Tabellarische Zusammenfassung der verschiedenen Gruppierungen in Syrien- die ISIS ist gleichwertig zur Jahbat al Nusra zu verstehen.
KOMMENTAR:
Die Schiiten (Rafidahs) , Alawiten (Pro-Assad) und Zionisten wollen einen Streit zwischen den Muhjaheedins der FSA und NUSRA in Syrien herbeileiten, damit wir Muslime uns Zu Gunsten des Assad Regimes gegenseitig bekämpfen und die Befreiung Syriens von den tyrannischen Besatzern scheitert.
Die Shaibhas auf Facebook bemühen sich auch diese Spaltung herbeizurufen, indem sie vorgeben für die FSA, aber gegen die NUSRA zu sein. Man kann nicht für oder gegen eine Seite sein,
denn beide Gruppen haben das selbe edle Blut, die selbe wahre Konfession (ISLAM), die selbe edelmütige Intention (Befreiung und Schutz der Muslime vor der Tyrannei und Ungerechtigkeit) und rufen einheitlich: ALLAH U AKBAR!
Liebe Glaubensbrüder!,
vergisst bitte nicht, dass der Islam uns Muslime zur Einigkeit und Verbundenheit zwischen unseren Brüdern und Schwestern aufruft.
Ich bitte euch im Namen ALLAHS,
lasst euch nicht auf eine Spaltung zwischen den Muslimen der FSA und NUSRA (ISIS) ein.
Freilich gab es de facto keinen Kampf zwischen der FSA und NUSRA in Syrien. Die oberste Führung der FSA hat sogar auf die Hilfe der USA verzichtet Waffen zur Bekämpfung der Nusra zu erhalten. Die FSA beweist somit ihre Treue und Freundschaft zur NUSRA. Lediglich das fallende und marode Assad-Regime und dessen zionistische Partner versuchen mit Hilfe von "seriösen" Zeitungsartikel den Eindruck eines Konflikts zwischen der FSA und Nusra vorzugeben.

"Wahrlich, es gibt keine Vorzüge die ein Araber über einen Nichtaraber besitzt, noch ein Nicht-Araber über einen Araber. Noch gibt es (einen Vorzug) eines weißen Menschen über einen schwarzen Menschen, oder eines schwarzen Menschen über einen weißen Menschen, außer durch TAQWAA (unterwürfiges Gehorsam gegenüber Allah, Gottesfurcht)
[Überliefert bei Ahmad (5/411) und authentifiziert von Ibn Taymiyyah in al-Iqtudaa (S.69)]
Des Weiteren sagte der Prophet SallAllahhualayhiwasalam ungefähr:
"Das Beispiel der Gläubigen in ihrer gegenseitigen Liebe und Barmherzigkeit für einander ist wie das Beispiel eines Körpers:
"Das Beispiel der Gläubigen in ihrer gegenseitigen Liebe und Barmherzigkeit für einander ist wie das Beispiel eines Körpers: Wenn ein Teil des Körpers Schmerz erleidet, dann leidet der ganze Körper an schlaflosigkeit und Fieber."
[al-Bukhaarii (Nr. 6011) und Muslim (Nr. 2586) von dem Hadiith von an-Nu'maan Ibn Baschiir]
Der Prophet SallAllahhualayhiwasalam macht kein Unterschied zwischen den Ursprung der Menschen. Der Stolz zu eine Land resultiert aus Hochmut, da man sein Land über die anderen stellt und somit die anderen Länder als niedriger ansieht.
Allah Ta'ala unterscheidet nur zwischen der Gottesfurcht und nicht der Herkunft, siehe Hadith: „Der starke Gläubige ist besser und wird mehr geliebt von Allah,als der schwache Gläubige,obwohl beide gut sind.Versuche das zu erreichen,was dir nützen wird und strebe nach der Hilfe Allahs und fühle dich nicht hilflos."
(Sahih Muslim,2664)

Die Muslime hatten angefangen sich auf die europäische Rechtssprechung zu verlassen anstatt sich mit den Ableitung aus Kuran und Sunnah zu beschäftigen.

Der Intellekt der Muslime war Anfangs des 20. Jahrhunderts schon so schwach, dass sie dachten arabisch sei nur wesentlich für die Araber und ein Erkennungsmerkmal der nationalen Eigenschaft.
Somit konnten sie nicht mehr die Einzigartigkeit der arabischen Sprache im Kuran erkennen und befassten sich mit ihr auch nicht im Detail.

Also mit dem Wegfall der arabischen Sprache im Osmanischen Reich ging auch der Idschtihad (Rechtsableitung) weitgehend verloren. Die Muslime waren somit nicht in der Lage die neuen Probleme der Zeit zu lösen.

We witnessed a brutal rape and murder of a young Indian girl which resulted in uproar and frenzy from the rest of the world. Questions arose, such as why is rape so endemic in India? Are issue of sexual abuse a problem in the western world too? What are the solutions to protect women from sexual violence?
Such attacks have soared in the country in recent years and are now its fastest growing crime. According to Al-Jazeera, a woman is raped every 20 minutes in India and the Times of India reported that rape has increased by a staggering 792% in the country over the past 40 years. Public outrage at these heinous attacks was again targeted at the police and politicians for their negligence and lack of gravity and priority towards addressing this problem.
In the UK, headlines regarding the sexual abuse of children and young girls by high-profile entertainment personalities, and in paedophile grooming rings in various cities across the country have also dominated the media over the past year. The child protection organisation, the NSPCC reports that almost a quarter of young adults in the UK have experienced sexual abuse in childhood, while according to UK Department of Health figures, a woman is raped or sexually assaulted every 10 minutes in the country. In the US, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that 1 in 5 women have experienced rape or attempted rape. All this demonstrates that sexual attacks are widespread and rampant across many secular liberal states.

On Friday 28th December 2012, the 23 year old Indian medical student who was the victim of a brutal assault and gang raped by six men on a bus in Delhi on the 16th of December 2012 died from her injuries.
Dr. Nazreen Nawaz, Member of The Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir commented, "While Western governments continue to export 'Democracy' to the Muslim world as the best system to secure women's dignity and rights, the world's largest democratic country has failed spectacularly to protect its women. The atrocious level of sexual crimes against women, the lax attitudes by police towards guarding their dignity, and the apathy of the Indian government in ensuring their security is the result of the routine, systematic devaluing of women by the liberal culture celebrated by the state and embodied in the Bollywood entertainment industry. This Bollywood culture, along with other entertainment, advertising, and pornography industries sanctioned by India's secular liberal democratic system have presented the woman as an object to play to the desires of men, sexualized society, encouraged individuals to pursue their selfish carnal desires, and promoted extra-marital relationships, nurturing a culture of promiscuity and cheapening the relationships between men and women.

Did you know ? That Gaza has been hit by powerful flood recently, and has been on the News Channels.
Torrential rain has flooded northern and central parts of Gaza. Over 5,000 people have been affected and need urgent help.
More than 3,300 houses have been destroyed and nearly a thousand others have been damaged. Damaged homes still remain under the threat of collapse due to the poor infrastructure.
Hundreds of more houses in central Gaza were also flooded when dams were opened near the town of Wadi Salaqa.
A joint-blockade by Israelis and Egypt has condemned the Muslims of this densely-populated strip to poverty and suffering. The damages caused by the floods have been exacerbated due to this.
The blockade means fuel supplies, building material and basic aid cannot get through. Though a convoy of fuel supplies was recently allowed into the strip, the amounts are not sufficient, therefore we ask you to support GAZA !

There is no compromise of deen. Regardless of who it is for or whatever reason you may have, there is no space for compromise. Whether it's salaah or hijaab. When something is fardh, it is fardh for a reason. We must accept the qadr of Allaah and avoid questioning it. You only question something when you don't really feel inclined towards doing it. So how can we claim true love for Allaah when we question the things He has made compulsory upon us? It was their un-necessary questioning and objections which made life very difficult for Banu Israeel, let's refrain from that.
Avoid trying to take a bit of western culture and mixing it with Islam. Or even any other religion, as christmas approaches you will see a lot of Muslims engaging in 'festive activities.' Na'oodhubillaah some even have trees in their homes, this is unacceptable in Islam! We must differentiate from the kuffar, our religion is not like theirs so refrain from engaging in their festivals.
The mushrikeen of Makkah wanted to compromise the deen of Allaah, they wanted our prophet SalAllaahu alayhi wa Sallaam to worship their idols for a year and they said they would then worship Allaah for a year etc. hence Suratul Kaafiroon was revealed to distinguish between two religions/faiths, to make clear that there will never ever be any sort of compromise.
Ponder over that.

Die Geschichte des Islam in Deutschland beginnt nicht etwa mit der Zuwanderung der "Gastarbeiter" Mitte der 60er Jahre des 20. Jahrhunderts, wie viele glauben. Vor nunmehr fast 300 Jahren bekam der preußische König Friedrich Wilhelm I. (1713-1740) vom Herzog von Kurland 20 türkische „Lange Kerls" zur Verfügung gestellt. Der König ließ für sie 1731 in Potsdam einen Saal in der Nähe der neuen Soldatenkirche (Garnisonskirche) am Langen Stall als Moschee herrichten. Unter seinem Nachfolger Friedrich (der Große) richtete die Heeresleitung in der Garnison in Goldap (Ostpreußen) ein selbständiges Bosniakenregiment mit einem preußischen Heeres-Imam ein, der »Prediger der preußischen Mohammedaner« genannt wurde. Friedrich erließ am 22. Juli 1775 ein Edikt über die Ansiedlung muslimischer Tataren in Westpreußen: "Ihr werdet demnach Euch alle ersinnlich Mühe geben, gemeinschaftlich (…) zu bewürcken, wie diese Leute zu gewinnen und in's Land gezogen werden können. Ich will ihnen gerne erlauben, Moscheen zu bauen und sollen sie allen Schutz geniessen." 1808 machte die muslimische Reiterei Preußens etwa 1000 Mann aus. Sie bildeten die berühmten Ulanenregimenter. Den ersten über einen Gebetsraum hinausgehenden Bau einer Moschee gab es in Deutschland im Jahr 1915 in Berlin-Wünsdorf.

Diese Art der Überheblichkeit ist die Menschen zu verachten und auf sie herabzusehen. Diese Haltung entsteht, wenn eine Person sich selbst bewundert, viel von sich hält und denkt, dass sie besser als andere sei. Dies veranlasst sie, kibr gegenüber der Schöpfung zu haben, sie zu verachten, sie zu verspotten und sie sowohl durch Worte als auch durch Taten zu erniedrigen.
Der Gesandte Allahs (sallAllahu 'alayhi wa salam) sagte:
„Es ist genug Übel für eine Person, seinen Bruder im Islam zu verachten."
[Berichtet von Muslim (2564)]
Das ist der Grund, warum der Mann fragte:
„Und was ist mit dem Mann, der gerne schöne Kleidung und schöne Schuhe trägt?"
Denn er fürchtete, dass dies der kibr war, der unter die Drohung der Strafe fallen würde.
So erklärte ihm der Prophet (sallAllahu 'alayhi wa salam), dass dies nicht von kibr ist; da diese Person sich nach der Wahrheit richtet und sich den Menschen gegenüber bescheiden zeigt und dass dies von der Schönheit ist, die Allah liebt, denn Allah der Erhabene ist gewiss schön in Seinem Dhaat (Wesen), Sifaat (Eigenschaften) und Af'aal (Taten), und Er liebt sowohl die innere als auch die äußere Schönheit.
In Bezug auf die äußere Schönheit:
Es beinhaltet die Reinlichkeit des Körpers, der Kleidung und des Ortes.
In Bezug auf die innere Schönheit:
Es beinhaltet die Verschönerung des Charakters.
Das ist der Grund, warum der Prophet (sallAllahu 'alayhi wa salam) als Bittgebet zu sagen pflegte:
„Oh Allah!
Leite mich dazu, schönes Benehmen und Eigenschaften zu haben, niemand kann mich dazu leiten, sie zu verschönern, außer Du.
Und halte mich von den üblen Taten und Eigenschaften fern, niemand kann mich von ihnen fernhalten, außer Du."

(S. 93) für Sahih erklärt]

Ermahnt eure Angehörigen und Freunde bzgl. der Pflichtgebete. SubhanAllah, wenn man seine Gebete zu spät verrichtet oder sie an Tagen verpasst, schaut wie sich dies mit der Zeit, auf die Taten desjenigen erkennbar macht.
Fa SubhanAllah, wenn man sein Qiyam nicht verrichtet, seine Sunnah-Gebete außer Acht lässt, wie schwach man sich fühlt. Jeder, der das Gebet zu schätzen weiß, dessen Heilung kennt und die Liebe für jedes einzelne Gebet spürt, wird schnell merken, dass ihm etwas fehlt.
Wie sieht es erst dann mit denen aus, die das Gebet gar nicht verrichten ? Wie sieht das Herz eines nichtbetenden aus ?
Allahul musta'an.
Möge Allah uns im Gebet festigen, amin.

نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم اور صحابہ كرام كا نماز فجر ميں سوئے رہنے كا قصہ بيان ہوا ہے جس كى بنا پر صحابہ كرام ايك دوسرے كے ساتھ چپكے چپكے بات چيت كرنے لگے تھے:
" ہم نے نماز ميں جو كوتاہى كى ہے اس كا كفارہ كيا ہے ؟
تو رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم فرمانے لگے:
" نيند ميں كوئى كوتاہى اور تفريط نہيں بلكہ كوتاہى تو اس كى ہے جو دوسرى نماز كا وقت ہو جانے تك نماز ادا نہيں كرتا، چنانچہ جو ايسا كرے وہ اسى وقت نماز ادا كر لے جب اسے نماز ياد آئے "
صحيح مسلم حديث نمبر ( 681 ).

نماز استخارہ
ميں نماز استخارہ كے متعلق مزيد معلومات حاصل كرنا چاہتا ہوں، مثلا اس ميں تلاوت كيا كروں، اور كونسى دعاء كروں، ركعات كى تعداد كتنى ہے اور اس كا اجروثواب كيا ہے؟
اور كيا حنبلى، اور شافعى اور حنفى مسلك ميں نماز كا يہى طريقہ ہے ؟
الحمد للہ :
اگر كوئى شخص كوئى كام كرنا چاہے اور وہ اس ميں متردد ہو تو اس كے ليے رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے نماز استخارہ مشروع كى ہے اور يہ سنت ہے، نماز استخارہ كے متعلق ان سطور ميں درج ذيل آٹھ نقاط ميں بحث كى جائے گى:
1 - نماز استخارہ كى تعريف.
2 - نماز استخارہ كا حكم
3 - اس كى مشروعيت كى حكمت كيا ہے.
4 - نماز استخارہ كا سبب كيا ہے.
5 - استخارہ كب كيا جائے گا.
6 - استخارہ كرنے سے قبل مشورہ كرنا.
7 - نماز استخارہ ميں كيا پڑھا جائے گا.
8 - استخارہ كى دعاء كب كى جائے گى.
نماز استخارہ كى تعريف:
استخارہ كى لغوى تعريف: كسى چيز ميں سے بہتر كو طلب كرنا، كہا جاتا ہے: استخر اللہ يخر لك، اللہ تعالى سے استخارہ كرو وہ تمہارے ليے بہتر اختيار كر دے گا.
استخارہ كى اصطلاحى تعريف:
اختيار طلب كرنا. يعنى نماز يا نماز استخارہ ميں وارد شدہ دعاء كے ساتھ اللہ تعالى كے ہاں جو بہتر اور اولى و افضل ہے اس كى طرف پھرنے اور وہ كام كرنا طلب كرنا.
نماز استخارہ كا حكم:
نماز استخارہ كے سنت ہونے ميں علماء كرام كا اجماع ہے، اور اس كى مشروعيت كى دليل بخارى شريف كى مندرجہ ذيل حديث ہے:
جابر رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ بيان كرتے ہيں كہ:
" رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم اپنے ہميں سارے معاملات ميں استخارہ كرنے كى تعليم اس طرح ديا كرتے تھے جس طرح ہميں قرآن مجيد كى سورۃ كى تعليم ديتے رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم فرماتے:
" جب تم ميں سے كوئى ايك شخص كام كرنا چاہے تو وہ فرض كے علاوہ دو ركعت ادا كر كے يہ دعاء پڑھے:
" اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْتَخِيرُكَ بِعِلْمِكَ وَأَسْتَقْدِرُكَ بِقُدْرَتِكَ وَأَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ ، فَإِنَّكَ تَقْدِرُ وَلا أَقْدِرُ وَتَعْلَمُ وَلا أَعْلَمُ وَأَنْتَ عَلامُ الْغُيُوبِ اللَّهُمَّ فَإِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ هَذَا الأَمْرَ ثُمَّ تُسَمِّيهِ بِعَيْنِهِ خَيْرًا لِي فِي عَاجِلِ أَمْرِي وَآجِلِهِ قَالَ أَوْ فِي دِينِي وَمَعَاشِي وَعَاقِبَةِ أَمْرِي فَاقْدُرْهُ لِي وَيَسِّرْهُ لِي ثُمَّ بَارِكْ لِي فِيهِ اللَّهُمَّ وَإِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ شَرٌّ لِي فِي دِينِي وَمَعَاشِي وَعَاقِبَةِ أَمْرِي أَوْ قَالَ فِي عَاجِلِ أَمْرِي وَآجِلِهِ فَاصْرِفْنِي عَنْهُ [ واصرفه عني ] وَاقْدُرْ لِي الْخَيْرَ حَيْثُ كَانَ ثُمَّ رَضِّنِي بِهِ "
اے اللہ ميں ميں تيرے علم كى مدد سے خير مانگتا ہوں اور تجھ سے ہى تيرى قدرت كے ذريعہ قدرت طلب كرتا ہوں، اور ميں تجھ سے تيرا فضل عظيم مانگتا ہوں، يقينا تو ہر چيز پر قادر ہے، اور ميں ( كسى چيز پر ) قادر نہيں، تو جانتا ہے، اور ميں نہيں جانتا، اور تو تمام غيبوں كا علم ركھنے والا ہے، الہى اگر تو جانتا ہے كہ يہ كام ( جس كا ميں ارادہ ركھتا ہوں ) ميرے ليے ميرے دين اور ميرى زندگى اور ميرے انجام كار كے لحاظ سے بہتر ہے تو اسے ميرے مقدر ميں كر اور آسان كر دے، پھر اس ميں ميرے ليے بركت عطا فرما، اور اگر تيرے علم ميں يہ كام ميرے ليے اور ميرے دين اور ميرى زندگى اور ميرے انجام كار كے لحاظ سے برا ہے تو اس كام كو مجھ سے اور مجھے اس سے پھير دے اور ميرے ليے بھلائى مہيا كر جہاں بھى ہو، پھر مجھے اس كے ساتھ راضى كردے.
اور وہ اپنى ضرورت اور حاجت يعنى كام كا نام لے.
صحيح بخارى حديث نمبر ( 1166 ) يہ حديث كئى ايك جگہ ميں امام بخارى رحمہ اللہ نے ذكر كي ہے.
نماز استخارہ كى مشروعيت كى حكمت:
استخارہ كى مشروعيت ميں حكمت يہ ہے كہ اللہ تعالى كے حكم كے سامنے سر خم تسليم كيا جائے، اور طاقت و قدرت سے نكل كر اللہ تعالى كى طرف التجاء كى جائے، تا كہ وہ دنيا و آخرت كى خير و بھلائى جمع كر دے، اور اس كے ليے اس مالك الملك سبحانہ وتعالى كا دروازہ كھٹكھٹانے كى ضرورت ہے، اور اس كے ليے نماز اور دعاء سے بڑھ كر كوئى چيز بہتر اور كامياب نہيں كيونكہ اس ميں اللہ تعالى كى تعظيم اور اس كى ثناء اور اس كى طرف قولى اور حالى طور پر محتاجگى ہے، اور پھر استخارہ كرنے كے بعد اس كے ذہن ميں جو آئے وہ اس كام كو سرانجام دے.
استخارہ كا سبب:
( جن ميں استخارہ كيا جاتا ہے ) اس كا سبب يہ ہے كہ: مذاہب اربعہ اس پر متفق ہيں كہ استخارہ ان امور ميں ہوگا جن ميں بندے كو درست چيز كا علم نہ ہو، ليكن جو چيزيں خير اور شر ميں معروف ہيں اور ان كے اچھے اور برے ہونے كا علم ہے مثلا عبادات، اور نيكى كے كام اور برائى اور منكرات والے كام تو ان كاموں كے ليے استخارہ كرنے كى كوئى ضرورت نہيں.
ليكن اگر وہ خصوصا وقت كے متعلق مثلا دشمن يا فتنہ كے احتمال كى صورت ميں اس سال حج پر جائے يا نہ اور حج ميں كس كى رفاقت اختيار كرے تو اس كے ليے استخارہ ہو سكتا ہے.
تو اس بنا پر كسى واجب، يا حرام يا مكروہ كام ميں استخارہ نہيں كيا جائے گا، بلكہ استخارہ تو مندوب اور جائز اور مباح كاموں ميں كيا جائے گا اور پھر مندوب كام كے اصل كے ليے استخارہ نہيں كيونكہ وہ كام تو اصل ميں مندوب ہے بلكہ استخارہ اس وقت ہو گا جب تعارض ہو، يعنى جب اس كے پاس دو كاموں ميں تعارض پيدا ہو جائے كہ وہ كونسے كام سے ابتداء كرے يا دونوں ميں سے پہلے كام كونسا كرے؟ ليكن مباح كام كے اصل ميں بھى استخارہ كيا جاسكتا ہے.
استخارہ كب كيا جائے؟
استخارہ اس وقت كيا جائے جب استخارہ كرنےوالا شخص خالى الذہن ہو اور كسى معين كام كو سرانجام دينے كا عزم نہ ركھے، كيونكہ حديث ميں رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كا فرمان:
" جب اسے كوئى كام درپيش ہو " اس بات كى طرف اشارہ ہے كہ استخارہ اس وقت ہو گا جب ابھى اس كے دل ميں كوئى كام آيا ہو، تو پھر نماز اور دعاء استخارہ كى بركت سے اس كے ليے اس كام كى بہترى ظاہر ہو گى.
بخلاف اس كے كہ جب اس كے نزديك كوئى كام كرنا ممكن ہو اور وہ اسے سرانجام دينے پر پختہ عزم اور ارادہ كر چكا ہو، تو پھر وہ اپنے ميلان اور محبت كى طرف ہى جائے گا، تو اس سے خدشہ ہے كہ اس كے ميلان اور پرعزم كے غلبہ كى بنا پر اس سے بہترى كى راہنمائى مخفى رہے.
اور يہ بھى احتمال ہے كہ حديث ميں ھم يعنى درپيش سے مراد عزم ہو كيونكہ ذہن ثابت اور ايك پر نہيں ٹھرتا، تو وہ ايسا ہى نہيں رہے گا الا يہ كہ جب اسے سرانجام دينے كا عزم ركھنے والا شخص بغير كسى ميلان كے سرانجام دے، وگرنہ اگر وہ ہر حالت اور ذہن ميں استخارہ كرے گا تو پھر وہ ايسے كاموں ميں بھى استخارہ كرتا پھرے گا جس كا كوئى فائدہ نہيں تو اس طرح وہ وقت كے ضياع كا باعث ہو گا.
استخارہ كرنے سے قبل مشورہ كرنا:
امام نووى رحمہ اللہ تعالى كہتے ہيں:
استخارہ كرنے سے قبل كسى ناصح اور شقفت اور تجربہ كار اور دينى اور معلوماتى طور پر بااعتماد شخص سے اس كام ميں مشورہ كرنا مستحب ہے.
فرمان بارى تعالى ہے:
﴿اور معاملے ميں ان سے مشورہ كرو﴾.
اور مشورہ كرنے كے بعد جب اسے يہ ظاہر ہو كہ اس كام ميں مصلحت ہے تو پھر وہ اس كام ميں اللہ تعالى سے استخارہ كرے.
ابن حجر الھيتمى رحمہ اللہ تعالى كہتے ہيں:
حتى كہ تعارض كے وقت بھى ( يعنى پہلے مشورہ كرے ) كيونكہ مشورہ دينے والے كے قول پر اطمنان نفس سے زيادہ قوى ہے، كيونكہ نفس پر نصيب غالب ہوتے اور ذہن بكھرا ہوتا ہے، ليكن اگر اس كا نفس مطمئن اور سچا ارادہ ركھتا ہو اور خالى الذہن ہو تو پھر استخارہ كو مقدم كرے.
نماز استخارہ ميں كيا پڑھا جائے گا:
- نماز استخارہ ميں قرآت كے متعلق تين قسم كى آراء ہيں:
ا ـ احناف، مالكى اور شافعى حضرات كہتے ہيں كہ سورۃ فاتحہ كے بعد پہلى ركعت ميں " قل يا ايہا الكافرون" اور دوسرى ركعت ميں " قل ھو اللہ احد " پڑھى جائے.
امام نووى رحمہ اللہ تعالى نے اس پر تعليق ذكر كرتے ہوئے كہا ہے:
ان دونوں سورتوں كو پڑھنا اس ليے مناسب ہے كہ يہ نماز ايسى ہے جس سے رغبت ميں اخلاص اور صدق اور اللہ تعالى كے سپرد اور اپنى عاجزى كا اظہار ہے، اور انہوں اس كى بھى اجازت دى ہے كہ: ان سورتوں كے بعد قرآن مجيد كى وہ آيات بھى پڑھ لى جائيں جن ميں خيرو بھلائى اور بہترى كا ذكر ہے.
ب ـ بعض سلف حضرات نے مستحسن قرار ديتے ہوئے كہا ہے كہ نماز استخارہ كى پہلى ركعت ميں سورۃ الفاتحہ كے بعد مندرجہ ذيل آيات تلاوت كى جائيں:
﴿ وَرَبُّك يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيَخْتَارُ﴾ .
اور تيرا رب جو چاہتا ہے پيدا كرتا اور اختيار كرتا ہے.
﴿ مَا كَانَ لَهُمْ الْخِيَرَةُ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ﴾ .
ان كے ليے كوئى اختار نہيں اللہ تعالى پاك اور بلند و بالا ہے اس چيز سے جو وہ شرك كرتے ہيں.
﴿وَرَبُّك يَعْلَمُ مَا تُكِنُّ صُدُورُهُمْ وَمَا يُعْلِنُونَ﴾ .
اور تيرا رب جانتا ہے جسے ان كے سينے چھپاتے ہيں اور جو ظاہر كرتے ہيں.
﴿ وَهُوَ اللَّهُ لا إلَهَ إلا هُوَ لَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِي الْأُولَى وَالْآخِرَةِ وَلَهُ الْحُكْمُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ﴾ "
اور وہ ہى اللہ ہے، اس كے علاوہ كوئى اور معبود برحق نہيں، پہلے اور آخر ميں اسى كى تعريفات ہيں، اور اسى كے ليے حكم ہے اور اسى كى طرف لوٹائے جائيں گے.
اور دوسرى ركعت ميں يہ آيات پڑھے:
﴿ وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلا مُؤْمِنَةٍ إذَا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَمْرًا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُمْ الْخِيَرَةُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِمْ وَمَنْ يَعْصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلالا مُبِينًا﴾
جب اللہ تعالى اور اس كے رسول صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كسى امر ميں فيصلہ كر ديں كو كسى مومن مرد اور مومن عورت كو اپنے معاملہ ميں كوئى اختيار باقى نہيں رہتا، اور جو كوئى اللہ تعالى اور اس كے رسول صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كى نافرمان كرے گا وہ واضح گمراہى ميں جا پڑا.
ج ـ ليكن حنابلہ اور بعض دوسرے فقھاء نے نماز استخارہ ميں معين قرآت كرنے كا نہيں كہا.
دعاء استخارہ پڑھنے كى جگہ:
احناف، مالكى ، شافعى اور حنابلہ حضرات كا كہنا ہے كہ:
استخارہ كى دعاء دو ركعت كے بعد پڑھى جائيگى، اور نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم سے ثابت شدہ حديث كى نص كے موافق بھى يہى ہے.

شيخ الاسلام ابن تيميہ كا كہنا ہے:
دعائے استخارہ كے متعلق مسئلہ:
كيا دعاء نماز ميں مانگى جائيگى يا كہ نماز سے سلام پھيرنے كے بعد؟
جواب:
نماز استخارہ اور دوسرى نماز ميں سلام سے قبل دعاء كرنى جائز ہے، اور سلام كے بعد بھى، اور سلام پھيرنے سے قبل دعاء كرنى افضل ہے؛ كيونكہ نبى كريم صلى اللہ كى اكثر دعائيں -- Sie erhalten diese Nachricht, weil Sie Mitglied der Google Groups-Gruppe "News2" sind. In the creation of the heavens and the earth, and in the alternation of night and day, and the ships which sail through the sea with that which is of use to mankind, and the water (rain) which Allah sends down from the sky and makes the earth alive therewith after its death, and the moving (living) creatures of all kinds that He has scattered therein, and in the veering of winds and clouds which are held between the sky and the earth, are indeed Ayat (proofs, evidences, signs, etc.) for people of understanding.

→Überheblichkeit gegenüber Menschen:
Diese Art der Überheblichkeit ist die Menschen zu verachten und auf sie herabzusehen. Diese Haltung entsteht, wenn eine Person sich selbst bewundert, viel von sich hält und denkt, dass sie besser als andere sei. Dies veranlasst sie, kibr gegenüber der Schöpfung zu haben, sie zu verachten, sie zu verspotten und sie sowohl durch Worte als auch durch Taten zu erniedrigen.
Der Gesandte Allahs (sallAllahu 'alayhi wa salam) sagte:
„Es ist genug Übel für eine Person, seinen Bruder im Islam zu verachten."
[Berichtet von Muslim (2564)]
Das ist der Grund, warum der Mann fragte:
„Und was ist mit dem Mann, der gerne schöne Kleidung und schöne Schuhe trägt?"
Denn er fürchtete, dass dies der kibr war, der unter die Drohung der Strafe fallen würde.
So erklärte ihm der Prophet (sallAllahu 'alayhi wa salam), dass dies nicht von kibr ist; da diese Person sich nach der Wahrheit richtet und sich den Menschen gegenüber bescheiden zeigt und dass dies von der Schönheit ist, die Allah liebt, denn Allah der Erhabene ist gewiss schön in Seinem Dhaat (Wesen), Sifaat (Eigenschaften) und Af'aal (Taten), und Er liebt sowohl die innere als auch die äußere Schönheit.
In Bezug auf die äußere Schönheit:
Es beinhaltet die Reinlichkeit des Körpers, der Kleidung und des Ortes.
In Bezug auf die innere Schönheit:
Es beinhaltet die Verschönerung des Charakters.
Das ist der Grund, warum der Prophet (sallAllahu 'alayhi wa salam) als Bittgebet zu sagen pflegte:
„Oh Allah!
Leite mich dazu, schönes Benehmen und Eigenschaften zu haben, niemand kann mich dazu leiten, sie zu verschönern, außer Du.
Und halte mich von den üblen Taten und Eigenschaften fern, niemand kann mich von ihnen fernhalten, außer Du."

Er wurde von Al-Albani in seinem Sifatus-Salah
(S. 93) für Sahih erklärt]

„Die Türkei ist keine Bananenrepublik" – mit diesen Worten kommentierte Ministerpräsident Recep Tayyip Erdogan entsetzt die Razzien wegen Korruptionsverdachts in Istanbul und Ankara, bei denen die Staatsanwaltschaft am Dienstag unter anderem drei Ministersöhne, drei der reichsten Immobilienunternehmer des Landes, den Bezirksbürgermeister einer Hochburg der Regierungspartei AKP in Istanbul und den Direktor der großen staatlichen Halkbank verhaftete. Mittwochmorgen schlug die Regierung zurück. Die wichtigsten fünf Istanbuler Polizeichefs zur Bekämpfung des organisierten Verbrechens wurden abgesetzt, den ermittelnden Staatsanwälten wurden zwei neue Kollegen beigeordnet. Der Korruptionsskandal ist Teil eines Machtkampfes der konservativ-islamischen Eliten der Türkei, der lange schwelte und nun offen ausgebrochen ist. Es ist die größte Herausforderung der Regierung Erdogan seit den Massenprotesten vom Sommer.
