Frage 1 :
Sind Tattoos zulässig im Islam?
Antwort:
Gepriesen sei Allah.
Ein Tattoo zu machen bedeutet mit einer Nadel in die Haut zu stechen, und Kohl oder irgendeine andere Substanz hineinzuspritzen, um die Hautfarbe in blau oder grün zu ändern. Dies ist gemäß dem Konsens/ Übereinstimmung der Gelehrten haraam. (Al Mughni 1/94)
Al Bucharii und Muslim haben erzählt, dass Abdullah ibn Masud (Möge Allah mit ihnen zufrieden sein) gesagt hat: "Allah hat die Frauen verflucht, die Tattoos machen oder welche gemacht haben, die Frauen die ihre Augenbrauen zupfen und die Frauen die ihre Zähne zwecks Verschönerung feilen und die Schöpfung Allahs verändern."

Frage 2:
As salaamu alaykum, ich würde gerne wissen wie Tätowierungen das Gebet beeinflussen können. Macht das Tattoo das Gebet fehlerhaft? Wenn es nach dem man den Islam angenommen hat, bevor man die Shahada auf gesagt hat, gemacht hat, was muss getan werden um diese Sünde zu begleichen?
Antwort:
Wa alaykum salam wa rahmatuLlahi wa barakatuHu,
Tattoos sind Haram.
Das Entfernen von Tätowierungen ist obligatorisch, außer man fürchtet einen Schaden, der die trockene Waschung (Tayammum) erfordern würde. Ist die Person, zum Zeitpunkt wo er sein Tattoo erhält ein Muslim, so muss er Reue zeigen. Wenn einer mit Tattoo den Islam annimmt, dann werden die vergangenen Sünden ab dem Zeitpunkt wo er den Islam annimmt gelöscht. Dementsprechend werden die Sünden der Tätowierungen gelöscht. Dennoch, wenn kein Schaden befürchtet wird, so muss eine Person, die den Islam mit einer Tätowierung angenommen hat und ebenso derjenige, welcher sich während er ein Muslim ist eine Tätowierung stechen lässt, es sich entfernen lassen. Wird ein Schaden jedoch befürchtet, so muss er es nicht entfernen lassen.[1]
Shabramallisi schließt nicht unbedingt aus, dass jemand den Islam mit Tätowierungen annimmt.[2] In der Tat, stellte er fest:

يحكى أن ملك من الملوك أراد أن يبني مسجد في مدينته وأمر أن لايشارك أحد في بناء هذا المسجد لا بالمال ولا بغيره…
حيث يريد أن يكون هذا المسجد هو من ماله
فقط دون مساعدة من أحد وحذر وأنذر من ان يساعد احد في ذلك
...
وفعلاً تم البدء في بناء المسجد ووضع أسمه عليه
…
وفي ليلة من الليالي رأى الملك في المنام
كأن ملك من الملائكة نزل من السماء فمسح أسم الملك عن المسجد وكتب أسم امرأة
فلما أستيقظ الملك من النوم
أستيقظ مفزوع وأرسل جنوده ينظرون هل أسمه
مازال على المسجد فذهبوا ورجعوا وقالوا
نعم … أسمك مازال موجود ومكتوب على المسجد
وقال له حاشيته هذه أضغاث أحلام
وفي الليلة الثانية رأى الملك نفس الرؤيا
رأى ملك من الملائكة ينزل من السماء فيمسح أسم الملك عن المسجد ويكتب أسم أمراة على المسجد
وفي الصباح أستيقظ الملك وأرسل جنودة
يتأكدون هل مازال أسمه موجود على المسجد
ذهبوا ورجعوا وأخبروه
أن أسمه مازال هو الموجود على المسجد تعجب الملك وغضب
فلما كانت الليلة الثالثة
تكررت الرؤيا
فلما قام الملك من النوم قام وقد حفظ أسم المرأة التي يكتب أسمها
على المسجد أمر با أحضار هذه المرأة
فحضرت وكانت امرأة عجوز فقيرة ترتعش
فسألها هل ساعدت في بناء المسجد الذي يبنى؟
قالت: يا أيها الملك
أنا أمرأة عجوز وفقيرة وكبيرة في السن
وقد سمعتك تنهى عن أن يساعد أحد في بناءه
فلا يمكنني أن أعصيك
فقال لها أسألك بالله ماذا صنعت في بناء المسجد؟
قالت: والله ما عملت شيء قط في بناء هذا المسجد إلا
قال الملك: نعم إلا ماذا؟
قالت: إلا أنني مررت ذات يوم من جانب المسجد
فإذا أحد الدواب التي تحمل الأخشاب وأدوات البناء للمسجد مربوط بحبل الى وتد في الأرض
وبالقرب منه سطل به ماء وهذا الحيوان يريد ان يقترب من الماء ليشرب فلا يستطيع بسبب الحبل والعطش بلغ منه مبلغ شديد
فقمت وقربت سطل الماء منه فشرب من الماء
هذا والله الذي صنعت
فقال الملك أييييه… عملتي هذا لوجه الله فقبل الله منك
وأنا عملت عملي ليقال مسجد الملك فلم يقبل الله مني
فأمر الملك أن يكتب أسم المرأة العجوز على هذا المسجد

Rumänien: Bande ergaunerte EU-Subventionen für Kühe, die nur virtuell existieren
Eine rumänische Bande hat in den letzten drei Jahren 500.000 Euro an EU-Subventionen aus dem Ressort Landwirtschaft erhalten. Sie erhielten das Geld für Kühe, die nur virtuell im Facebook-Spiel "Farmville" existierten.
Die Bandenmitglieder beantragten die Subventionen für 1.860 virtuelle Kühe und erhielten diese auch. Pro Kuh erhielten sie auf diese Weise einen Betrag umgerechnet zwischen 100 und 150 Euro.
Die Subventionen wurden inzwischen gestoppt, aber die Betrüger klagen nun vor Gericht. Sie begründen die Klage mit der Tatsache, dass nirgends stehen würde, dass es sich um echte Kühe handeln muss.

F. Gülen'den Sarıgül'e tam destek!
Sabah Gazetesi yazarı Sevilay Yükselir, CHP-Gülen grubu yakınlaşmasının asıl nedeninin Sarıgül olduğunu belirterek, Gülen'in Sarıgül'e "'Mustafa seni oğlum gibi severim. Korkma çık aday ol! Arkanda biz varız" dediğini hatırlattı.
İşte Yükselir'in yazısı:
Kırk yıl düşünsem, kırk bin kere hayal etsem aklıma gelmezdi bir gün CHP ile Gülen Cemaati'nin aynı noktada buluşacağı.
Birbirlerine sahiplik edecekleri, kol kanat gerecekleri... Son günlerde bu ikili arasında yaşanan büyük aşkı izledikçe aklıma ister istemez daha düne kadar beni; "Seni gidi Fethullahçı! Cemaat yalakası!" diyerek yaftalayıp, aşağılamaya çalışan CHP'li dostlar geliyor. Bir de rahmetli Neşet Ertaş'ın dillere pelesenk olan şu "Ahh yalan dünya" türküsü...
Dün bir ara üç-beş ay öncesine kadar bana bu biçimde saldıran o dostları tek tek arayıp nazirede bulunmak geçti içimden ama sonra vazgeçtim.
Çünkü görüyorum ki çok mutlular bu ilişkiden ve arayıp da morallerini bozup heveslerini kırmak istemedim.
Bir de açıkçası bu ilişkiden dolayı benim çekememezlik gibi bir ruh hali içinde olduğumu düşünmelerini istemedim.
Çünkü aksine bu dostlara iki çift laf edecek bu müthiş kozu elime tutuşturdukları için minnettarım.
Neyse... Şahsi mevzuları bir kenara itip şimdi işin özüne bakalım. Yani "Ne alaka CHP-Cemaat ilişkisi?" sorusunun cevabını arayalım.
Sanıyor ki bazıları bu alaka hükümetin dershaneleri dönüştürme kararının ardından baş gösteren gerginlik üzerine başladı. Türkiye'deki dershanelerin yüzde 25'ine sahip Gülen Cemaati'nin hükümetin aldığı bu kararı reddederken başlattıkları kara propaganda ile ortaya çıktı. Evet, CHP ile Cemaat'in yanaşması bu vesileyle görüntülendi ama aslında bu ilişki çok evvel başlamıştı. Ne zaman Mustafa Sarıgül çıkıp "CHP'ye geçip, İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediye Başkan adayı olmak istiyorum" dedi. İşte ilişki o zaman başladı.
Bilenler bilir. Tam 1 yıl önce bir yazımda Cemaat'in Sarıgül'ün arkasında olduğunu yazmıştım.
Gülmüştü bazıları.
İtiraz telefonları almıştım hem Cemaat, hem de iktidar cephesinden.
Hiç unutmuyorum AB Bakanı Egemen Bağış bir sohbetimizde bu yazım üzerine "Hayal kuruyorsun!" demişti bana.
Hayal kurmadığımı, yazdığımın tamamen gerçek olduğunu söylemiştim Bağış'a ama inandıramamıştım.
Sadece onu değil, kimseyi inandıramamıştım.
Sanırım artık benim bir şey anlatmama gerek yok. Çünkü her şey gün gibi ortada. Cemaat Sarıgül'den ötürü CHP'yi seviyor. CHP de Sarıgül sayesinde yakaladığı bu ilişkiyi en iyi şekilde değerlendirmeye çalışıyor. Bu konuda sonuna kadar iddialıyım.
Eğer varsa Sarıgül'ün bu yazdıklarıma bir itirazı çıksın desin ki; "Hayır benim cemaatle böyle yakın bir ilişkim yok!"
Ve "Hayır Fethullah Gülen'le hiç görüşmedim. Ondan destek almadım. O bana katiyen 'Mustafa seni oğlum gibi severim. Korkma çık aday ol! Arkanda biz varız' demedi" desin!
Bakın şuracığa yazıyorum. Sarıgül bunu diyemeyecek. Çünkü yazdıklarım kelimesi kelimesine gerçek. Ha ayrıca derse eğer bu defa diyeceğim başka şeyler var. Bir de şunu not düşeyim.
Bana garip gelmiyor Sarıgül'le Gülen Cemaati arasındaki ilişki. Çünkü bu, onlar açısından yeni başlayan bir ilişki değil.
Evveliyatı var. Kaldı ki Sarıgül zaten kendisi deklare ediyor sorulduğunda; "Benim bütün cemaatlerle aram iyidir. Gülenciler de bunlara dahildir. Elimden geldiğince onlara hep destek oldum ve olmaya da devam edeceğim!" diye.
Bana garip gelen, CHP'nin üst makamlarının bu ilişkiyi pek çabuk kabullenmesi. Biliyorsunuz Kılıçdaroğlu ABD ziyaretinde Gülen Cemaati'nin önde gelenleri ile bir kahvaltı yaptı. Ve bu kahvaltı sonrasında da basına çok güzel fotoğraflar yansıdı.
Daha düne kadar birbirine husumet besleyen iki tarafın birdenbire sarmaş dolaş olması ve cemaatten bahsederken onların istediği dili kullanma çabaları enteresan.
Mesela Kılıçdaroğlu'nun örtülü danışmanlığını yaptığı bilinen Radikal Yazarı Koray Çalışkan, önceki gün Cemaat'in kanalı Bugün TV'nin konuğu olan Cemaat'in önde gelen ismi Gazeteciler ve Yazarlar Vakfı Başkan Yardımcısı Cemal Uşşak ile ilgili attığı tweette "Cemaat" demek yerine onların sevdiği dili kullanıp "Hizmet" demeyi tercih etti ve Uşşak'ın konuşmalarından çok etkilendiğini yazdı.
Pekiiii... Nereye gider bu aşkın sonu? Cemaat tabanı ve CHP'nin oy deposu olan Aleviler bu nişanın nikâhla sonlanmasına onay verir mi?
Ona da yarın devam edelim.

Die Eifersucht einer Frau bezüglich ihres Mannes entspringt aus der Fitra (d.h. es ist etwas angeborenes und natürliches), und man kann einer Frau nicht sagen: „Sei nicht eifersüchtig wegen deines Mannes." Wenn eine Person etwas nicht mag, obwohl es in der Sharia vorgeschrieben ist, beeinflusst es sie nicht nachteilig, solange sie nicht die Tatsache hasst, dass es vorgeschrieben ist.
Allah sagt (ungefähre Bedeutung): {Zu kämpfen ist euch (Muslimen) vorgeschrieben, auch wenn es euch widerwärtig ist. Doch es mag sein, dass euch etwas widerwärtig ist, was gut für euch ist, und es mag sein, dass euch etwas lieb ist, was übel für euch…}[Al-Baqara 2:216]
Die Frau, die eifersüchtig ist, hasst nicht die Tatsache, dass Allah ihrem Mann erlaubt hat, mehr als eine Frau zu heiraten, aber sie hasst es, eine Mitfrau zu haben. Es gibt einen deutlichen Unterschied zwischen diesen beiden Sachen. Daher hoffe ich, dass der Bruder, der diese Frage gestellt hat, und andere Leute, sorgfältig über solche Sachen nachdenken und nicht vorschnell urteilen; ich hoffe, dass sie diese feinen Unterschiede, wodurch sich Urteile unterscheiden, erkennen werden.

Möge Allah der Erhabene jede Tat annehmen und sie uns allen schwer auf die Waagschale legen .... Möge Allah der Einzige al Witr es noch viel viel mehr werden lassen… Amiin – Werde auch du Pate und folge dem Hadith des geliebten Propheten : Von Sahl Ibn Sa'd radhiALLAHu 'anhu wird berichtet, dass der Prophet salal ALLAHu 'alayhi wa sallam sagte:

Zu deutsch sinngemäß: "Es gibt keine Zustandsänderung noch Kraft außer durch Allah".
Er, sallallahu ´alaihi wa sallam, sagte sinngemäß: Die beiden Worte, die am leichtesten auf der Zunge, am schwersten auf den Waagschalen, und dem Allerbarmer am liebsten sind, lauten:"SubhanAllahi wa bihamdih

Das Berufungsgericht befreit 14 Ägypterinnen
Das Berufungsgericht hat am Samstag die Freilassung von 14 Frauen und Mädchen angeordnet die an den friedlichen Demonstrationen in Ägypten teilgenommen haben. In der ersten Instanz hatten Sie noch ein Urteil von 11 Jahren Freiheitsstrafe bekommen.
Das Gericht hat nun das Urteil in eine einjährige Bewährungsstrafe umgewandelt.Teilnehmer im Gerichtssaal haben das Urteil mit "Allahu Akbar" Rufe gefeiert.
Die Aktivistinnen wurden zunächst verurteilt weil sie an einer Menschenkette teilgenommen haben. Diese Menschenkette war eine Aktion um ihre Unzufriedenheit zum Ausdruck zu bringen weil man den rechtmäßigen Präsidenten Ägyptens Dr. Muhammad Mursi abgesetzt hat. Ausserdem haben die Frauen in der Stadt Alexandria Flyer verteilt.
Das jüngste Mitglied dieser Gruppe ist 15 Jahre alt. Die Bilder von den gefangenen Frauen in einem Käfig mit Handschellen hat den Zorn der Ägypter stark erregt.

Today marks the 1000th day of the bloodshed, torture, and mass genocide of our Ummah in #Syria.
As devastating and painful it has been for us to witness it via pictures, videos, and gruesome personal accounts, it shows us that
1. Victory will only come from Allah.
2. Bilad Ash Sham was repeatedly mentioned by our beloved Rasoul (pbuh) for a reason.
3. These people, our brothers and sisters have given us all the courage and strength to stand up for haqq not only in the Ummah's affairs, but our own personal trials and tribulations as well.
If they could see this, I would tell them I am not only inspired but proud to say they are part of our Ummah. Their sacrifices will pave the way for a better environment for our future generations. May Allah protect them and give them victory. Almost 3 years and still going strong, they have proven their loyalty lies only with Allah. And those that have been martyred along the way are smiling and their success is the end meeting with their Creator Inshallah.

لما قدم الحجاج بن يوسف العراق أرسل إليه فقال: يا أبا حمزة! إنك رجل قد صحبت رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم ورأيت من عمله وسبيله ومنهاجه، وهذا خاتمي فليكن في يدك فلا أعمل شيئا إلا بأمرك ... وذكر الحديث.
قال: يا أبا حمزة! أخبرني بأشد عقوبة عاقب بها رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم.
قال: قدم ناس من أهل الحجاز على رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم بهم جهد وضر، فقالوا: «يا رسول الله! آونا وأنفق علينا مما رزقك الله»، قال: فآواهم وأنفق عليهم حتى صلحوا فقالوا: «يا رسول الله! لو نحيتنا عن المدينة؛ فإنها أرض وخمة»، فنحاهم إلى جانب الحرة في ذود راع من المسلمين، فكانوا يصيبون من ألبانها، فسولت لهم أنفسهم فقتلوا الراعي واستاقوا الذود وكفروا بعد إسلامهم، فأتى رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم الصريخ فبعث في آثارهم فأتي بهم، فقطع أيديهم وأرجلهم وسمل أعينهم.
قال أنس: فلقد رأيت أحدهم فاغرا فاه يعض الأرض ليجد من بردها مما يجد من الحر والشدة.
قال: فوثب الحجاج فقال: رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم قتل على ذود وقطع الأيدي والأرجل وسمل الأعين، ونحن لا نقتل في معصية الله؟!
قال الحسن: ولا يذكر عدو الله أنهم حاربوا الله ورسوله وكفروا بعد إسلامهم وقتلوا النفس التي حرم الله وسرقوا؟!
قال: فلقد رأيت الحسن يعرض بوجهه ويتمعر وجهه وثابت يحدث الحديث، والحسن يعرض بوجهه يمينا وشمالا كراهية كأنما يظلم وجهه.
وقال أبو عونة رحمه الله حدثنا هلال بن العلاء، قثنا حسين بن عياش، قثنا جعفر ابن برقان، عن عبد الله بن محمد بن عقيل، قال: قدم أنس بن مالك المدينة وعمر بن عبد العزيز واليا عليها، فبعثني عمر إلى أنس فقال: ما حدثت به الحجاج بن يوسف في قوم أخذهم النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم فصلب اثنين وقطع اثنين وسمل اثنين؟
فقال أنس: أولئك قوم كانوا أقروا بالإسلام ونزلوا المدينة، ثم إنهم خرجوا رغبة عن الإسلام ولحقوا بأهل الشرك، فمروا على سرح المدينة فاستاقوه، فاستغيث عليهم النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم فأخذ هؤلاء النفر.
فردني إليه عمر وقال: ليت أنك لم تحدث بهذا الحجاج! إن هؤلاء خرجوا رغبة عن الإسلام ولحقوا بأهل الشرك، وإن الحجاج استحل بهذا في من لم يخرج من الإسلام ولم يلحق بأهل الشرك.

Es gibt drei Tore, die den Menschen ins Höllenfeuer bringen:
1. Ein Verdacht, der einen dazu bringt an der Religion Allahs zu zweifeln.
2. Eine Begierde, die einen dazu bringt, den Genuss dieser Welt über den Gehorsam und Wohlgefallen Allahs zu stellen.
3. Zorn, der Aggression gegen Allahs Geschöpfe verursacht.
Es gibt drei Gründe für Sünden:
1. Hochmut: Hat den Satan zum Fall gebracht.
2. Habgier: Hat Adam (as) aus dem Paradies vertrieben.
3. Neid: Hat den Sohn Adams ermutigt seinen Bruder umzubringen.
Wer vom Übel dieser drei Dinge geschützt ist, wäre vom Übel selbst geschützt, denn der Unglaube stammt von Hochmut, Sünde von der Habgier und Ungerechtigkeitvon Neid ab.

Ruling On the One Who Defends the Taaghoot
By Shaykh 'Ali ibn Khudhayr Al-Khudhayr
Question:
"There is a certain individual who defends (in arguments) the Tawaaghit day and night, and the Hujjah (evidence) has been established upon him dozens of times – yet he makes excuses for the actions of the Tawaaghit.
So what is the ruling regarding such an individual?"
Shaykh 'Ali Al-Khudhayr answered:If these Tawaaghit are kuffar (in their eyes) that their kufr has been established – and he views them as kuffar – and then yet he defends them: Then he is a kaafir just like them. As Allaah (Most High) has said:
"And those who disbelieve are allies to one another…"
[Al-Anfaal: 73]
And because his action of defending them, is Tawalli (alliance) with them. And Allaah has said:
"And thus We do make the Thaalimeen Awliya' (supporters and helpers) one to another, because of that which they used to earn." [Al-An'aam: 129]
And He (Most High) has also said:
"Verily, the Thaalimeen Awliya' (supporters and helpers) one to another, but Allaah is the Wali of the Muttaqeen."
[Al-Jaathiyah: 19]
But on the other hand: If he thinks that the rulers are upon Islaam, or reality of their situation is in doubt – Then as long as you continue to give him your sincere advice and admonishment, then you have fulfilled your obligations.
But, if he thinks they are not upon kufr, but he is aware of their oppression and betrayal, and yet argues in their defense – then for him is the Statement of Allaah
(Most High):
"And argue not on behalf of those who deceive themselves." [An-Nisa': 107]
And:
"So be not a pleader for the treacherous." [An-Nisa': 105]
And:
"My Lord! For that with which You have favoured me, I will never more be a helper for the Mujrimun!" [Al-Qasas: 17]

"I decided that there was a Jihad going on in Chechnya and I must go there." "The main thing that prevents all of us from coming to Jihad is our families. All of us who came here, came without our family's permission. If we had listened to our families and gone back home, who would carry on this work that we are doing? Every time I telephone my mother, even now she asks me to come home, even though I have not seen her for the last 12 years. If I was to go back to visit my mother, who would continue this work?"
The origins and real identity of Khattab remained a mystery to most until after his death, when his brother gave an interview to the press. He died on 20 March 2002 following exposure to a poison letter delivered via a courier that had been recruited by Russia's FSB. He was known as the bin Laden of Chechnya.
At the age of 18, Khattab left Saudi Arabia to participate in the fight against the Soviet Union during the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. During this time, he permanently incapacitated his right hand and lost several fingers after an accident with improvised explosives.
Al-Khattab (while leader of Islamic International Brigade IIB) publicly admitted that he spent the period between 1989 and 1994 in Afghanistan and that he had met Osama Bin Laden. In March 1994, Khattab arrived in Afghanistan and toured fighter training camps in Khost province. He returned to Afghanistan with the first group of Chechen militants in May 1994. Khattab underwent training in Afghanistan and had close connections with Al-Qaida. Several hundred Chechens eventually trained in Al-Qaida camps in Afghanistan.
Al-Khattab was an early disciple of Osama bin Laden, and would benefit from bin Laden's encouragement and financial support for years until al-Khattab's death in 2002.
But al-Khattab was also a force unto himself, managing the flow of jihadist recruits and financing their operations in the Chechen guerrilla war against Russia. One of the better descriptions of al-Khattab's activities comes from the book Chechen Jihad by Yossef Bodansky. Here's an excerpt:
The Chechen jihadists received another injection of strength at this time with the arrival of an organized group of hardened Arab mujahedin from the Gulf states, including Saudis and Kuwaities, and the Maghreb region of north Africa, including Algerian, Moroccan, Tunisian, and other troops. These fighters were commanded by one Ibn al-Khattab, often referred to as Emir Khattab or simply Khattab. Khattab, whose real name was Samir bin Salakh al-Suwailim, was a Bedouin from the Suwailim tribe of northwest Saudi Arabia and southern Jordan; over the years he has identified himself with both nations, depending on the circumstances. Born in 1970 to a fairly wealthy and well-educated family, Khattab received both Western and Muslim education, including learning English. In 1987 he was accepted to a college in the United States, but before continuing with his education, he decided to visit Afghanistan and briefly participate in the jihad.
Arriving in Pakistan in the fall of 1987, Khattab met some of the key leaders of the Arab "Afghans," including Sheikh Abdallah Azzam, Sheikh Tamim Adnani, and Osama bin Laden. Captivated by their call for jihad, he committed his life to the jihad. Khattab ccompleted his training in the international camp in Jalalabad, under Hassan al-Sarehi, the commander of the 1987 Lion's Den operation in Jaji. Impressed with the zeal and skills of his young trainee, Sarehi invited Khattab to join his forces in Jaji. Between 1988 and 1993, Khattab participated in all the major operations in the Afghan jihad, including the capture of Jalalabad, Khowst, and Kabul. He also spent time expanding his knowledge of Islam and his military skills, while becoming conversant in both Pashto and Russian.
1987 was the peak of the Afghan Jihad against the invading army of the (then) Soviet Union. Youngsters from all over the Muslim world were flocking to Afghanistan after responding to the calls of Jihad made by Islamic personalities such as Sheikh Abdullah Azzam (assassinated 1989), Sheikh Tamim Adnani (died 1988) and Usama bin Ladin. Miraculous accounts of heroic feats and daring displays of valour against the World Superpower were reaching the ears of the Muslims. As the time approached for him to leave for a new life of education in the U.S., Khattab decided to follow many of his friends and relatives to Afghanistan for a short visit. Since the day he waved goodbye to his parents and family, at the end of 1987, he has never returned home since. One of the Mujahideen describes the young teenage Khattab who arrived at his first training camp in Jalalabad, Afghanistan: "The training camp near Jalalabad was full of brothers coming and leaving almost every day. We were preparing for a large operation against the Russians and those brothers who had completed their training were packing their bags and leaving the camp to go to the front-line. As we were preparing to leave for the front-line, a group of new recruits arrived. It was then that I noticed a young teenage boy amongst the new recruits: 16-17 years old, with long hair and a beard that had not yet begun to grow fully yet. Immediately, he went to the commanders of the training camp and starting pleading with them to let him go to the Front-Line. The commanders obviously refused to send a young untrained boy to the Front without any training. I went over, greeted him and asked him his name. He replied, 'Ibn-ul-Khattab'" Khattab completed his training and then went to the Front. One of his trainers was Hassan As-Sarehi, the Commander of the famous Lion's Den operation in Jaji, Afghanistan, 1987. [Hassan As-Sarehi has been imprisoned in Ar-Ruwais Concentration Camp, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia since 1996 on allegations of a crime whose accusees have already been executed.] Over the next six years, this young boy was to turn into one of the bravest and most formidable Mujahideen commanders that the world has known in the 20th Century. He was known for his refusal to duck from oncoming fire and his refusal to show pain after an injury. From ambushes to operations to raids, he fought the Soviet Regular and Special Forces, being present in all the major operations in the Afghan Jihad between 1988 and 1993, including the conquests of Jalalabad, Khost and Kabul. He escaped death on a number of occasions, as it his time had not yet arrived.
One of the Mujahideen describes how Khattab was once shot in the stomach by a 12.7mm Heavy Machine Gun bullet in Afghanistan. (12.7mm ammunition is used to pierce armour and to break through fortified positions: it makes mincemeat out of human flesh, as any military expert will testify.): "During one of the operations, we were sitting in the room of a small house in the Second Line. It was evening time and the fighting on the Front Line was very tough. A few moments later, Khattab entered the room; his face was looking pale, but other than that he seemed to act normal. He came in, walked very slowly to the other side of the room and sat down next to us. Khattab was unusually quiet, so the brothers sensed that something must be wrong, even though he did not even flinch once nor show any signs of pain. We asked him if he had got hurt; he replied that on the Front, he had received a light injury, nothing serious. One of the brothers then went over to him to see the injury. Khattab refused to let him see, adding that the injury was nothing serious. This brother forced Khattab to let him see and then felt his hand on Khattab's abdomen. He saw that his clothes were soaked with blood and he was bleeding heavily. We then immediately called a vehicle and rushed him to the nearest field hospital, during which he was complaining all the time that the injury was light and nothing serious."
As the Soviet Army withdrew from Afghanistan and the Communists were defeated by the Mujahideen, Khattab and a small group of friends heard about the war against the same enemy, but this time in Tajikistan. He then packed his bags and went over to Tajikistan in 1993 with a small group of brothers. Two years they stayed there fighting the Russians in snowy, mountainous terrain with a lack of proper weapons and ammunition. It was in Tajikistan that Khattab lost two fingers of his right hand whilst attempting to throw a homemade grenade. The grenade exploded in his hand and two of his fingers were severed by the explosion. His fellow Mujahideen tried to persuade him to go to Peshawar for medical attention, but Khattab refused, insisting that putting some honey on the wound (like the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAWS) and bandaging it will do the job and that there is no need to go all the way to Peshawar. His fingers have remained in a similar bandage ever since that day.
Khattab would later claim that he decided to join the Chechen jihad after seeing televised footage of Islamist mujahedin reciting takbirs (Koranic verses) before going into battle. But his status as a commander also played a role. By the early 1990s, Khattab had emerged as one of the most fierce and competent commanders, popular with both the Afghan and the Arab "Afghan" mujahedin. He also became one of bin Laden's key protégés. Khattab spent the years between early 1993 and early 1995 commanding a small Arab elite force in support of the Tajik Islamist mujahedin, particularly in the Fergana Valley. He returned to Afghanistan to train and lead one of the first elite forces to go to Chechnya.
When bin Laden and the Islamist-Jihadist leadership decided to escalate the jihad in the Caucasus, they summoned Khattab back from Tajikistan and dispatched him to Chechnya. Ali Hammad, a senior al Qaeda commander in Bosnia-Herzegovina in the mid-1990s, knew Khattab as a senior commander under bin Laden and considered him "one of the more important personalities in Al Qaeda." Ali Hammad confirmed that Khattab went to Chechnya on bin Laden's orders, and that he and bin Laden personally managed the subsequent flow of jihadist volunteers into the area.
Khattab arrived in Chechnya in the spring of 1995 with eight veteran Arab "Afghan" commanders, followed by a few dozen combat veterans. He soon became one of the most important commanders in Chechnya, quickly forming a close relationship with Shamil Basayev. One of Basayev's closest personal friends, Chechnya's onetime foreign minister Shamil Beno, reported that Basayev underwent a profound change in 1995 under Khattab's influence. Basayev "started moving from freedom for Chechnya to freedom for the whole Arab world," Beno said. "He changed from a Chechen patriot into an Islamic globalist."
But al-Khattab didn't only receive funds from the Middle East and Al Qaeda. He was the recipient of zakat donations from U.S. Muslims. Benevolence International Foundation, a Saudi-created Islamic charity which relocated to Chicago in 1993, was shut down by the Bush administration after 9/11 for its role in financing jihad in Bosnia and Chechnya. The racketeering trial against BIF's leader revealed that "[Al-Khattab] did have ties to Saudi Arabia: a fund-raising website listed the Benevolence International Foundation—originally a Saudi-based charity—as a vehicle for contributions."
In addition to receiving money from BIF, al-Khattab secured funding from Osama bin Laden in 1999 to fund Chechen operations. The website History Commons has noted that Osama bin Laden and Ibn al-Khattab also shared the same wealthy Arab donor network. By October 2001, Khattab had an enough of a financial war chest to offer to pay salaries and death benefits to jihadists who went to fight in Afghanistan against the impending American and coalition invasion.
Armenian sources claim that in 1992 he was one of many Chechen volunteers who aided Azerbaijan in the embattled region of Nagorno-Karabakh, where he allegedly met Shamil Basayev, however the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense denied any involvement by Khattab in the Nagorno-Karabakh war.
From 1993 to 1995, Khattab left to fight alongside Islamic opposition in the Tajikistan Civil War. Before leaving for Tajikstan in 1994, Al-Khattab gave Abdulkareem Khadr a pet rabbit of his own, which was promptly named Khattab.
In an interview Khattab once mentioned he had also been involved in the War in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The fragment of this interview in which he makes this statement can be found in the 2004 BBC documentary The Smell of Paradise. His exact role or the duration of his presence there remain subject of debate.
According to his brother, he first heard about the Chechen conflict on an Afghan television channel in 1995; that same year he entered Chechnya, posing as a television reporter. He was credited as being a pioneer in producing video footage of Chechen rebel combat operations in order to aid fundraising efforts and demoralize the enemy.
During the First Chechen War, Khattab participated in fighting Russian forces and acted as an intermediary financier between foreign Muslim funding sources and the local fighters. To help secure funding and spread the message of resistance, he was frequently accompanied by at least one cameraman.
His units were credited with several devastating ambushes on Russian columns in the Chechen mountains. His first action was the October 1995 ambush of a Russian convoy which killed 47 soldiers. Khattab gained early fame and a great notoriety in Russia for his April 1996 ambush of a large armored column in a narrow gorge of Yaryshmardy, near Shatoy, which killed up to 100 soldiers and destroyed some two or three dozen vehicles.
In the course of the war, Shamil Basayev became his closest ally and personal friend. He was also associated with Zelimkhan Yandarbiyev, who gave Khattab two of the highest Chechen military awards, the Order of Honor and the Brave Warrior medal, and promoted him to the rank of general.
A senior Chechen commander by the name of Izmailov told press how Khattab urged restraint, citing the Quran, when at the end of the war the Chechens wanted to shoot those they considered traitors.
After the conclusion of the war, Khattab, by then wanted by Interpol on Russia's request, became a prominent warlord and commanded the Arab Mujahideen in Chechnya, his own private army with a group of Arabs, Turks and other foreign fighters who had come to participate in the war. He set up a network of paramilitary camps in the mountainous parts of the republic that trained not only Chechens, but also Muslims from the North Caucasian Russian republics and Central Asia.
On 22 December 1997, over a year after the signing of the Khasav-Yurt treaty and the end of the first war in Chechnya, the Arab mujahideen and a group of Dagestani rebels raided the base of the 136th Armoured Brigade of the 58th Army of Russian Army in Buinaksk, Dagestan. Chechen sources reported destruction of all 300 vehicles in the base, including "50 brand-new T-72 tanks", while Russian sources reported only 10 destroyed and 15 damaged vehicles. The same year, Khattab survived a land-mine assassination attempt in Chechnya.
In 1998, along with Shamil Basayev, Khattab created the Islamic International Peacekeeping Brigade (IIPB) group (also known as the Islamic Peacekeeping Army). In August–September 1999, they led the IIPB's incursions into Dagestan, which resulted in the deaths of at least several hundred people and effectively started the Second Chechen War.

Six Sunni prisoners of conscience in Ghezel Hesar prison, Iran, have been on hunger strike for 36 days in protest against their death sentence. Their health is deteriorating.
The men were examined by the prison doctor on Sunday, December 9, 2013. "The prison doctor examined the prisoners and took their vital signs," a source told the HRA News Agency.
"In his report to the judicial authorities and the courts, he declared that they are in a critical condition, and that some of them are on the verge of developing kidney and intestinal infections," he said.
Two of the men, Hamed Ahmadi and Jamshed Dehghani, have collapsed several times and have been vomiting blood.
The six men have low blood pressure, and prison doctors have said that they are in need of intravenous therapy. The men have refused the treatment, and have refused to end their hunger strike.
Fears for the health of the hunger strikers is growing. "At every moment we may receive bad news from the prison," a source said.
The prison authorities are using a variety of techniques to pressure the men into ending their hunger-strike. Last week, prison officials forced the hunger-strikers to stand outside for three hours in freezing conditions.
According to reports, on December 6, 2013, the men had gone to use the outdoor prison phone. Prison guards held the men outside for hours before allowing them back into the building.
Prison guards are also attempting to isolate the men, and 'normal' prisoners have been warned not to communicate or interact with the hunger-strikers.
According to a letter from the men, a 'normal' prisoner, Korosh Zardooyi, was beaten and hung by his handcuffs in punishment for attempting to help two of the hunger-strikes who had collapsed.
The six prisoners began their hunger strike on November 4, 2013, after being told that they would be transferred to a new ward. There were fears the move was in preparation for their execution.
On November 6, 2013, they were beaten, shackled, and transferred to solitary confinement, where they were held under under intense pressure. According to reports, the men suffered several injuries, and guards broke two of Jamshed Dehghani's fingers.
The men have since been moved to Section 1, Unit 3 of the prison, known as the 'services ward'.
The six men, Hamed Ahmadi, Kamal Molayee, Jamshed Dehghani, Jahangir Dehghani, Syed Hadi Hosseini and Seddigh Mohammadi are said to be in danger of imminent execution.
Their execution was originally scheduled to be carried out in September, 2013, but was postponed for a month by the authorities. The decision was made to delay the execution following a wave of criticism from both the families of the men and the international community.
According to the organization 'Iran Human Rights' (IHR) there is increasing concern that four of the men may be executed 'in the coming days'.

Liebe Geschwister, die Reue eines Menschen wird solange gewährt, bis er seinen letzten Atemzug aushaucht. Jedoch muss diese Reue von Herzen kommen und hat Bedingungen. Diese sind:
1.Aufrichtigkeit (arab. Ichlas) gegenüber Allah.
Der Bereuende muss mit seiner Tauba die Zufriedenheit Allahs beabsichtigen.
2. Derjenige, der eine Sünde begangen hat, muss diese Sünde vollständig aufgeben.
3. Er muss diese Sünde aufrichtig bereuen.
4. Er muss die feste Absicht fassen, dass er nie wieder zu einer Sünde dieser Art zurückkehrt.
5. Die Tauba muss rechtzeitig geschehen, also vor dem Tod und bevor die Sonne im Westen aufgeht (kurz vor dem Jüngsten Gericht).
Möge Allah (subhana ua ta'ala) uns unsere Sünden vergeben und unsere Reue akzeptieren. Amin.

Millionenbetrug: Die Hintermänner der Enkeltrick-Mafia
Sie agieren wie Paten und leben im Luxus: die Bosse der sogenannten Enkeltrick-Mafia. Ihre Betrugsdelikte an älteren Menschen richten jährlich einen Millionenschaden an. Reportern von SPIEGEL TV ist es gelungen, den Drahtziehern auf die Spur zu kommen.
Es sind Szenen wie aus einem Mafia-Film. Dickbäuchige Herren im Anzug und mit dunklen Sonnenbrillen küssen einander zur Begrüßung, es gibt Kaviar und Austern satt, Champagner edelster Marken fließt in rauen Mengen. Ein junges Brautpaar entsteigt unter dem Jubel der Anwesenden einem schwarzen Lamborghini, das extra engagierte Kamerateam dreht aus einem Helikopter. Die Hochzeitsfeier der ehrenwerten Gesellschaft im Festsaal des Luxushotels Venecia Palace bei Warschau im vergangenen Jahr zeigt, dass es die Roma-Clans auch gerne mal krachen lassen. Woher der Reichtum der illustren Runde zu großen Teilen kommt, ist für Ermittler klar: aus den Ersparnissen betrogener deutscher Rentner. Denn die Gäste werden einer ganz speziellen Art Organisierter Kriminalität zugerechnet, der sogenannten Enkeltrick-Mafia.
Fahnder Andreas Gerdon packt bei dem zur Schau gestellten Protz im Video die Wut. "Da weiß man manchmal wirklich nicht mehr, was man sagen soll!", zischt der Polizist. Mit seinen Kollegen von der Ermittlungsgruppe "Cash Down" in Karlsruhe versucht Gerdon seit Jahren, den Enkeltrickbetrügern das Handwerk zu legen. Mit mäßigem Erfolg, was aber nicht an Gerdon liegt.
Die europaweit agierenden Tätergruppen, mit denen es die Fahnder zu tun haben, bringen mit ausgefeilten Betrugstechniken Senioren um ihr Erspartes. Wenn Gerdon Orientierung braucht, schaut er auf die Wand in seinem Büro der Landespolizeidirektion in Karlsruhe. Vor ihm erstreckt sich das Herzstück seiner Arbeit, ein mehrere Quadratmeter großes Netzwerk von Roma-Clans mit Hunderten Mitgliedern, alle irgendwie miteinander verwandt oder verschwägert. "Es fällt tatsächlich schwer, den Überblick zu behalten. Oft reicht es aber aus, dass wir die internen Spitznamen kennen. Die Clans bilden eine abgeschottete Parallelwelt mit eigenen Regeln, straff organisiert."
Redegewandte Betrüger gehen ganze Telefonbücher durch
Die lukrativste Einkommensquelle der Täter ist der Enkeltrick - eine Masche, die trotz intensiver Bemühungen der Behörden in den vergangenen Jahren weiterhin funktioniert. Redegewandte Betrüger mit Wohnsitz in Polen rufen täglich Hunderte Telefonnummern in vorab ausgewählten Städten und Regionen an. Hauptzielgebiet ist Deutschland. Dabei gehen die Profi-Anrufer, im Roma-Jargon "Keiler" genannt, ganze Telefonbücher durch auf der Suche nach alt klingenden Vornamen. Dann wird telefoniert, den ganzen Tag, immer mit dem gleichen Einstieg: "Hallo Gerda, rate mal, wer da dran ist?" Viele Senioren, wie die Holocaust-Überlebende Gerda W. aus Berlin, gehen den Betrügern auf den Leim und glauben, am anderen Ende der Leitung Verwandtschaft oder Bekannte zu erkennen. Beißt ein Opfer an, kommen die Täter schnell zur Sache. Sie wollen Geld für ein dringendes Geschäft und versprechen fest eine baldige Rückzahlung. Mit einem einzelnen erfolgreichen Betrug erbeuten die Clans meist ein Vermögen.
Beim Gedanken an seine ausgenutzte Hilfsbereitschaft kämpft Rentner Hans K. mit den Tränen. 45.000 Euro übergab der Ex-Beamte den Trickbetrügern, seine gesamten Ersparnisse. K. ist weder dement noch einfältig. Er lebt allein und vermisst seinen Sohn, der in Hamburg lebt und von dem er nur selten hört. Im Januar 2012 klingelt das Telefon. "Ich war der festen Überzeugung, mit meinem Sohn zu sprechen. Dieser ruppige Ton, das Fordernde, es klang wie er!", erinnert sich der 88-Jährige. "Als er dann sagte, er brauche Geld für eine Wohnung in Berlin, hat bei mir der Verstand ausgesetzt. Das war doch alles, was ich wollte, dass er zurück nach Berlin kommt." Der Pensionär geht zur Bank, in zwei Tranchen überreicht er vermeintlichen Notarsangestellten die fette Beute. Bis heute hat Hans K. das Trauma nicht überwunden.
In drei Jahren registrierte allein die Dienststelle in Karlsruhe 4,4 Millionen Euro Beute. Und das ist nur der Teil, der den Fahndern bekannt wird. "Einen Großteil der Taten bekommen wir gar nicht mit. Die tatsächliche Schadenssumme in unserem Zuständigkeitsbereich ist also noch weit höher, denn viele Opfer verständigen aus Scham nicht die Polizei. Das meiste Geld fließt zurück zu den Anrufern nach Polen", sagt Ermittler Gerdon.
Zahlreiche Clans sind in dem Geschäft tätig
Als Pate der Enkeltrick-Mafia gilt nach Erkenntnissen von Fahndern der Ex-Hamburger Arkadiusz Lakatosz, 45, in Roma-Kreisen besser bekannt unter seinem Spitznamen Hoss. Auch er ist in dem Warschauer Hochzeitsvideo zu sehen, unter dem Applaus der Gäste betritt der Ehrengast samt Entourage den Festsaal. Obwohl mittlerweile zahlreiche Clans in dem Geschäft tätig sind, wird Hoss in allen Familien geehrt, geachtet und gefürchtet. Er soll den Enkeltrick in den Neunzigern in Hamburg erfunden haben. "Hoss ist der Beste. Der macht keine kleinen Summen, nur große. Ab siebzig-, achtzigtausend Euro. Der ist echt gut bei seiner Arbeit, er hat kein Mitleid", berichtet Insider Miri S. Er hat selbst früher als Abholer für Enkeltrickbetrüger gearbeitet und kennt die Vorlieben der Bosse. Seine Bewunderung für die Clanchefs kann er nicht ganz verbergen. "Sie leben im Luxus. Das fängt schon bei den Kindern an, die tragen auch nur Gucci, Prada. Finanziert alles mit dem Enkeltrick."
Seit Jahren leben zahlreiche Hintermänner der Millionenindustrie weitgehend unbehelligt von Strafverfolgungsbehörden in Polen. Nach monatelangen Recherchen ist es Reportern von SPIEGEL TV gelungen, einigen von ihnen auf die Spur zu kommen und die Strukturen der Clans offenzulegen.

Er steckt in einer schwierigen Lage. Bald wollen die Amerikaner aus Afghanistan raus.
Das Militärbündnis NATO hat den afghanischen Präsidenten Karzai aufgefordert, ein Sicherheitsabkommen mit Amerika zu unterzeichnen (u.a. für die Ausbildung der Taghut-Armee/Polizei), ansonsten werden die Hilfen von etwa 4,1 Milliarden Dollar pro Jahr eingestellt.
Karzai will aber, dass die Westmächte, die in Afghanistan sind, es etwas ruhiger angehen sollen. Das heißt, Drohnenattacken und willkürliche Hausdurchsuchungen sollen am Besten erstmal gestoppt werden.
Außerdem kritisiert er, dass amerikanische Soldaten nur von amerikanischen Dienststellen strafrechtlich belangt werden können, nicht aber von der afghanischen Justiz.
Und das fällt diesem Hund ein Jahrzent später ein? Nachdem das afghanische Volk durch die Demokratie misshandelt und vergewaltigt wurde.

"Der Staat ist ein Schritt auf dem Weg der Errichtung des Khalifats und er ist eine Stufe höher als die Jihad Gruppen. So müssen die Gruppen dem Staat die Bayaa geben und nicht umgekehrt. Und Amirul Muminin (Anführer der Gläubigen) Abu Umar Al-Baghdadi -möge Allah ihn bewahren- ist von den Anführer der Muslime und Mujahidin in dieser Zeit. Wir bitten Allah für uns und ihn um Geradlinigkeit, Sieg und Erfolg."
