    Liebe Geschwister, das Gedenken Allaahs ist einer der wichtigsten Anbetungen. Deswegen sollten wir kleinere Gedenken bzw Adhkar inshaallaah auswendig lernen und damit Täglich Allaahs swt Gedenken. Ich habe es versucht in einer Art von Tabelle zu machen. Es hat sich zwar etwas verschoben aber dass ist inshallaah nicht so schlimm. Ich werde inshaallaah versuchen jeden Tag ein Adhkar reinzuposten.
     
     
     
    ~Das Gedenken Allaahs swt ist ein Mittel zur Erlösung vor Allaahs swt Strafe, es lässt Ruhe und Zufriedenheit auf den Menschen herabkommen und umgibt ihn mit Allaahs swt Barmherzigkeit, und sogar die Engel bitten Allaah swt, dass Er dieser Person vergibt.~

    wa maliekahu ash-hadu an la ilaaha illa anta a´udu bika min scharri nafsie wamin scharri schaitaani

Bemerkenswerterweise fiel uns kürzlich mal auf das wir aus etlichen Nationen kommen. Mitglieder unseres Teams kommen aus Deutschland, Marokko, Russland, Polen, Pakistan, Türkei, Libanon, Bosnien, Mazedonien, Tunesien, Eritrea, Albanien, Palästina, Irak und Jordanien. Die Ironie dieser wahren Geschichte ist das Allah der Allmächtige uns bisher wohl die größten Leistungen für unsere Geschwister in Somalia und Syrien erbringen lassen hat. Bei einer so vielfältigen Truppe ausgerechnet dort wo keiner von uns her kommt - subhanAllah. Na wenn das kein Beweis für die Stärke von "La illah ha illah lah" ist!!! Wenn Blut dicker als Wasser sein soll - so ist es nicht annähernd so dick wie dieses Bekenntnis - Allahu Akbar.     Ich weiss nicht warum ich das hier jetzt schreibe aber egal, liegt bestimmt am hohen RedBul konsum....

    Warum sind wir so eine schlechte Gesellschaft geworden ? Liegt es wirklich vllt an den Sozialen Netzwerken die uns dazu gebracht haben ein gieriges Selbstwertgefühl zu entwickeln ?! Warum müssen wir immer als Mitläufer bestimmtes wesen agieren und können nicht selber denken & handeln wie wir es wollen ?! Warum müssen wir andere menschen dadurch verletzten oder beleidigen, obwohl wir die person nicht kennen ?! Wir werden tag täglich so beeinflusst durch die Medien, dass wir immer mehr und immer mehr wollen. Wir wollen nie was abgeben aber dafür immer was bekommen. Diese Like Geilheit hat die Menschen verändert, immer beliebter und beliebter will man werden egal ob man Menschen, Rassen oder Religionen verletzt hauptsache es wird reichend geliket. Wenn man im Leben nichts hat wofür man Leben muss, sollte man im Leben etwas finden wofür man Sterben kann.

    Bürger.

    Muslime, die außerhalb des islamischen Staates leben, gelten
    nicht als Staatsbürger und haben auch nicht die
    Rechte, die muslimische und Nicht-Muslimische Staatsbürger im
    islamischen Staat haben.

    „[…] Rufe sie zum Islam auf. Wenn sie ihn annehmen,
    dann akzeptiere es von ihnen und bekämpfe sie nicht. Alsdann
    rufe sie dazu auf, von ihrer Stätte in die Stätte der Muhāğirūn
    (Stätte des Islams in Medina) zu wechseln. Teile ihnen mit:
    Wenn sie das tun, dann genießen sie dieselben Rechte wie die

    Dari Ibnu Abbas r.a. dikatakan: Tidak ada yang kuperhitungkan lebih menjelaskan tentang dosa-dosa kecil daripada hadits yang diriwayatkan oleh Abu Hurairah bahwa Rasulullah SAW. bersabda, "Allah telah menentukan bagi anak Adam bagiannya dari zina yang pasti dia lakukan. Zinanya mata adalah melihat [dengan syahwat], zinanya lidah adalah mengucapkan [dengan syahwat], zinanya hati adalah mengharap dan menginginkan [pemenuhan nafsu syahwat], maka farji (kemaluan) yang membenarkan atau mendustakannya." (HR. Bukhari & Muslim) "Janganlah seorang laki-laki berdua-duaan dengan wanita kecuali bersama mahramnya."(HR. Bukhori dan Muslim) "Barangsiapa beriman kepada Allah dan hari akhir, maka janganlah seorang laki-laki sendirian dengan seorang wanita yang tidak disertai mahramnya.     Narrated Abu Huraira:Some (cooked) meat was brought to Allah Apostle and the meat of a forearm was presented to him as he used to like it. He ate a morsel of it and said, "I will be the chief of all the people on the Day of Resurrection. Do you know the reason for it? Allah will gather all the human being of early generations as well as late generation on one plain so that the announcer will be able to make them all-hear his voice and the watcher will be able to see all of them. The sun will come so close to the people that they will suffer such distress and trouble as they will not be able to bear or stand. Then the people will say, 'Don't you see to what state you have reached? Won't you look for someone who can intercede for you with your Lord' Some people will say to some others, 'Go to Adam.' So they will go to Adam and say to him. 'You are the father of mankind; Allah created you with His Own Hand, and breathed into you of His Spirit (meaning the spirit which he created for you); and ordered the angels to prostrate before you; so (please) intercede for us with your Lord. Don't you see in what state we are? Don't you see what condition we have reached?' Adam will say, 'Today my Lord has become angry as He has never become before, nor will ever become thereafter. He forbade me (to eat of the fruit of) the tree, but I disobeyed Him . Myself! Myself! Myself! (has more need for intercession). Go to someone else; go to Noah.' So they will go to Noah and say (to him), 'O Noah! You are the first (of Allah's Messengers) to the people of the earth, and Allah has named you a thankful slave; please intercede for us with your Lord. Don't you see in what state we are?' He will say.' Today my Lord has become angry as He has never become nor will ever become thereafter. I had (in the world) the right to make one definitely accepted invocation, and I made it against my nation. Myself! Myself! Myself! Go to someone else; go to Abraham.' They will go to Abraham and say, 'O Abraham! You are Allah's Apostle and His Khalil from among the people of the earth; so please intercede for us with your Lord. Don't you see in what state we are?' He will say to them, 'My Lord has today become angry as He has never become before, nor will ever become thereafter. I had told three lies (Abu Haiyan (the sub-narrator) mentioned them in the Hadith) Myself! Myself! Myself! Go to someone else; go to Moses.' The people will then go to Moses and say, 'O Moses! You art Allah's Apostle and Allah gave you superiority above the others with this message and with His direct Talk to you; (please) intercede for us with your Lord Don't you see in what state we are?' Moses will say, 'My Lord has today become angry as He has never become before, nor will become thereafter, I killed a person whom I had not been ordered to kill. Myself! Myself! Myself! Go to someone else; go to Jesus.' So they will go to Jesus and say, 'O Jesus! You are Allah's Apostle and His Word which He sent to Mary, and a superior soul created by Him, and you talked to the people while still young in the cradle. Please intercede for us with your Lord. Don't you see in what state we are?' Jesus will say. 'My Lord has today become angry as He has never become before nor will ever become thereafter. Jesus will not mention any sin, but will say, 'Myself! Myself! Myself! Go to someone else; go to Muhammad.' So they will come to me and say, 'O Muhammad ! You are Allah's Apostle and the last of the prophets, and Allah forgave your early and late sins. (Please) intercede for us with your Lord. Don't you see in what state we are?" The Prophet added, "Then I will go beneath Allah's Throne and fall in prostration before my Lord. And then Allah will guide me to such praises and glorification to Him as He has never guided anybody else before me. Then it will be said, 'O Muhammad Raise your head. Ask, and it will be granted. Intercede It (your intercession) will be accepted.' So I will raise my head and Say, 'My followers, O my Lord! My followers, O my Lord'. It will be said, 'O Muhammad! Let those of your followers who have no accounts, enter through such a gate of the gates of Paradise as lies on the right; and they will share the other gates with the people." The Prophet further said, "By Him in Whose Hand my soul is, the distance between every two gate-posts of Paradise is like the distance between Mecca and Busra (in Sham)."

    Artikel kali ini ingin mengupas permasalahan tentang mimpi yang ada kalanya mempengaruhi kehidupan kita hari ini. Mengikut kamus Dewan, mimpi bermaksud sesuatu yang terlihat atau dialami dalam tidur seseorang. Mimpi biasanya berkaitan dengan apa yang sedang menjadi fikiran seseorang. Kadang-kadang apa yang pernah dilihat, dialami dan dirasai oleh seseorang itu sering kali melintas dalam mimpinya. Hakikatnya, mimpi adalah nikmat yang dikurniakan oleh Allah Taala kepada siapa sahaja yang dikehendaki-Nya. Sekiranya mimpi itu datang dari Allah Taala ia disebut sebagai 'al-rukyah ' Kadang-kadang ada juga yang datang dari iblis dan syaitan yang disebut sebagai 'al-hulm '. Terdapat perbahasan antara ulama mengenai takwil mimpi. Ada mimpi yang boleh ditafsirkan dan ada yang tidak. Walau bagaimanapun tidak semua orang mampu mentafsirkan kebenaran mimpi tersebut. Ramai ulama yang ingin mendalami masalah takwil atau tafsir mimpi tetapi tidak ramai yang mengetahuinya kerana susahnya ilmu tersebut. Imam Ibnu Sirin, dalam bukunya Tafsir Mimpi Menurut Islam, berkata: 'Tidak semua mimpi dapat ditafsirkan makna yang terkandung di dalamnya. Ada kalanya mimpi bagaikan angin lalu namun ada yang benar- benar menjadi kenyataan.' Mimpi insan yang bertakwa merupakan perkhabaran yang akan berlaku, kerana Rasulullah SAW tidak bermimpi melainkan mimpi baginda adalah wahyu dari Allah. Sedangkan mimpi manusia biasa merupakan berita yang disebarkan oleh iblis dan syaitan. Untuk memahami persoalan mimpi ini, bolehlah kita bahagikan mimpi kepada tiga jenis: 1. Mimpi yang baik. Mimpi yang baik disebut juga sebagai 'busyra' iaitu khabar gembira dari Allah SWT Dalam sebuah hadis Rasulullah SAW menyatakan melalui sabdanya yang bermaksud: "Mimpi yang baik (soleh) itu dari Allah, sedang mimpi buruk itu dari syaitan." (Riwayat Bukhari) Dalam sebuah hadis yang lain dari Abu Said al- Khudri r.a., dia pernah mendengar Rasulullah SAW bersabda yang bermaksud: "Apabila salah seorang daripada kamu bermimpi dengan mimpi yang menyenangkan, maka itu adalah daripada Allah Taala. Dia hendaklah memuji Allah dan ceritakannya kepada orang lain" (Riwayat Bukhari) Menurut satu riwayat lain, menjelaskan bahawa larangan menceritakan mimpi baik itu kecuali kepada orang yang disukai atau orang yang paling dekat dengan kita. Hal ini pernah dialami oleh Nabi Yusuf a.s. Baginda bermimpi; sebelas bintang dan matahari sujud kepadanya. Ketika itu ayahnya melarangnya untuk menceritakan kepada saudara-saudaranya yang lain, sebab hal itu boleh mengundang fitnah. Mimpi yang baik boleh dibahagikan kepada dua kategori: i. Mimpi para Nabi dan Rasul-rasul. Mimpi mereka adalah wahyu yang diturunkan oleh Allah SWT Bukti kebenaran mimpi ini dinyatakan oleh Allah SWT melalui firman-Nya yang bermaksud: "Sesungguhnya Allah akan buktikan mimpi itu benar kepada Rasul-Nya, kamu akan masuk Masjidil Haram jika dikehendaki Allah dengan aman". (Surah al- Fath, ayat 27). Mimpi bagi nabi dan para rasul berbeza dengan mimpi manusia biasa. Hal ini kerana mimpi pesuruh Allah itu adalah benar. Ia merupakan salah satu cara bagaimana wahyu diturunkan dari Allah Taala kepada mereka. Kisah Nabi Ibrahim a.s. sebagai contoh telah diperintah oleh Allah SWT untuk menyembelih anaknya, Ismail a.s. yang datang melalui mimpinya. Allah SWT berfirman yang bermaksud: "Maka apabila anak itu sampai (kepada peringkat umur yang membolehkan dia) berusaha bersama-sama dengannya, Nabi Ibrahim a.s. berkata: Wahai anak kesayanganku, sesungguhnya aku melihat dalam mimpi, bahawa aku akan menyembelihmu, maka fikirkanlah apa pendapatmu? Anaknya menjawab: Wahai bapaku, jalankanlah apa yang diperintahkan kepadamu, Insya Allah ayah akan mendapati daku dari orang-orang yang sabar." (Surah al- Soffat: 102) Kalau ditelusuri sejarah para nabi dan rasul- rasul, bukan Nabi Ibrahim a.s. sahaja yang mendapat wahyu dari Allah Taala melalui mimpi Baginda, tetapi hampir semua para nabi, termasuklah Nabi Muhammad SAW Bahkan hadis-hadis Qudsi yang diterima nabi juga merupakan wahyu dari Allah Taala. ii. Mimpi orang soleh. Mimpi yang baik akan datang kepada hamba- hamba-Nya yang soleh. Walau bagaimanapun, mimpi yang baik di sini bukanlah bermaksud mimpi yang berbentuk ramalan atau sengaja- sengaja direka-reka apatah lagi bentuknya seolah-olah melampaui qada' dan qadar Allah SWT. Mimpi melihat Rasulullah SAW adalah ciri-ciri mimpi orang soleh. Dalam sebuah hadis Nabi SAW Baginda bersabda yang bermaksud: "Sesiapa yang melihatku di dalam mimpi, sesungguhnya dia benar-benar melihatku, kerana syaitan tidak dapat mengambil bentukku." (Riwayat Bukhari) Dalam sebuah hadis lain Nabi SAW pernah bersabda yang bermaksud: "Apabila telah hampir kiamat tidaklah mimpi seorang Muslim itu dusta, mimpi yang paling benar ialah mimpi orang yang paling benar perkataannya dan mimpi seorang Muslim merupakan satu daripada empat puluh enam bahagian daripada mimpi kenabian." (Riwayat Muslim) Justeru itu perlu diingat bahawa mimpi manusia biasa itu tidak mengandungi kebenaran yang mutlak. Kemungkinan tanda kebenarannya berlaku secara kebetulan sahaja, tetapi tidak menutup kemungkinan berlakunya banyak percanggahan yang mengelirukan. Apatah lagi bagi orang yang jahil atau yang memperkuda agama untuk kepentingan peribadi kononnya telah menerima wahyu melalui mimpinya, sehingga membawa kepada syirik dan terkeluar daripada agama Islam. Oleh itu kita yang jahil ini, dilarang mentakwilkan atau menyandarkan segala keputusan kepada mimpi. Sebaiknya berfikirlah lebih rasional dan berpijak pada bumi yang nyata. 2. Mimpi yang buruk. Mimpi jenis kedua ini sering berlaku kepada mereka yang mengalami masalah gangguan sama ada daripada iblis dan syaitan ataupun terkena sihir. Selain itu makhluk-makhluk halus juga mampu mengganggu mimpi manusia dengan izin Allah Taala melalui penglibatan manusia itu sendiri. Prof. Madya Dr. Amran Kasimin, seorang pengamal perubatan Islam berpendapat, unsur kesedihan, susah hati atau apabila seseorang itu dalam keadaan marah akan menyebabkan pertahanan diri menjadi lemah. Apabila elemen dalaman ini lemah menyebabkan iblis dan syaitan yang sentiasa menunggu-nunggu peluang akan mudah menyerap masuk untuk mengganggu manusia melalui mimpinya. Dalam sebuah hadis Rasulullah SAW menyatakan melalui sabdanya yang bermaksud: "Mimpi yang baik (soleh) itu dari Allah, sedangkan mimpi buruk itu dari syaitan." (Riwayat Bukhari) Secara teorinya apabila kita tidur, jasad sahaja yang berada di atas perbaringan. Sedangkan akal manusia masih wujud, tetapi tidak aktif, tidak berfungsi dan di luar sedar. Ketika inilah, sekiranya kita tiada pertahanan diri menyebabkan makhluk-makhluk tersebut menyerang roh kita sehingga menyebabkan berlakunya gangguan-gangguan seperti mimpi- mimpi yang menakutkan dan sebagainya. Rasulullah s.a.w menjelaskan daripada Safiyah binti Huyayn, Baginda bersabda yang bermaksud: "Sesungguhnya syaitan itu berupaya berjalan dalam tubuh anak Adam mengikut pembuluh darah" (Riwayat Bukhari dan Muslim) Apabila ini berlaku, ia boleh mengganggu manusia pada bahagian otak, hati dan mengawal pergerakan manusia dengan izin Allah Taala. Dalam sebuah hadis nabi memberi petua; apabila seseorang itu bermimpi yang buruk-buruk, maka jangan diceritakan sama sekali kepada orang lain, termasuk orang yang paling dekat sekalipun. 3. Mimpi mainan tidur. Mimpi ketiga ini yang paling banyak berlaku kepada kita. Mimpi jenis ini disebabkan pengaruh menonton cerita-cerita ganas, mengerikan, lebih-lebih lagi kanak-kanak yang kadang-kadang terbawa-bawa ke dalam mimpi mereka hasil daripada cerita yang ditonton ketika jaga. Selain itu, mimpi yang melibatkan anggota fizikal juga adalah mainan tidur. Mimpi ini disebabkan oleh gangguan fikiran yang berpunca daripada penyakit tertentu seperti demam, ramuan ubat, dadah atau pengaruh dan khayalan nafsu yang kuat. Walaupun demikian apabila mimpi tersebut berlaku berulang kali, tiga atau empat kali dalam seminggu, ataupun hampir setiap hari, iaitu ketika hampir terlena atau sedang tidur, ia bukan lagi mainan tidur. Ia kemungkinan antara tanda-tanda seseorang itu mengalami gangguan ataupun terkena sihir. Dalam masyarakat Melayu Islam hari ini amalan-amalan khurafat yang berpunca daripada mimpi merupakan elemen utama dalam perubatan secara tradisional. Ada antara mereka yang mencari keuntungan segera di sebalik mimpi mereka yang sebenarnya boleh merosakkan akidah pengamal dan orang yang berubat dengannya. Islam amat menitikberatkan soal-soal akidah, syariah dan akhlak untuk menjaga kesucian agama Islam itu sendiri. Amalan yang disabitkan dengan mimpi seperti yang diterangkan di atas tidak akan terlepas daripada amalan khurafat yang menyalahi akidah ini sekiranya: 1. Meramal suatu peristiwa yang bakal terjadi berdasarkan mimpi. Perbuatan meramal atau menilik nasib seperti ini adalah perbuatan khurafat. Ia bukanlah satu-satunya cara atau landasan untuk menentukan sesuatu keputusan sementelahan pula mimpi itu sendiri

    Der Vorwurf der westlichen Politiker, so wie der Vorwurf einiger Muslime gegenüber dem Syrischen Präsidenten, er würde sein Volk Tyrannisieren, ist alleine schon wegen der anhaltenden Lage in Bahrain kontrovers !
    Seit 3 Jahren geht das selbsternannte Königshaus mit Waffengewalt gegen sein Volk vor, der Westen liefert ebenfalls Waffen (jedoch nicht an die Demonstranten und deshalb schießen diese seit 3 Jahren mit keiner einzigen Patrone ) und halten jedes Jahr pünktlich ihre super teure Rally dort ab, dann sind da noch die restlichen Muslime die heulend mit dem Finger auf unmenschliche Zustände in Syrien zeigen obwohl diese nie stattfanden aber in Bahrain halten sie seit 3 Jahren schön den Mund und keiner würde drauf kommen dort in den Jihad zu ziehen. Wie Abartig man dort vorgeht, könnt ihr selber sehen!

    So last Night , I took a Walk with a fellow Industry Brother of mine . We got out of the Bookcafe at around 7pm and performed the usual ritual of asking each other in which direction each one of us was going. We figured we were pretty much going in the same Direction and decided to make company. We walked past the Bank next door to the Bookcafe and I noticed something. The Bank was called "EcoBank " with a catch phrase "The Pan-African bank". The thought that came to my mind was , "Ok , EcoBank ". I may have gotten a B in accounts at O'level ( I hated accounts) but I remember money being called "cash" and Cheques being called "bank" . The Irony was that the bank is called , Eco"Bank" whlie there is another entity called Eco"Cash". They probably should get married. Now the Part about "the Pan-African bank " phrase was ironic in that , right next that bill board was a "Wiz Kalifa style" bill board written in "black and yellow" that said "Western Union" . Damn , I thought you guys were "Pan African" . The only time I heard of a "Western Union " in a "Pan African" Context was at the Berlin conference when they were discussing division of lands where they would "Pan African Gold". The Same conference that decided for you to be able to call yourself Zimbabwean (if you are one) coz we wouldnt have these boarders if it wasnt for the existance of Rhodesia. Now to be a little more racist , I looked into the French door of the "Pan African Bank" and what do I see , a White lady seated at a desk , looking like she was managing the bank's books and I thought to myself , "Damn , She's quite lucky its just little open minded Tati" , because had it been one of them "Empowerment" technocrats, who claim to be Pan Africanists , that would have spelled trouble for these people . :-) We walked past the Bank , and were now walking along a cycle path that was boardered in the sides by two strands of barbed wire. Apparently , this was put in place to prevent people from getting onto the grass of a well maintained lawn. I have to admit , it is a very good lawn. This was at the Holiday Inn. At that Point , I turned my head and noticed that behind us , at a distance , were two ladies. One of the ladies had a scarf , one which I identified to be similar to the one that was being worn by a friend of mine during the same evening. Well , I knew it was her becoz she had indicated that she about to leave as well, just around the same time that we did. I would have waited for her to catch up ,but I was so keen to hear what the friend I was walking with had to say , since I knew him to be a very good writer whose blogs are well arranged and captivating. He was talking about formulas and methods of working , one of which he said was called chunking. From what I understood , he said we pretty much use this method many a times but do not realise that it is what we are actually doing. I wont explain what chunking is to you , thats your home work (^^^) . My friend went on to speak of a book that spoke of these methods but I didint make it a point to remember the title becoz he promised to lend the book to me. In the Book , he said , the author stated that biologists used to concentrate on synapses and disregarded the myelin. (dont worry , I wont dwell much on science). He said the myelin actually played a huge part in development of muscle memory (he didnt use that term but thats what I got) and the body is engineered to get used to a pattern of activity by developing this myelin in a suitable pattern. So in other words , talent is not ultimately born with but it is grown. He gave an analogy of a computer , saying if a certain software is not installed with-in a computer , it cannot perform an activity that a similar computer that has the software can. So practising/rehearsing an activity is synonymous to a software installation. So Practise. I could tell that my friend was not sure whether I could understand the whole synapse , nervous system and myelin thing and I re-assured him that I actually did , because I always had a thing for girls who studied biology at high school and always ended up in conversations of what they studied. That did not seem to go well with the guys who studied biology in our class coz I would get attention from the biology ladies for knowing so much about what they studied . Not to mention , I was in the Physics class so it didnt help the whole Physics-vs-Biology beef get any better. Now , across the road from the Holiday inn , was a construction site at a service station. Innscor has a range of outlets at this station and it is usually busy. I think the service station is undergoing renovations and possibly change of ownership but my first impression when I saw the asbestos sheets was thinking it was the Innscor outlets being renovated and I asked my self ,"Again ????" , because its been less than a year since the same outlets have been renovated. Then I saw a huge bill board with burgers ,steaks and fries , which I have to say , were not so appetising. On the billboard inscribed bold red capitalized Letters denoting the phrase , "PLEASE COME IN , WE ARE STILL OPERATIONAL" or something of that sort. I then thought to myseld , "Oh , but its not all of us who would know that there is an entrance on the side" (Innscor should pay me , I just did some marketting for them) We got past the Innscor area and came across a huge tree right on the side of the road. I'm sure some of the roots are even growing under the tarred surface and will eventually cause irregular bumps on the road. We had to face a choice , either go LEFT and play hop , skip and jump coz there were multiple puddles , or go RIGHT and play dodge with the busy Samora Matchel traffic. We naturally chose RIGHT coz J-Walking is the Hararean way of life anyway. That was when I had to face my fears because as kid , I watched as my elder sister got hit by a bicycle and the results were quite devastating , so I just grew up with the utmost respect for traffic. All went well. We then came to the intersection between Samora and Fourth. As we waited to cross to the otheside of fourth street , a number of vehicles Passed by . One particular vehicle that caught my attention was a Toyota Vitz that had LED lights circling around the Head lamps. I have noticed that this is becoming a trend. However , the owner of this Vitz went ahead to Put RED LED lights on the Head lamp. To make matters worse , he was driving while switching on only the parking lights and the LED lights. The red LED lights began to out shine the white light and it looked like a car driving in reverse , towards the right direction , facing the wrong way , in a OneWay street. I made a verbal 'Facebook comment' , one that probably startled the Friend as I pointed out the flaw. we crossed the road soon after. To our Left was a gray single storey building , one that fitted the profile of a government instituition. If I'm not mistaken ,it is has something to do with the judicial system and the courts because I have been there before with a friend whose father is a lawyer and had him doing internship at his firm. I looked into one of the windows , and saw a lady at a desk. I thought to myself , eish , today is Friday and I happen to see two ladies who are still working at this hour. I would have said out this thought loudly but figured it was a bit out of order so I said this instead , "Eish , I thought I had seen a white lady working in that government building , that seriously would have been the day " , we had a brief laugh . And moved on. We kept on walking , discussing different issues .We walked past Munhumutapa , which to my surprise , didnt have the gun slinging policer officer who always guards the corner. It could be that he was making rounds and I just didnt see him where I expected him to be or maybe I did see him but my memory is just getting Cloudy. Besides , my attention was focused mainly on the conversation I was having with my friend. We then got to the parkade area after passing the Sony shop , which is actually a TV Sales and Home shop in disguise. We then decided to pass through the passage in the parkade area , after having indicated to my friend that the only time I had passed through that passage was when I was getting a Hair cut , something that rarely happens. As we walked through this passage , amplified music became audible and it got louder and louder as we advanced. We then got to ground zero . I looked right in, through the wide open Double door entrance and saw a number of dancers on stage . If I'm not mistaken , they were all Ladies. Each one of them was wearing a pair of green paddle pushers (jeans) with a yellow belt, a yellow blouse and a yellowish-beige Hat , the Micheal Jackson type. There was a huge crowd watching the performance. I figured it definitely was not for free because there was light skinned dude seated on a bar stool right at the door handing out what looked like tickets. I didnt manage to see a bouncer though. All this is what I managed to observe during the time between passing the Hinges of the left flap of the Double-door to just after passing the Hinges of the right Flap. I dont know if my friend made the same observations. We moved on. We walked the distance between the Parkade and First street along Kwame Nkrumah. Just as we Got to first street , the First thing I noticed was the the Street was filled with Christmas lights in the form of coloured bulbs. I jokingly thought to myself , "Damn , this street is Colour blocking ." . I transferred a different message to my mouth though. I said , "So this is the reason why blacks were not allowed to walk in first street during the Ian Smith Era , This is beautiful." I could tell the discomfort that I had created and immediately went quiet after saying a couple of other senseless words. It sucks though , that City Council can do that many Christmas lights , but cant afford to replace only Five street lamps in the street back in my hood .They have been "off line" since 2010. I doubt that they even know that one of the concrete poles that hold one of the lamps collapsed , about a year and a half ago. Its still laying there. As we walked along First street , we passed through Nelson Mandela. I remember seing a Cabs Bank Logo , but I dont quite remember where exactly. I just gigled to myself upon thinking how much my mind associated it with long queues we used to wait in back in 2008 and even well after 2008. We then Passed the Wimpy corner George Silundika Eish , Wimpy used to serve the smallest potion of Chips and I would leave their restuarants even more hungry than I'd have been when I entered. That was way back in the 90's in KweKwe at the wimpy restuarant on the BP service station next to the round about (I dont know if its still there , anybody from Kwekwe reading this?), Soon after Wimpy came the Econet Shop. Those guys owe me a lot . I bought my 0772 line in Zimdollars back in 2004. Who knew that they would eventually go for a buck ???. Now as we passed the Econet shop , we observed three guys , illuminating the ground with a mobile phone torch and evidently searching for something very small. I couldnt resist making another verbal 'Facebook Comment' and said , " Muri kutsvaga Chipenheti ???" ("Are you looking for a safety pin ) I only thought of how silly what I had said was after saying it. We then got to Jason Moyo and made a right turn. As soon as we did that , my friend took out his mobile phone from his pocket and made a realisation that somebody important enough to derail his journey and turn back to head for Eastgate. was looking for him. He managed to walk me down Jason Moyo to the intersection with Angwa and that was when we parted as he headed towards the Eastgate Direction. I walked towards Copacabana and noticed that traffic wasn't as jammed as it had been the previous day, which had had a lot of rain.On this occassion , it was just drizzling, This was when I realised that the reason why traffic gets jammed whenever it rains in Harare is because people dont like getting wet and they wait for the rain take a break. When it does take a break , they all flood the Kombi ranks , which inturn , floods the roads with Kombis . When the Kombis make a turn , they then block one intersection. This is enough to jam the whole city as one intersection affects four other intersections, which in turn , affect their own three intersections and it goes on like that until the whole city is clogged. Al-Khattâb (ra) said "No man can have anything better after îmân than a woman of righteous character, loving and child-bearing. And no man can have anything worse after kufr than a sharp-tongued woman of bad character." [Al-Hâfidh Abul-Qâsim Al-Asbahânî, Al-Targhîb wa Al-Tarhîb article 1528] The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said "I was shown the Fire and found that the majority of its inhabitants were women, due to ingratitude. It was said: "Is it that they disbelieve in Allah?" He said: They are ungrateful to their husbands and deny the good they do. If you were to treat one of them well always, and she then saw something (displeasing) from you she would say: 'I have never seen any good from you.'" [Bukhari] Ibn Qayyim Al-Jawziyya (rh) said "Looking is the origin of most of the problems that befall man, because looking generates thoughts, then thoughts generate ideas, and ideas generate desires, and desires generate will, which then becomes stronger and becomes firm resolve, in which case the deed will inevitably be done unless there is something to prevent it. Hence it was said that patience in lowering the gaze is easier than patience in bearing the pain that comes afterwards." [al-Jawaab al-Kaafi p. 106] May Allah protect us all.

    Die Ahlu ş-Şunnah wa l-Djamā'ah sind sich darüber einig, dass das Unterlassen des Walten mit dem, was Allah herabgesandt hat, bei gleichzeitigem Glaube, dass es grundsätzlich verpflichtend ist, weder Unglaube (Kuffr) noch Beigesellung (Schirk) ist, der einen aus der Religion verbannt, sondern große Sünde:   Imām aş-Şam'ānī (gestorben 510 n.H. / 1116 n.Ch.) sagte in seinem Taffşīr:       „Und wisse, dass die Khawāridj diesen Vers als ihr Beweis nehmen und sagen:     Derjenige, der nicht nach dem waltet, was Allah als Offenbarung herabgesandt hat, der ist ungläubig!   Die Ahlu ş-Şunnah hingegen sagen:   Er wird nicht durch das Unterlassen des Richten (mit Allahs Gesetzgebung) ungläubig!"Taffşīr aş-Şam'ānī 2/42   Imām al-Qurţubī, möge Allah barmherzig mit ihm sein, sagte:   „Das Ziel dieser Studie ist die, dass mit diesem Vers (aus Sure al-Mā`idah) die Leute des Unglaubens und der Leugnung gemeint sind, auch wenn die Worte dieses Verses allgemein sind.   Die Muslime sind mit diesem Vers nicht gemeint.   Denn, das Unterlassen des Waltens mit dem, was der erhabene Allah herabgesandt hat, bei gleichzeitigem Glaube daran (dass es verpflichtend ist), ist kleiner (als der große) Schirk.   Der erhabene Allah hat gesagt:   "Allah vergibt gewiss nicht, dass man Ihm (etwas) beigesellt.     If Allah (swt) threatens the prophet who is the best of mankind that if he commits sin of shirk all his deeds are in vain! And he would be amongst the losers!!! "And indeed it has been revealed to you (O Muhammad), as it was to those (Allâh's Messengers) before you: 'If you join others in worship with Allâh, (then) surely (all) your deeds will be in vain, and you will certainly be among the losers.'" (39:65) So what about the likes of the kuffar like Nelson Mandela who wasn't a prophet and who died on kuffr! All his good deeds are worthless and he is certainly amongst the losers!!!!

    KALIMAT SEDERHANA NAMUN MAMPU MENJEBOL TEMBOK YA'JUJ & MA'JUJ Di antara bangsa-bangsa manusia, tidak ada bangsa yang sekuat Ya'juj Ma'juj, sekejam Ya'juj Ma'juj, dan sebanyak Ya'juj Ma'juj. Namun tidak disangka, bahwa kelak yang membebaskan mereka dari tembok kokoh Dzulqarnain adalah kalimat 'Insya Allah'. Nabi Sulaiman a.s. lupa mengatakan "Insya Allah" saat mengatakan, "Malam ini aku akan menyetubuhi 60 atau 70 istriku sehingga mereka hamil. Lalu, setiap istriku melahirkan seorang anak lelaki yang akan menjadi mujahid penunggang kuda fisabilillah." maka ia pun gagal memiliki anak (Kisah Nabi Sulaiman ini terabadikan dalam hadis riwayat Bukhari dan Muslim). Ketika malam itu beliau memang menyetubuhi 60 atau 70 istrinya, tetapi yang hamil hanya salah satu diantara istrinya. Bahkan anak yang dilahirkannya pun dalam keadaan tidak sempurna fisiknya. Dalam hal ini Rasulullah saw bersabda : "Kalau saja Nabi Sulaiman as mengucapkan insya Allah, niscaya mereka akan berjihad di jalan Allah sebagai penunggang kuda semuanya." (HR Bukhari dan Muslim). Nabi Muhammad 'alaihi sholawat wassalam pernah ditanya oleh An-Nadhar bin Al-Harits dan `Uqbah bin Ani Mu'ith sebagai utusan kaum kafir Quraisy. Pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh kedua orang ini adalah : Bagaimanakah kisah Ashabul Kahfi ?, Bagaimanakah kisah Dzulqarnain ?, dan Apa yang dimaksud dengan Ruh?. Rasulullah saw bersabda kepada dua orang itu, "besok akan saya ceritakan dan saya jawab." Akan tetapi Rasulullah saw lupa mengucapkan kata "Insya Allah". Akibatnya wahyu yang datang setiap kali beliau menghadapi masalah pasti terputus selama 15 hari. Sedangkan orang Quraisy setiap hari selalu menagih janji kepada Rasulullah saw dan berkata "Mana ceritanya? besok .. besok .. besok ..". ketika itu Rasulullah saw sangat bersedih. Akhirnya Allah menurunkan wahyu surat Al-Kahfi yang berisi jawaban kedua pertanyaan pertama, pertanyaan ketiga berada dalam surat Al-Israa ayat 85. Allah berfirman pada akhir surat Al-Kahfi : ... "Janganlah kamu sekali-kali mengatakan, 'Sesungguhnya saya akan melakukan hal ini besok,' kecuali dengan mengatakan Insya Allah." (QS Al-Kahfi :23-24) Sebuah kalimat yang sering kita sepelekan dan kita salah artikan tetapi orang yang paling mulia disisiNya, yang telah diampuni dosanya baik yang telah lalu dan yang akan datang pun ditegur oleh Allah swt karena lupa mengucapkan Insyaa Allah. Ada rahasia besar apa dibalik kalimat "Insya Allah"?? Perhatikan petikan ayat diatas, di ayat tersebut Allah memerintahkan manusia ketika semua rencana sudah matang dan pasti janganlah mengatakan "Sesungguhnya aku akan mengerjakan besok" tetapi harus diikuti dengan ucapan Insya Allah. Sebab ucapan "Sesungguhnya aku akan mengerjakan besok" adalah sebuah UCAPAN KEPASTIAN, keyakinan diri jika hal itu benar benar akan dilakukannya, BUKAN KERAGU-RAGUAN. Benar, …. Insya Allah adalah penegas ucapan kepastian dan keyakinan. Bukan keragu-raguan. Dari situlah tubuh kita mengeluarkan semacam kekuatan dan kepasrahan total yang tidak kita sadari sebagai syarat utama tercapainya sebuah keberhasilan. Manusia hanya berencana dan berikhtiar, Allah yang menentukan hasilnya. Manusia terlalu lemah untuk mengucapkan 'pasti', karena Allah sebagai sang pemilik tubuh ini dapat berkehendak lain. Ingat baik baik !!! Jika kalian tidak yakin atau tidak dapat memastikan sebuah rencana, maka jangan pernah mengatakan Insya Allah, cukup katakan saja "Maaf, saya tidak bisa" atau "Maaf, saya tidak dapat menghadiri…". (begitulah cara Allah membentuk mental tangguh generasi Pilih tanding) Tetapi apabila pembaca yakin bisa melakukan rencana itu, maka katakanlah "Insya Allah", niscaya kalian akan melihat sebuah ketentuan Allah sesuai dengan apa yang telah dijanjikan oleh-Nya. "Mereka (Ya'juj & Ma'juj) berusaha untuk keluar dengan berbagai cara, hingga sampai saat matahari akan terbenam mereka telah dapat membuat sebuah lobang kecil untuk keluar. Lalu pemimpinnya berkata,'Besok kita lanjutkan kembali pekerjaan kita dan besok kita pasti bisa keluar dari sini." Namun keesokkan harinya lubang kecil itu sudah tertutup kembali seperti sedia kala atas kehendak Allah. Mereka pun bingung tetapi mereka bekerja kembali untuk membuat lubang untuk keluar. Demikian kejadian tersebuat terjadi berulang-ulang. Hingga kelak menjelang Kiamat, di akhir sore setelah membuat lubang kecil pemimpin mereka tanpa sengaja berkata, "Insya Allah, Besok kita lanjutkan kembali pekerjaan kita dan besok kita bisa keluar dari sini." Maka keesokan paginya lubang kecil itu ternyata masih tetap ada, kemudian terbukalah dinding tersebut sekaligus kegaibannya dari penglihatan masyarakat luar sebelumnya. Dan Kaum Ya'juj dan Ma'juj yang selama ribuan tahun terkurung telah berkembang pesat jumlahnya akan turun bagaikan air bah memuaskan nafsu makan dan minumnya di segala tempat yang dapat mereka jangkau di bumi." Jika kaum perusak sekelas Ya'juj dan Ma'juj saja bisa berhasil meskipun tanpa sengaja mengucapkan "Insya Allah", bagaimanakah halnya dengan kita umat islam? apalagi jika disertai dengan kesadaran dan penuh kepastian mengucapkannya. Yakinlah ……. Janji Allah swt selalu benar, Dia lah sebaik baik penepat Janji.     In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful Thee We Worship, Thee We Ask For Help Jihad in the way of Allah بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ (لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ لِّمَن كَانَ يَرْجُو اللَّهَ وَالْيَوْمَ الْآخِرَ وَذَكَرَ اللَّهَ كَثِيراً )الأحزاب21 In the name of Allah , the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful (I've had you in the Messenger of Allah a good example for those who had hopes for Allah and the Last Day, and remembers Allah much) The Holy Quran33 (Al-Ahzab 21). عن أبي بكرة رضي الله عنه قال: خطبنا النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم يوم النحر قال( أتدرون أي يوم هذا).قلنا الله ورسوله أعلم فسكت حتى ظننا أنه سيسميه بغير اسمه قال(أليس يوم النحر). قلنا بلى قال(أي شهر هذا). قلنا الله ورسوله أعلم فسكت حتى ظننا أنه سيسميه بغير اسمه فقال(أليس ذو الحجة).قلنا بلى قال( أي بلد هذا).قلنا الله ورسوله أعلم فسكت حتى ظننا أنه سيسميه بغير اسمه قال( أليست بالبلدة الحرام). قلنا بلى قال( فإن دماءكم وأموالكم عليكم حرام كحرمة يومكم هذا في شهركم هذا في بلدكم هذا إلى يوم تلقون ربكم ألا هل بلغت).قالوا نعم قال( اللهم اشهد فليبلغ الشاهد الغائب فرب مبلغ أوعى من سامع فلا ترجعوا بعدي كفارا يضرب بعضكم رقاب بعض). Narrated Abu Bakra (Allah be pleased with him) reported: the prophet Mohammad,( Allah prayed and peace be upon him) make a speech on Sacrifice Day (one of Muslims pilgrimage days) saying: (Do you know what day is this). We said: Allah and His Messenger know. Then he remain silent till we thought that he will call it with another name without its name,then he said(Is it the Day of Sacrifice?).We said:Yes,then he said: ( Any month is this?) We said: Allah and His Messenger know. Then he remain silent till we thought that he will call it with another name without its name, then he said (Is it Dhul Hijjah?). We said:Yes,then he said: (Any country is this?). Then he remain silent till we thought that he will call it with another name without its name, then he said (Is it the Sacred Country?). We said:Yes,then he said: (Your blood, your property and your honour are inviolable to you all like the inviolability of this day of yours, in this city of yours and in this month of yours. You will soon meet your God (Rubb) and He will ask you about your deeds. So do not turn to disbelievers after me, striking the necks of one another. Praise be to Allah, who is no God but He alone. Give the victory to his slave (Mohammad, Allah prayed and peace be upon him).And honored his soldiers. Alone has defeated the parties. And prayer and peace be upon our master Muhammad the man of the sincere promise. And be upon his family and companions. Fighting for serving purposes, parties and political ideas has no conditions or rules or commitment, ruthless for children and the elders, as long as he or she opposed to their ideas and their purposes. But The Jihad in the way of Allah also has conditions and rules in order to be indeed in the way of Allah (or for the sake of Allah), we will summarize God willing in points according to the holy Quranic verses and honorable Hadiths, and they are as follows: 1-Equality strength, equipment and number (the number of individuals). Jihad is not allowed, But in the case of the equality of the both sides in power, equipment and number, and other than this, Jihad is not allowed, and as most Muslims know that the prophet Mohammad, Allah prayed and peace be upon him has made peace [peace agreement] with polytheists in (Hudaybiyah agreement) and he did not fight until the two powers become equal and the number of Muslims increased and also their power by allying with some tribes. And this was during the time of the prophet Mohammad, Allah prayed and peace be upon him of in spite of the simplicity of the weapons at that time. But during present time it is necessary to have weapons, missiles, aircrafts and thousands of soldiers to do Jihad, Because the enemy have all of these things and even more especially after the development of weapons and watching equipment and their(the enemies) penetration among Muslims, and they also insert amongst Muslims what is more dangerous of all of that, such as moral corruption, religious corruption, Extremism ,in order to weaken Muslims through dispersing ideas, beliefs, and make them desire and love transient world, for the saying(Hadith)of our generous prophet Mohammad, Allah prayed and peace be upon : (the Arabic text) عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: يُوشِكُ الأُمَمُ أَنْ تَدَاعَى عَلَيْكُمْ كَمَا تَدَاعَى الأَكَلَةُ إِلَى قَصْعَتِهَا . فَقَالَ قَائِلٌ وَمِنْ قِلَّةٍ نَحْنُ يَوْمَئِذٍ قَالَ: بَلْ أَنْتُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ كَثِيرٌ وَلَكِنَّكُمْ غُثَاءٌ كَغُثَاءِ السَّيْلِ وَلَيَنْزِعَنَّ اللَّهُ مِنْ صُدُورِ عَدُوِّكُمُ الْمَهَابَةَ مِنْكُمْ وَلَيَقْذِفَنَّ اللَّهُ فِى قُلُوبِكُمُ الْوَهَنَ . فَقَالَ قَائِلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا الْوَهَنُ قَالَ: حُبُّ الدُّنْيَا وَكَرَاهِيَةُ الْمَوْتِ. Narrated Thawbaan(Allah be pleased with him) reported: the prophet Mohammad, Allah prayed and peace be upon him said: Nations is about to invite each other on you(attack) ,as the eaters invite each other to their food bowl. Someone said: for the lack of us that day? He said: You are indeed many that day, but you are scum as the scum of the flow(the scum floating on the water flow),and Allah going to remove the fear of you from the breasts of your enemy, and Allah going to strike the weakness (debility) into your hearts. Someone said: Oh messenger of Allah, What is weakness (debility)? He said: love of the world and the Hatred of the death. This is what our prophet, Allah prayed and peace be upon him has informed us, so how can be Jihad with love of the world and the Hatred of the death. There is no equivalence for saying Allah the glorious and the Almighty: (the Arabic text) (وَأَعِدُّواْ لَهُم مَّا اسْتَطَعْتُم مِّن قُوَّةٍ وَمِن رِّبَاطِ الْخَيْلِ تُرْهِبُونَ بِهِ عَدْوَّ اللّهِ وَعَدُوَّكُمْ)الأنفال60 In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful (Muster against them whatever you are able of force and tethers (ropes) of horses, so that you strike terror into the enemies of Allah and your enemy) The Holy Quran8 (Anfal 60). So, where is the strength that prepared with weakness (debility)? Indeed there is no power, but in Allah, for his saying Allah the glorious and the Almighty: (the Arabic text): (وَرَدَّ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِغَيْظِهِمْ لَمْ يَنَالُوا خَيْراً وَكَفَى اللَّهُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ الْقِتَالَ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ قَوِيّاً عَزِيزاً )الأحزاب25 In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful (And Allah repelled those who disbelieved, in their rage, not having obtained any good. And sufficient was Allah for the believers in battle, and ever is Allah Powerful and Exalted in Might) The Holy Quran33 (Al-Ahzab 25). If this condition is not available Jihad is not indeed Jihad (in the way of Allah or for the sake of Allah), but suicide and self-dumping in the doom and this is against and violates the words of Allah the glorious and the Almighty: (the Arabic text): (وَلاَ تُلْقُواْ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ إِلَى التَّهْلُكَةِ وَأَحْسِنُوَاْ إِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ )البقرة195 In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful (And do not throw [yourselves] with your [own] hands into destruction. And do good; indeed, Allah loves the doers of good) The Holy Quran2 (Al-Baqarah 195). 2- Jihad (in the way of Allah or for the sake of Allah) be against disbelievers exclusively, If it exist (Jihad). Jihad is not allowed on who is saying (There is no god but Allah.

    The Messenger (saaws) says: "Whoever sincerely asks Allah to award him with martyrdom would be given the rewards of martyrs even if he dies on his bed" (Related by Muslim)

    Asking Allah to die as a shaheed pleases Allah because it shows him that you are willing to give your life for him. But you need to be careful not to be merely paying lip service. A person who truly asks for shahadah would respond to the call of Jihad whenever he hears it and would eagerly search for death in the path of Allah.

    The reason why the enemies of Allah succeeded in defeating some Muslims and taking over their land is because they have lost their love for martyrdom. The Messenger of Allah (saaws) says: Nations will attack you like a group of people eating from a plate. The sahabah said: "Is that because we will be few in numbers?" He said: "No, you will be numerous but you will be like the foam of the sea, and Allah will take away from the hearts of your enemies the fear from you and Allah will cast in your hearts "wahan"" They said: "What is "wahan" O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "The love of this world and the hatred of death" (Related by Abu Dawud). Our culture of martyrdom needs to be revived because the enemy of Allah fears nothing more than our love of death.

    ISLAMIC JILBAB Revelant Qur'anic verses and authentic prophetic traditions lay great emphasis on the observance of woman's dress code. It is only by observing the islamic dress code that modesty can be maintained. Islam stipulates certain conditions and requirements of the islamic Jilbab, or woman's outer garment, that the Muslimah must observe when going out in particular. When the Muslimah goes out, she must wear an outer garment to cover the clothes she is wearing as well as any other beauty enhancements. A woman's Jilbab may be considered prpper and Islamic as long as it meets the following requirements: 1. LARGE ENOUGH TO COVER THE WHOLE BODY The reference to this requirement is in the words of: "And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their furuj (private parts), and disclose not their adornment except only that which is apparent, and that they should draw their headcovers over their juyub (bosoms), and that they disclose not their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, or the fathers of their husbands, or their sons, or the sons of their brothers, or the sons of their sisters or what their right hand possess, or such of male attendants who have no sexual desire, or young children who have not attained the knowledge of women's private parts. And thar they should not stamp their feet lest what they hide of their ornaments be known. And turn you to all together, O believers, that you may be successful." Qur'an24:31 KHIMAR (head _cloth), or headcover This is the cloth which covers all of the hair on the head, while the word, 'JUYUB' (plural of jaib) means not only the bosom, as commonly thought, but it includes the neck too. Imam Al _Qurtubi, an eminent quranic commentator said: "Women in those days used to cover their heads with the khimar, throwing its ends on neck, and the upper part of the chest uncovered, just as christain women do. Later on, enjoined the muslim women to cover with the khimar, the upper part of the chests and the necks as well." Allah's words: "And they should not stamp their feet, " indicate clearly that a woman's feet must be covered by outer garment too. Women in those days, used to wear anklets, and they would attract attention by making them tinkle together when stamping their feet. Abdullah, son of umar bin khattab(ra) reported that d messenger said: "On the day of Resurrection, Allah will not look at a man who trails along his garment with pride." Thereupon, Umm salamah(ra) asked, "What should women do with their garments? " ___The prophet (saw) said: "They should lower their garments a hand span," (half their shins down). Umm salamah(ra) further said, "Women's feet would still be uncovered. " The messenger (saw)replied: "let them lower them a forearms length, but not longer." (At _tirmidhi). The above verse from suratul an_Nur, gives specific detailed information as to what a Mualimah (muslim woman) must wear to cover her body in the presence of strangers and non _mahram relatives; whether indoors or outdoors. The verse lists also the people with whom a woman is permitted to be less inhibited. While following the verse quoted from surat al_ahzab commands the Muslimah to wear the jilbab (over garment), be it a coat or a cloak, and draw it around her body. Allah says: "O prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veils) all over their bodies, that is more proper that they may be distinguished and not be molested. And Allah is most forgiving, most merciful." Quran33:59. The first verse, clearly makes it incumbent upon women to conceal their beauty and adornment from strangers except that which might show unintentionally; such as the ring and the lower hem of the dress, and the like. Covering the face and the hands was the practice of the prophet's wives and other pious women during the time of d prophet (saw). Asma (ra) said: "May Allah grant the women of the Ansar (the original muslims of al _ madinah), His mercy, when Allah revealed His words, And that they draw their headcovers over their juyub, they tore a portion of their wrapping garments and used them as khimar (head cloth)."     Dari balik jeruji penjara, seorang Mujahid Palestina Yusri bin Attiya Al-Saleh menyampaikan sebuah pesan audio yang dirilis oleh Ibnu Taimiyah Media Center (ITMC), sebuah unit media jihad yang terkait dengan Mujahideen Shura Council (MSC) atau Dewan Syura Mujahidin di wilayah Al-Quds. Yusri bin Attiya Al-Saleh, yang juga dikenal sebagai Abu Hajer Al-Filistini, merupakan seorang Mujahid Palestina yang dipenjara oleh penjajah "Israel". Dalam pesannya, dia mendesak Kaum Muslimin untuk menyegerakan jihad dan mengharap kemenangan atau mati syahid di medan perang.     PENSIERI Miseria come condizione o forma di vita? Marchionne ha definito Firenze «una città piccola e povera». Nel paese in cui tutti vogliono sembrare poveri quando sono ricchi e ricchi quando sono poveri (in senso non solo economico, ma anche e soprattutto morale e spirituale) questa uscita è sembrata una gravissima offesa. Ci sono state molte reazioni e polemiche, in particolare tra i fiorentini: per lo più si è cercato di negare il predicato povera attribuito dall'ad Fiat alla città. Dire di Firenze – ricca di storia, arte, cultura – che è una città povera (e non, magari, impoverita) appare immediatamente un ossimoro. Ma per la cultura neoliberista che valuta e giudica solo a partire dalla produzione di beni e servizi, e che ancor oggi viene secreta come una polvere sottile dalle esternazioni di politici e manager, essere poveri è insulto, infamia, inescusabile nefandezza. «Siamo divenuti poveri», scriveva Walter Benjamin in un breve saggio del 1933,Esperienza e povertà. «Abbiamo ceduto un pezzo dopo l'altro dell'eredità umana, spesso abbiamo dovuto depositarlo al Monte di pietà a un centesimo del valore, per riceverne in cambio la monetina dell'"attuale"». Proprio questo è quello che è accaduto: abbiamo impegnato, indegni eredi, il bene inalienabile del passato con il qui-e-ora dell'attualità spicciola, tanto utilizzabile quanto inutile. Abbiamo così finito per guardare alla povertà solo con gli occhi della razionalità strumentale ed economica, che misura l'adeguatezza dei mezzi a fini prefissati. Dato uno standard normalmente condiviso e accettato come valido, la categoria si modella su di esso: in questo senso un sociologo come Georg Simmel può scrivere che «povero è colui i cui mezzi non sono sufficienti per i suoi scopi». Benjamin coglie invece la sostanza non-economica della povertà deglihollow e mad men contemporanei. Una povertà fatta del desiderio degli uomini di «essere esonerati dalle esperienze», desiderio di «un ambiente in cui possano far risaltare la propria povertà, quella esteriore e in definitiva anche quella interiore», quasi che sfoggiare la propria inadeguatezza costituisse un titolo di merito. Ma il divenir poveri (o ricchi) non è semplicemente una condizione economica o finanziaria. Gli amici economisti obietteranno senz'altro, leggendo queste povere riflessioni, che gli esseri umani preferiscono esser ricchi anziché poveri: dunque quello della povertà è un problema da inquadrare con categorie prettamente economiche. Ma non stiamo parlando, né vogliamo parlare di povertà (o di ricchezza) in questo senso. Anche noi abbiamo preferenze e perciòpreferiamo, invece, parlare di quella povertà che accompagna la storia del pensiero filosofico e che oggi è diventata, molto più radicalmente, una lenta ma inesorabile sottrazione di ciò che costituisce l'umano, ovvero la sua capacità di fare esperienza e di arricchirsi con l'esperienza stessa prima ancora che con beni e denaro. «Povertà di esperienza – così ancora Benjamin – questo non lo si deve intendere come se gli uomini anelassero a una nuova esperienza», perché l'umano ha fagocitato, digerito e infine dimenticato tutto, cultura e umanità, natura e tecnica, verità e menzogna. Da sempre la povertà interroga la filosofia, la chiama in causa e chiede di risponderne; da sempre davanti al discorso filosofico si apre – come nel mito di Er – una voragine immensa, l'abisso della mancanza, della carenza, dell'inadeguatezza. La filosofia stessa è desiderio di una mancanza – quella di un sapere compiuto e definitivo, epistemicamente immutabile e incontrovertibile – e se «ogni desiderio nasce da un bisogno, da una mancanza, da una sofferenza», come ci ricorda platonicamente Schopenhauer nel § 67 del Mondo, la filosofia è strutturalmentepovera, non deprivata né misera: immersa nelle cose e nell'esperienza pur nella libertà da queste cose qui e daqueste esperienze qui. Da questo lato la povertà è la condizione stessa del filosofare, nel duplice significato di stato e premessa. Senza la coscienza o anche solo la percezione di questo suo essere in se stessa carente, la filosofia infatti non esisterebbe neppure: essa si presenta alla storia dell'umanità come già in sé poveramente in-utile (di quella particolare in-utilità di cui si è già parlato e anche discusso in un precedente post), visto che essa è amore/passione per la sapienza, tendere-a, e non già sapere compiuto e utilizzabile: la filosofia, allora, non potrà – mai – esserepaidéia in sé conclusa e paga di sé (enkýklos paidéia). La democrazia entra in una crisi senza sbocco allorché il politico irresponsabile si sposa a un'opinione pubblica che, per i motivi più vari, abbia rinunciato alle proprie responsabilità, e cioè ai propri doveri. Quando il popolo cessa di essere formato da persone responsabili, allora vince necessariamente il demagogo che gli dice: eccomi qui, faccio io, adesso ti prometto... Quando, invece, la persona comprende che il suo stesso "privato" ha interesse e valore pubblico, quando essa esige che siano applicati rigorosamente i principi di sussidiarietà, cuore dell'autentico federalismo, e che i suoi rappresentanti politici dicano in modo competente ciò che ritengono realisticamente essere il "bene comune" perseguibile, e a che prezzo, allora e soltanto allora la democrazia potrà iniziare a funzionare.Decentramento, piccole unità ammini¬strative: resta comunque il problema di come esercitare il potere, di come sce¬gliere le persone a cui delegare il compi¬to di governare. "Governare" vuol dire: difendere nel più efficace dei modi la proprietà privata dei cittadini, intesa, non mi stancherò mai di ripeterlo, come il proprio corpo, il proprio spirito, i frutti del proprio lavoro e la libertà di scam¬biarli liberamente con chiunque lo si de¬sideri. Nella società libertaria esiste una regola semplice per tutti: ognuno può fa¬re ciò che vuole, purché, così facendo, non violi la proprietà privata altrui, come sopra definita. Quindi non c'è niente da governare se non garantire a tutti i cittadi¬ni, attraverso l'esercito, la polizia e la ma¬gistratura, questo diritto giusnaturale e punire chi lo offende. Tutto il resto, inclu¬sa quella che i laici chiamano "socialità" e che i cristiani come me chiamano "amore per il prossimo", dovrebbe essere delegato alla società civile nei modi e nelle forme che essa vorrà liberamente darsi, ma ad una condizione: in nessun caso e qualun¬que ne sia la motivazione la proprietà

    Morgen inshallah geht es weiter mit dem Status der Nicht-Muslime im Kalifat. Da geht es um das Gerichtswesen und die Bestrafung im islamischen Staat. Natürlich alles mit Beweisen untermauert.
