan vermək halal deyildir. Qısa olaraq, onların bayramlarına, onların etdikləri hər hansı bir simvolla qatılmaq müsəlmanlara halal deyildir. Əksinə, kafirlərin bayram günləri müsəlmanların nəzərində eynilə digər günlər kimidir». («Məcmu əl-Fətava» 25-ci cild, səh.329)\

    Bayram mövzusunda nəinki qeyd etmək hətta qeyd edənə yardım etmək belə haramdır! Şeyxul-İslam İbni Teymiyyə bu haqda buyurur: «Bayramlarda onlara bənzəməyə çalışmayacağımız kimi, bu mövzuda onlara bənzəməyə çalışan bir müsəlmana da, yardım edilməz! Əksinə, bunu etməkdə ona mane olunur!..Kim -adətə müxalif olanlardan başqa- kafirlərin bayramında bir məclis (qonaqlıq) təşkil etsə, onun dəvətinə cavab verilməz. Müsəlmanlardan kim bu bayramlarda digər vaxtlardakı adətlərdə olmayan bir hədiyyə verərsə, xüsusilə də bu hədiyyə onlara bənzəməyə yardım edəcək cinsdəndirsə, bu hədiyyə qəbul edilməz! Məsələn: ad günündə şam və bənzəri şeylər hədiyyə etmək və ya orucların sonundakı cümə axşamı günü yumurta, süd və qoyun hədiyyə etmək kimi. Eyni şəkildə bu bayramlarda, müsəlmanlardan birinə də, bu bayram münasibətilə, xüsusilə də, onlara bənzəməyə kömək edəcək bir hədiyyə verilməz. Bir müsəlman, müsəlmanların onlara bənzəmələrinə kömək edəcək yemək və geyim sata bilməz! Çünki, bunda bir pis əmələ yardım var». («İqtida`us Siratal Mustəqim» 2-ci cild, səh.12)

    Kafirlərin bayramlarına qatılmaq və bayramlarını keçirmək haqda alimlərin daha sərt fətvaları var. Hətta, bu əmələ küfr belə deyən alimlər var. Hənəfi Alimlərindən Aliyyul-Qari (Allah ona rəhmət etsin) belə dedi: «Novruz günü (həmç. digər cahiliyyət bayramlarına da, aiddir) məcusilərə (atəşpərəstlərə) yumurta hədiyyə etmək küfrdür. Çünki, bununla onların küfrünə və azmasına yardım etmiş və ya onlara novruz günü hədiyyə vermədə bənzəmiş olar…Bütün bunlardan — novruz günü bir Müsəlmana bir şey hədiyyə edərsə təkfir edilməyəcəyi mənası çıxa bilər, lakin yenə də, diqqətli olmaq lazımdır..Çünki, burada da bir bənzəmə vardır. Ancaq, novruz hədiyyəsi etmək qəsdi olmadan verərsə ittifaqla bu caizdir». (ətraflı bax: «Məcməun-Nəvazil») Şeyxul-İslam İbni Teymiyyə buyurur: «Bayramlar dinləri və şəriətləri bir-birindən ayıran ən xüsusi günlərdir, dinlərin ən səciyyəvi simvollarıdır. Bayramlarda onlara (qeyri-müsəlmanlara) uymaq küfrün simvollarının ən səciyyəvisində onlara uymaq deməkdir..Bu məsələdə onlara tabe olmaq şərtləriylə birlikdə, nəticədə tamamən küfrə girməklə nəticələnə bilər». («İqtida`us Siratal-Mustəqim» 1-ci cild, səh.5280)

    Alimlər həmçinin, Yeni il və digər günlərdə bayramlaşmaq («bayramın mübarək olsun» və s.) mövzusuna da, toxunublar. Bu haqda İbnul Qeyyim (Allah ondan razı olsun) buyurur: »Kafirləri onların öz simvolları münasibətilə təbrik etmək ittifaqla haramdır. Bu , məsələn, onların bayramını təbrik etmək və: «Bayramın mübarək olsun» və ya: «Bu bayram mübarək olsun» deməkdir. Bunu deyən adam küfrdən qurtulsa belə, haram qılınmış şeylərdən birini etmiş olar. Bu bir xristianı xaça səcdə etdiyi üçün təbrik etmək kimi bir şeydir. Hətta, bu Allah qatında, bir kimsəni şərab içməsi, adam öldürməsi, zina etməsi kimi böyük günahlara görə təbrik etməkdən daha pis bir davranışdır! Dinə dəyər verməyən və bu davranışın pis olduğunu bilməyən bir çox adam bunun içinə düşər. Bir kimsəni üsyanına, bidətinə və ya küfrünə görə təbrik edən adam, mütləq Allahın qəzəbinə məruz qalar».     Verbot der Teilnahme am Weihnachtsfest

    Mit Teilnahme ist hier nicht nur der Besuch eines Weihnachtsfestes gemeint, sondern jede Art der Bestätigung und Unterstützung eines solchen Festes, z.B. durch Gratulieren, Beschenken oder Annehmen von Geschenken.
    Die Teilnahme am Weihnachtsfest ist nicht erlaubt. Dies gilt auch für konvertierte Muslime, die sich von ihrem früheren Glauben distanzieren sollten. Mit einer Teilnahme würde man die Christen in ihrem falschen Glauben (Kufr) bestätigen.
    Die Muslime haben ihre eigenen Feste und zwar das Opferfest und das Fastenbrechenfest. Das Verbot der Teilnahme am Weihnachtsfest wird aus Quran, Sunna und logischem Denken abgeleitet.

    Chodorkowski verlässt Russland – wie viele Milliarden Dollar vor ihm

    Michail Borissowitsch Chodorkowski, jahrelang der prominenteste Häftling Russlands, jetzt begnadigt und ausgereist, war auch mal der reichste Mann des Landes. Auf rund elf Milliarden Euro wurde das Vermögen des 40jährigen Vorstandsvorsitzenden des Ölkonzerns Jukos geschätzt, als er vor einem Jahrzehnt hinter Gitter ging. Chodorkowski profitierte vom sogenannten Wildwest-Kapitalismus der 90er Jahre in Russland.

    Später galt seine Ölfirma Jukos auch nach westlichen Management-Masstäben als eines der bestgeführten Unternehmen. Und nicht nur politisch provozierte Chodorkowski Wladimir Putin: 2003 verhandelte er auch über den potentiell größten Deal der russischen Geschichte. Exxon, der größte Ölkonzern der Welt, sollte 40% an Yukos Oil übernehmen.

    Was aus seinem Vermögen wurde? Die lukrativsten Werte des Ölkonzerns Jukos fielen per Versteigerung an den staatlichen russischen Ölkonzern Rosneft.

    Das Verfahren gegen Chodorkowski wegen Steuerhinterziehung, Geldwäsche und der Veruntreuung von Öl ist umstritten. Tatsache ist, dass mindestens 400 Milliarden Dollar aus Russland abflossen, während der Kritiker Putins in Haft saß – auch weil Investoren aus dem In- und Ausland den Regeln der Unternehmensführung (Corporate Governance) und dem russischen Rechtssystem misstrauten.

    Ist Chodorkowskis Freilassung nun ein Signal? Nur als Charme-Offensive für die Spiele in Sotchi, winkt ein US-Think Tank (Alexander Kliment, Yael Levine/Eurasia Group) ab. "Keine inhaltliche Reform der russischen Volkswirtschaft oder des Geschäftsklimas in Sicht."

    Und im Islām gibt es soetwas wie Meinungsfreiheit nicht, denn der Mensch im Islām ist ein Diener Allahs. Er muss sich den Urteilen der Sharīʿa unterordnen. In Übereinstimmung mit den Beschlüssen des Allmächtigen und seinen Verboten. Er darf seine Grenzen nicht überschreiten, von dem, was er festgelegt und erlaubt hat.     Ich träumte mal davon zu verreisen

    Mekka du schöne ferne Stadt,
    jeder der dich schon mal gesehen hat

    spricht von deiner unendlichen Kraft
    die einem zum wahren Muslim macht.

    Dort in Mekka mein Gebet verrichten
    auf all das Weltliche verzichten.

    Auf Träume soll man bauen.
    Doch nur Allah soll man vertrauen.

    Vielleicht wird mein Traum in Erfüllung gehen
    und ich werde irgendwann in Mekka vor der Kaaba stehn! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    أخبرنا أبو طاهر , نا أبو بكر , نا أبو موسي , نا مؤمل , نا سفيان عن عصم ابن كليب عن أبيه عن وائل ابن حخر قال : صليت مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم و وضع يده اليمني علي يده اليسري علي صدره
    Uns berichtete Abu Tahir, uns (berichtete) Abu Bakr, uns (berichtete) Abu Musa, uns (berichtete) Muammal (ibn Ismail), uns (berichtete) Sufyan (ath-Thawri), er von Asim ibnu Kulayb, er von seinem Vater, er von Wail ibni Hujr (Radiallahu 'Anh), er sagte: „Ich habe mit dem Prophet (salallahu alayhi wa sallam) gebetet, Er (Salallahu 'Alayhi wa Sallam) legte sein rechte Hand auf den Linken und (legte sie) auf seine Brust."

    وفي باب وضع اليدين علي الصدر في الصلاة عن وائل ابن حخر عند ابن خزيمية (٤۷۹) والبيهقي (۳۰/۲) بإسنادين ضعيفين
    Sheikh Schu'ayb al-Arnaut sagte: Und über das Thema „platzieren der Hände auf dem Brust im Gebet" wurde bei Ibn Khuzaymah (Nr. 479) und Bayhaqi (2/30) von Wail ibn Hujr (Radiallahu 'Anh), mit zwei schwachen Überlieferungsketten, berichtet.

    وفي اسناده نظر وزيادة علي صدره غير محفوظة
    Imam Nimawi sagte: „Und in der Überlieferungskette gibt es Probleme und die Zufügung „auf seinem Brust" ist nicht gesichert."

    Es ist nur Muammal ibnu Ismail, der diese zusätzlichen Worte von Sufyan ath-Thawri berichtet. Sufyans abderer Schüler, Abdullah ibnu'l Walid, der auch diesen Hadith von ihm überlieferte, erwähnte nicht diese Worte („…legte sie auf seine Brust.") in seiner Überlieferung, wie in Imam Ahmads Musnad aufgezeichnet wurde.

    Die anderen Überlieferer, die diesen Hadith zusammen mit Sufyan ath-Thawri von Asim ibnu Kulayb berichten, haben ebenfalls diese Worte („…legte sie auf seine Brust.") in ihren Überlieferungen nicht hinzugefügt.
     
    (In der folgenden Liste der Überlieferer, die alle denselben Hadith von Asim ibnu Kulayb berichten, keiner von ihnen hat diese zusätzlichen Wortlaute hinzugefügt, die nur von Muammal Abu Abdurrahman ibni Ismail überliefert wurden.)

    Keiner von diesen Überlieferern haben die Wortlaute „…legte sie auf seine Brust" erwähnt.
     
    Es gibt andere Überlieferungsketten und keine davon enthält die zusätzlichen Wortlaute („…legte sie auf seine Brust."). Dadurch wird deutlich, dass dies Muammal ibnu Ismails eigener Irrtümlicher Zusatz zu dem Hadith ist. Ibnul Qayyim al-Jawziyya (einer von den Lieblingsgelehrten der Wahabiten) sagte in I'lam al-Muwaqqi'in auch: „Niemand hat (auf Brust) gesagt, außer Muammal ibnu Isma'il."

    Folglich ist dieser Hadith (welche von Ibni Khuzaymah überliefert wurde) mit den zusätzlichen Worten „auch seine Brust" extrem schwach, wie Imam Nimawi in seinem al-Taliq al-Hasan zum Schluss gekommen ist.
    Es ist ein akzeptiertes Prinzip beim Hadith, dass eine Überlieferung von einem bestimmten, authentischen und zuverlässigen Überlieferer (Rawi) für schadh erklärt und nicht akzeptiert wird, wenn er anderen gleichwertigen oder zuverlässigeren Überlieferern in seinem Wortlaut bei einem Hadith widerspricht. Wenn dies der Fall ist bei authentischen Überlieferern ist, dann kann ein irregulärer Zusatz der Worte „auf dem Brust" nicht von einem Überlieferer akzeptiert werden, dessen Gedächtnis schwach ist und der sich maßlos irrt wie Muammal ibnu Ismail, obwohl man ihn einige für akzeptabel erklärt haben. (Also dieser Hadith ist ein Schadh sogar ein Munkar Überlieferung. Bei diesem Hadith kann man nicht auf die zusätzlichen Wortlaute zählen.)
    Imam Abu Hatim ar-Razi sagte über Muammal: „Er ist Saduq, fest in der Sunnah, aber mit vielen Fehlern."
    Imam Bukhari sagte: „Muammal ist Munkaru'l-Hadith."
    (nebenbei: Imam Dhahabi überlieferte in Mizanul-I'tidal (1/119.), dass Imam Bukhari sagte: „Es ist nicht erlaubt, von jemanden zu überliefern, den ich als Munkaru'l-Hadith bezeichnet habe.")
    Imam adh-Dhahabi sagte in al-Kaschif über Muammal: „Er ist saduq (ehrlich), fest in der Sunna, aber einer mit vielen Fehlern. Es wurde auch gesagt, dass er seine Bücher begrub und sie auswendig überlieferte und sich deshalb irrte."
    Ibnu Sa'd sagte über Muammal: „Er ist thiqah (zuverlässig), jedoch einer mit vielen Fehlern."
    Yakub ibnu Sufyan sagte: „Muammal Abu Abdurrahman (ibnu Ismail) ist ein großer sunnitischer Sheikh. Ich hörte Sulayman ibnu Harb ihn loben. Unsere Schuyukh empfahlen uns, seinen Hadith zu nehmen. Jedoch ist sein Hadith nicht wie der Hadith von seinen Gefährten. Manchmal ist es für die Leute des Wissens verpflichtend, sich von seinen Überlieferungen zu distanzieren, weil er sogar von seinen authentischen Lehrern munkar Ahadith überliefert. Dies ist schlimmer, denn hätte er diese munkar Ahadith von schwachen Autoritäten überliefert, dann hätten wir ihn entschuldigt."
    Saji sagte: „Er irrt sich übermäßig. Er ist saduq, aber einer mit vielen Fehlern. Er hat Fehler, deren Erwähnung zu lange dauern würde."
    Imam Ibnu Hajjar überliefert in Tahdhib at-Tahdhib, dass Muhammad Ibnu Nasr al-Marwazi sagte: „Wenn nur Muammal eine Überlieferung überliefert, dann ist es verpflichtend zu stoppen und den Hadith zu untersuchen, denn er hatte ein schlechtes Gedächtnis und irrte sich sehr häufig."
    Hafidh ibnu Hajjar al-Asqalānī machte in seinem Fath al-Bari deutlich, dass es Dha'f (Schwäche) in Muammal ibnu Ismails Überlieferungen von Sufyan ath-Thawri gibt.

    Der Hadith von Ibnu Khuzayma, wo es steht, dass der Prophet Salallahu Alayhi wa Sallam im Salah seine Hände auf dem Brust gelegt hat, hat genau diese Überlieferungskette.
    أخبرنا أبو سعد أحمد بن محمد الصوفي أنبأ أبو أحمد بن عدي الحافظ ثنا بن صاعد ثنا إبراهيم بن سعيد ثنا محمد بن حجر الحضرمي حدثنا سعيد بن عبد الجبار بن وائل عن أبيه عن أمه عن وائل بن حجر قال حضرت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا أو حين نهض إلى المسجد فدخل المحراب ثم رفع يديه بالتكبير ثم وضع يمينه على يسراه على صدره
    Uns überlierte Abu Sa'id Ahmad ibn Muhammad as-Sufi, verkündet von Abu Ahmad ibn 'Adiyy al-Hafidh, uns erzählte ibn Sa'id, uns erzählte Ibrahim ibn Sa'id, uns erzählte Muhammad ibn Hujr al-Hadrami, uns überlieferte Sa'id ibn 'Abduljabbar ibn Wail von seinem Vater, er von seiner Mutter, sie von Wail ibn Hujr (Radiallahu 'Anh), er sagte: „Ich besuchte den Gesandten Allahs (Salallahu 'Alayhi wa Sallam). Er stand auf, ging zur Masjid und betrat den Mihrab. Er hob seine Hände beim Takbir und platzierte dann seine rechte (Hand) über seine linke auf seine Brust."

    Imam Nimawi sagte: „Sein Isnad ist extrem schwach. Dhahabi hat in Mizan über Muhammad ibnu Hujr gesagt, dass er Munkar Überliferungen hat. Bukhari hat gesagt, dass es eine Frage über ihn gibt. (Imam Bukhari benutzt oft diesen Ausdruck, um die Schwäche eines Überlieferers zu beschreiben)
     
    Ibnu'l Turkumani sagte: ‚Die Mutter von Abduljabbar ist die Mutter von Yahya. Ich kenne ihren Namen und ihre Details (Grad der Zuverlässigkeit) nicht.' Sa'id ibnu Abduljabbar ist auch schwach. Dhahabi zitiert von Nasai in seinem Mizan mit den Worten, dass Sa'id ibnu Abduljabbar nicht stark sei. Hafidh ibnu Hajar sagt Taqrib: ‚Sa'id ibnu Abduljabbar al-Khadrami al-Kufi ist schwach.'"

    Wir haben davor gesehen, dass Scheikh Schu'ayb al-Arnaut diesen Hadith in seinem Takhrij zu Musnadi Imam Ahmad als schwach ansah.

    حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن سفيان حدثني سماك عن قبيصة بن هلب عن أبيه قال رأيت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ينصرف عن يمينه وعن يساره ورأيته قال يضع هذه على صدره وصف يحيى اليمنى على اليسرى فوق المفصل
    Uns überlieferte Yahya ibn Sa'id von Sufyan, uns überlieferte Simak von Qabisah ibn Hulb von seinem Vater (Sayyiduna Hulb Radiallahu 'Anh), er sagte: „Ich sah den Prophet (Salallahu Alayhi wa Sallam) sich von seiner Rechten und seiner linken drehen, und ich sah ihn auch ‚dies' auf seine Brust platzieren."
     
    Yahya (einer der Überlieferer) beschreibt „dies" damit, dass die rechte Hand auf der linken über dem Handgelenk ist.

    تعليق شعيب الأرنؤوط : صحيح لغيره دون قوله : " يضع هذه على صدره " وهذا إسناد ضعيف لجهالة قبيصة بن هلب
    Sheikh Schu'ayb al-Arnaut sagte: „Es ist sahih li-ghayrihi, außer die Worte: „…dies auf seine Brust platzieren" und dieser Isnad ist Da'if wegen der Unbekanntheit von Qabisah ibn Hulb.

    Allamah Haschim as-Sindi sagt in Dirham as-Surrah, dass Simak ibnu Harb und Qasibah (zwei Überlieferer von diesem Hadith) von einigen Ulama des Jarh wa Ta'til getadelt wurden.

    Diese Hadith beinhaltet die Worte „auf seine Brust". Diese zusätzlichen Worte sind weder klar bewiesen noch bestätigt, denn von allen Überliefern, die diesen Hadith von Simak berichten, berichtet nur einer diese zusätzlichen Wortlaute „auf seine Brust".
    (Jetzt betrachten wir die folgenden Überlieferungen vom selben Hadith, die jedoch nicht die zusätzlichen Worte „auf seine Brust" beinhalten.)
    – Abu'l Ahwas berichtet von Simak ibnu Harb, der von Qasibah ibnu Hulb überliefert, der von seinem Vater überliefert, dass der Prophet (Salallahu Alayhi wa Sallam) sie im Gebet führte und seine linke Hand mit seiner rechten griff.
     
    (Ibnu Abi Schaybah, Nr. 3934; Musnadi Imam Ahmad, Nr. 21467, Sunanu Ibnu Majah, Nr. 809; Sunan at-Tirmidhi, Nr. 252; Imam Tirmidhi fügt hinzu, dass dies ein Hasan Hadith ist.)
    -Scharik berichtet von Simak, der von Qasibah ibnu Hulb überliefert, der seinem Vater überliefert, der (gegen Ende eines längeren Hadith) sagt: „Ich sah ihn (Salallahu Alayhi wa Sallam) seine Hand auf die Andere platzieren, und ich sah ihn sich auch einmal zu seiner Rechten und einmal zu seiner Linken drehen."

    Waki' berichtet von Sufyan, der von Simak ibnu Harb berichtet, der von Qasibah ibnu Hulb berichtet, der von seinem Vater (Hulb) berichtet, der sagt: „Ich sah den Prophet (Salallahu Alayhi wa Sallam) im Gebet seine rechte Hand auf seine linke platzieren, und ich sah ihn sich auch von seiner Rechten und seiner Linken wegdrehen."

    Daraqutni überliefert von Abdurrahman ibnu Mahdi und Waki', die von Sufyan überliefert, der von Simak ibnu Harb überliefert, der von Qasibah ibnu Hulb überliefert, der von seinem Vater überliefert, der sagt: „Ich sah den Prophet (Salallahu Alayhi wa Sallam) im Gebet seine rechte Hand auf seine linke platzieren."

    Diese Überlieferungen zeigen, dass die Worte „auf seine Brust" von einem der Übermittler unzuverlässig hinzugefügt worden sind, und deshalb ist diese bestimmte Überlieferung Schadh.
    Bemerkenswert ist auch, dass Imam Tirmidhi, nach dem er diesen Hadith von Sayyiduna Hulb (Radiallahu Anh) überlieferte, sagte: „… die Tabi'in und die nachfolgende Gelehrten handeln nach diesen Überlieferung und sagten, dass man das rechte Hand auf das linke Hand legen soll. Manche der Gelehrten sagten, dass die Hände über den Bauch platziert werden sollen. Einige sagten, dass sie unter den Bauch platziert werden sollen und beide Meinungen sind umfassend und breit."
     
    (Sunani Tirmidhi: Nr. 252)
    Das zeigt, dass Imam Tirmidhi die zusätzlichen Worlaute „auf dem Brust" nicht erwähnt, dagegen sagt, dass die einige Gelehrten sagen, dass die Hände über den Bauch platziert werden sollen und einige sagten, dass sie unter den Bauch platziert werden sollen. Außerdem Imam Ahmad der diesen Hadith überliefert hat, handelte nicht danach. Die bekannten Überlieferungen von Imam Ahmad sind wie wir gesehen haben, dass man die Hände
    Imam Nimawi sagte: „Ich habe einen Verdacht, dass der Wortlaut von diesem Hadith fälschlicher Weise von einem Schreiber verändert worden ist. Die korrekten Worte scheinen ‚Yadhau hadhihi ala hadhihi' zu sein, d.h. ‚er platzierte Hand auf diese Hand', und nicht ,hadhihi ala hadhihi sadrihi', d.h. ‚diese Hand auf seine Brust'. Nur dieser Wortlaut wäre in Übereinstimmung mit der eigenen Interpretation des Überlieferers vom Hadith, wie in der Überlieferung ausgesagt wird: ‚Yahya beschreibt dies damit, dass die rechte Hand auf der linken über dem Handgelenk ist.' Diese würde auch mit all den anderen Überlieferungen von diesem Hadith übereinstimmen, die nicht die Worte ‚auf seine Brust' beinhalten, und würde auch erklären, weshalb die folgenden Autoren diese Überlieferung nicht in ihren umfangreichen Büchern aufgenommen haben: Haythami in seinem Majma'zu Zawaid, Suyuti in seinem Jam' al-Jawam'i und Ali al-Muttaqi in seinem Kanz al-Ummal. Und Allah weiß es am besten."

    Auch Azim Abadi in Awn al-Ma'bud erkennt an, dass Yahyas Kommentar nicht mit dem Wortlaut vom Hadith zusammenpasst.
    حدثنا أبو توبة حدثنا الهيثم يعني ابن حميد عن ثور عن سليمان بن موسى عن طاوس قال كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يضع يده اليمنى على يده اليسرى ثم يشد بينهما على صدره وهو في الصلاة
    Uns überlieferte Abu Tawbah, uns überlieferte al-Haytham also ibn Humayd von Thawr, er von Sulayman ibn Musa, er von Tawus, er sagte: „Der Prophet (salallahu alayhi wa sallam) legte während des Gebetes sein rechte Hand auf den linken Hand, dannach zog er sie beide auf dem Brust."
     
    (Sunani Abu Dawud, Salah, 118 [Nr. 758])
    Hadith ist Mursal (Ein Tabiin –in diesem Fall ist es Tawus- überlieferte diesen Hadith ohne den Gefährten zu erwähnen). Die Überlieferungskette ist unterbrochen.
     
    Außerdem sein Isnad beinhaltet Sulayman ibnu Musa, der von einigen Gelehrten als schwach eingestuft

    Warum lesen wir den Quran?

    Einst lebte in den Bergen östlich von Kentucky ein Großvater mit seinem jungen Enkel. Jeden morgen stand der Großvater früh auf, setzte sich an den Küchentisch und las in seinem Qur´an. Sein Enkel wollte wie sein Großvater sein und versuchte diesen auf jeder Art und Weise zu imitieren.

    Eines Tages fragte der Enkel: „ Großvater! Ich versuch so wie du den Qur´an zu lesen, aber ich versteh es nicht, und was ich verstehe, dass vergesse ich sobald ich das Buch schließe. Was nützt es Qur´an zu lesen?"

    Ruhig wendete sich der Großvater vom Legen der Kohle in den Ofen und antwortete:" Nimm diesen Kohlekorb zum Fluss und bring mir diesen Korb mit Wasser gefüllt zurück."

    Der Junge tat wie ihm geheißen, aber all das Wasser lief aus dem Korb, bevor er das Haus erreichte. Der Großvater lachte und sagte: „ Beim nächsten Mal musst du schneller sein", und schickte ihn mit dem Korb wieder zurück zum Fluss um es erneut zu versuchen.

    Diesmal rann der Junge schneller, aber wieder war der Korb leer, bevor er das Haus erreichte.

    Außer Atem erzählte er seinem Großvater, dass es unmöglich sei, Wasser in einem Korb zu transportieren, und ging stattdessen einen Eimer holen.

    Der alte Mann sagt, „ich will keinen Eimer voll Wasser, sondern einen Korb voll Wasser. Du hast es nur nicht genügend versucht", und er ging aus der Tür um zu sehen, wie der Junge es erneut versuchte.

    An diesem Punkt wusste der Junge, das es unmöglich war, aber er wollte seinen Großvater zeigen, dass selbst wenn er so schnell wie möglich rennen würde, dass Wasser dennoch aus dem Korb strömen bevor er das Haus erreichen würde.

    Der Junge tauchte den Korb wieder in den Fluss und rannte schnell, aber als er seinen Großvater erreichte war der Korb wieder leer. Außer Atem sagte er: „ Großvater, es ist nutzlos!"

    „ So, du denkst es ist nutzlos?" Der Mann sagte: „ Schau dir den Korb an!"

    Der Junge schaute sich den Korb an und bemerkte dass der Korb anders war. Es hatte sich von einem schmutzigen alten Kohlekorb verwandelt und war jetzt sauber, innen und außen.

    „ Sohn, das passiert, wenn du den Qur´an liest. Du kannst vielleicht nicht alles verstehen oder dich an alles erinnern, aber wenn du es liest, wirst du dich verändern, im Inneren und Äußeren. Das ist das Werk Allahs in unserem Leben."

    ‫ورد في الحديث عن عبيد بن خالد السلمي؛ أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم آخى بين رجلين، فقتل أحدهما، ومات الآخر بعده بجمعة أو نحوها، فصلينا عليه، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (ما قلتم؟)، قلنا: (دعونا له، وقلنا؛ اللهم اغفر له والحقه بصاحبه)، فقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: (فأين صلاته من صلاته وصومه من صومه وعمله من عمله؟! ان بينهما كما بين السماء والأرض) [رواه أبو داود في سننه، وقال الالباني رحمه الله: صحيح].‬

    فشتان - أيها الاخوة - شتان… بين من ربط نفسه في ثغر من الثغور، يُتوقع فيه نزول العدو، مجاهداً في سبيل الله، متربصا بأعداء الله، مقويا لشوكة المجاهدين، كل حركاته وسكناته أجر، أكله وشربه ونومه ومشيه وحرساته ورصده وقتاله؛ أجر عند الله تبارك وتعالى... شتان بينه وبين من قعد عن الجهاد، يلتمس لنفسه أقبح الأعذار.‬

    ‫قيادة المرأة...حتى تُفهم

    الشيخ عبدالعزيز بن مرزوق الطريفي

    لا يمكن أن تُفهم مسألةٌ على وجه تبرأ بها الذمَّة إلا بفَهم أُصولها التي تُبنى عليها، فإذا صحت الأصول صحت النتائج، أو على الأقل تقارب الفهم فيها، وهذا في كل مسألة منظورة في الدين والدنيا، كثيرٌ من المسائل تدور في فلك الأذهان، وفي الصحف وفي المنتديات، ويتقاذف الناس الحديث حول فرعٍ ويبحثون عن صحته، والأصل الذي يُبنى عليه مختلٌ وغير مسلّم بينهم، ومن ذلك الحديث عن (قيادة المرأة للسيارة)، والحديث عن هذه القضية متعلق بالآثار واللوازم، وفي غالبها تتصل بـ(الحجاب والسفور والاختلاط والخلوة والتحرُّش والخروج بلا حاجة مما يفضي إلى توسع في فضولٍ غير محمود)، وكل من يقول بجواز القيادة للمرأة، فلا بد أن يحمل في قلبه أحد الإيمانين التاليين أو كليهما:

    أولًا: لا يقر بوجود هذه الآثار ويضعف عنده اليقين من وقوعها، ويدعي أنها وهم يُصنع، وهذا الإيمان إما أن يكون رسخ بدراسةٍ، أو هو وهمٌ أيضاً فيُقابل حقيقة غابت عنه بوهم، والحقائق في الأذهان يحول دون استقرارها شيء لا يُعد من الأسباب.

    ثانيًا: لا يقر أن هذه آثار محرمة أصلاً، أو تكون هذه الآثار ضعيفة الأثر في قلبه، إما لغفلة أو تغافل عن حكمها، أو لعدم مبالات بها، أو لكثرة المخالطة لها أو أنه يعيش وهْناً فكرياً، دفعه إليه ضغط الواقع، أو الهروب من الانضمام إلى طائفة المحرمين، لأنه يستحضر بضعة منهم انشغل ذهنه بالبراءة منهم فشغله ذلك عن إبراء ذمته بالمسألة التي يُسأل يوم القيامة عن الفصل فيها بعينها.

    وبإرجاع المسائل إلى أصل صحيح، يُتفق أو يُختلف عليه، منهج قرآني وعقلي مسلّم، فحينما قال إبراهيم عليه السلام لربه: {رَبِّ أَرِنِي كَيْفَ تُحْيِي الْمَوْتَى} [البقرة : 260] لم يُجبه الله سبحانه حتى سأله عن أصل ما يُبني عليه هذا الطلب، والله أعلم به، فقال: {قَالَ أَوَلَمْ تُؤْمِنْ} سؤال عن الإيمان بقدرته سبحانه، قال: {قَالَ بَلَى وَلَكِنْ لِيَطْمَئِنَّ قَلْبِي}، وذلك لأن إجابة طلب إبراهيم تتباين حسب اختلاف الإقرار بالأصل.

    وكل من يقول إن الحجاب عادة والاختلاط جائز، والعلاقة بين الرجل والمرأة كالعلاقة بين الرجل والرجل سواء، أو تجاوز هذه المدرسة ولم يؤمن بأن الحكم لله في حياة الناس، فهذا لا ينبغي أن تُبحث معه مسألة فرعية وهو لا يؤمن بأصلها الذي نشأ لأجله المنع، والخلاف معه كالخلاف على شجرةٍ هل ما تنبته تمر أو عنب، قبل الاتفاق على أصل الشجرة ماهي، وكل من يهُوْن في قلبه أمر الحجاب والاختلاط والخلوة، فهذا وإن سكت فهو ساكت على موافقة في مسألتنا، ويمنعه من القول الخمول وطلب السلامة، وبهذا نعلم أن المجتمع سُعي في السنوات الماضية إلى إخلال الأصول لديه لتضْعُف اللوازم والآثار في باطنه، وليس من العبث الفكري غير المدروس الترويج للاختلاط ومحاولة تطبيع السفور، وتشريعه بواسطة فقهاء وكُتاب، ومنحهم أموالًا طائلة في الخفاء، لأن الأصل إذا اختل واضطرب اختل الفرع ولان، وعلماء الطبيعة يعرفون الزلازل في جوف الأرض بلين سطحها.

    مَن فكَّر وسعى إلى ابتعاث النساء إلى الخارج، وقام بتشريع الاختلاط، فهو يعلم يقيناً أنه يُعبّد طريقاً ممتداً سيشق السالكون له باختيارهم عشرات الطرق المتفرعة عنه بداهةً بلا إملاء من أحد، فهو وإن تعب في تأسيس أصل مغفول عن آثاره، لكنه أهون من أن يدوم قروناً يؤسس في فرعٍ واحدٍ يُنقض كل مرة.

    ولهذا تمت العناية الكبيرة بتلك الأصول والبحث عن القائمين عليها والمعبدين لها بأي ثمن، وقد قال لي رمز علمي كبير، بعد مقالاتٍ كتبتها وغيري في الاختلاط نقضت أقوال المجيزين له، إن خالدًا التويجري هاتفه وقال: نحتاج إلى وقفة منك.

    ينبغي أن لا يتم الخجل من هذا فنحن في صراعٍ شرعي وفكري لا يُحسنه خالد إلا بغيره، وفي أصول العقائد والأفكار له ذلك، ولغيره أن يُبيّن ويوضح، والعبرة بالحجج، قال تعالى:{لِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ جَعَلْنَا مَنسَكاً هُمْ نَاسِكُوهُ فَلَا يُنَازِعُنَّكَ فِي الْأَمْرِ وَادْعُ إِلَى رَبِّكَ إِنَّكَ لَعَلَى هُدًى مُّسْتَقِيمٍ. وَإِن جَادَلُوكَ فَقُلِ اللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ. اللَّهُ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فِيمَا كُنتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ}، ولكن عند الفصل الأخروي يوم القيامة لا مجال للاعتضاد إلا بالنفس: {لَنْ تَنْفَعَكُمْ أَرْحَامُكُمْ وَلَا أَوْلَادُكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ يَفْصِلُ بَيْنَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ} [الممتحنة : 3].

    وأما هذا المقال فلن يصحَّ فَهمه من ذهن حمل أحد الإيمانين السابقين فضلًا عن كليهما، وسأجعل الحديث في نقاط:

    أولًا:إذا أردنا الحكم على قيادة المرأة للسيارة، فيجب اتساع النظرة لتقع على الشيء ودوافعه وآثاره ومن يدعو إليه، وأن لا ننظر إلى المسألة ونظنها صعود وسير ونزول، ولا يصح أن يُجعل الحديث حولها مسألةً عينية متجردة عن أسباب ولوازم، فيُنظر إليها على أنها أفعال أفراد لازمة لهم كالطعام والشراب واللباس والسكن، والتحاكم إلى أدلة عينية في هذه المسألة تؤيد المنع أو عدمه فضول، فنلتمس مثلاً نصاً ينهى عنها كالنهي عن الأكل بالشمال أو لبس الحرير، أو تشبيه مقاعد السيارات بظهور الإبل والخيل، فنجعل قيادة المرأة قياس أولى أو قياس مشابه للإبل، ونتجاهل أن الشريعة التي أجازت ركوب الإبل حرَّمتها حتى على الرجال في مواضع فضلاً عن النساء، فالنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم الذي أنزل الله عليه الامتنان بركوب الدواب فقال: {لِتَسْتَوُوا عَلَى ظُهُورِهِ ثُمَّ تَذْكُرُوا نِعْمَةَ رَبِّكُمْ إِذَا اسْتَوَيْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ وَتَقُولُوا سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُ مُقْرِنِينَ وَإِنَّا إِلَى رَبِّنَا لَمُنْقَلِبُونَ} [الزخرف : 13 - 14] هو الذي نهى عن ركوب هذه الدواب حال الخوف وورود المفسدة فقال صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((الراكب شيطان والراكبان شيطانان والثلاثة ركب))، وقال: ((لو يعلم الناس ما في الوحدة ما أعلم، ما سار راكب بليل وحده))، فسفر الواحد على الدابة في الصحراء خطر أوجب النهي ولو كان الراكب رجلاً، وقد جاء النهي في المرأة أن تركب الإبل عند المخاطر والمفاسد وجوازه عند الأمن منها كما في قوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((توشك الظعينة أن تسافر من مكة الى صنعاء لا تخاف الا الله)) أخرجه البخارى، والظعينة هي المرأة الراكب، ودلالة مفهومه المنع حال الخوف وتحقق المفسدة المخلة بأحد الضروريات الخمس، ولهذا يصح الجمع بين طرفي النقيض تحريم ركوب الإبل على الرجل وجواز السيارة للمرأة. بل إن الجلوس المجرد حتى على الأرض قد يُحذَّر منه عند ورود المفسدة وتحققها، كما في الحديث: ((إياكم والجلوس في الطرقات. فقالوا: ما لنا بد، إنما هي مجالسنا نتحدث فيها. قال : فإذا أبيتم إلا المجالس، فأعطوا الطريق حقها. قالوا: وما حق الطريق ؟ قال : غض البصر، وكف الأذى، ورد السلام، وأمر بالمعروف، ونهي عن المنكر))، وهذه قيود الجلوس في الطريق الواحدة فكيف إذا كان الجلوس على سيارة تسير في كل الطرقات تمر بكل أحد.

    ثانيًا:إن هيبة النقد، والخجل من عدم مسايرة الأمم، عقبة تُعمي الذي يتأثر بها وتحجبه عن التوازن في ضبط ميزان الحقائق، وحينما يقع الغرب في الاستهزاء من منع قيادة المرأة للسيارة، فهذا لأنه لا يمانع من أصل بعيد أبعد من أصل الاختلاط والسفور والخلوة وهو أصل الزنا برضا الطرفين واللواط، ومن منطق عقلي صحيح أن يضحك من كانت أصوله كذلك من هذا المنع، بل حينما لا يستغرب ذلك فهذا خلل عقلي معاكس، بل حينما يرى المنع من الاختلاط والخلوة، وهي أصول أصغر من الزنا يجب أن يستنكر ذلك، لأنه لا يُمكن أن يُدرك شخصٌ يُجيز القتل أن يمنعه أحد من ضرب المقتول ولطمه، وكسر يده فضلاً عن إهانته، لأن الأفكار تتلازم وتتسلسل ويُبنى بعضها على بعض.

    والعجب من ضعف يقين كثيرٍ من الساسة وبعض المفكرين المسلمين والدعاة حينما يخجلون من طرح الغربيين لقضايا المرأة وحقوقها، ويقومون بالحديث بصورة الاعتذار والخجل والتبرير الواهي، بعيداً عن مناقشتهم في أصولهم المختلة، وهذا ضعف إيمان، ووهن فكر، لا يختلف فيه من تأمله. والمرأة التي تعمل في جو مختلط بالرجال لا يصح أن تستوعب منعها من الالتقاء برجل عارض، لساعة أو ساعتين، وهي تستديم الجلوس معه، ومثلها الرجل الجالس معها. وهكذا مسألة السفور وأنواعه، فقيادة المرأة للسيارة مسألة تتكىء على أركان عديدة لن يراها مستوية من مالت لديه الأركان.

    وهذه الأصول المؤثرة سلبًا وإيجابًا، يتدرج تأثيرها على النفوس بمراتب ترتفع وتنزل بحسب قوة القناعات بتلك الأصول.

    ثالثًا: وجود الكثرة على رأي أو عمل ليست حجة قاطعة على صحة ذلك القول والفعل، وهذا أصل يؤمن به كل المفكرين وأرباب الشرائع السماوية، فنحن نرى في كل قرن هناك فكر غالب وفكر مغلوب، وعقائد مثلها، متعاكسة الاتجاه، ولو قُدر أن يمتد عمر إنسان في ثلاثة قرون أين الحق بالنسبة له ؟! والحق في ذاته واحد، ولكن الناس يتأرجحون بحثًا عنه تحت مؤثرات عقليه وشهوات نفسية لا تُحصى. فالخمر المحرمة تحريمًا قطعيًّا، في القرآن والسنة تُباع في جميع الدول الإسلامية فضلاً عن غيرها، إما بصورة خاصة بسوقٍ معينة أو عامةً، ويُستثنى من هذا بلادنا فقط، والزنا برضا الطرفين لا يُجرِّمه جمهور قوانين الأرض وهو محرم في جميع الشرائع، ومع هذا لا يجوز أن يتغير الحق في ذاته لكثرة فاعليه، ومثله شرب الخمر.

    رابعًا: قيادة السيارة ليست كرامة وإلا لما ترفع عنها الرؤساء والوزراء والكبراء، بل ربما جعلوا أنفسهم في الخلف كي لا يجاوروا المقود والقائد، والمجتمع بحاجة إلى توعية الرجل بحق أهله عليه لا كيف يزداد تفريطًا، وعند الحديث عن المصالح والمفاسد في قيادة المرأة، فيجب الاعتبار بالمجتمعات الأخرى، والنظر إلى المصالح والمفاسد هل هي حقيقة أو وهمٌ، فالحديث عن تقليص العمالة السائقة وهمٌ، فالسائقون في دول الجوار أكثر من بلادنا مقارنة بنسبة مجموع سكانها، الخدم والسائقون مرتبطون غالباً بالغناء والترف، والله أمرنا بالاعتبار قال تعالى: {قَدْ خَلَتْ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ سُنَنٌ فَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ} [آل عمران : 137] هذا طلب الاعتبار بخبر سابقين لا يمكن مشاهدتهم، فكيف بحاليين مشاهدين، وقال: {لَقَدْ كَانَ فِي قَصَصِهِمْ عِبْرَةٌ لِأُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ مَا كَانَ حَدِيثًا يُفْتَرَى وَلَكِنْ تَصْدِيقَ الَّذِي بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَتَفْصِيلَ كُلِّ

They have been displaced from their homes , most of them are poor , uneducated and used to work for the Jhats in their farms or other businesses . 2) Visited about 8 camps with about 4500 people , but the toilets built by the government are 8 of which only 3 are usable , can you imagine 3 toilets for 4500 people . Of them sewage is overflowing on the nearby grounds near the toilet . Women use dupattas as make shift enclosures of toilets and they go to the toilet only after sunset else they go to the nearby sugarcane fields. 3) 40 children have recently died due to the cold , the govt is in denial but anyway . He said temperatures reach to 5 Degree C in the night and most of them do not have enough clothes to protect themselves , they live in makeshift shelters made of tarpaulin , there is nothing on the ground , they use their old clothes to spread on the floor and sleep on them . They do not have facility to clean their clothes , once they are extremely dirty they start burning the clothes and keep themselves warm . Children can't sleep in the night , most of them come out where there is a fire lit . Many are suffering because of the cold and lack of simple medical aid . 4) People are suffering from several medical problems , he implored all the doctors , dentists of the umma to go there and help these people . This is one of the foremost need now , these people do not have access to medical aid , no doctors . Even the one's sent by the govt with medicines are incompetent . He said as many doctors as possible should go there. 5) Other than the monetary aid we are sending , self mentioned that there is a need for volunteers who have to be there to help in the distribution of this aid . 6) Mentioned that another opportunity which we have is that most of these Muslims do not know who Allah id. Allah has given us an opportunity to do dawah by bringing these muslims together at one place , he said we should all go and tell them about Allah . 7) Little children are very vulnerable , he talked of incidents of 13 to 14 year old girls being molested in the camps but they are not aware of it. He said people don't have the fear of Allah there , most of the women are afraid to come out of the tents after 6 PM . 8)Long term solution for the muzzafarnagar problem can be arrived at only with help of the government . People who have connections should help in this regard 9) Media coverage is low , we need to spread awareness as much as we can .

    Einige Personen vertreten die Ansicht, dass alle Regeln des Gebets sowohl für Männer als auch für Frauen gelten und dass es keine Unterschiede zwischen ihnen gibt. Sie behaupten auch dass der Hadith „Betet so, wie ihr mich beten gesehn habt" allgemein sei und dass man ihn deshalb Gleichermaßen auf Männer und auf Frauen beziehen müsse.Es sollte jedoch festgestellt werden, dass unsere eigene Interpretation und logische Schlussfolgerung von diesem Hadith nicht mit den anderen Ahadith des Gesandten ALLAHs sallALLAhu 'aleyhi wa Salam und den Urteilen und Handlungen der Sahaba und Tabi'un radiALLAHU 'anhum verglichen werden können, die unten zitiert werden.
     
    Die Shari'ah hat in vielen wichtigen Angelegenheiten des Gebets unterschiedliche Regeln für Männer und Frauen festgelegt. Zum Beispiel:
    - Das Freitagsgebet ist für Männer Fardh und für Frauen nicht. Und das 'Eidgebet ist für Männer Wajib und für Frauen wiederum nicht. 
     
    1. Sayyiduna Tariq bin Schihab radiALLAHu 'anh berichtet, dass der Prophet sallALLAHu 'aleyhi wa Salam sagte: „Das Freitagsgebet in der Gemeinschaft ist Pflicht für jeden Muslim, außer für 4 Personen: Ein Sklave, eine Frau, ein Kind und derjenige, der krank ist." [ Abu Dawud 1067 und Hakim 1062. Imam Hakim rahimaullah hat ihn für sahih erklärt und Imam Dhahabi rahimaullah stimmte zu. ]
    2. Sayyidatuna Umm Atiyyah radiALLAHu 'anha sagt in einem Teil einer lange Überlieferung: „ Uns wurde verboten, an Begräbnissen teilzunehmen. Und es gibt kein Freitagsgebet für uns." [ Ibn Khuzaymah 1722 ]
    - Für Männer ist der Lohn für das Gemeinschaftsgebet 27 mal größer als das Gebet alleine. Im Gegensatz dazu bekommt die Frau mehr Lohn für ihr Gbet, je mehr sie sich verbirgt und je zurückgezogener sie in ihrem eigenen Wohnbereich betet.
     
    3. Sayyiduna 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud radiALLAHu 'anh berichtet, dass RasoulALLAH 'aleyhi salat wa salam sagte: „ Das Gebet einer Frau in ihrer Makhda ( ihrem abgegrenzten Bereich ) ist besser als ihr Gebet in ihrer Hujra ( ihrem Zimmer ). Und das Gebet in ihrer Hijra ist besser als ihr Gebet in ihrem Bayt ( Haus )." [ Abu Dawud 570 und Ibn Khuzaymah 1690 ]
    4. Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah radiALLAHu 'anh berichtet, dass der Prophet sallALLAHu 'aleyhi wa Salam sagte: „Das am meisten von ALLAH gliebte Salah einer Frau ist jenes, das sie am dunkelsten Ort ihres Hauses verrichtet."[ Ibn Khuzaymah 1691, und Tabarani in Al Mu'jam Al Kabir, wie von Hafidh Haythami erwähnt wurde 2/35. Hafidh Haythami sagt auch, dass seine Überlieferer authentisch sind. ]
    - Im Unterschied zu Männern sollen Frauen weder den Adhan noch den Iqama machen.
     
    5. Sayyidatuna Asma radiALLAHu 'anha überliefert in einem Teil einer langen Überlieferung, dass der Gesandte ALLAHs salALLAHu 'aleyhi wa Salam sagte: „Für Frauen gibt es keinen Adhan, kein Iqama und kein Freitagsgebet." [ Bayhaqi 1921]
    6. Sayyiduna Ibn Umar radiALLAHu 'anh sagt: „Es gibt kein Adhan und kein Iqama für Frauen." [ Bayhaqi 1920 ]
    Es gibt im Salah einen großen Unterschied hinsichtlich der 'Awrah eines Mannes und der einer Frau. Frauen müssen ihren ganzen Körper bedecken, einschließlich die Haare. Es dürfen lediglich das Gesicht, die Hände und die Füße offen sein.
     
    7. Ummul Mu'minin Aisha radiALLAHu 'anha berichtet, dass RasoulALLAH salALLAHu 'aleyhi wa Salam sagte: „ALLAH aktzeptiert nicht das Salah einer erwachsenen Frau ohne Hijab." [ Ahmad 24012, Ibn Majah 655, Abu Dawud 641, Tirmidhi 377, Ibn Khuzaymah 775, Hakim 917 und Bayhaqi 3254. Imam Hakim rahimaullah hat ihn für sahih erklärt und Imam Dhahabi rahimaullah stimmte zu. ]
    - Frauen dürfen nicht Männer im Gebet leiten.
     
    8. Abu Bakrah radiALLAHu 'anh berichtet, dass der Prophet sallALLAHu 'aleyhi wa Salam sagt: „Niemals werden diejenigen Leute erfolgreich sein, die sich eine Frau als Führerin nehmen." [ Ahmad 19507, Bukhari 4163, Tirmidhi 2262 und Nasay 5388. ]
    9. Jabir bin Abdullah berichtet in einem Teil einer langen Überlieferung, dass der Prophet 'aleyhi Salat wa Salam sagte: „Wisset, dass eine Frau keinen Mann im Salah leiten darf." [ Ibn Majah 1081 und Bayhaqi 5131. ]
    - Um jemanden im Salah zu korrigieren oder abzuhalten, sollen Männer laut „SubhanALLAH" sagen. Im Gegensatz dazu ist den Frauen nur erlaubt, mit ihren Händen zu klatschen.
     
    10. Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah radiALLAHu 'anh berichtet, dass der Prophet salALLAHu 'aleyhi wa Salam sagte: „Tasbih ist für die Männer und das Klatschen für Frauen." [ Bukhari 1145. ]
    - Die unterschiedlichen Haltungen, Positionen und Regeln bezüglich des Gebets der frau sind nicht die Erfindungen einer Gruppe oder einer Person, sondern sind die Lehren unseres geliebten Propheten sallALLAHu 'aleyhi wa Salam selber. Er war die allererste Person, die zwischen dem Gebet einer Mannes und einer Frau unterschieden hat.
     
    11. Yazid bin Abi Habib berichtet dass RasoulALLAH 'aleyhi Salat wa Salam an 2 Frauen vorbeiging, die das Salah verrichteten. Er sagt: „Wenn ihr euch niederwerft, dann lasst einen Teil eures Körpers am Boden, denn Frauen sind in dieser Hinsicht nicht wie die Männer." [ Abu Dawud rahimaullah in seinem Al Marasil S. 18 ( Muassasah Al Risalah Ausgabe) und Bayhaqi 3201. ] 
    12. Sayyiduna Ibn Umar radiALLAHu 'anh überliefert, dass der Prophet sallALLAHu 'aleyhi wa Salam sagte: „Wenn eine Frau im Salah sitzt, soll sie den einen Oberschenkel über den anderen platzieren. Und wenn sie sich niederwirft, soll sie ihren Bauch auf eine Weise an ihre Oberschenkel drücken, die sie am meisten bedeckt. Wahrlich ALLAH schaut auf sie und sagt: ‚Oh meine Engel! Ich mache euch zu Zeugen, dass ich ihr vergeben habe.'" [ Bayhaqi 3199. Er hat ihn auch als dhaif eingestuft. ]
    13. Sayyiduna Wail bin Hujr radiALLAHu 'anh berichtet, dass der Prophet sallALLAHu 'aleyhi wa Salam sagte: „Oh Ibn Hujr! Wenn du betest, dann bringe deine Hände auf Höhe mit deinen Ohren. Und die Frau soll ihre Hände nah zu ihrer Brust heben." [ Tabarani rahimaullah in Al Mu'jam Al Kabir 22/19 Nr. 28. Hafidh Haytami rahimaullah sagt 2/103: „Tabarani hat ihn als einen Teil einer langen Überlieferung von Wail bin Hujr überliefert mit einer Kette von Maimunah bint Hujr, die von ihrer Tante Umm Yahya bint Abdul Jabbar überliefert. Ich habe sie nicht identifiziert, aber der Rest der Überlieferer ist zuverlässig." ]
    Von all den obigen Ahadith können wir einige sehr wichtige und wesentliche Prinzipien über das Gebet einer Frau herleiten.
     
    - Die Regeln des Gebets sind für Männer und Frauen nicht immer dieselben.
     
    - Die Sunnahhaltung einer Frau in jeder Position des Gbets ist jene, die sie am meisten bedeckt.
    Imam Bayhaqi rahimaullah sagt: 
     
    „Alle Regeln des Gebets, in denen sich eine Frau von einem Mann unterscheidet, basieren auf dem Prinzip der Bedeckung ( satr ). Das bedeutet, dass die Frau angewiesen ist, all das zu tun, was sie am meisten bedeckt. Die folgenden Kapitel der Ahadith erklären diese Bedeutung im Detail." [ Bayhaqi 2/314 ]
    Wie vorher erwähnt,wurde diese Abweichung im Salah einer Frau von niemandem anderen als dem Propheten salALLAHu 'aleyhi wa Salam selbst festgelegt. Es blieb die Praxis der gesamten Ummah bis zum heutigen Tag und spiegelt auch in den Urteilen der Sahaba und Tabi'un radiALLAHu 'anhum wieder. Die 'Ulama und Fuqaha aller 4 Schulen haben schon immer diesen Unterschied anerkannt und haben seither die obigen Prinzipien beachtet, wann immer sie ein Urteil über das Salah der Frau gegeben haben. Dies ist in ihren Fiqhbüchern ersichtlich. Im Folgenden stehen einige Überlieferungen, die die Urteile und Handlungen der Sahabah radiALLAHu 'anhum darlegen. Hinzu kommen die Urteile einiger Tabi'un und 'Ulama der unterschiedlichen Rechtsschulen.
    Urteile und Taten der Sahaba radiALLAHu 'anhum
    Khalid bin Al Lajlaj berichtet in einem Teil einer langen Überlieferung, dass den Frauen befohlen wurde, Tarabb'u zu machen, wenn sie im Salah sitzen. [ Ibn Abi Shaybah 2783 ]
    Nafi' überliefert, dass Safiyyah radiALLAHu 'anha betete und Tarabb'u zu machen pflegte. [ Abdurrazzaq 5074 und Ibn Abi Shaybah 2784. ]
    Sayyiduna Ibn Umar radiALLAHu 'anh wurde einmal gefragt: „Wie verrichteten die Frauen ihr Salah zur Zeit des Propheten salALLAHu 'aleyhi wa Salam?" Er antwortete: „Sie pflegten mit überkreuzten Beinen zu sitzen, bis ihnen gesagt wurde, Ihtifaz zu praktizieren." [ Überliefert von Abu Muhammad Al Bukhari rahimaullah, Qadhi Umar bin Al Hassan Al Ashnani rahimaullah und Ibn Khuruw rahimaullah in ihren Musnads von Ahadith Imam Abu Hanifas radiALLAHu 'anh. ]
    Sayyiduna Ali radiALLAHu 'anh sagt: „Wenn sich eine Frau niederwirft, soll sie Ihtifaz machen und ihre Oberschenkel zusammendrücken." Und in AbdURRAZZAQs Überlieferung heißt es: „Sie soll ihre Oberschenkel gegen ihren Bauch drücken." [ Abdurrazzaq 5072 und Ibn Abi Shaybah 2777. Muhaddith Dhafar Ahmad Uthmani rahimaullah 3/32 hat ihn für hasan erklärt. ]
    Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas radiALLAHu 'anh wurde über das Gebet einer Frau gefragt. Er antwortete: „Sie soll sich eng zusammenziehen und Ihtifaz machen." [ Ibn Abi Shaybah 2778. ]
    Die Urteile der Tabi'un und anderen 'Ulama
    Ibn Jurayj berichtet: „Ich fragte Ata: ‚Soll eine Frau beim Takbir mit ihren Händen dieselbe Bewegung machen wie ein Mann?' Er antwortete: ‚Sie soll ihre Hände beim Takbir nicht wie die Männer heben.' Ata demonstrierte dann ( die Art, wie sie es machen sollte ). Er platzierte seine Hände sehr Niedrig und zog sie zu sich. Dann sagte er: ‚Die Haltung einer Frau ist nicht wie die eines Mannes im Salah.'" [ Abdurrazzaq 5066 und Ibn Abi Shaybah 2474. ]
    Ata sagte auch: „Eine Frau soll sich zusammenziehen, wenn sie sich in den Ruk'u herunter beugt: Sie soll ihre Arme zu ihren Bauch führen und sich soweit wie möglich zusammenziehen. Wenn sie sich niederwirft, soll sie ihre Arme nah zu sich führen und ihre Brust und ihren Bauch gegen ihre Oberschenkel drücken. Sie soll sich soweit es geht zusammenziehen." [ Abdurrazzaq 5069 ]
    Hassan Al Basri sagt: „Eine Frau soll sich im Sujud eng zusammenziehen." [ Ibn Abi Shaybah 2781. ]
    Hassan und Qatadah sagen: „Wenn sich eine Frau niederwirft, dann soll sie sich soweit es geht zusammenziehen. Sie soll zwischen ihren Körpergliedern keinen Raum zulassen, sodass ihr Gesäß nicht angehoben wird." [ Abdurrazzaq 5068. ]
    Ein bestimmter Autor hat behauptet, dass sich alle Merkmale des Gebets des Propheten salALLAHu 'aleyhi wa Salam gleichermaßen auf Männer und Frauen beziehen würden. Er hat auch behauptet, dass es nichts in der Sunnah gibt, was Frauen von irgendeines dieser Merkmale ausschließt. In sha ALLAH werden die Inhalte dieses Kapitels auf diese Behauptung antworten. Der Autor führt weiter fort und sagt, dass dies die Ansicht von Ibrahim Al Nakhay sei, der gesagt haben soll: „Die Verhaltensweise einer Frau im Gebet ist die gleiche wie die eines Mannes" – überliefert von Ibn Abi Shaybah ( 1/75/2 ) mit einem sahih Sanad.
     
    Dies ist überhaupt nicht das, was Ibrahim Al Nakhay sagte, noch ist dies seine Ansicht. Seine Überlieferung, die von Ibn Abi Shaybah übermittelt wurde, liest sich eigentlich folgendermaßen: „Eine Frau sitzt im Salah genauso, wie es ein Mann tut." [ Ibn Abi Shaybah 1/242, Nr. 2788. ] Dies wurde irgendwie falsch zitiert als „Die Verhaltensweise einer Frau Gebet ist die gleiche wie die eines Mannes."
     
    In Wahrheit widerspricht Ibrahim Al Nakhayr andere Überlieferung sehr deutlich dem obigen Bericht. Seine Ansicht über das Gebet einer Frau, die von Ibn Abi Shaybah und anderen berichtet wurde, ist folgendermaßen:
    Ibrahim Al Nakhay sagt: „Wenn sich eine Frau niederwirft, soll sie ihren Bauch gegen ihre Oberschenkel drücken. Sie soll weder ihr Gesäß anheben noch soll sie wie ein Mann irgendeinen Raum oder irgendeine Distanz zwischen den Gliedern ihre Körpers zulassen." [ Abdurrazzaq 5071 und Ibn Abi Shaybah 2782. ]
    Er sagt auch: „Wenn sich eine Frau niederwirft, dann soll sie ihre Oberschenkel zusammenbringen und ihren Unterleib dagegen drücken." [ Ibn Abi Shaybah 2779 ]
    Er sagt auch: „Eine Frau soll im Salah auf einer Seite sitzen." [ Abdurrazzaq 5077 und Ibn Abi Shaybah 2792. ]
    Imam Bayhaqi sagt:
     
    „Alle Regeln des Gebets, in denen sich eine Frau von einem Mann unterscheidet, basieren auf dem Prinzip der Bedeckung ( satr ). Das bedeutet, dass die Frau angewiesen ist, all das zu tun, was sie am meisten bedeckt. Die folgenden Kapitel der Ahadith erklären diese Bedeutung im Detail." [ Bayhaqi 2/314. ]
    Ibn Qudama Al Maqdisi Al Hanbali zitiert Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal in seinem Al Mughni mit den Worten: „Ich erachte Sadl für eine Frau als besser."     Imam Ahmad wurde darüber befragt, wie eine Frau sich niederwerfen soll und wie sie für den Tashahhud sitzen soll. Er antwortete: „Sie soll das tun, was immer sie mehr bedeckt."     Qadhi Iyadh hat auch einige Salaf zitiert, die sagten, dass die Sunnah für Frauen Tarabb'u sei. [ Awjaz Al Masalik 2/119 ]
    All das Obige demonstriert sehr deutlich, dass sich das Gebet einer Frau in einigen Bereichen von dem eines Mannes unterscheidet und dass diese Uunterscheidung als ersten von niemand anderem als dem Propheten salALLAHu 'aleyhi wa Salam gemacht und dann von den bekannten Sahaba und Tabi'un radiALLAHu 'anhum aufrechterhalten wurde. Darüber hinaus gibt es über diese Angelegenheit eine nahezu generelle Übereinstimmung unter den Gelehrten aller Rechtsschulen. Dies kann man in ihren Werken sehen.
    Tarabb'u.: Das rechte Bein wird in Richtung der rechten Seite des Körpers herausgezogen und das linke Bein wird unter dem rechten Bein platziert.
     
    Ihtifaz.: Das bedeutet, dass man sich auf eine Seite lehnt und auf dem Gesäß sitzt. Es ist mehr oder weniger dasselbe wie Sadl.
     
    Sadl.: Das rechte Bein wird auf eine Seite des Körpers gezogen und das linke Bein wird unter dem rechten Schenkel platziert. Auf diese Weise ruht das Gesäß auf den Boden und nicht auf dem linken Bein. Deshalb ruht sie nicht auf ihren Beinen, sondern auf ihrem Gesäß, wie in der Überlieferung von Sayyiduna Ali radiALLAHu 'anh erwähnt wird.

    Jewish Boy Receives Dawa at The Face of Death Ibn Kathir reports from Musnad Ahmed (ra) that the Prophet (saw), during his time in Medinah went to visit a young ailing Jewish boy. Muhammad (saw) at the time, as a ruler, along with his companions Abu Bakr and \\'Umar (ra) entered the house and found the Jewish boy's father reading the Torah alongside the bed to comfort his son's soul. Due to the presence of Muhammad (saw), the man closed the Torah. Muhammad (saw) asked the man "By the One who revealed the Torah, do you read in it about me and about the news of my baath (coming) or not?" The father of the Jewish boy shook his head and said "no?"Upon hearing this, his dying son spoke up and said, "I swear by the One who revealed the Torah that we find in our book the news of your characteristics and your baath (coming), and bear witness that you are the Messenger of Allah."The boy died soon afterwards and the Prophet (saw) said, "He is a Muslim, remove the Jews from here." Then, he (saw) prepared for the boy's burial and funeral prayer. Understanding the way in which Muhammad (saw) delivered the Da'wah of Islam at all times and to all people, even when they were on their deathbed should make us realise the seriousness of this duty and the priority that the Messenger of Allah (saw) gave it. Muhammad (saw) did not hesitate to challenge the belief of the Jew, even when he was facing a tragic time for his family. We should realise the seriousness of delivering the Da'wah (Message) because those who die without being delivered Islam will have a case against the Muslims on the Day of Judgement. As we see in the events mentioned above, Muhammad (saw) saved himself first by delivering Islam and furthermore saved that boy from the Hellfire.

    News of the Past Description: The stories told by Prophet Muhammad of the peoples of the past an evidence for his Prophethood. By IslamReligion.com One of the strongest evidences of Prophet Muhammad's truth is his knowledge of the Unseen world: his accurate knowledge of previous nations and future prophecies. No matter how intelligent, a man cannot authoritatively speak of the past based upon mere intelligence. The information has to be learned. Muhammad was a human being, who did not live in the midst of the nations he spoke of, did not inherit any knowledge of their civilization, or learn it from a teacher. God says: "That is from the news of the unseen which We reveal to you, [O Muhammad]. And you were not with them when they cast their pens as to which of them should be responsible for Mary. Nor were you with them when they disputed." (Quran 3:44) "That is from the news of the unseen which We reveal, [O Muhammad], to you. And you were not with them when they put together their plan while they conspired." (Quran 12:102) Consider the verses: "And We gave Moses the Scripture, after We had destroyed the former generations, as enlightenment for the people and guidance and mercy that they might be reminded. And you, [O Muhammad], were not on the western side [of the mount] when We revealed to Moses the command, and you were not among the witnesses [to that] but We produced [many] generations [after Moses], and prolonged was their duration. And you were not a resident among the people of Madyan, reciting to them Our verses, but We were senders [of this message]. And you were not at the side of the mount when We called [Moses] but [were sent] as a mercy from your Lord to warn a people to whom no Warner had come before you that they might be reminded. And if not that a disaster should strike them for what their hands put forth [of sins] and they would say, 'Our Lord, why did You not send us a messenger so we could have followed Your verses and been among the believers?'" (Quran 28:43-47) These events in the story of Moses were related by Muhammad. Either he witnessed them and was present there, or learned it from those who knew. In either case, he would not be God's prophet. The only other possibility, rather an inescapable conclusion, is that Muhammad was taught by God Himself. A few facts must be considered to recognize the full strength of the argument. Muhammad did not learn from any religious scholar, there were no Jewish or Christian scholars in Mecca at the time, and he did not know any language other than Arabic. In addition to the previous, he could neither read nor write. No Meccan, Jew, or Christian ever claimed to be Muhammad's teacher. Had Muhammad learned from any source, his own companions who believed in him would have exposed him. "Say, 'If God had willed, I would not have recited it to you, nor would He have made it known to you, for I had remained among you a lifetime before it. Then will you not reason?'" (Quran 10:16) Despite their strong opposition, the unbelievers could not attribute his knowledge of the past and present to any source. The failure of his contemporaries is sufficient proof against all later skeptics. The Correction of Jewish and Christian Misunderstandings Below are two examples of the Quran correcting what had undergone change in Jewish and Christian beliefs: (1) The Jews claim Abraham to be a Jew, the father of the Jewish nation, whereas the Christians consider him to be their father as well, as the Roman Catholic Church calls Abraham "our father in Faith" in the Eucharistic prayer called Roman Canon recited during Mass. God responds to them in the Quran: "O People of the Scripture, why do you argue about Abraham while the Torah and the Gospel were not revealed until after him? Then will you not reason?" (Quran 3:65) (2) The Quran forcefully denies the crucifixion of Jesus, an event of immense proportions to both religions: "And [We cursed them] for their breaking of the covenant and their disbelief in the signs of God and their killing of the prophets without right and their saying, 'Our hearts are wrapped' [i.e., sealed against reception]. Rather, God has sealed them because of their disbelief, so they believe not, except for a few. And [We cursed them] for their disbelief and their saying against Mary a great slander, And [for] their saying, 'Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the messenger of God.' And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them. And indeed, those who differ over it are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption. And they did not kill him, for certain." (Quran 4:155-157) This Quranic denial raises some fundamental questions. First, if Islamic doctrine were borrowed from Judaism and Christianity, why did it deny crucifixion? After all, both religions agree it took place! For the Jews, it was Jesus the imposter who was crucified, but for Christians, it was the Son of God. The Prophet Muhammad could have easily agreed to the crucifixion of Jesus, this giving more credit to his message. If Islam were a false religion, an imitation of Judaism or Christianity, or if Muhammad was not true in his claim, Islam would not take an uncompromising stand on this issue and declare both religions to be outright wrong in this matter, as there is nothing as such to gain by its denial. Second, if Islam had borrowed the myth of crucifixion from these two religions, it would have eliminated a point of major contention with them, but Islam brought the truth and could not vindicate a myth just to appease them. It is quite possible the Jews were responsible for crucifying Jesus, for their historical transgressions against the prophets of God has been documented in the bible and the Quran alike. But in regards to Jesus, the Quran states forcefully: "And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him." How is it possible, then, to say that the Muhammad produced the Quran by information learnt from Jewish or Christian scholars when he brought ideologies uprooting their doctrine? Third, the denial of crucifixion by itself negates other Christian beliefs: (i) Jesus' atonement for sin's of man. (ii) Burden of original sin carried by all men. (iii) Deconstructs the myth of the cross and its veneration. (iv) The last supper and the Eucharist. Thus we see that the stories the Prophet, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, told of nations of past were not mere folklore, nor were they learnt from Jewish or Christian learned men. Rather, they were revealed to him from above the seven heavens by the God of creation.

    Im Schulsystem ab 2015 soll in Baden-Württemberg ein Pilotprojekt gestartet werden, dass folgendes Ziel hat.
    Die Sexualerziehung ganz in die Schule zu verlegen (die Eltern können die Teilnahme der Schüler nicht mehr verhindern)
    Den Kindern soll eine Haltung beigebracht werden, die sich durch alle Schulfächer hindurchziehen soll; die Denk- und Lebensweise der Lesben, Schwulen, Transsexuellen etc. soll ihnen nahegebracht werden! Das soll in jeder Unterrichtsstunde und an Orten, an welchen sich diese Gruppen treffen geschehen, damit man vor Ort von ihnen lernt.
    (Diesen 3. Punkt habe ich zur Erklärung hinzugefügt. Er steht nicht explizit in dieser Petition, ist aber das geltendes Recht.)
    Wer sein Kind nicht in die Schule schickt bekommt ein Bußgeld auferlegt,
    bei verharren einen Vorladungstermin
    und letztendlich Erzwingungshaft. (Gefängnis)
    Dies ist in Deutschland in den letzten Jahren schon öfter geschehen.
    Durch diese Lehrplanänderung wird es auch sie treffen, weil diese Überzeugung in jedem Fach gelehrt werden soll.

    Als Christing geboren, aber nicht praktiziert, fühlte sie sich stets in eine Religion eingesetzt worden, die Lücken aufweist. Nachdem sie bei Facebook islamische Beiträge gelesen hat, begann sie sich für den Islam zu interessieren. Dies war der Auslöser für die heutige Konvertierung von der 34 jährigen Rosangela aus Brazilien. Allahu Akbar. Allah leitet die Menschen durch die verschiedensten Sprachrohre recht. Heute Facebook, morgen Youtube, Übermorgen Twitter und es hört nie auf Alhamdullilah :)
